“We are Primarily Responsible for the Problem”

Filip Dewinter, the leader of the Flemish separatist party Vlaams Belang, acknowledges that Belgium and the EU created the problem of jihad terror in Europe by inviting in millions of immigrants from Muslim countries. He proposes a program of incentives to induce sharia-loving Muslims to return to their ancestral homes.

Belgium’s far-right Vlaams Belang party launched a new campaign on Thursday. It invites all Muslims ‘who don’t feel at home here’ (in Belgium) and those who want Sharia Law to return to their country of origin.

A contest to win ten airline tickets to the ‘Islamic country of your choice’ is also part and parcel of the provocative campaign titled ‘East West? Home Sweet Home!’ — as per Filip Dewinter, the party’s Antwerp leader.

As evidenced by the number of Belgians who have left for jihad in Syria, Dewinter claims that radicalization concerns should not be directed solely towards the problem of the few hundreds of fighters who have joined the ranks of jihad. Measures such as special courses in schools and separation of radicalized prison inmates are no longer manageable.

The Islamic State has posted photos and addresses of about a hundred American military personnel, and called on its overseas adherents to find them and kill them. The Pentagon says it is investigating the matter, and has notified the service members’ families. Meanwhile the USA has pulled its remaining special forces out of Yemen, due to the worsening security situation.

In other news, a new French law mandates that the rooftops of all commercial buildings must be covered with either solar panels or plants.

EDL for Hire? No Way!

Tommy Robinson, the former leader of the English Defence League, and the current EDL leader Steve Eddowes exposed a prominent Muslim Tory politician attempting to make a corrupt (and illegal) deal with the English Defence League.

Afzal Amin, a Conservative candidate for Dudley North, told Messrs. Robinson and Eddowes that he wanted the EDL to announce a fake demo in Dudley that the candidate could take credit for stopping. He also proposed hiring EDL members to canvass on his behalf in Dudley.

Unbeknownst to Mr. Amin, Tommy Robinson recorded last Monday’s restaurant meeting. The Daily Mail obtained a copy of the video and published it tonight for a Sunday scoop:

Exposed: Star Tory candidate plotted with race thugs to stage fake EDL demo in cynical bid to win votes

A key Tory Election candidate was suspended last night after plotting with far-Right extremists to stir up racial hatred in a cynical bid to win votes.

Afzal Amin hatched a scheme to persuade the English Defence League to announce an inflammatory march against a new £18million ‘mega-mosque’. But — as he revealed in secretly filmed footage obtained by The Mail on Sunday — the plan was that the demonstration would never actually go ahead.

And when the phoney rally was called off, the fiercely ambitious Amin, a Muslim, intended to take credit for defusing the situation — winning over voters, and police, in the marginal seat of Dudley North.

In return for going along with the scheme, the former Army captain promised the EDL members he would be their ‘unshakeable ally’ who would help bring their extreme views into the mainstream if he was elected to Parliament.

Amin also wanted EDL members to be paid to canvass on his behalf in Dudley — against election law.

I would posit that, if it were not for semantic nuances, socialism and Islam would be seen as two related sects of the same ‘club’ of hate. It is dangerous to be an unbeliever in a Stalinist state, and it is life-threatening to be a dissident in an Islamic State.

Running through each sect is a jumble of words, words that do not mean what they intend to mean, and are designed to deceive and confuse their victims.

Modern socialism emerged following the Stalinist victory in WWII, where the military need to support Russia on the basis that my “enemy’s enemy is my friend” required undue co-operation with Soviet agencies, who in their turn were not slow to exploit the trusting generosity of their hosts for the benefit of their evil empire.

In the same way Islamists, too, have, in the form of the overtly fascist Muslim Brotherhood, penetrated and influenced Western thought processes attuned to that same modern socialism.

Both organisations lay undisputed claim to the moral high ground, they see themselves as righteous “kings of the castle(s)” and that their opponents are the “dirty old rascals”.

A huge, mind-blowing atrocity was committed by an organisation espousing something called National Socialism. It “lost” that war, an atrocity mirrored and superseded many times over by the International Socialism which “won” and, as we all know, semantic meaning (as well as history) is written or rewritten by the winners.

