Have Machete, Will Travel

Below is a little peek into the seamy culture-enriching milieu of the Berlin underworld.

Machete as self-protection: a clean bill of health for the Chaker clan

Bizarre ruling by the Berlin regional court

The Neue Zürcher Zeitung described him as “a kind of pop star of the German underworld”. Arafat Abou-Chaker’s reputation extends far beyond the Berlin criminal milieu. Deprivation of liberty, attempted serious predatory extortion and bodily harm are the order of the day for the Berlin clan boss.

“I love seeing things like that,” said the man who was born in the capital in 1976, commenting on Instagram about the Hamas attack on Israel. He first became known in 2008 through his takeover of the rapper Bushido’s management company. So far, the judiciary has been unable — or unwilling — to do anything about the clan. Strange gaps in the memory of witnesses often contribute to the goodwill of the authorities. Intimidation of witnesses is common practice in this environment — and is obviously very effective in averting heavy penalties.

Family members of Arafat Abou-Chaker also appear to enjoy special privileges when it comes to sentencing. The most recent example: At the end of December 2020, his older brother Ali is said to have tried to force a debtor to hand over the money with a machete.

“My client did not physically use the machete”

According to the indictment, he and two co-defendants tried to persuade an Italian “to hand over money he allegedly owed by displaying various weapons.” First it was about €4,000, then €10,000. “I didn’t threaten Toni or blackmail him. Especially not with a machete,” said Chaker, according to Bild. At the time he had consumed alcohol and cocaine. But he knew exactly what he wanted. In addition, he was not aggressive.

For the prosecutor, the case was clear: the bush knife was a threat to demonstrate the power of the financier. The borrower “allowed himself to be patted down out of fear and had money taken out of his pocket.” Their demand: three years and three months in prison.

The defense attorney tried to protect his client: “My client did not use the machete physically.” According to the motto “Don’t come too close to me,” it only had a warning function. In addition, the debtor was always armed.

“No witness to rely on”

Hardly surprising in matters like these, the court agreed: “The weapon was for self-protection. We assume that.” According to witnesses, the Italian liked to portray himself as dangerous. According to the judges, simply carrying a machete with you is not a crime. At most a misdemeanor. But that has now expired. Groping the man is also not a criminal offense. And Chaker gave the money found on him back to the debtor. Basically sounds like a fairy tale.

If it weren’t for the Italian, who is said to have suddenly shot Ali Abou-Chaker and two of his colleagues from behind despite the lack of a threatening situation. Chaker was hit in the back and one of his followers was hit in the stomach.

The judge at the Berlin regional court speaks of “thin evidence” in the verdict. Eyewitnesses were — a rogue who thinks evil is afoot — either intangible or invoked their right to refuse to testify: “No witness on whom you could rely.” In addition, there were different statements made by the Italian during the investigation. Conclusion: Ali Abou-Chaker is a free man.

Afterword from the translator:

Isn’t it amazing? When a culture-enricher uses a weapon in “self-defense”, it’s perfectly acceptable to the German judiciary. But when, on the other hand, a native German or European defends his or her life or the lives of their loved ones against a culture-enricher, then the law crashes down on them like a ton of bricks from an old dilapidated outhouse, complete with the payload.

I came to the conclusion that our puppeticians and judiciaries have only two goals in their parasitic lives, which are to lick the posteriors of those above them and to kick the living daylight out of those below them on the socio-economic ladder.

The gods damn them and all their kind to the deepest pits of Hell, and may the Devil drink their blood, as they have and are still drinking ours.

  1. This kind of ordure is precisely why I say that there’s no voting our way out of this mess.

And why, it will not be enough to expel or compel to leave the orcs which have invaded the West. The creatures like this judge are in my opinion a more serious threat to the West than the orcs. These “judges” and the whole support network of parasites that attend them are impossible to distinguish just by appearance. Yet they do far more harm than the orcs because they act like termites, gnawing away at the foundations of society, law, and order. Any possible way out of this mess will by necessity have to include the liquidation of those who have done this hollowing-out of the institutions.

  2. I can only repeat the Churchillian phrase, that these useful idiots are appeasing the crocodiles hoping to be eaten last. Except they think they will never be eaten. But in 20 years, they will be replaced with sharia courts…
