Italian Ambulance Driver: The Vaxed End up in ICU

There’s nothing like a shouting match on Italian television — it makes a Hannity talking-head session look somnolent by comparison.

In the following clip from an Italian talk show, the screeching women on the panel are silenced long enough for an ambulance driver to explain to them that fully vaxed people catch Corona and end up in intensive care.

Stop Zemmour — Postpone the Election!

As most of you know by now, the French chapter of the Powers That Be is alarmed about the threat Eric Zemmour poses in next year’s presidential race. The guy is just too popular, and the Antifas haven’t yet managed to kill him.

An establishment newspaper is now discussing how the election might be postponed. Just a coincidence, I’m sure.

Many thanks to MissPiggy for translating this article from Le Journal du Dimanche:

Covid-19: Can the presidential election be postponed due to the epidemic?

The constitution does not allow for the postponement of the presidential election due to the epidemic. But here is how the executive branch could postpone the election if necessary.

Can the presidential election be postponed because of the epidemic?

The constitution does not provide for this. Article 8 states that the election must be held before the end of the current president’s term, which is May 14, 2022. France has already held several elections during the Covid-19 epidemic: municipal, departmental and regional elections. Each time with sanitary measures to avoid the spread. The epidemic does not seem to be able to hinder voting.

It will be necessary to modify the Constitution

But if the population is confined on April 10 and 24, participation could fall. The executive could then be tempted to find a way to postpone the vote. There is nothing to prevent the Constitution from being amended on March 15, for example, explains specialist Didier Maus, “This can be done in eight to ten days, with a constitutional law that modifies the duration of the president’s mandate. However, this would displease the purists. But for this to work, the Assembly and the Senate must agree.”

And if a candidate is ill? There, the Constitution can help. If one of them is “prevented” (in intensive care, for example), the Constitutional Council can postpone the vote beyond the limits provided.

Hmm. The Boy President has been vaxed, so he stands a good chance of catching COVID. Hurry! Let’s intubate him! That should give us enough time…

Gates of Vienna News Feed 12/18/2021

An explosion at a bank in the Pakistani city of Karachi collapsed the building and killed at least fifteen people. The bank was built above a major sewer, and it is thought that sewer gas may have ignited to cause the explosion.

In other news, thousands of people took to the streets to demonstrate against vaccine mandates and vaccine passports in Melbourne, Belfast, and multiple cities in Germany.

Fudging the Numbers

Most readers will be familiar with the notorious inaccuracy of the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test for COVID-19. Depending on how many cycles are used, the PCR test can detect Corona in Dr. Pepper, or Cheez Whiz, or even in tap water.

The antigen test for COVID-19 is somewhat different. It is intended to detect antibodies that have been produced by the immune system in response to the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The following article from Germany describes the inaccuracy of the antigen test, and how it is essentially as unreliable as the PCR test. It helps explains why the seasonal flu disappeared in early 2020, since the Corona tests are likely to be positive when the influenza virus is present, or even when certain bacteria are in the bloodstream.

Our governments, in their infinite wisdom, want COVID-19 to be detected in millions of patients. It seems that both the PCR and the antigen tests have been instrumental in producing the desired results.

Many thanks to Hellequin GB for translating this article from Report24:

Fraud against the citizen: Antigen test also responds to flu and bacteria

Hardly any other topic is as hotly controversial as the question of where the flu, which usually occurs every year, has actually gone. The fact that the corona pandemic is identical to the flu pandemic is vehemently opposed by mainstream censorship institutes disguised as “fact-checkers”. After it became known that some PCR tests were not able to differentiate between coronavirus and influenza, evidence is now on the table that this also applies to at least one widespread antigen self-test. A gigantic fraud?

The subject is so hot that we are presenting the sources used for it a little more clearly than usual. Because we will be fought for this news again until our existence is threatened. Nonetheless, it is true, documented and verifiable for every citizen on the basis of our documents. We ask you to study this information carefully and disseminate it.

