Horst Seehofer and Angela Merkel Went Eyeball to Eyeball — And Mutti Blinked

The following report by Egri Nök was published earlier today at Vlad Tepes in a slightly different form.

Angela Merkel on her way to a crisis meeting this morning

Germany: Agreement Between Merkel and Seehofer

by Egri Nök

This agreement below between Angela Merkel and Horst Seehofer was handed to the press moments ago and tweeted out by the CSU MP Dorothee Bär.

Original translation:

In order to better regulate, control and prevent secondary migration, we come to this agreement:

1.   We agree to a new border regime at the German-Austrian border, which ensures that asylum seekers whose asylum procedures are the responsibility of other EU countries, will be refused entry.
2.   To do so, we will establish transit centres, from which the asylum seekers will be directly sent back to the responsible countries (refusing entry on the basis of the legal implication of non-entry). We do not want to act in an uncoordinated fashion, but come to administrative agreements, or establish communication, with the countries concerned.
3.   In those cases where countries refuse administrative agreements, the rejection at the German-Austrian border will be on the basis of an agreement with the Republic of Austria.

The original document as it was handed out to the press

Merkel’s part in this agreement is one single sentence: “We do not want to act in an uncoordinated fashion, but come to administrative agreements, or establish communication, with the countries concerned.” This allows her to save face, while still conceding to Seehofer.

The true issue at the core of this was whether Germany has got sovereign national borders and can refuse people entry. Merkel, who ideally would like for Germany to dissolve into a supranational, non-democratic EU superstate, had once again denied national sovereignty two weeks ago (“EU law should always have priority over German law”, on “Anne Will” talk show on Sunday, June 10), which sparked the crisis between her and the new conservative Interior Minister Seehofer. The media onslaught that ensued against Seehofer was so strong that nobody really expected him to come out of this alive.

This is an important day in the fight by Germans for their right to national self-determination, and to even exist as a nation.

  1. Teflon Merkel escapes again. What a surprise.
So now each individual EU country will have to document and photograph each illegal in order for Germany to decide where they first registered.
What happens when they turn up at the border after throwing away their documents?
The only real way to stop this invasion is to destroy the NGO boats. Police the seas more and drop leaflets on Libya etc telling these people they will get nothing and will be sent back to Libya.

Merkel will continue her push for indigenous European genocide with the full backing of the EU and the UN. These two organizations are responsible for murder and rape throughout Europe and should be held responsible.

    • My sense too. But she’s got a growing list of enemies… we can only hope. Shutting down the human smugglers is the only way this can actually make a difference.

      • It is not the human smugglers that are the problem. They are just satisfying a demand. The problem is a lack of will on the part of Europeans in preserving their culture, and even a self-loathing of their unique heritage . Everything that follows; ie., rampant liberalism and welfare state magnets, multiculti, suppression of those against cultural suicide, and actively working to import the worst dregs of third world savages, follows from this. It is a much bigger problem than just blocking the smugglers of invaders.

        • I agree with all the comments. Unless Seehofer has something up his sleeve which has not been revealed, this will merely slow the onslaught a little at best.

        • The moon,
It amazing how the commentators like you and every single one that I meet here have similar, lucid, logical and Marked by an orderly, logical, and aesthetically consistent relation of parts and relevant to the point or the problem discussed.

People like these must be not only peers and advisers to the illogical and garbled thinking of western rulers.

Ah, now I understand the saying, “many are read and few are chosen.” Just masters degree in political science or in law is not enough. A ruler must have honor, honesty, scruples, conscience, a sense of right and wrong to be a good ruler/PM.

Just promoting shariah and islamisation of the cowardly west have replaced every other value and meme.

How is this mess going to end?

        • I will argue that own culture does not need preserving, it is natural for it to continue uninterrupted. What has happened is that state social management has interrupted that flow and taken ownership of people’s own lives out of their hands. This is big government and over-legislation for you. The result is a society that is powerless and hates itself for it, a society that becomes apathetic and confused, where normal incentives are stolen by tpb, where going against, and not just in terms of race or migration, results in being ostracised.

