Below is the final part of a three-part series on migrant sex crimes published by the German portal Freilich Magazin. Previously: Parts 1 and 2.

Exclusive: Sexual crimes and migrants — how defensive is the state? (3)

An Afghan man abuses several women for years and is released on parole. In 2021, German courts convicted more than 1,257 male sex offenders of rape, sexual coercion or sexual assault. More than half of the perpetrators were given suspended sentences. In the last part of the three-part research, Freilich describes the problems the judiciary faces when prosecuting sexual crimes.

Problem 1: Overcrowded prisons

Back on December 12, 2017, Der Standard headlined: “Cuddly justice? No way, it’s a lack of enforcement.” According to the Austrian daily, if one were to rely solely on domestic crime, several prisons could have been closed. The prisons are filled with “people from foreign cultures” for whom the prison system was not designed. In particular, the addiction problems of this clientele would overwhelm the Austrian penal system.

The same problem may also be seen in sickness in Germany: The taz [Die Tageszeitung] reported on February 22, 2018 that judicial employees in the public sector in Berlin were by far the most frequently ill. At 16.7 percent, their sickness rate is far higher than that of the police and fire departments. The prisoner Hamed M. took advantage of the staff shortage to break out of the Tegel Correctional Facility at the beginning of February 2018. According to the Süddeutsche Zeitung, almost one in five employees at the Bützow correctional facility in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania called in sick on December 5, 2018.

On January 3, 2019, Deutschlandfunk warned that prisons in Baden-Württemberg were “hopelessly overcrowded.” “If we get any more prisoners, then we will be at the end,” complains Matthias Weckerle, who runs a correctional facility in Rottenburg with 500 prisoners from 60 different countries. The proportion of foreigners in prisons in the region is now 48.5 percent, according to Deutschlandfunk.

A month later, the headline in Die Welt read: “Proportion of foreigners in German prisons reaches record high”. The proportion is highest in Hamburg, where foreigners make up 61% of all prisoners. Bremen and Bavaria are in the middle of the field with 41% and 45%. The proportion of foreigners is lowest in Saarland at 27%.

Hamburg’s prisons are bursting at the seams, the Bild newspaper warned in April of this year. Four of the city-state’s six prisons are already at or above capacity. In North Rhine-Westphalia, the state government is desperately looking for land to break ground for new prisons. As the NRZ [Neue Ruhr Zeitung] reported in May of 2023, the prisons in the most populous federal state are already 86% full. There was also a shortage of 900 skilled workers.

When reaching a verdict, the judges not only have to take into account the facts, the criminal code and the social prognosis of the defendant. The capacity of the prison system is at least as important. When, as is currently the case in Germany and Austria, prisons are bursting at the seams, a “merciless judge” is quickly reprimanded by judicial colleagues and politicians. It may be assumed that many criminal judges will impose more lenient sentences when sentencing sex offenders in order to prevent the justice system from collapsing.

Problem 2: Overcrowded psychiatric hospitals

Psychiatric hospitals are also bursting at the seams. This is relevant because there problems with accommodations for criminals who cannot be sentenced because of mental illness. They then end up, like the Syrian rapist in Hamburg, for example, in a psychiatric clinic.

On July 25, 2023, Focus reported on a study that 50% of migrants in Germany suffer from depression. The doctor and migration expert Joost Butenop estimates that 550,000 of the two million refugees in Germany are mentally ill. “Among them are the knife- and ax-men of the future. There are not many, but they are human time bombs,” Butenop told Focus.

The influx of migrants is just as noticeable in psychiatric clinics as it is in prisons. In August 2021, NDR [Norddeutscher Rundfunk] reported that young people currently have to wait weeks or months for a place in a psychiatric clinic. According to the Ministry of Health, the clinics are “at full capacity”. [They all most likely want a free pass from prosecution when they commit their crimes.]

In August 2023, the Berliner Morgenpost reported that clinics were “putting mentally ill people on the streets” for occupancy reasons. Many patients could actually leave the clinics, but don’t want to miss out on the comfort. Homeless people continue to occupy urgently needed hospital beds. Charité researcher Andreas Heinz believes he has identified the causes of the misery: stressful city life, poverty, inequality and homelessness may make people mentally ill. “The experience of discrimination” would also make you “mentally ill,” the professor told the Berliner Morgenpost.

Problem 3: Are the police and public prosecutors doing too little?

Not only the judiciary, but also the executive branch seems to be groaning under the burden of migrant crime: On August 16, the feminist TikToker Josi criticized the fact that many reports of sexual harassment were regularly dropped by the public prosecutor’s office.

