It is no secret that European and German journalists would like to make the country more “colorful.” The concept of (the German word) “bunt“ is generally associated with something positive, brightly colored and desirable. The concept unites positive aspects and automatically negates uniformity, forced conformity, sadness, death and terror — all negative aspects which have nothing in common with the concepts “bunt“ and “multikulti.”

For, you see: What our “people’s representatives,” “investigative journalists” and “associations” — more exactly our collaborators, traitors to people and country — would like to establish is not what is “colorful” but is black as death, red as flowing blood and green as the standard of the Prophet who according to today’s international law would be a mass murderer and war criminal, and no doubt was, in his own time.

They don’t want to establish a varied/colorful republic which would positively influence the country and Europe, but rather a republic that is red, black and green and brings oppression, death and ruin into human lives. If you think analytically about many political decisions and themes in everyday life, there can be no other interpretation for what they propose.

It is the same with the idea “multi-cultural.” “Multi-culti” is supposed to inspire positive associations, that people from other cultures are an enrichment for a country and a society. But is that true? Why are no distinctions made? Why are various cultures thrown into one pot, even if they don’t want to be? Why is a Turkish woman (Aydan Özoguz) the official in charge of immigration, refugees and integration? Does she represent, for instance, Greeks, Italians, Chinese, Japanese, Spaniards, Croats, Bosnians, Serbs, Slovenes, Russians, Chechens, Poles, Portuguese, French, English, Dutch, Danes, etc.? Do these people feel represented by her? Why is a Muslim in this position? Why not someone from one of the other ethnic groups?

No, Mrs. Özoguz exclusively represents her fosterlings, her Muslim co-religionists — i.e., those who are neither varied and colorful nor multicultural, and are willing to integrate little or not at all.

Non-Terrorist Incident at Fort Sam Houston

As reported in last night’s news feed, a four-hour lockdown was ordered at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio yesterday afternoon due to a “high-security incident” in which a suspicious, unauthorized vehicle was able to enter the base. More details, some of them conflicting with each other, emerged in today’s news, making the story more intriguing.

The incident will probably turn out to be of no significance whatsoever. However, just in case there’s more to it than meets the eye, we’ll examine a range of reports gleaned from the media. The quotes below are taken from online news articles. Longer excerpts are appended to the end of this post, with links to the sources.

First, let’s take a look at the setting for last night’s events.

According to the media, “Fort Sam Houston is a highly secure facility with guards posted at all vehicle entrances.” My curiosity was piqued by that statement, so I opened up Google Maps, located Fort Sam Houston, and dropped into Street View to see what the place looked like. Below are shots from July 2013 of the three principal entrances to Fort Sam Houston (which seems to be mostly a military cemetery), all taken from Harry Wurzbach Road in San Antonio:

Curiouser and curiouser! This is hardly a “highly secure facility with guards posted at all vehicle entrances”. It’s completely open; anyone can just drive in.

Something was amiss here. So I returned to the news stories, and learned that “[t]he 502nd Air Base Wing in San Antonio was closed off for four hours on Sunday”. I looked up 502nd Air Base Wing on Google maps, and it was a good fifteen miles from Fort Sam Houston, at Lackland Air Force Base.

Checking the Wikipedia entry on the 502nd Air Base Wing, I learned that it was part of the JBSA:

Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) is a United States military facility located in San Antonio, Texas, USA. The facility is under the jurisdiction of the United States Air Force 502d Air Base Wing, Air Education and Training Command (AETC).

The facility is an amalgamation of the United States Army Fort Sam Houston, the United States Air Force Randolph Air Force Base and Lackland Air Force Base, which were merged on 1 October 2010.

So it seems that “Fort Sam Houston” must be the catch-all name — probably because it was the first base in San Antonio — for all the different components of JBSA. Randolph AFB is about ten miles away from Fort Sam Houston, in the opposite direction from Lackland AFB.

And take note of this: “[502nd Air Base Wing spokesman Alex] Delgado declined to say exactly where he was stopped on the base, which covers about 3,000 acres.”

Hmm…

So where did last night’s intruder enter? Which base was he on?

As of late this afternoon, I still hadn’t figured that out. San Antonio people probably had a good idea — the rumor mill must have been turning down there all day — but an amateur armchair sleuth like me couldn’t get any farther.

As a matter of interest, here are the main entrances to the two big air bases:

My money was on Lackland, for reasons that I’ll explain below.

Activists from Boko Haram killed 48 fish traders at a roadblock in northeastern Nigeria. The traders were on their way to Chad to buy fish. The families of those killed were relieved to learn that the incident had nothing to do with Islam.

Emperor Barack Hussein Palpatine

Emperor Palpatine was a character in several of the Star Wars movies, including the dreadful three-part “prequel” that was made many years after the original trilogy. Fortunately for me, I can’t remember much from Parts I-III — just a sith falling into a big hole and people jumping out of air cars.

