Hungarian Court: The Vax Pass is Non-Discriminatory

The Hungarian Constitutional Court has ruled that the country’s vaccine passport — called a “certificate of immunity” — is non-discriminatory. Which doesn’t make any sense — if the vax pass really is non-discriminatory, it’s a totally useless document.

But of course it’s discriminatory: it distinguishes between those who have been “vaccinated” and those who haven’t, and confers special rights and privileges on the former group while disadvantaging the latter. That’s the exact definition of discrimination.

The real issue is whether or not the vax pass violates the Hungarian Constitution. I don’t understand Hungarian, so I can’t comment on that aspect of the case. I’ll have to defer to the Constitutional Court on the issue.

Is the immunity card discriminatory? The Constitutional Court has ruled

In a decision published on Tuesday, the Constitutional Court unanimously rejected the constitutional complaints challenging the constitutionality of the government decree regulating the immunity card. According to the petitioners, the regulation causes a lasting and serious violation of fundamental rights for those who do not have an immunity card. However, the constitutional judges held that the provisions at issue did not infringe the prohibition of discrimination.

In recent months, almost a thousand constitutional complaints have been lodged with the Constitutional Court, asking for the annulment of certain provisions of Decree No 484/2020 (XI. 10.) on the second phase of protection measures to be applied in times of emergency, relating to the protection card.

According to previous information from the Constitutional Court, the vast majority of the constitutional complaints had the same wording and the cases were divided into several groups on this basis. The five-member chamber, chaired by Miklós Juhász and composed of Ágnes Czine, Attila Horváth, Imre Juhász and Tamás Sulyok, President of the Constitutional Court, grouped the petitions with similar or identical content under case number IV/1093/2021.

As previously reported, the petitioners challenged before the Constitutional Court the provisions of Government Decree No 484/2020 which grant additional rights to holders of the official certificate of immunity (the “Certificate of Immunity”) provided for in Government Decree No 60/2021 (12.2.21) on the certificate of immunity against the coronavirus, compared with persons who do not hold such a certificate.

In the applicants’ view, the contested provisions of the Decree discriminated against those who, on the basis of their decisions taken on the basis of health risks, did not hold an immunity certificate, thereby causing serious violations of their fundamental rights.

According to the applicants, the discrimination was not based on necessary, proportionate and reasonable constitutional grounds, in particular the fact that an immunity certificate issued prior to the establishment of immunity under the vaccination protocol does not guarantee the effective establishment of immunity even for those who can prove their immunity under the Government Decree.

The decision of the five-member panel of the Constitutional Court, whose rapporteur was Miklós Juhász, held that the exercise of certain fundamental rights may be suspended or restricted beyond the limits set by the Fundamental Law in times of emergency.

In other news, Austrian police found 28 illegal migrants crammed into a van near the country’s border with Hungary. Two of the passengers were dead. The driver of the vehicle is still being sought.

A Reminder: We Will Not Comply

In a time of universal vaccine mandates, non-compliance is a revolutionary act.*

The landing craft is now bumping through the raging surf, and will shortly be ejecting us onto our very own Omaha Beach.

Yes, we are in the midst of a war. There are no non-combatants.

Looking at it from one angle, everyone who has been “vaccinated” has already surrendered and been taken prisoner. The rest of us — the ones who have refused, sometimes known as “purebloods” — are now being intensively targeted in a renewed offensive by the enemy. There are very few unjabbed people left who can be easily coerced into getting the vax, so we can expect the next phase of the war to become particularly nasty.

There has never been a conflict like this one, at least not in my lifetime.

As I have said repeatedly in the past, we are in the midst of an information war that has been going on for decades. Here in the glorious Year of Our Lord 2021 it’s still an information war, but over the last two years it has opened a new front in our bodies — under the skin, in the bloodstream, in the brain. This is unprecedented. Nothing like it has ever been seen before.

Eventually the Powers That Be will probably devise a way to insert the new nano-hardware and -software into us without our knowing it, but for the time being they still require our consent in order to get the needle into our arms.

They have persuaded, cajoled, bribed, threatened, and fooled just about everyone that they can. The remnant of unvaxed people are going to have to be coerced into being “dutiful”. Telling us that we’re murdering Grandma is simply not going to be enough.

No traditional method remains by which we might win this war. It’s become abundantly clear that voting is no help. Nor is writing letters to our elected representatives. The federal government has the means to ruin our lives, and it has made it abundantly clear that it won’t hesitate to do so. It has already rolled out some pretty big guns against us, and is holding some even bigger ones in reserve.

