The big question is: What form will climate change take? Will it mean higher sea levels and palm trees growing in the Faroes? Or glaciers covering Biarritz and ice skating on Lake Okeechobee?
A recent study indicates it will be the latter: a new ice age.

Just in time for the world climate summit, another climate report was published that warns of a climate catastrophe for Europe. This time, however, not from heat, but from an ice age.
Icy cold instead of heat? A new climate report, just in time for the International Climate Summit in Dubai, warns of the beginning of a Europe-wide ice age. The Tipping Point report, prepared by an international team of 200 researchers and funded by the Bezos Earth Fund, is the latest in a series of warnings about the “most extreme impacts of climate change.”
Tim Lenton, professor of climate change at the University of Exeter in the UK and author of the study, warns that the Earth is about to pass dangerous “tipping points” that could lead not to global warming, as climate ideologists always describe, but to an ice age in Europe.
Ice age instead of heat? — Disagreement about panic
A new climate report warns that the Earth could soon pass dangerous “tipping points”. But this time, unlike previous reports, the content of the warning is not just a warning about a warming earth; no, Europe should be much more worried about a coming ice age. In the cryosphere (everything that has to do with ice and snow), the study says, there is evidence of large-scale tipping points in the ice sheets of Greenland and Antarctica, as well as local tipping points in glaciers and permafrost.
In the biosphere, there are tipping points in a variety of ecosystems, including forest dieback in the Amazon, the destruction of savannahs and drylands, the eutrophication of lakes, the death of coral reefs and mangroves, and the collapse of some fisheries, it said.
In ocean-atmosphere circulation, there is evidence that the Atlantic and Southern Ocean overturn and the West African monsoon have reached a tipping point. Some tipping points in the Earth system may already be within reach, says Lenton. According to the study, ecosystems such as Antarctica or the Amazon rainforest currently provide something like early warning systems that they could soon “tip over”.
Either way, the study concludes that it would be necessary to take massive measures to stop greenhouse gas emissions as quickly as possible. Whether it’s a heat wave or freezing cold, the solutions end up sounding similar to those of other climate reports.

I can already see wind and solar-farms sprouting like mushrooms where there had been forests and habitat for all kinds of life before, turning them into deserts, and then when it starts to get really cold, they freeze into immobility or are covered under meters of snow for months. What amazes me is that, when one believes the “scenarios” provided by these scientific “experts”, how humanity survived for so long and under much harsher conditions during the last Little Ice Age and the serious big one before, which lasted thousands of years. Or the Greco/Roman period with an average temperature 3°C higher than today? And when one asks those questions, one is shouted down and branded as a heretic at best for not believing in “Science”. When did humanity become so suicidal?

I have read about solar activity having the most impact on our weather and outside our control. The 11 year solar cycle relates to sunspots and the most recent one was quite cool. A cooling is expected when we will need to burn everything to stop freezing to death. LOL

Over the years the biggest church in Cologne (Kölner Dom) was shown to suffer three different climate change fates:
1) rising sea levels that the water covers the lower 50% of the church (SPIEGEL frontpage 10.08.1986)
2) surrounded by desert (Nordsee newspaper 03.04.2007 )
3) in ice with the ice as high as the lower 50% of the church (KVB 2014 KVB=mass transit of the city of Cologne)
I went through this before back in the 1970s. I would occasionally taunt the warmists by asking them how scientists could have been so wrong back then that they thought we were cooling when in fact we were warming. They have nothing substantial to say.
Apparently all the doom porn about global warming that will take place in the extremes of the globe, all the melting ice in the Arctic Ocean and Antarctica, all the poor Polar Bears, etc. is no longer sufficient to spur the world to take drastic steps to take millions of lives and make the lives of the remaining people destitute. So a new prediction is required: Friggin Europe will fall into an Ice Age if we don’t do all the things we needed to do to prevent a world where “children will never know snow!”

ever since 3 or 4 years ago, we don’t get “normal winters” in central EU. What we get is heavy snow first, and then in 5 days rain and the snow goes away. Like just now: 50cm of snow from a week ago is now gone after 3 days of rain. It never used to be like this, but it is now…
This heavy snow/heavy rain 1 week cycle is actually exactly what I would expect the “chemtrail people” to do, especially since I have watched russian “road service” in Moscow utilizing chemtrails to avoid heavy snow for the Moscow region – because it saves so much money when they don’t have to clear up that snow – that it is actually cheaper to use chemtrails.

Also, note that its called an Ice AGE. An age lasts a long long time and the runup to it lasts a long long time. Thus there is no emergency and thus no need to panc. That is unless you either have the mind of a child or have a nefarious short term intent
