Assigning Covid patients to single-specialty hospitals, without doctors of other specialities and without medical equipment, allocating fewer places for patients in health centers and ATIs, maintaining a small number of ATI specialists and overloading them have led to a huge increase in mortality.

“The Covid patients were admitted to very small hospitals where there were only internists and surgeons on call, but no cardiologists, diabetologists, nephrologists or neurologists. Decisions about treatment plans had to be made depending on the patients’ comorbidities, but this required doctors in these specialties. The fear of Covid cross-contamination was stoked among all medical specialists with the help of the media, so that doctors only treated Covid patients in their practices and consulted in Covid hospitals, which were inadequate. Why? To report a high mortality rate in the system and justify restrictive measures and green certificates in 2021,” says Dr. Oana Mihaela Secara.

Number of deaths falsified

The authorities also feigned an exaggerated risk of death from Covid-19 by falsifying the number of Covid deaths, a falsification that was supported by the SARS surveillance method — Cov 2 — imposed on hospitals, said Dr. Oana Mihaela Secara.

The fear of Covid-19 as a disease with a so-called high risk of death was intended, according to the authorities, to increase acceptance and compliance with a product that was practically untested according to international rules and was incorrectly called a vaccine. In 2020, authorities issued a series of laws intended to limit Covid patients’ access to Romanian hospitals by more than 75% to mimic overcrowding and pressure on the system; justifying the restrictive measures became the basis of the cumulative incidence rate. “More than 80% of intensive care units did not treat Covid-19, also due to special regulations from the authorities that were supposedly intended to reduce cross-contamination in hospitals,” says Dr. Oana Mihaela Secara.