Current antigen tests for Germany

While researching antigen tests that are currently being delivered from China via Linz-Hörsching Airport to Germany, we came across a document from the European Commission. There are listed which viruses are recognized by these antigen self-tests used mainly in schools:

  • Adenovirus
  • Adenovirus 3
  • Alpha Coronavirus 229E (HCoV-229E)
  • Alpha Coronavirus Nl63 (HCoV-Nl63)
  • Beta Coronavirus HKU1 (HCoV-HKU1)
  • Beta Coronavirus OC43 (HCoV-OC43)
  • Influenza A H1N1
  • Influenza A H3N2
  • Influenza A H5N1
  • Influenza B Victoria
  • Influenza B Yamagata
  • MERS-CoV
  • Mumps Virus (MuV)
  • Mycobacterium tuberculosis
  • Mycoplasma Pneumoniae
  • Parainfluenza Virus Type
  • Parainfluenza Virus Type 2
  • Respiratory Syncytial V (RSV)
  • Rhinovirus
  • SARS-CoV

This is unlikely to be the only approved test in use that, in addition to SARS-CoV-2, also responds to influenza and other pathogens (Example 1, Example2, Example3).

Influenza positives are therefore included in “Corona infection numbers”

The question arises as to what sense such a product makes if it is quite obvious that the entire range of known flu viruses can be detected with it. Because the result of the tests, according to the advertisement, is always “C-positive”, i.e. a positive test for coronaviruses. The fact that this is exclusively a Corona test is falsely suggested by a corresponding imprint on all of these products. As is well known, it is also noted and incorporated into the daily published infection figures. If a citizen who tested positive by antigen test does a PCR test to be sure, he is known to be included twice in the statistics — and every further PCR test, whether positive or negative, as well.

It is really difficult not to think of fraud on a gigantic scale here — which official body will answer questions about it? Which mainstream medium has the courage to ask as well?

Only very few mutation lines are recognized in SARS-CoV-2

What informative value do such antigen self-tests have if they detect not only SARS-CoV-2 but dozens of other pathogens, but with SARS-CoV-2 they are also limited to very few mutation lines?

In fact, the manufacturer states that in the case of SARS-CoV-2, only the following lines are recognized out of the hundreds of strains in circulation. This does not rule out that subsequent and related strains are also recognized, but the manufacturer does not define this because it cannot or does not want to give any guarantee:

A Verse For Vaxing Times

A Verse For Vaxing Times

By Michael Copeland

Acknowledge and Obey

The government will tell you what you can and cannot do.
Pay attention carefully to what’s arranged for you.
They’ll issue further guidance. You must follow what they say.
Remember this, perform it well — acknowledge and obey.

From a fatwa issued by the association of lawyers for Sharia in America, artfully titled “Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America”:

For things which have been stipulated in the texts of Islam, the Muslim community possesses no power except to acknowledge and obey…”

Different Rules for Different Fools

The past two years of “pandemic” have made it abundantly clear that there are two sets of rules for different tiers of society. On the one hand are the ordinary peons like you and me, who have to obey the authorities without question. On the other are our rulers up there in the lofty empyrean, who make the rules but do not have to follow them.

In the story below, a German restaurant owner was very precise about applying the rules. The “2G” measures require that restaurant patrons produce proof of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19. The owner’s mistake was to apply that rule to the functionaries who showed up to check on the establishment’s 2G compliance.

Many thanks to Hellequin GB for translating this article from FOCUS Online:

Because the boss of the restaurant wants to check the public order officers, police come to the scene of the 2G control.

This is an unusual Corona check in a restaurant in North Rhine-Westphalia. Public order office employees want to check the 2G measures of the restaurant. But the restaurant manager insists that the city employees also show their vaccination card. Because they are reluctant, the police have to move in a little later.

The restaurant manager of the “Palazzo im Wiedenhof” in Haan in North Rhine-Westphalia is extremely precise about compliance with the 2G rule — and even denies the public order office access to his premises. The four [state] employees wanted to check the restaurant guests’ 2G status, but were reluctant to pull out the vaccination cards themselves.

A little later, the city employees returned with the police to the front of the restaurant, reports RP Online. Two of the public order office employees then also showed their documents. The other two were eventually allowed into the restaurant in this way.

The deputy head of the Haan public order office, Rainer Skroblies, commented on the incident: “It is understandable that the regulation that theoretically non-immunized police or public order office personnel may carry out 2G checks meets at first sight with incomprehension.” The staff, like the employees in the catering industry, are not subject to the 2G, but the 3G rule.

A Week to Christmas

I’ve posted this poem a couple of times in the past, but it’s worth revisiting during this manic materialistic holiday season in which the J- and C-words must never be mentioned:

A Week to Christmas

by Louis MacNeice (part XX of “Autumn Journal”, 1938)

A week to Christmas, cards of snow and holly,
Gimcracks in the shops,
Wishes and memories wrapped in tissue paper,
Trinkets, gadgets and lollipops
And as if through coloured glasses
We remember the childhood thrill
Waking in the morning to the rustling of paper,
The eiderdown heaped in a hill
Of wogs and dogs and bears and bricks and apples
And the feeling that Christmas Day
Was a coral island in time where we land and eat our lotus
But where we can never stay.

