Limit the purchase of clothing? Sumptuary laws and lives lived within a short distance of your birthplace? How medieval. Maybe it would be best that the multipolar world comes into force and the self-destructive West goes its own way. The rest of the humanity can develop their own group of leaders, hopefully one that does not hate their people’s guts.
