Most readers will remember Bosch Fawstin, whose cartoon won the “Draw Mohammed” contest in Garland, Texas, on May 3, 2015 — the same event at which two mujahideen were shot dead outside the venue when they tried to get inside and kill people.

Geert Wilders was the keynote speaker at that event. His presence (along with that of Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller) raised its profile high enough to make it a target for the Great Jihad.

I’m not sure, but I think this cartoon was originally intended to be displayed last month during Mr. Wilders’ aborted “Draw Mohammed” contest in the Dutch Parliament.