So instead of being the result of socialism, Auschwitz became the result of “racism” and “nationalism”, and entered into the psyche of the West accompanied by these definitions. Islam was thus able to turn this murderous event in which it fully participated (and may, according to Nuremburg testimony (Wisliceny), have partially instigated and, although this testimony is disputed, it is certainly in character) into something it had nothing to do with.

A series of suicide bombers exploded themselves outside two Shia mosques in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen. 142 people were killed and hundreds more wounded. The local Yemeni affiliate of the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attacks.

In other news, a man named Richard White attacked TSA officers at New Orleans Airport, first spraying them with wasp spray and then cutting one with a machete. He was shot three times by police and taken to the hospital with severe injuries. The TSA officer cut by the machete was also taken to the hospital, but her wounds were not life-threatening.

Eclipsed by Sharia

A primary school in London refused to allow its pupils to watch today’s near-total eclipse of the sun. Below are excerpts from a report in The Daily Mail:

Pupils at a primary school were banned from watching today’s once-in-a-generation eclipse because of ‘religious and cultural reasons’, it has emerged.

Parents of children at North Primary School in Southall, London, said they were ‘outraged’ by the decision and claimed it showed a triumph of ‘religious superstition’ over scientific education.

Phil Belman, whose seven-year-old daughter goes to the school, met with interim headteacher Ivor Johnstone who said he was unable to elaborate on the decision because of ‘confidentiality’.

‘It’s just going back to the dark ages really. My child went in having spent an hour preparing and making up her pinhole camera,’ said Mr Bellman.

‘This is an issue about scientific matters versus religious superstition. I am outraged — is it going to be Darwin next? We will be like mid America.

‘I asked the headteacher to elaborate which religions and which cultures? But he said it had to be confidential. He referred us to the formal complaints procedure.

Khairoe Islam, whose son goes to the school, said: ‘I’m Muslim myself and in my religion it doesn’t say we can’t watch it.

‘I don’t know anything about it but if they say it’s because of religion maybe they could have spoken to those people who had a problem and let the other kids enjoy it.

‘It shouldn’t be spoiled for the rest of the school.’

I’m with Khairoe Islam on this one — there’s no indication that Islam forbids the observation of eclipses. After all, Islamic astronomers built observatories and charted solar and lunar eclipses carefully. So what’s going on here?

Vlad Tepes, who tipped me to this story, suggested that we consult Islamic law to see what it says about viewing eclipses. I looked it up in Reliance of the Traveller*, and it turns out that there’s an entire chapter of Book F, “Prayer”, dedicated to a ritual known as “The Eclipse Prayer”:

f20.1   The eclipse prayer is a confirmed sunna (def: c4.1) (O: and missing it is not permissible, but rather is offensive).

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for yesterday’s deadly attack at the Bardo Museum in Tunis. Nine alleged accomplices of the kinetic activists who staged the attack have been arrested. According to the Minister of the Interior, the two dead militants at the museum were wearing explosive belts that would have caused untold carnage if they had been detonated. Fortunately for everyone involved, the incident had nothing to do with Islam.

In other news, the Italian coast guard rescued 90 migrants off the coast of Sicily. Another 95 are aboard a second ship.

Is Europe Exchanging its Jews for Muslims?

The renewed persecution of Jews in Europe is contrary to our central values, enlightened thinking and liberalism.

A preacher in Saudi Arabia announces that the earth is standing still. Here, masses of books are being given away, whose manipulative mix of science in the style of creationism attempts to prove that Charles Darwin was mistaken. For instance, “The Evolution Scam” by Turkish writer Adnan Oktar. “Wacky” is all you can say.

Now, the Islamic State is on a massive killing spree of “infidels” in the name of the above-mentioned author’s Islam, and he denies not only evolution, but the Holocaust. He is happily spreading the well-known theories of a Jewish-Freemasonry global conspiracy against Islam. And of course the American CIA arranged 9/11 itself so it would have an excuse for a western crusade against Islam. Unfortunately, such ridiculous ideas are believed by many Muslims all over the world, including in Europe.

The nucleus of every liberal-enlightened and democratic state is the separation of belief and knowledge, of religion and the state. This is alien to the Islamic system. To be sure, Islam is a part of Europe now, but many Muslims have not yet “arrived,” because they neither understand nor accept European fundamental principles. A little integration is not enough, especially since 70% of domestic imams reject and torpedo it. To really “arrive,” Islam must enlighten itself.

