There are many news stories, endless narratives, about the situation of ‘asylum seekers’ who get into large dinghies and set sail from Tunisia to Italy. These rubber-sided, leaky vessels with their thin wooden bottoms are death traps. But still, the migrants pay their money, crowd in and set sail for Lampedusa.
Today the big news, carried by most of the MSM, was the killing of a dozen Christian refugees by fifteen Muslims. Fjordman sent this:
Italy Accused of Bringing in Islamist ‘Terrorists’ After Christians Thrown Into Sea
A dozen Christian asylum seekers drowned in the Mediterranean after they were thrown overboard by Muslim migrants in a furious row fueled by “religious hatred” on a smuggler boat sailing from Libya to Italy.
Conservative politicians accused the centre-Left government of Matteo Renzi of allowing “fundamentalists” into Italy and called for a blockade of the refugee boats.
“Intervention is now urgent because what has happened is extremely worrying,” said Maurizio Gasparri, a senator with Silvio Berlusconi’s Forza Italia party. “The Renzi government is bringing in Islamist fundamentalists and using Italian ships as taxis for potential jihadists.”
Ignazio La Russa, another centre-Right politician, said: “The government is not only bringing to its knees the social fabric of our cities (through immigration) but is allowing onto Italian soil fundamentalist terrorists.”
Italy is indeed in trouble fiscally because of the migrants, but the superficial MSM is counting drops of water and telling us that their drops are an accurate reflection of the size of the sea.
There is real information out there, and I found some of it accidentally when searching Google Images for maps of the routes traveled from, say, Tunisia to Italy.
The massive and accelerating flood of immigrants crossing the Mediterranean is dominating the news. The European Commission says that the crisis is serious, and will get worse. Traffickers reportedly tip off the Italian officials to departures from North Africa so that their boats will be intercepted as early as possible, allowing them to use less fuel and save money.
Meanwhile, 12 Christian migrants were thrown off a boat by Muslim migrants, and drowned. 15 asylum seekers are being charged with murder by the Italian authorities.
In other news, Islamophobic attacks in France have increased by a factor of six since the Charlie Hebdo massacre in January.

As reported in the news feed a few days ago, Judicial Watch has learned that Mexican authorities have confirmed that the Islamic State is operating a terrorist camp in the state of Chihuahua near the U.S. border, just a few miles from El Paso, Texas.
JW has followed up with a report that the FBI is meeting with Mexican officials at the U.S. consulate in Juarez, without involving the Department of Homeland Security. What does the law say about an arm of the Justice Department meeting with foreigners on foreign soil about matters that concern domestic security? Not that the law matters to the Obama administration, but still…
And what kind of a tightrope does the Mexican government have to walk between these ISIS terrorists and the domestic drug cartels? Which, incidentally, are just as violence-prone, brutal, and fond of beheading as any group of mujahideen. Traditional organized crime syndicates and terrorist groups (communists, narco-terrorists, the IRA, Al Qaeda, etc.) often cooperate with each other for tactical reasons. Is the Mexican franchise of the Islamic State already working with the cartels? Or are they rivals, with ISIS poaching on the cartels’ territory?

FBI Holds “Special” Meeting in Juárez to Address ISIS, DHS Not Invited
Responding to Judicial Watch’s report earlier this week of ISIS activity along the Mexican border, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) supervisors called a “special” meeting at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juárez.
A high-level intelligence source, who must remain anonymous for safety reasons, confirmed that the meeting was convened specifically to address a press strategy to deny Judicial Watch’s accurate reporting and identify who is providing information to JW. FBI supervisory personnel met with Mexican Army officers and Mexican Federal Police officials, according to JW’s intelligence source. The FBI liaison officers regularly assigned to Mexico were not present at the meeting and conspicuously absent were representatives from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It’s not clear why DHS did not participate.
Publicly, U.S. and Mexico have denied that Islamic terrorists are operating in the southern border region, but the rapid deployment of FBI brass in the aftermath of JW’s report seems to indicate otherwise. A Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector were among the sources that confirmed to JW that ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas. The base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.
The Italian coast guard rescued almost 8,500 migrants off the coast of Italy between Friday April 10 and Monday April 13. Most of the would-be refugees were from Syria or sub-Saharan Africa.
In other news, Ramadi, the capital of Anbar Province in Iraq, is currently besieged by the Islamic State and may soon fall.