And the emperor, of course. For readers who are unfamiliar with Star Wars, Palpatine begins as a senator in the Galactic Republic and ascends to the position of Supreme Chancellor. His political machinations lead to the dissolution of the Republic, and he eventually declares himself Emperor of the new Galactic Empire.

There’s no need to belabor the obvious parallels.

In the movies, Emperor Palpatine comes to a bad end and earns his just deserts. Alas, that’s just in a fantasy world.

Interestingly enough, Robert Tracinski has been thinking along the same lines. I began photoshopping the Obama-Palpatine image last night, and this morning “President Palpatine” arrived in Mr. Tracinski’s email newsletter. So Palpatine seems to be in the air these days…

Going Postal

We’re in the process of moving most of our email addresses to a new provider — that is, the addresses will remain the same, but they’ll be hosted by a different service. The process has been a big headache for us, and took up most of my time today (well, yesterday, actually). It may affect how quickly we respond to some emails.

To make matters worse, I have some kind of stomach virus that has me functioning below optimum. I hope to get back up to speed within the next day or so, but that’s why posting has been light.

Al-Shabaab activists stopped a bus in eastern Kenya near the Somali border and made all the suspected non-Muslims get off. Those who were unable to recite Koran verses were summarily executed. Three suspected infidels were able to recite the verses, and their lives were spared. Relatives of those killed were able to draw comfort from knowing that the tragic incident had nothing to do with Islam.

In other news, Ecuador has guaranteed asylum for Julian Assange, saying that it will protect the fugitive leaker as long as necessary.

“There Can’t Be World Peace Until There’s Only Muslims”

Four weeks ago today Michael Zehaf-Bibeau went on a shooting spree on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, killing Corporal Nathan Cirillo at the Cenotaph before being shot to death himself inside the parliament building.

Mr. Zehaf-Bibeau, who called himself Joseph Paul Michael Abdallah Bulgasem Zehaf-Bibeau after he returned to his father’s religion, was more than a psychotic homeless crackhead. In his lunacy he had found a spiritual home, and his murderous actions were motivated by religion — specifically the Islamic religion.

Everyone knows this, but now the Canadian state broadcaster has publicly acknowledged the fact. Many thanks to Vlad Tepes for uploading this CBC News report:

Before he was addicted to crack and sleeping in shelters on Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, the Parliament Hill shooter was known as a “confrontational” member of a construction crew making good money on a seven-kilometre tunnelling job in North Vancouver.
Michael Zehaf-Bibeau had two stints working as a skilled labourer helping build a tunnel for the region’s water system, according to former co-worker Kevin Banek.

Banek, a civil engineer, doesn’t remember exactly when “Zehaf” — as he was known on-site — started working on the project, but said his last stint began in May 2011. The project began in 2009 and all employees had to pass drug tests to get hired, he added.

Zehaf-Bibeau was known for “getting into it with people for various things” and would “go off” on the women of the job site, Banek said.

Site safety rules dictated that Banek be accompanied by another worker when inspecting portions of the tunnel that could be an hour’s walk away. A handful of times, Zehaf-Bibeau accompanied Banek on these walks.

Banek remembers the two having many theological conversations and Zehaf-Bibeau’s constant refrain that converting to Islam had changed his life.

“He was always trying to convert me, (saying) ‘You should read the Qur’an, bro,’ “ Banek said.

When asked if he would be happy with world peace but no religion, Zehaf-Bibeau told Banek, “No, there can’t be world peace until there’s only Muslims.”

Just Don’t Talk About Islam!

As reported here last month, Tommy Robinson, the former leader of the English Defence League, was sent back to prison for 28 days. The ostensible reason for renewing his incarceration was that he had reported via Twitter that there had been death threats against his family. Considering that his original prison sentence had been for “mortgage fraud”, jugging him again on the Twitter pretext to demonstrates the political nature of his prosecution and imprisonment.

Mr. Robinson believes that he was returned to prison to keep him for participating in a debate at the Oxford Union on October 24, at which he had been invited to speak. Now that he is out, he is preparing to take part in this month’s Oxford Union debate, despite the fact that he might be sent back to prison for doing so.

We just received this brief report from a source close to Tommy Robinson:

Tommy Robinson was released from prison (again) on Friday 14th November, and appeared in court on Monday 17th November.

After he was released, we re-arranged Tommy’s debate at the Oxford Union for the 26th November. Tommy was visited by the Probation Services and informed that if he attends this debate, he is not allowed to talk about Islam, Mohammed, or the Koran. If he does he will be recalled to prison.

Tommy is still determined to go and explain why he cannot debate certain subjects, and express his concerns that his freedom of speech is being silenced with the threat of prison when NONE of the above topics relate to his ‘mortgage fraud’. Tommy feels that this is the way they are going to handle things now to try and silence him.

Please help us make as many people as possible aware of the games that the government are playing in an attempt to keep him from speaking out.

I’m looking forward to next Wednesday — the debate at the Union may turn out to be an interesting event.

At a meeting of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, Pope Francis spoke out against the market system as it pertains to food. The Holy Father said that making a profit deserved no place in the attempt to alleviate hunger in the world.

