Monsieur Zemmour is entirely correct. Here’s why…
Most residents of the West, especially those who are secular or irreligious, tend to see a mosque in the same way they look at any other place of worship, such as a church, synagogue, temple or the like. This is based upon the assumption that since these places of worship for other faiths are incongruous and more-or-less harmless, that a mosque must fit the same pattern. This is a big mistake, for the following reasons…
Although a mosque is a place of worship, it is also many others things. It is considered a part of the Dar al-Islam, the “House of Islam,” or worldwide community of believers. As such, it is a small piece of Islamic territory within the land of the kafirs. This is one reason why a non-Muslim is generally not permitted to enter a mosque or may be unwelcome to do so.
The mosque is also a place of shelter or refuge for the believer, but more importantly, a place where Muslims may speak plainly about their faith, their concerns, their goals and other matters that are not for the ears of the kafirs. This is where the imams – Islamic clerics – exhort their followers to go forth and do great deeds in the name of the prophet and the faith.
It is common for imams to say one thing to their followers, typically in Arabic, Farsi, Pashto or some other language they speak, and then prevaricate, dissemble and flat-out lie in English (or French, German, etc.) when the infidels are listening. Deception lies at the heart of Islam where treatment of non-Muslims is concerned, and this is one way in which it is practiced.
The mosque is also considered a fortress and an armory, which is to say a military installation. On those occasions when they raid mosques and search them, it has not become uncommon for the police to find hidden weapons caches in mosques in places like Sweden. These are often weapons smuggled up from the Balkans civil wars of the 1990s or from the Middle East or Afghanistan.
U.S. and coalition forces in both incursions into Iraq quickly learned to treat mosques with caution since they often came under sniper fire from their minarets. The enemy used them, knowing the reluctance of the high-command to fire upon mosques due to the risk of unfavorable publicity or even accusations of atrocities.
President Erdogan ~ a Sunni Muslim and unreconstructed neo-Ottoman ~ has said:
“The mosques are our barracks, the domes our helmets, the minarets our bayonets and the faithful our soldiers…”
The mosque can also be thought of as a colony or beach-head of an invading army. The Koran, Hadiths and the Sira (the three foundational sources of Islam) command that the believers go out into the world and into infidel lands to spread Islam, by the sword if necessary. And so since the time of Mohammed, the soldiers of Allah have migrated en-mass via the hegira to non-Muslim lands in order to conquer them in the name of their faith.
To the believers, the mosque is a potent symbol of conquest and supremacy over the enemies of Islam. Down through the centuries, Muslim conquerors have converted Christian churches or other non-Muslim places of worship into mosques, as Saint Sofia Cathedral was converted to a mosque by Sultan Mahmet II after the fall of Constantinople in 1453, to name one example.
Another common practice is for the believers to build a new mosque on the site of an important Islamic military victory. Readers may remember the furor some years ago over the so-called “Ground Zero” mosque in New York City. True to form, Muslims were attempting to build a mosque to assert their supremacy over the dhimmis, those they believe themselves to have defeated.
One final point deserves to be made: Once a given piece of territory lies under Islamic control, it is thereafter considered to belong to Muslims and to Dar al-Islam, permanently. Which is why the Iberian Peninsula – Spain and Portugal – are called “al-Andalus” in the certain quarters of the Islamic world.
I miss the fun times of where we would fill mosques and minarets with used tires and some fugas and lightem up. The minarets used to burn for hours and look like roman candles from miles away,the mosques, because to the heat, used to crumbles and fall in themselves, all accidently of course.

Likewise, if governments enforced existing immigration law and prosecuted ALL who hire and house ILLEGALS, then nearly all of the ILLEGALS would self-deport at no additional cost to the tax-payers.
Similarly, if the law-abiding CITIZENS of each western nation, whose government is controlled by commie-toddlers, took-up arms “to abolish” and “institute new Government” that represent the law-abiding CITIZENS, then I think you’d all but eliminate the remaining 66% chance of SHTF.
It always has to resort to the SHTF for that to happen.
