The Demographics of the Austrian Presidential Election

As most readers will be aware by now, the count in yesterday’s run-off election for president in Austria was finalized today. Norbert Hofer (FPÖ, Austrian Freedom Party) has conceded to the Green candidate, Alexander van der Bellen, who eked out a narrow victory thanks to the absentee ballots (postal votes).

Nash Montana has summarized an article from FAZ about the election:

It is clear to see that women swung it for the Leftists in the Austrian election.

The case has been made that women are playing a disproportionate role in the immigration catastrophe engulfing Europe; that they are more xenophilic than men; more emotional and indulgent; overrepresented in the ranks of “migrant” charities and help-groups and the like.

On the evidence of the recent close election in Austria, there may be truth to this. This graphic from the FAZ shows a breakdown of the ballots cast on election day. So it does not include the voting cards, which are mainly cast as postal ballots.

In this graphic, the male voters are shown in blue, the female votes in red. The more intense the shade, the younger the voter group. As you can see, men mainly went for Hofer, the Freedom Party candidate; women, especially young women, mainly went for Van der Bellen, the Leftist.

Income status also played a major role on the election. Working class people (shown in the leftmost column) went overwhelmingly for the far-right patriotic candidate with a whopping 86%. Whereas with public and government workers Hofer garnered more votes. Graduates and black coat workers voted for Van der Bellen, those with finished workers apprenticeships, blue collar workers, voted for Hofer with 67%. This is a pattern we are seeing elsewhere in Europe as working class people realize that the Socialist parties have abandoned them and embraced the invading horde.

Closing Silent-Rooms-Turned-Mosques in Dortmund and Berlin

This is the third post in a series on the closing of “silent rooms” — multi-faith prayer rooms that are used as de facto mosques — in German schools and universities.

These two news reports focus mainly on Dortmund and Berlin, but as you can see from the discussions, a similar situation exists all over Germany, wherever Muslims have sufficient numbers to mau-mau their way into control of the “silent rooms”.

What is heartening about these reports is that the German education authorities are sticking to their guns, and insisting that prayer rooms must be closed if Muslims enforce discriminatory rules on non-Muslim students. So far they have refused to cave in to pressure from Islamic lobbying groups.

Does the First Amendment Protect the Religious Duty of Jihad?

Newsletter #196 — Does the First Amendment protect the religious duty of jihad?

The First Amendment protects our freedom of religion and speech. Does our Constitution also protect preaching the duty of jihad to Muslims?

The certified English translation of codified Islamic sharia law is “Reliance of the Traveller, the Classic Manual of Sacred Islamic Law.” [pdf] The compilation was authenticated by both the Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA) and Al Azhar University in Cairo, the preeminent teaching center of sharia law.

Islamic sharia law says that both the greater and lesser jihad are mandatory for believers. Islamists call violent jihad the “lesser jihad” and the spiritual struggle the “greater jihad.” But according to the Reliance of the Traveller, Section o9.0 the discussion of “jihad” begins this way:

“Jihad means to war against non-Muslims and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada, signifying warfare to establish the religion…”

“Details concerning jihad are found in the accounts of the military expeditions of the Prophet…, including his own martial forays and those on which he dispatched others. o9.0

Sharia law imposes a communal obligation regarding this “lesser jihad” recounting that “[i]n the time of the Prophet jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina.” (o9.1). Is the law’s emphasis on the violent jihad because it was Mohammed’s violent Medinan jihad (the offensive jihad), that helped spread Islam? Is it because every Muslim has a religious duty to convert “non-believers” either by persuasion or force?

If Mohammed is the perfect Muslim that all Muslims are to emulate, and an imam in a mosque preaches jihad and a worshipper then commits jihad, is the imam’s speech protected religious speech or speech that incites violence which may not be protected by our constitution? For example:

Former Islamic Center of Tennessee Imam Abdullah al Ansari directed his listeners (at 5:12), that “He [Allah] told us to fight the Jews and Christians. Fight them until they give jizya. They give this protective tax from their hands and they are humiliated and subdued. If Islam, true Islam and true Muslims do not rule there will never be justice.” (almost word for word Koran 9:29; Reliance o9.8 — Objectives of Jihad p.602

The Boston Imam Abdullah Faarooq exhorted the listening worshippers that “[y]ou must grab on to this rope, grab on to the typewriter, grab on to the shovel, grab on to the gun and the sword, don’t be afraid to step out into this world and do your job.”

