True enough, the individuals who commit the acts of terror are without question responsible for their criminal acts of murder and terrorism.
Where you, the Establishment Elite, are equally responsible for these criminal acts can be explained by your giving these Muslim murders the opportunities to commits these acts.
And by the way, security and national security ARE human rights.
