Michael Stürzenberger Sentenced to Six Months in Prison

The German Islam-critical activist Michael Stürzenberger has been sentenced to six months in prison for the crime of reporting official German government statistics on culturally enriched crime. One assumes that Mr. Stürzenberger will have to do his time in a Muslim-rich environment, since Muslim migrants are over-represented in the German prison population.

Below is an interview with Michael Stürzenberger in which he elaborates on this latest news. Many thanks to Vlad Tepes and RAIR Foundation for uploading this video:

  1. “He was convicted and sentenced to six months in prison (non-custodial) for posting a photo of a high-ranking Nazi leader (wearing a swastika) and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem on his Facebook page because the image featured a swastika.” (RAIR)

Formal logic dictates that those trying to beat down Stürzenberger are Nazis collaborating with Islam — again.

But this is the very reason why pointing it out will not work — while Stürzenberger is doing just that.

History HAS repeated itself: that photo is valid today.

    • I have exposed my students to such photographs that were displayed in the history textbooks. Now promise not to report me. I might loose my pension. Wait second, the latter only applies when I am sentenced to over one year in the slammer.

    • Yes thats a Joke, because german law say its allowed if its education etc. and if you speak against Nazis(Every day they show in German TV Nazo Docu. with Swastikas)what he always do.

But sometimes they are so stupid they even charged a punk mail-order company that sold the famous anti-Nazi motif “Swastika in the trash can”, which lasted a long time. Strangely, no one else was charged, although it was sold by just about every music mail-order company.

    • That was established a long time ago, starting in Canada, I think. A flake was accused of Holocaust Denial because he said that certain numbers were exaggerated. He produced official Allied and Nazi documentation in evidence.
The judge literally told him that the truth was no defense.
This has spread to other countries like France and Sweden. The truth is no defense if it makes certain “protected” groups, notably Moslems and pervs, feel “anxious” or “threaten.”

      • You get not accused (to be more precise the trial is shut down) if you are politically connected.

In 2002 the journalist Fritjof Meyer of the SPIEGEL published an article about said number. The editor of the journal was Rita Süssmuth, a former president of the german parliament.

The number was very low (and because of german laws I dont mention it) and those two were accused of Holocaust denial. But the accusations were dismissed. because lack of suspicion to act (german: mangelnder Tatverdacht”)

It is mentioned on the german wikipedia site of Mr Meyer, but unfortunately no english page does exist.

The wikipedia site of Mrs Süssmuth mentioned nothing of this.