In 2009, the FBI estimated that “Imams preach jihad and extremism in 10 percent of the 2,000 mosques in the United States.” A 2011 random survey of 100 mosques by the Terrorism Research Initiative, found that 80% of the mosques preached jihad either through sermons and/or materials.

A member of the audience at an outdoor concert in Austria had an argument with his girlfriend, and then got a gun and went on a rampage. He fired randomly into the crowd and killed two people before killing himself.

In other Austrian news, the run-off election held today between presidential candidates Norbert Hofer of the FPÖ and Alexander Van der Bellen of the Greens is a dead heat. The outcome won’t be known until after the absentee ballots are counted, probably tomorrow evening.

Muslims Attack Yezidis: Brawl at an Asylum Home in North Rhine-Westphalia

An intramural migrant brawl broke out yesterday between Muslims and Yezidis in the German city of Bielefeld in North Rhine-Westphalia. The fight was instigated by Muslim “refugees” — specifically Chechens — who did serious harm to some of their victims. The Yezidis in the surrounding area were numerous enough to gather together and fight back, taking revenge on behalf of their ethnic fellows with knives and clubs.

Mass brawl near Oldentruper Hof

Chechen and Yezidi refugees clash at refugee shelter near Bielefeld. Five injured. 100 Yezidis try to storm former hotel.

Bielefeld-Oldentrup. It seems, a religious war between Muslims and Yezidis escalated near the refugee shelter Oldentruper Hof.

The trigger was a mass brawl that took place around 6 pm on Potsdamer Street 500m from the Oldentruper Hof. It seems a group of 15 Chechens waited for a group of Yezidis and unexpectedly attacked them. Everyone involved in the brawl lives in the refugee home. The Chechens used clubs and knives and gravely wounded some of the victims.

Then later in the evening, according to police, about 100 Yezidis tried to storm the former hotel. But security and police were able to prevent this.

A 37-year-old woman driving by was alert and when she saw the fight she called an ambulance and police. As she saw the attackers flee, she got out of her car and provided first aid.

As the situation was so chaotic, the fire brigade released a MANV-I-Alarm. The so-called “mass casualty incident” prompts an extensive rescue service when a greater number of injured is expected. So five ambulances and two emergency doctors rushed to the site in short order.

Five men had to be transported to the hospital. They suffered from concussion, cranio-facial fractures, hand fractures and stabbing wounds below the armpit.

Shortly after the alarm, police encountered about 80 people in front of the home. The situation was “very chaotic,” according to the police. The Chechen group had already veered off into a nearby forest.

After about an hour the police were able to determine who was involved, who was a witness, and who an onlooker. The exact cause of the fight was still unclear on Sunday morning; criminal police and state protection are still investigating.

During the police investigations and the search for the perpetrators, the situation in front of the Oldentruper Hof became increasingly explosive. Upset by the attack on their fellow countrymen, all Yezidi left the home and planted themselves in the street. The police called for backup from Detmold, Herford and Gütersloh. Even the Autobahn patrol were mobilized.

About one hundred more Yezidi Kurds who had been alerted over the internet arrived from the surrounding region, even from Oldenburg. Neighbors witnessed that they were partially armed with clubs and knives. Word spread that everyone wanted to storm the home to exact revenge for the victims of the mass brawl.

With the help of translators, the police managed to drive the Yezidis back behind roadblocks.

Loud Muslim Objections to the Closure of “Silent Rooms” in German Universities

Whenever supposedly non-denominational prayer rooms are established in public buildings, they are rapidly co-opted by Muslims and turned into de facto mosques. Non-Muslim religious symbols are excluded from the rooms, women are forcibly segregated from the men, and openly expressed practices of other religions are forbidden. This occurs not just in Germany, but throughout Western Europe, North America, and Australia.

The following video is the second post in a series on the controversies surrounding the closure of “prayer rooms” at German universities. It shows a TV panel discussion featuring an attractively hijabbed young woman named Hatice Durmaz of the Council of Muslim Students and Academics.