So though own culture can be a theme, a recognisable point of encounter, the malaise is much harder to deal with as most people somewhere or other also participate in its way. To deal with this all does mean hitting the right points and hitting them hard, that is to say there are what would at first appear to be minor details that if changed would have a far reaching effect on how society evolves. They are heavily heavily guarded by layers of bureaucracy with a whole world of spin and delay to throw anyone off the approach.

So really that just leaves the possibility that mismanagement will become so distasteful for enough people that their revolt will manifest itself. At that point you can call it preservation of own culture or values I suppose, but before reaching that a lot of people would have to purposefully break away from the false-culture they are now ensnared in – if enough did so they would not even need to preserve their own culture as they would already have retrieved it and their dignity, the only move left to achieve afterwards would be to adjust law towards conserving that new quo.

In the meantime though… well those with the current upperhand will play society until it becomes beyond their ability and means, i.e. till there is not much of society left, till it is so corrupted it can no longer even reinvent itself.

        • Moon-

Agree 100%. People of European heritage everywhere need to find the strength of will to reduce our focus on materialism and re-orient ourselves towards our communities and some sort of unifying belief system.

Not exactly sure what that belief system might be – both the Catholic church and the various strains of Protestantism have serious issues at present.

        • The will is lacking in the establishment because it doesn’t want to change tack – that would be fatal for it. Leaders can’t admit to having made such a serious ‘mistake’ (as mass third world immigration) without losing all credibility – and so, in spite of all the growing evidence to the contrary, the establishment must continue by whatever means it can contrive to support the status quo. It is tied to it and will fall with it.

Force of circumstance will force the will of the people to confront the will of the establishment.

    • Yes, actually, each individual EU country is legally obliged to document and photograph and take fingerprints of any illegal, and feed the data into the so-called “Eurodac” system. Often they are too incompetent though to do it properly, which was why the murderer of Maria Ladenburger could travel from Greece to Germany, claim asylum, and live in a “foster family”, even though he was convicted for attempted murder in Greece, and even though there was an arrest warrant on him.
Sure a lot throw away their papers and turn up at the border and claim they are Syrians. None of them have ever lost their Iphones though. I believe Denmark are using people’s mobile phones to detect their true identities.

  2. The AFD should now declare that in these terms, they would love to join the coalition (a tactical move). This might be sending the SPD packing and would throw a monkey wrench into the whole thing.

  3. I think Seehofer is just another career politician trying to save his own skin, after assisting so long to the genocide of his own people. No remorse there, just positioning for the next election to look better standing beside AfD. Macron did the same thing, in the election campaign making strong statements to push Maria Le Pen aside. He succeeded, now Horst is trying the same…

  4. this is just an electoral spot for CSU. Merkel asked 1 milion refugee each year just for germany in 2015. So why the CSU did a government together with her party? Why nobody is even thinking to dismount the Strasbourg Court of the fundamental human rights or the UNHCR which are 2 (upon many other overnational organization) which legalise all the refugee scam and the people displacement across the world? This kind of german fake (because nothing is going to change if you do not bring back the idol worshippers and other parasites back on to their boats or in their original country where they belong to) agreement is a shame.

  5. My mind might be playing with me, but the broadcast reports I heard this morning appeared to suggest that it was Seehofer who had done all the compromising.

    • Seehofer who had done all the compromising.”

Of course or he will lose his job to 10 000 islam-obedient dhimmis who are waiting for his position. you can’t succeed resisting your dhimmi gov. and islam coalition.

    • He did compromise in so far that he wanted to turn people away straight away. Detention centers are a compromise.
What is crucial is that they’ll be defined as extraterritorial (“refusing entry on the basis of the legal implication of non-entry”), like the transit zone at an airport. As soon as someone enters Germany, no matter on which blatantly false asylum claim, they are entitled to all the benefits, welfare, and legal aids of a German citizen – for a lifetime.
This is madness of course and needs to be changed, but imagine how many legal battles it will take to change it.

  6. The whole Seehofer thing is a scheme to attempt to save the CSU’s skin against the onslaught of AfD in Bavaria.
Nothing has changed. Everything has been deferred to an adminstration and diplomacy level.
How can anyone among us celebrate this as a victory?
And, btw, if Merkel abdicates tomorrow, nothing at all will become better. She is just a pawn in this game.