In other news, China’s central bank lowered interest rates in an attempt to revive the country’s flagging economy. Meanwhile, ECB President Mario Draghi says that the rate of inflation in the Eurozone is far too low, and another round of quantitative easing is required.

An Interview With Michael Stürzenberger

Michael Stürzenberger is the leader of the Munich branch of the party Die Freiheit, which is in the forefront of German resistance to Islamization. As reported here frequently in the past, Mr. Stürzenberger began giving a series of public talks in central Munich, as part of a drive to collect signatures for a petition against a proposed mega-mosque financed by Qatar.

Mr. Stürzenberger’s anti-Islamic action have drawn verbal harassment, threats, thrown objects, and occasional physical attacks. But he will not be deterred, and continues to stand courageously against the Islamization of Germany.

Vlad Tepes recently conducted an interview with Michael Stürzenberger over skype. Readers who are used to hearing him speaking only in German may be surprised to hear him describe his anti-mosque petition in English:

It’s Nice to be Appreciated

For the past couple of weeks, ever since the congressional elections reduced Emperor Palpatine President Obama to a vestigial appendage on the body politic, it seems that everyone in the country has been preoccupied with the details of what the Pardoner-in-Chief was going to do in the way of “Executive Amnesty”. No time left over to worry about the Great Jihad!

Whether you love him or hate him, Obama-obsession seems to be the order of the day. But Diana West has been an exception. As we have seen many times in the past, the author of American Betrayal is quite capable of keeping track of more than one topic at a time, unlike the majority of American journalists.

Ms. West’s column today at Townhall summarizes the work of ritamalik, Vlad Tepes, and Andy Bostom in exposing what was really going on at the November 14 Muslim prayer service at the National Cathedral (now the National Masjid) in Washington D.C.

Below are some excerpts from the column. For those who may have missed it, I’ve embedded the video she refers to in the body of her text:

Giving Thanks For The Counter-Jihad Network

I am giving special thanks this year for the hard work of patriots who toil without recompense to expose the many vectors of Islamic subversion currently eroding the already hollowed-out institutions of Western society.

To this end, I will tell a story about a story. It concerns the first Muslim prayer service ever held at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. As I wrote last week, this weirdly “invitation-only” service, which took place on Friday, Nov. 14, gathered representatives of Muslim groups with proven links to Hamas and to Hamas’ parent group, the Muslim Brotherhood. This means that, however briefly, jihad-linked groups took over the National Cathedral, where presidents and other great Americans have lain in state. These terror links led some media to label the event overall a “Muslim Brotherhood event,” or an “Islamist” or “extremist” event. As the service itself demonstrated, however, it was all strictly Islamic.

How do I know that? Not from 24/7 media, national or local. Not from the armies of think tanks that occupy Washington and its environs. Not from religious or political leaders, either. No professional organization with experts or a newsroom that I am aware of bothered to analyze the Muslim service at the National Cathedral, even though it was live-streamed on the Internet and available to all.

I am able to tell you about the contents of the service only thanks to the incredible international counter-jihad movement. This movement lives and breathes in the ether of the Internet, on an array of blogs, on YouTube. This case of Islam at the cathedral shows how the network works.

First, the blog Vlad Tepes captured the streaming footage of the 80-minute Muslim service. Next, Arabic translator Rita Malik assessed the English and Arabic service for Gates of Vienna and provided a summary that was posted there. Enter Islamic expert Andrew Bostom, author of several indispensable books on Islamic jihad, anti-Semitism and Islamic totalitarianism, who analyzed several of the Koranic verses used in the service by consulting some of the essential Koranic commentaries that Muslims use to understand their religious book. Bostom posted his findings at his blog, AndrewBostom.org.

Finally, Gates of Vienna and Vlad Tepes compressed everything to create a watchable, educational YouTube video of four and a half minutes. (As a bonus, Gates of Vienna also posted the short video’s transcript.) Soon, the video was mirrored at other counter-jihad sites, such as the Scandinavian blog Tundra Tabloids and Denmark’s EuropeNews.dk.

Swift and seamless volunteer operations like this keep anyone informed who wants to be informed. For their extremely hard work, I am truly thankful.

Gates of Vienna News Feed 11/20/2014

Tonight President Barack Obama declared his intention to invoke what is commonly known as “Executive Amnesty”, which would grant legal status to illegal aliens who fit in certain categories. Somewhere between two and five million “undocumented” migrants may be legalized by his action. Mr. Obama expects that a period of inter-ethnic harmony, unprecedented prosperity, and improvement in the general commonweal will ensue. Or something to that effect — I was in the process of drinking down a quart shaker of absinthe-laudanum cocktails I had just mixed, so I may have missed a word here and there.

In other news, the mayor of the southern Israeli town of Ashkelon has banned Arab workers from the vicinity of nursery schools during school hours. National political leaders, including Prime Minister Netanyahu, condemned the mayor’s action.