Lars Vilks, the Swedish artist who created the Modoggies, was invited to Finland recently to take part in a discussion in the Finnish parliament. However, the event had to be cancelled, due to — what else? — “security concerns” raised by the security police, Supo.
So, in lieu of parliament, Mr. Vilks spoke at an event sponsored by the Finns Party (Perussuomalaiset), a nationalist and immigration-critical party that is vilified in Finland, as are all such parties across the whole of Europe.
The irony was probably not lost on Mr. Vilks, who is not at all a right-wing sort of person. He’s simply a staunch supporter of freedom of speech, and is manifestly willing to put his life on the line to defend the right to speak freely.
There’s no doubt about it: opposition to Islamization makes for strange bedfellows. If you are one of those dedicated citizens who are determined not to have muezzins ululating from minarets at godawful hours in your neighborhood, you never know with whom you may end up sharing a podium.
A side-note: Lars Vilks is now generally described as a “cartoonist”, simply because he drew a picture entitled “The Prophet as a Roundabout Dog”. But he’s not a cartoonist, and never has been. He is an artist, and his drawings of the Roundabout Prophets are in his own unique style, but they are not cartoons. The term “cartoonist” is a misnomer, bestowed upon him out of ignorance.

Last Saturday Gavin Boby of the Law and Freedom Foundation spoke at a demo sponsored by MARIAS (Mothers Against Radical Islam and Sharia) at Downing Street in London. He discussed the Islamization of Britain and the rest of Europe, paying particular attention to rape gangs, Jew-hatred, and seditious mosques.

The Queen says about immigrants: “We must be welcoming, but we must also let them know what we expect”

In an interview with the Danish newspaper Berlingske, Danish Queen Margrethe states firmly that it is important not to let ourselves be cowed when terror hits Danish society, and that it is important to protect the values that Denmark stands for.
Queen Margrethe urges Danes not to let themselves be cowed by the kind of terror that has not only hit Denmark but also a number of other European countries.
During the weekend of the 14th-15th February, when the gang member Omar El-Hussein killed Finn Nørgaard and Dan Uzan and wounded several police officers before he was shot, it was an assault on both freedom of expression and the Jewish community.
In the interview with Berlingske on the occasion of her 75th birthday on 16 April, Queen Margrethe does not hide the fact that the assassinations confronted Danes with a new reality, and that it raises the question of how free and open societies need to respond to terrorists who want to destroy them. According to the Queen, Denmark was put under pressure by the assassination.
“It would be absurd to say that we are not under pressure. There is pressure, but what is important is how we tackle it,” said the Queen.
The Danish ‘reaction was what the ruler had thought and expected.
“It came as no surprise to me that people took it calmly. That much I know about my fellow citizens. I have confidence in how they tackle events, especially when it’s the really big things. We can get excited about small things; they do not matter so much. What is important is that we keep a cool head when the big things happen,” she says.
Seen through the queen’s eyes, an important part of our response to terror is to stand firm regarding the core freedoms upon which Denmark is founded — including freedom of expression — which makes it possible to speak, write and express our opinions freely.
“I know there are some who say that we must be careful, and of course we need to think about that, but we must certainly also say things the way we think they are. We must not keep it inside or hold back. If you hold things back, they become worse,” said the Queen.
Fear should never be allowed to dominate, even though the terrorists are prepared to use violence.
“First and foremost they have to know that we are not afraid. They want to scare us, but we must not be intimidated. This is essential. The old expression that we should not let ourselves be cowed or let ourselves be scared, is important and I think it is in the spirit of the Danes not to let themselves be suppressed or cowed,” says the Queen.