Pay attention to the taqiyya-dance executed by Ms. Durmaz in this clip. When confronted with facts that she has previously denied, she skillfully changes direction, diverts her interviewer’s attention, and takes a different tack to reach her goal: the assertion that Muslims are blameless, that they are not responsible for the discrimination against women and infidels that is so blatantly manifested in the “silent rooms”.

Bring me the Wretched Refuse of Your Teeming Shore — And Nothing Else

It appears that one of the secret codicils to the immigration agreement between the EU and Turkey granted the latter the right to choose which “refugees” to send on to Europe, and which to retain in the Turkish migrant camps. In practice, Turkey — surprise, surprise! — lets only the riff-raff go through — the most problematic cases — and keeps well-educated, useful, and productive people for itself. Most notably, Syrian academics are not being allowed to travel on to Europe.

Turkey only lets negative picks of “refugees” travel on to the EU

For each illegal refugee that Turkey takes in for Europe, another one can legally travel to the EU. But just who they will be is a decision made by Turkey — and it usually isn’t the best ones.

“Refugees” often very sick or illiterate

The dirty deal made by Jean Claude Juncker and Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel more and more reveals itself as a farce at the expense of Europeans. Not only is Turkey being paid a high price for their position as gatekeeper, but it shamelessly exploits the opportunity to rid itself of problem people and saddle the European citizens with them. SPIEGEL reported that they are in possession of internal information from the EU, in which multiple European governments have pointed out that among the admitted candidates there was a conspicuously high number of difficult cases. The representative for Luxembourg criticized that most suggestions coming from Turkey were serious medical cases and “refugees” with an extremely deficient educational background.

Turkey exploits privilege

Concerning the selection of “refugees”, the EU conceded unusual privileges to Turkey. Normally the United Nations refugee relief organization UNHCR decides who may be resettled. But — not without an ulterior motive — the Turkish government forced through a rule that they will always get to make the first choice. Officially this was called the “shortened process”, which took place “in collusion with the Turkish administration as well as with the host countries”. But in truth the lists that Turkey sets in front of the UNHCR are all stamped and accepted without a discussion.

In the past few weeks, the Turkish administration withdrew previously-granted exit permits for “refugees” on multiple occasions. This seemed to mostly be the case for families where the heads of families were well-educated engineers, doctors or skilled laborers. And in the meantime Turkey has seemingly let the refugee relief organization know that Syrian academics from now on will not be allowed to travel via the EU-Turkey exchange pact.

Remarks by Jesse Hughes, the front man for the band “Eagles of Death Metal”, have caused several venues in France to cancel the group’s future gigs. Mr. Hughes said that he saw Muslims celebrating in the streets immediately after the attacks at the Bataclan last November, and also that he thought Muslims in the security staff at the show had facilitated the attacks. This was considered racist and unacceptable by some of the venues for the band’s upcoming gigs, which then cancelled the shows.

In other news, according to preliminary reports, it seems likely that an explosion on the right side of EgyptAir Flight 804 caused the plane to crash into the Mediterranean.

A Mosque in All But Name — Closing a “Prayer Room” at Essen University

The following article is the first of series on controversies caused by the closure of prayer rooms — de facto mini-mosques — at German universities. This one, from the University of Essen, is not current; it was published in February of this year.

The most chilling part of this piece is the university’s justification for the closure: the prayer room is no longer needed, since there are now so many mosques in the neighborhoods adjacent to the campus.

Discrimination in the name of Allah — Essen University closes prayer room

Essen. Non-Muslim students in Essen complain about repression by Muslim students. Now, the university closes the prayer room.

The Islamic prayer room at the University of Essen will soon be closed, the university directorate responds in answer to an inquiry by this newspaper. “As there are a variety of religious sites close to campus, no prayer rooms used exclusively by a single religious group on the university property are necessary anymore,” the statement of the directorate says, referring to the many mosques close to the university.

Students complain: elevator is blocked

There are plans now to introduce a neutral “room of silence”.