The TikToker reported about a follower who reported sexual harassment last year. They recently received a letter from the public prosecutor’s office in which the proceedings were discontinued with the following reason: “The accused has not yet appeared in criminal law.” The reason goes on to say: “It can be expected that to the accused have been sufficiently impressed and warned by the previous procedure.”

The right-wing women’s organization Lukreta told Freilich that the termination of cases against suspected sex offenders would lead to fewer reports of sexual crimes. “Women have to think twice,” said a spokeswoman for Lukreta, “whether they even report harassment to the police, as many of the reports are dismissed from the outset. The reasons for this may be that the perpetrator(s) cannot be found or that the accused have no previous criminal record.” [I think that’s the whole point in that “exercise” of politically correct expedience.]

According to a report by the Berliner Morgenpost, 13,337 criminal proceedings for sexual assaults in Berlin were dropped by prosecutors and judges from 2017 to 2023 due to a lack of evidence or concrete probable cause. In contrast, only 2,479 sex offenders were convicted in the same period. Unlike the TikToker Josi, the Berlin Green MP does not see the problem with the public prosecutor’s office or the police. She calls for a reduction in the burden of proof in criminal proceedings in favor of victims of sexual violence in order to increase the conviction rate. [Well, that will open another can of rotten meat full of maggots, because then a look — and most like only by white males — will be enough by the loony Left to destroy lives. It’s a recipe for another witch hunt and auto-da-fés.]

What does politics say?

Freilich wanted to know from the Bundestag factions what concepts they would like to use to counter the increase in sexual crimes in Germany. Only the AfD responded to the Freilich request on time. The North Rhine-Westphalian AfD member of the state parliament and criminologist Daniel Zerbin points out that suspended sentences only have an effect if the perpetrator is integrated into a middle-class life. “For offenders with low social status and little connection to the social community in the host country, suspended sentences are less successful.”

AfD member of the Bundestag Tobias Peterka agrees: German criminal law basically offers an appropriate penalty framework. However, this is “too rarely exploited” by the judges. Peterka is therefore calling for the introduction of a “three strikes and you’re out” rule, as practiced in some US states. Judges would then be required by law to impose a “severe prison sentence” for three offenses. A corresponding AfD bill was blocked by the other parties. [I personally prefer the Vlad Tepes approach during the 15th century. Worked like a charm to curb crime.]

Are prisons and psychiatric hospitals the solution?

Part 1 of this research series showed how many sex offenders in Austria and Germany are foreigners. In Part 2 you can read about the ten most scandalous verdicts that the judiciary has made against migrant sex offenders in recent years. However, resolving these tendencies through tougher action against sexual offenders has its limits: as the right-wing political scientist Benedikt Kaiser has recognized, the crisis of sexual violence is embedded in a convergence of crises: the police and judiciary are hopelessly overloaded. Given the influx of migrants to Germany and Austria, they can scarcely cope with enforcing the law.

The overcrowded prisons and psychiatric institutions are currently unable to accommodate the hordes of prisoners that a tough constitutional state would create. All current crises have one thing in common: they are fueled by mass immigration, which not only undermines social cohesion but also overwhelms the state’s ability to perform. [Mass-deportation and NO social benefits for anyone who hasn’t contributed will stop the flow, but since there’s no political will to do this, because it’s the political will that drives it, I can only see positive changes when drastic political changes occur. And by that I don’t mean Nazi- or Soviet-style measures.]

    The authorities and government officials involved – perhaps to include their collaborators in the mainstream press – are trying to spin this subject as hard as humanly possible to make it seem as if the “migrants” are being punished for their cruel, criminal and heinous acts.

    But no mount of official spin or prevarication can hide the fact that Muslims are now free to commit pretty much any criminal act they wish upon ethnic Germans – up to and including rape and murder – without fear of serious repercussions.

    If more than half of those convicted were given “suspended sentences,” then it means that they are effectively above the law and not subject to it. Which is probably precisely the point vis-a-vis Muslims and their new neighbors. Without saying so in so many words, the authorities are telling the German people that they no longer own the country in which their ancestors lived and in which they now live.

    The authorities are also spin-doctoring the fact that this is a mere police problem, a series of garden-variety acts of crime which can be handled in the usual manner. That’s not the whole truth, not by a long shot: The reality is that Germans are under assault, under siege and under attack.

    Whatever description one chooses to use, it is plain that what amounts to low-intensity warfare is now taking place inside Germany – just as it is in France, Britain, Holland and other countries.