The Center for Security Policy has organized the sending of a letter to United States senators backing their stance on President Obama’s “framework agreement” with Iran. The text of the letter is below, included in a CSP press release. Full disclosure: I’m one of the more than 150 signatories to this letter.
Over 150 National Security Experts, Concerned Citizens Express Gratitude to Sen. Tom Cotton and Colleagues for Leadership on Iran
Washington, DC— Today, over 150 national security experts, former Senior military and government leaders, public policy practitioners and other American patriots have written to Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) and 46 other United States Senators. They expressed their gratitude for the letter they wrote to the Iran’s leaders serving notice on them that in accordance with the United States Constitution, any agreement between President Obama and Ayatollah Khamenei reach on Iran’s nuclear program will be considered to be only an executive agreement that can be revoked by the next president or modified by congress — unless it is approved by the legislative branch.
The letter, organized by the Center for Security Policy, states in part:
“Given the chimerical nature of the so-called framework agreement — which is, at the moment, being characterized in wildly different ways by the various parties, raising profound uncertainty about the nature and extent of the commitments Iran is making, their actual value in preventing an Iranian nuclear weapons program, the timing and extent of sanctions relief, etc. — the need for congressional oversight, advice and consent concerning any accord that flows from that agreement can no longer responsibly be denied.“
“It would be a serious affront to the Constitution and to the American people were an agreement of this potentially enormous strategic consequence not to be submitted for such action by the Congress. Grievous insult would be added to injury should the United Nations Security Council instead be asked to approve it.”

Each passing day seems to bring new and worrying revelations about the “framework agreement” that President Obama claims to have achieved with the Islamic Republic of Iran and five other nations. This “deal” is supposed to determine future restrictions on Iran’s nuclear ambitions. The cumulative effect of these insights is a powerful affirmation of the effort you and forty-six of your Senate colleagues made last month to put the mullahs on notice that any such deal would require congressional assent. We write to commend you for taking this important initiative.
In particular, we want to thank you for the American civics lesson you gave the Iranian leaders with this cautionary note: “…We will consider any agreement regarding your nuclear-weapons program that is not approved by the Congress as nothing more than an executive agreement between President Obama and Ayatollah Khamenei. The next president could revoke such an executive agreement with the stroke of a pen and future Congresses could modify the terms of the agreement at any time.” Your courageous warning bespoke a patriotic commitment to our Constitution and its separation of powers that is deeply appreciated.

As reported here a couple of days ago, a building in downtown Ottawa blew up late last Thursday night. Over the weekend the Ottawa police determined that the blast and fire were the result of arson.
At this point there’s still no definitive evidence that cultural enrichment played a role in the fiery incident, although one of the destroyed stores in the block was a Muslim-run business.
Our Ottawa correspondent Victor Laszlo took some close-up footage today at the scene of the explosion on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bank Street. The area has been properly cordoned off and the site preserved so that the arson team may investigate it properly.

In the Peterborough grooming trial, a “British” businessman named Mohammed Khubaib (Mohammed Coefficient: 100%) has been convicted of rape for forcing a 14-year-old girl to commit sexual acts with him. He will be sentenced next month.
In other news, almost 6,000 illegal migrants were rescued by the Italian coast guard over the weekend. However, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has expressed concern over the deaths of nine of those migrants, and says that Italy must do more to protect the lives of migrants who attempt to cross the Mediterranean.