According to this newspapers’ research, non-Muslim students are discriminated against by fundamentalist Muslim students. At Friday prayers, they are regularly hindered from using an elevator which leads to the prayer room on the fourth floor. But the University Directorate “clearly objects” to the impression that a “fundamentalist regime” was spreading in the prayer room’s vicinity.

The prayer room “R12 T04 E96” has been controversial for years. In 2007, the University tried in vain to close the room with reference to an acute shortage of rooms, hate preachers, and occupants foreign to the university. Talks with Muslim students led to a compromise.

Are students of the university Duisburg-Essen discriminated against by fundamentalist Muslim students, just because they are “infidels” from a Muslim perspective? As this newspaper learnt from a reliable source, during Friday prayers, disturbing restrictions were regularly enforced on the campus in Essen.

The accusation: Non-Muslim students are brusquely prevented by religious zealots from using the elevator in the building “T04” during Friday prayer. Lapidary justification: The elevator, which leads up to the Muslim prayer room on the fourth floor, is exclusively reserved for “brothers” during prayer time. Even female Muslim students are not allowed to use the elevator during that time. However, the “sisters” did not seem to mind this unusual form of segregation of the sexes. But it does not stop there: even toilets near the prayer room are not permitted to be used by “infidels” before, during, and after the Friday prayer.

Two Girls Molested at Multicultural Street Festival in Berlin

Cultural enrichment has struck again in Germany, this time at a multicultural street festival in Berlin. Two young women were molested by three “youths”, who have now been arrested by police. If the get a judge like the one in Düsseldorf, however, they won’t be doing any jail time for their crime.

Notice the practical effect that incidents such as this one have: young women don’t go out at night, or alone. That is, the behavior of aggressive Muslim men ushers in the earliest stages of sharia law, which forbids women to travel outside the home without being accompanied by a male relative.

In mid-May, on the Anti-Defamation League’s “blog,” CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said that the ADL now “unequivocally” acknowledges the Armenian Genocide committed by Turkey. Curiously, he doesn’t mention Turkey. The ADL, he added, “would support U.S. acknowledgment of the Armenian Genocide.”

It’s surprising that such a serious subject would only be “blogged.” But let that go.

For decades the ADL has been colluding with Turkey to defeat Armenian Genocide resolutions in the U.S. Congress and to avoid acknowledging that genocide. For an organization that loudly espouses human rights and insists on Holocaust recognition and legislation, the hypocrisy has been breathtaking.

Just imagine the ADL’s reaction had some Armenian-American organization questioned the Holocaust and lobbied against Holocaust-related legislation.

Jewish and Israeli media have long candidly conceded that Turkey, Israel, the ADL, and groups such as the American Jewish Committee, B’nai B’rith, AIPAC, and others had mutually agreed to help Turkey stop U.S. acknowledgment of the Armenian Genocide. See NoPlaceForDenial.com, “Press Kit.”

Consider Yola Habif Johnston, a director at JINSA (Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs). In 2006 she explained that for over 15 years “the Jewish lobby has quite actively supported Turkey in their efforts to prevent the so-called Armenian genocide resolution from passing.”

The general public became aware of the ADL’s hypocrisy in the summer of 2007. As a result, over a dozen Massachusetts cities — including Arlington, Belmont, Medford, Newburyport, Newton, Northampton, Peabody, Somerville, and Watertown — cut ties with ADL “anti-bias” programs such as “No Place for Hate.” So did the Massachusetts Municipal Association, which represents every city and town.

Human rights advocates and many principled Jewish Americans and Israelis blasted the ADL. They also rejected ADL National Director Abraham Foxman’s ambiguous statement that what happened to Armenians was merely “tantamount” to genocide. Hundreds of editorials and articles nationwide and around the world exposed the ADL.

But New England Regional Director Andrew Tarsy soon recognized the Armenian Genocide. Foxman immediately fired him. Tarsy was rehired, but later resigned. He has since criticized the ADL. Greenblatt’s recent statement, says Tarsy, should have gone further: “Assets, land, money, family heirlooms … everything that Holocaust reparations has represented … should be on the table” for Armenians too.