    What is the endgame of those conducting the great replacement? In particular as regards the Muslims being imported in such numbers?

    One obvious objective is the destruction of the West as a coherent political and social entity. The globalist oligarchs at the European Union and elsewhere wish to create a new form of society in which the distinct identities of different European nations, cultures and peoples no longer exist as separate and unique things, but are instead homogenized into a great and easily-controlled mass.

    One way to render people pliant and ripe for the taking is to cut them off from their historic roots, from their identity as a distinct and worthy people and culture. Another is to sever the religious affiliation and identification they feel with their civilization and its past. The Saracens are aiding in this project in multiple ways… whether it is by burning down or vandalizing churches, or by murdering nuns and priests in their own cloisters.

    Another off-shoot of the great replacement is that by according the Saracens the status of untouchables with regard to German law, the powers-that-be are creating and enforcing what amounts to a sort of apartheid society upon Old Europe and its people. Native Europeans – in this case, native Germans – are being made into second-class citizens in the very nations of their birth. Or as they would be termed under sharia law – dhimmis, those who are subjugated by Islam and live as de facto slaves or subjects under its power.

    The “suspended sentences” are also another tip-off that Germany is now de facto ruled by and living under sharia law: Muslim males are permitted by sharia to “take” non-Muslim (infidel) women and children as the spoils of jihad, whether sexually or dominating them in some other manner.

    The German courts, by throwing out the convictions of these predators, are judging them not according to German law, but Islamic law (sharia) instead. And under Islamic law, the “offenders” have committed no crime, indeed they are praised for their devotion to the one true faith. And the dhimmis, since they have no rights of which to speak, must suffer in silence.

    The soldiers of Allah have tried for almost 1,500 years to conquer Old Europe, what was once called Christendom, and have not yet succeeded. But if Germany and other nations continue down the road of appeasement of Islam, today’s Muslims will finally succeed in doing what so many of their ancestors failed to do – bring down the citadel of European civilization.

      How do you propose this problem be solved?

      I am on record as being of the opinion that there is no fixing this problem, and the greater problem of a parasitical ruling class which has abdicated their responsibilities except through violence; lots and lots of violence.

        You may take it as an article of faith that “anonymous sources” on the internet who call for violence are – nine times out of ten – stooges for the authorities, government moles or the like.

        I don’t know whether or not you fall into that category, but surely you must see that such false bravo is asking for trouble. Organized violence is one of the few things the state does well. You must really want a visit from your local police!

        Violence is precisely the wrong move, because it plays into their hands and allows them to claim the status of victims, which they most-assuredly are not.

        Moreover, aggressive violence would surrender the moral high ground to the other side, which is the last thing you want in a struggle of this kind. The moral and mental dimensions are more critical than the physical, by far.

        No, the correct action now is to engage in counter-propaganda against regime disinformation, and to do everything in your power to draw attention to the rapidly deteriorating legitimacy of globalist organizations like the EU and NATO, as well as individuals and governments who follow that pattern of lawlessness and deterioration.

        There is nothing more powerful than the withdrawal of your sanction. Just as we saw with the fall of communism in Eastern Europe and the old Warsaw Pact in the late 1980s and early 1990s, these corrupt and venal regimes are self-destructing at a fantastic pace. They are literally bleeding legitimacy. Given time, they’ll self-destruct of their own accord.

        So, the task is to inform and convince others of the rot at the core of western societal leadership and institutions. Once enough ordinary people withdraw their approval and sanction, they whole tottering edifice will fall over on its own. You won’t even have to push it.

        The increasingly frantic push for censorship by various authorities across Europe is in part due to the fact that they know that can’t – in the long run – win on the basis of the quality of their ideas or proposals. The more people who know the truth, the more legitimacy and strength they lose. Which is why they’re playing the last card, attempting to outlaw reality and the truth.

        As Orwell said, in times of universal deceit telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.

        • Agree with you that many (most?) who call for violence are likely fedpoasting.

          There is a nuance to it; it’s not permitted to call for a specific act against a specific target or individual. But generalities are well understood and get the point across. My point is to make readers aware that regardless of whatever happens nonviolently in the struggle to bring down the globalists and their evil, there is no avoiding the fact that we will need to stand up to the bullies and bloody and break their noses before they leave us alone.