Armed citizens are able to resist to a certain extent, but the government has the means to ruin the lives of an isolated person and his family, even if they are armed. They can bust your [fundament] and cart you off in the big black armored vehicle to rot in solitary indefinitely.

Constitution? What’s a “constitution”? Never heard of it.

Being armed can work when enough armed people gather in solidarity with one another and act collectively. However, when the group becomes large enough, it gets infiltrated by federal informants and provocateurs, and gets rolled up by the government, as I have discussed in previous essays.

This can only begin to change when a large enough number of people have nothing left to lose. And the government is, of course, creating exactly those conditions with its latest heavy-handed repressive measures designed to force people to allow themselves to be injected with an experimental mRNA medical treatment. Those who resist and lose their jobs and become unemployable, who get evicted or have the bank foreclose on their homes, become people who have nothing left to lose.

This is why we lowly foot soldiers in the war need to wield the only weapon we have left, which is to say en masse: WE WILL NOT COMPLY.

It takes an ornery person to resist the kind of pressure we’re currently under. I consider myself ornery, but I’m under no illusions about how hard this may well become. I’ll see how long I can hold out.

The government is still holding its most fearsome weapons in reserve. It may well cut off Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security for citizens who refuse the vax. We may eventually be required to show a vax pass to enter federal state, and local government buildings, or health care facilities, or pharmacies, or even grocery stores. Banks and credit card companies may shut down the accounts of people who can’t prove they’ve been “vaccinated”.

We may be reduced to scavenging for scraps in dumpsters. Except, of course, peace officers will be stationed in the vicinity of all dumpsters to check our QR codes before we are allowed near the garbage.

All to keep us “safe”, mind you.

The Smuggling of Migrants Through Belarus

In Brandenburg it turned out that more than half of the evacuated Afghans were not German local workers. The reception centers were bathed in the sloppy politics of Berlin. At the same time, unbelievable stories came to light and were silently swept under the carpet

Brandenburg remains a target country in several ways. Residue-free removal of one’s own work

If it’s up to the Foreign Office and the accommodating Ministry of the Interior, tens of thousands of Afghans now have a right to humanitarian protection in Germany. In the end, this endless expansion serves only one goal: the most complete possible relocation of the new Afghan intelligentsia to Germany. But what have you been committed to for twenty years, only to remove the results of your own work today with practically no residue? Shouldn’t one rather advertise that parts of the former “civil society” keep their place under the Taliban and thus ensure a somewhat pluralistic Afghanistan? Can’t we at least expect this much heroism from the champions of the Western way of life in Central Asia?

A few days ago Die Welt reported on a tender by the German armed forces concerning geographical information about Russia. This somewhat peculiar formulation is necessary because the cards are not simple. It’s about a geographic information system. While the simple idea that it is a pile of current maps, as one is used to in everyday life, can send a shiver down your spine; since the Bundeswehr, whose constitutional mission is defense, has lost less than nothing in Russia, a geographic information system is far more sinister.

The tender reveals this goal with the phrase “vector data high resolution”. It is important to know that graphics and images can be created and stored on computers in two completely different ways. The one that most computer users are familiar with is made up of pixels, like a classic halftone print of a photograph. The other, the vector-based form, consists of mathematical formulas and additional properties. A curved red line is then a sequence of different curve formulas with the additional properties of line width and color. Graphics programs and CAD systems work with this type of data.

In contrast to files made up of pixels, the vector-based graphics have a much smaller volume and are easier to change (which in this case is of little importance) or to combine with additional data. As a result, it is possible, for example, to have three-dimensional models calculated using this data.

Now we are talking about a military project that is based on the images of military satellites. Two things have to be said about this. First of all, that the resolution (1:50,000) specified in the tender can be relocated to the realm of the imagination. “Military satellite systems such as In contrast, the KH-8 (Keyhole), for example, achieved a resolution of ten centimeters on the ground as early as the early 1980s to identify military equipment on the ground,” said a lecture at the Hamburg Forum for Geomatics in 2002. A geographic information system now links the data obtained in this way with further information. For example, data on administrative centers and supply infrastructure for the geographic image of a city. Where are the hospitals, where is the water supply, the power plant, the television station… These are data that are obtained from the additional spectral ranges on the one hand, but can also be linked directly to the image on the other.

Mad Vax Disease