All across Europe, Islamic and radical right-wing scum are strangely allied in their belief in the worldwide Jewish conspiracy. So we shouldn’t be surprised that the persecution of Jews is hitting its stride again. The exodus from France is only the tip of the iceberg. Anti-Semitic insults and smears have long since become “normal” again — including in Austria. The threshold for physical violence is sinking steadily. Smug European citizens look the other way (in irritation?) — like that other time in Vienna when Jews were allowed to clean the streets with toothbrushes. And the oh-so-humane Left chants anti-Semitic mottos in their demonstrations against Israel, but say nothing about this new mega-scandal.

Allahu Akhbar: The Practicum

Vlad Tepes just uploaded a video of sharia “justice” in Afghanistan that is far too brutal and disturbing to embed here. When he gave me the link, he said: “It’s like ‘Planet of the Apes’ meets ‘Lord of the Flies’, except they all convert to Islam.”

Most people will not want to see this one, even though the worst parts have been pixelated out. And I’m not going to talk about the actual content; it’s too horrible to describe. But if you have a strong stomach, and want to see Islam in action, follow this link. The LiveLeak page has a link to an RFE/RL article that describes what happened today in Kabul.

This is what our brave boys died to defend in “the sandbox”. Does anyone think it was worth the life of even a single one of them?

As mentioned here previously, Vlad and I have to deal with this kind of horror every day. To be honest, I don’t know what the long-term effects of it are on us. I seem to be holding up so far, but I’m no longer young and resilient. What subliminal price am I paying?

The Islamization of South America

Islam has made serious inroads into South America. Hezbollah is know to be active there, particularly in the Tri-Border Area, and Venezuela has been working with Iran for decades. Narco-terrorists and Marxist groups in the region reportedly cooperate with Al Qaeda and other Islamic terror outfits to help smuggle pseudo-Latino operatives across the border between Mexico and the United States.

We don’t often cover these issues, mostly due to a lack of correspondents in the region (see Fausta’s Blog for comprehensive information on Latin American issues, including the Iranian penetration of South America). To help remedy that, below is an email sent to us yesterday by a young Colombian student named Diego. He presents a brief overview of the Islamization of his country and its neighbors:

I am a law student in Colombia, and I wanted to comment on developments on this region of the world, which is so overlooked but might soon become part of the fight against Global Jihad.

I was still too young to remember when, but I can say that at least from the mid-2000s, the Venezuelan Regime of Hugo Chavez began forging ties with Iran. At the time, here in Colombia, Chavez’s Venezuela was looked upon by the mamertos (derogatory term for the left) as a model, just like Cuba. It took me some time, growing up and reading a lot, just to make the connections.

During the 2000s the political discourse was dominated by the narrative of “Narco-Communist Terrorists”. Maybe it is because it has been going on for a long time, or maybe because we have not had the eye-opening experience of Madrid, London or New York, and of course, the big bad guy was Chavez. At the time what most of us ignored was that he was letting Hizbullah in. They had (I am not sure if they still have, but I would not be surprised if they do) camps in Venezuela.

And of course there is the link with Iran’s nuclear program. In the Esequibo zone, the region of Guyana that Venezuela has been reclaiming since the 19th century, there was the discovery of a rather large uranium mine, some parts of it even crossing into the Venezuelan side of the border.

Remember the explosion at the Amuay refinery? Well, there are rumors — for now just rumors — that there was a cover-up for a possible nuclear centrifuge in Amuay; it just blew up before it could start operating. There is no real way to prove these rumors, but something more real, and to me more frightening, is the fact that Iran helped Venezuela build a drone factory at Maracay. And then there were also the planes with aid sent to “Palestine”, at a time when there is hunger and scarcity in Venezuela.

Yesterday, just 24 hours before the deadly terror attack at the Bardo Museum in Tunis, Tunisia’s tourism minister Selma Elluni Rekik said, “There is no security problem in Tunisia. Everything is under control.” She also said, “We now want to focus also on cultural tourism, valorizing our archaeological sites like Carthage, El Jam and the Bardo Museum, where the richest collection of Roman mosaics in the world is kept.”

In other news, community organizers from a group that calls itself “Blockupy” rioted outside the headquarters for the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, throwing rocks at police and burning cars. The protesters were expressing their displeasure with the ECB’s austerity policies.