Dear friends, hello Germany, hello Dresden!
Thank you for being here tonight. Thank you for coming together with so many.
It is a privilege to be speaking to you in the beautiful Elbestadt Dresden.
For the past 22 weeks, you have gathered here every Monday,
together with thousands of German patriots.
In bad weather, in good weather,
in pouring rain and in stormy winds,
you were always here,
Dresden zeigt, wie’s geht!
[Dresden shows the way]
I know how difficult it is, especially in Germany, to be proud patriots. There is a lot of resistance.
In my eyes, you are all heroes.
And I applaud you.
Because there is nothing wrong with being proud German patriots.
There is nothing wrong with wanting Germany to remain free and democratic.
There is nothing wrong with preserving our own Judeo-Christian civilization. That is our duty.
Our own culture is the best culture there is.
Immigrants should adopt our values and not the other way round.
Our freedom and democracy must be defended.
It is our duty to defend it.
That is why we are here tonight.
In the tradition of Kant, Schiller, and Stauffenberg.
In the tradition of freedom of speech,
in the tradition of speaking the truth.
And acting accordingly.
26 years ago, you in Dresden, and your compatriots in Leipzig and the other cities of the former GDR, taught the world an important lesson.
You showed that the truth is stronger than lies,
that courage is stronger than tyranny,
that freedom is stronger than oppression.
You brought Germany die Wende. [the process of change]
Today, we need a new Wende.
Most of the politicians, media, churches and academics
look away from the threat of Islamization.
They are afraid.
But you are not.
You and I are here together tonight. Because we are PEGIDA,
die Patriotische Europäer gegen die Islamisierung des Abendlandes
[Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamization of the West].
We are the people!
We are die Wende!
And nothing, nobody, will stop us.
And we hate no-one. We fight for our freedom, and hence we object to totalitarian Islam, but we do not hate Muslims.
Neither do we hate our political opponents who are protesting here in Dresden against us.
I am happy that we in Germany and the Netherlands are allowed to demonstrate against each other. Without violence. Without hatred.
That is also the important difference between our country and, for example, Saudi Arabia or Iran.
And I say to the Prime Minister of Saxony, who felt he needed to warn against me:
We are indeed those who are fighting against discrimination and hatred.
Look at all the countries where Islam is dominant. Look at Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan. Non-Muslims, Christians, Jews, women, gays and apostates are treated there as inferior. They are being humiliated, persecuted, and even murdered. That is exactly what we are fighting against.
And it is a disgrace, Mr Prime Minister, that we do not find you on our side.
It is a disgrace, Mr Prime Minister, that you do not warn against that.
We have had enough of political correctness.
We have had enough of the Islamization of our societies.
We stand for freedom, for the truth.
And we want to live in freedom and in the truth!
Because we think that without freedom life is not worth living.
Freedom and human rights — that is what we stand for.
Frau Merkel says Islam belongs in Germany. I ask you: Is she right?
She is not right!
Should I take Frau Merkel with me to Holland? No, thanks!
I have a message for Frau Merkel:
Frau Merkel, the majority of your people say that Islam does not belong in Germany!
Frau Merkel, the Netherlands, Germany, the other nations in the West are not Islamic countries.
We do not want a Monokultur, but we want our own Judeo-Christian culture to remain the Leitkultur in our land.
We want to remain what we are.
We want to remain who we are!
While most politicians sing the praises of Islam, we worry about the future of our country.
We worry because we have read the Koran.
In verse 9:29 it states that it is OK to fight Jews and Christians.
In verse 4:89 it instructs Muslims to kill anyone who leaves Islam.
We worry because recent academic research revealed that 45% of the Muslims in Germany believe Islamic religious rules are more important than secular German laws.
We worry because 73% of the Muslims in my country say that Dutch Muslims who fight in Syria are heroes. 73%!
We worry because in the past months, we have seen thousands of homegrown youths leave our countries to join the Islamic State.
We worry because we have seen how many of these jihadists have returned to Europe, and most of them have not been imprisoned.
They currently roam our streets like ticking time bombs.
We cannot afford to do nothing. We have to do something.
Every citizen is responsible for the preservation of our liberties.
Every one of you must, wherever he or she can, raise the awareness of his or her fellow citizens.
Germany cannot be warned enough against Islamization.
Not all Muslims are terrorists, but most terrorists are Muslims.
We worry because we know where they find their inspiration.
We know the book they read.
Look at what happened in Kenya just last week,
where savage jihadists attacked a university,
where Muslims were separated from non-Muslims,
where Muslims were allowed to leave,
and non-Muslims were murdered in cold blood.
Look at what happened in Paris and Copenhagen earlier this year.
We don’t want terrorist acts like these to happen in Germany or the Netherlands.
And, hence, it is important that everyone of you should raise the alarm for Germany.
If you love Germany, then raise the alarm.
If you love your husband or wife, then raise the alarm.
If you love your children, then raise the alarm.
Warn your neighbors, your colleagues, your friends for the danger of Islamization, a danger to your country, your liberty, your partner, your children.
In recent decades, Europe has been confronted with burkas, honor killings, female genital mutilation, polygamy, the killing of apostates.
All over Europe, mega-mosques are being built, while in Saudi Arabia the first church still needs to be built.
Last year, a record number of over 626.000 asylum seekers came to the European Union. That is an increase of 44%.
Two thirds of these asylum seekers came from Islamic countries.
Over 200,000 asylum seekers came to Germany.
This year, there will be even more.
We are facing a catastrophe.
And I tell you: Enough is enough!
Of course, fugitives from for example Syria should be safe. But they should be accommodated in their own region. Not here. Not in Europe. We should leave Schengen and reinstall our own border controls.
Immigrants who are already legally in our countries, who obey the law and assimilate into our culture, are welcome to stay and are equal to anybody else.
But to those who have crossed our borders illegally, want to wage jihad, put Sharia law above our laws, or commit violent crimes, we say loud and clear: Leave our country! You do not belong here!
And when jihadists want to leave our country, I say: Do not stop them, but let them leave! But let them never return. Never again.
I know that anyone who voices criticism of Islam and Muhammad is in grave personal danger.
I know it from personal experience. I am on the Al-Qaeda death list.
But today, we all face the threats of terrorism.
Today, we are all on the death list of the jihadis.
I tell you:
I am sick and tired of the politicians who put their heads in the sand like ostriches.
I am sick and tired of their shameful irresponsibility and their appalling cowardice.
I founded the Party for Freedom in the Netherlands to protect the Netherlands against Islamization.
Look at the state of freedom, safety and terror in the Islamic world.
We do not want that here.
Lets us not import the lack of freedom, the lack of safety, and the terror.