          The moral high ground may be important in Hollywood westerns but in the real world it will only get you killed. Perhaps you’re right that withdrawing approval and sanction of a regime’s legitimacy can eventually bring it down. The USSR survived for a decade after the start of the Solidarity movement, which I count as the beginning of the end of that evil empire. In the end, it wasn’t so much that they cared whether the subjects thought of them as legitimate or not but that the leadership had to make a choice whether to use force to keep nations in that wanted out, and to crack down on their own citizens emboldened by what they saw as a weakening of the regime. And the leadership was tired and blinked. It could have just as easily and very nearly did go the other way.

          A similar thing happened in China with the protests in Tiennamen Square. The regime chose to use violence to deal with the dissent and today China is still “communist” although it bears little resemblance to anything dreamed up by Marx or Lenin.

          Hypothetically, say the globalists give up because we mock and ridicule them and presumably ignore them and their edicts. How does one begin to deal with the fact that they control the money, the media, the internet, communications, energy, food, fuel, and presumably the security apparatus? We may mock them and ignore them but there are innumerable ways the empire can strike back.

          Its as in the second world war when we leveled german industry and centers of population with thousand-bomber raids, but it still required an infantryman with a bayonet on his rifle to winkle the enemy out of their foxholes. Defeating the parasitic globalists means that they cannot be allowed to coexist when it’s over. It will be either us or them left standing. Destroying their legitimacy still leaves them with their resources and the ability to bide their time and strike back at a moment of their choosing. I don’t think the parasites much care what we think of them.

          • I wouldn’t for one moment denigrate the heroism of the Allied bomber crews in NW Europe in WW2; in the case of the Americans, their loss rate was around 10%, compared with 1% for the infantry. Many suffered from what we would call PTSD.

            However, their leaders consistently underestimated the Germans’ will and ability to rebuild and even relocate production facilities, sometimes remarkably quickly, helped of course by the use of slave labour. German production of fighter aircraft, for example, reached its peak in mid-1944, though experienced pilots, and fuel, were in increasingly short supply.

            The whole strategic bombing campaign was predicated on a faulty theory of just what was possible to achieve by bombing factories and other strategic targets. The technology wasn’t really well enough developed to achieve its stated goals so it devolved into area bombing of population centers with a flimsy military justification that some military targets would be destroyed and de-housing workers would degrade war production.

            Proof that this would fail should have been seen in the failure of the Luftwaffe’s bombing of British cities to cause the populace to demand peace; on the contrary it stiffened their resolve and desire to do the same to their German counterparts. Which carries a lesson for the current war in Ukraine and desires and fantasies of neo-cons that striking civilian targets inside Russia will lead to an outcry from Russians to end the war and overthrow Putin anymore so than hitting civilian infrastructure in Ukraine has led to Ukrainians demanding an end to the war and an ousting of Elensky.

            Anyway, the wrong targets were being hit in the strategic bombing campaign, and going after factories or supposed items critical to the German war effort like the ball-bearing factory at Schweinfurt (sound familiar to trying to sanction microchips to Russia?) had little effect on the war effort or indeed production of weapons and even less so once Albert Speer started dispersing war production. Only towards the end of the war when a serious effort was made to target the German synthetic fuel plants was there any serious damage to the war effort when German tanks and aircraft were unable to move due to a lack of fuel.

            In all likelihood, the strategic bombing campaign hurt the German war effort the most by forcing pilots to fly nonstop until they were killed, in attempts to shoot down the bombers where they would be overwhelmed by increasingly more effective allied fighter pilots and aircraft. The bombing campaign was so distastful to the british political class that when decorations were given out after the war, Air Marshal “Bomber” Harris was notably excluded from being decorated.

            The Americans used the same tactics in the Pacific and deliberately firebombed hundreds of Japanese cities. So thorough was the destruction that Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Kokura, and Kyoto were deliberately placed off limits from the bombing campaign so there would be undamaged targets available for the expected atomic bombs. Even though many millions of Japanese were killed by firebombing, it didn’t noticeably shorten the war.

            In my opinion, strategic bombing is a bunch of bunk, and has never achieved its stated objectives anywhere it has been attempted. But it kills many noncombatants, and is morale lifting and emotionally satisfying to a nation at war so that they feel like they are hurting the enemy. And all those bombers and bombs, and fighters to protect them make the MIC wealthy, which is perhaps the real purpose for the strategy.

A lone Wolf can do far more damage than an army, a thousand lone Wolves is a nightmare for any Government. Be the lone Wolf.       • I have been saying this for years, and the people here seem to believe with all their hearts and minds that what needs to be done can be done peacefully and with civilized means. If the folks here cannot see they will have to fight for what is theirs with very uncivilized means and not follow the bloody rules of their masters, they are nothing more than statistics.