There was a star in the East, the magi in their turbans
Brought their luxury toys
In homage to a child born to capsize their values
And wreck their equipoise.
A smell of hay like peace in the dark stable —
Not peace however but a sword
To cut the Gordian knot of logical self-interest,
The fool-proof golden cord;
For Christ walked in where philosophers tread
But armed with more than folly,
Making the smooth place rough and knocking the heads
Of Church and State together.
In honour of whom we have taken over the pagan
Saturnalia for our annual treat
Letting the belly have its say, ignoring
The spirit while we eat.
And Conscience still goes crying through the desert
With sackcloth round his loins:
A week to Christmas — hark the herald angels
Beg for copper coins.

For my remarks on the poem and the surrounding cultural context, see the post from 2017.

A Setback for the Imposition of 2G in Lower Saxony

It seems that members of the German judiciary can just as obstreperous as their American counterparts when it comes to enforcing the arbitrary Corona-related diktats of the central government.

Many thanks to Hellequin GB for translating this article from PolitikStube:

BANG ruling in Lower Saxony: Higher Administrative Court overturns the 2G rule in retail

Judges overturn the 2G rule in retail for the state of Lower Saxony.

The Higher Administrative Court in Lüneburg was required to judge the 2G rule, which had only recently come into force, according to which only vaccinated or recovered customers are allowed to enter and be served on business premises. Exceptions only apply to shops that provide immediate supplies, such as supermarkets or pharmacies.

The result of their legal evaluation now makes for a bang. The judges came to the verdict on Thursday that the measure is not necessary and not compatible with the general principle of equality.

Send the Vax Refuseniks to the Gulag!

With the new left-wing government installed in Germany, strict measures against the “vaccine hesitant” are to be expected. If Gregor Gysi — a member of the Bundestag for Die Linke (The Left) — has his way, anyone who refuses the vaccine and doesn’t pay the fine should be sent to prison.

Many thanks to Hellequin GB for translating this article from PolitikStube. The translator includes this background on the illustrious Me. Gysi:

Just a little Wikipedia background on our F(r)iend Gregor here: “Gregor Florian Gysi is a German attorney, president of the Party of the European Left and a prominent politician of Die Linke political party. He belonged to the reformist wing of the governing Socialist Unity Party of Germany at the time of the pro-democracy transition inspired by then Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev.” He thus clearly shows what kind of spirit child he has always been. It was not for nothing that there were repeated rumors of Stasi activities. He also took home — so conveniently — the DDR’s assets.

The translated article:

Gregor Gysi: Prison for vaccination refusals possible

According to the left-wing member of the Bundestag Gregor Gysi, “imprisonment threats” if a vaccination requirement is introduced. That is the consequence should a fine be imposed for violations of the vaccination obligation “and the money cannot be collected,” says the lawyer at “19 — the chief round-up”. But he himself advocates creating incentives for a vaccination, for example €50, which would also be paid retrospectively. “I prefer bonuses to Mali(?),” says Gysi.

The left-wing politician recognizes a new quality in the protests against the Corona measures: the demonstrators did not fight for one cause, “they are opposing the state itself” — a “real problem”, warns Gysi. Because the protests are often organized via social media channels such as Telegram, and forged vaccination cards are also offered there, he advocates stricter regulation: “The legal framework must be adapted.”

Up to my Eyeballs

I went to the retinal specialist’s office this afternoon to get a periodic injection in my left eye to treat wet macular degeneration. I’ve now recovered to the point that I’m able to sit in front of the screen and do things, but even so, posting for the rest of the evening may be relatively light.

The good news is that the condition in my eye is now well-stabilized, which means I don’t have to get the needle as often. It also means that using my eyes is becoming less exhausting. So, all in all, I feel pretty good right now.

Gates of Vienna News Feed 12/16/2021

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte told citizens not to cuddle their grandchildren, as Christmas is being cancelled due to the continuing ravages of the Wuhan Coronavirus. Meanwhile, incoming Swiss president Ignazio Cassis said that he would consider a mandatory vaccination, but only as a last resort. Also, elderly French citizens have been informed that unless they get a third “booster” shot, their vaccine passports will no longer be valid.

In other news, Polish border guards rescued a group of illegal migrants from Syria and Iraq who had been stranded in the marshes near the border with Belarus.