I also call on Muslims:
Join die Wende!
Liberate yourself from the shackles of Islam! Throw off the joke.
Leave Islam and choose freedom and dignity!
We are die Wende.
We are the voice of the people.
We are the torch-bearers for freedom.
We are the torch-bearers for democracy.
We are the torch-bearers for our own civilization.
We must be brave. That is what we must do. Be brave. That is our duty.
I ask you: Do our leaders do that?
No, they don’t.
They don’t do their duty.
They even lie to us.
Every day, we hear the same mantra that Islam is a religion of peace. After every atrocity committed in the name of Islam, Barack Obama, David Cameron, Angela Merkel and my own Prime Minister rush to the television cameras to declare that these acts have noting to do with Islam.
How stupid do they think we are?
Most of our politicians look away. But we will not be silent. Because we are the people — the people that refuse to be enslaved!

Difficult times need courageous people, like you.
There are many of us. In every country in the West there are courageous patriots who stand on our side.
That is why I am an optimist.
We in the Netherlands, you in Germany and the patriots in other countries, we stand together.
Our political leaders may abandon our country, but we will not.
Dear friends, German patriots,
look at Israel, learn from Israel.
Israel is an island in a sea of Islamic barbarism.
Israel is a beacon of freedom and prosperity in a region of Islamic darkness.
Israel refuses to be overrun by the jihadists. So should we.
Be proud of Germany. Always.
Preserve your German identity.
Preserve your German heritage.
Preserve your German Leitkultur.
Germany is the backbone of Europe.
Keep it free and democratic.
Let the light of freedom shine!