Matt Bracken: The Hybrid Vigor of the Coming European Islamic State

The following essay and meme by Matthew Bracken were prompted by a cell-phone video from Germany of a culture-enricher assaulting a German teenaged boy. I won’t embed the video; I find it almost too unbearable to watch. To see a young man so unable to defend himself, so unwilling to stand up and be a man, is disheartening and dismaying.

Below are Matt Bracken’s thoughts on what all of this means.

This is heartbreaking to see, but very important.

This is how a dhimmi is created in a gun-free country, where armed self-defense is an alien concept. This is prison yard rules, and the young German is just fresh meat. This German kid will probably convert to Islam just to stop the pain and “gain the respect” of his new masters.

Note how the bully threatens to beat him every day just to harden him up and make him a man. A similar psychological process occurs in military boot camp with new recruits. He doesn’t know it yet, but his mother and sisters are now Moslem chattel property. He won’t lift a finger to defend German women; he is a dhimmi at best. Most likely he will just convert as a matter of bare survival, but he will always be a “second-class Muslim”, even if he submits. These IslamoNazi bullies will have him reciting the Shahada in less than a month, and after that, his sister is toast. Just fresh meat for the hijra jihadis.

This is how Islam has spread for 1,400 years: brute force, threats, intimidation, and using terror as an example of how far they are willing to go to force the spread.

Smug Americans who own firearms might laugh at the current plight of the Europeans, but they should not. The Europeans have been brainwashed by the “multi-kulti-uber-alles” Left to simply submit when the planned hijra invasion happened, which is happening now. The ordinary Euros were betrayed by Quisling traitors in high offices. From the Muslim point of view, the hijra invasion is moving from the dawah (preaching) phase to the jihad phase, using violence and threats of even greater violence to force a complete Muslim takeover. That German boy now understands who are the alpha males, and who are not: The Moslems are, and he isn’t.

But there is the long-term danger in this process even to America. If Islam wins in Europe, a well-known social/genetic dynamic will kick in. All of the German girls and women (even the man-hating radical feminists and lesbians) will be raped, enslaved, or “married” by force, but one way or the other, there will be a rising generation of Muslims in Europe who are half-German.

People should understand a genetic process called “hybrid vigor.” There is a reason the Ottoman Turks collected European boys to be raised as Janissaries. The Arab desert Muslims have terrible DNA after 1,400 years of first-cousin inbreeding, but when they impregnate their German conquest victims they will create generations of 100% full Muslims who are half German. Of course, this will happen in every European country, not only Germany.

Judge Releases Immigrant Molester, Calls German Citizens an “Angry Mob”

A judge in Düsseldorf doesn’t want to issue an appropriate prison sentence to a culture-enriching child molester, because that is what German citizens expect of him — and he regards those citizens as an “angry mob”.

The case has a Mohammed Coefficient of 100%.

Judge Mocks Populace

Düsseldorf. Just how arrogant individual German criminal judges have become was revealed on Wednesday at the District Court. That is where an illegal asylum seeker, accused of groping, was given a judgment of probation, so that “the judgment won’t serve to please the expectations of an angry mob.”

In the early morning hours of January 6th, as she was waiting for a train, a 15-year-old girl was sexually molested by two men. “The suspect grabbed her and forced her to sit on his lap even though she tried to resist. He groped her private parts and he kissed her on the mouth against her will,” the internal police report writes. One of the perpetrators was a young Syrian, the other one was from Iraq. A third Iraqi stood by and ridiculed the victim: “Person #3 stood by and laughed, says the police report. A Moroccan observed the situation and informed the police, who then freed the girl from her two tormentors.

The attack was supposed to be concealed

This attack, too, was supposed to be concealed from the public. It’s thanks to Die Welt that the people of the state capital even heard about it, when the incident was reported four days after it happened. The police explained that the attack on the young girl was not reported by them for “reasons of protection for the victim.”

One of the suspects, the now 22-year-old Iraqi Mohammed A., had to face juvenile court on Wednesday despite having reached legal age. Mohammed A. had confessed and admitted to have kissed the 15-year-old against her will and having massively groped her. But since the Düsseldorf district court had passed increasingly mild and seemingly sympathetic judgments for offenders lately, which caused a bit of indignation among the population, a harsh judgment against the asylum seeker, who entered Germany illegally, was not expected.
