A trial date has been set: Geert Wilders’ first kangaroo court hearing in The Hague will be on March 18, 2016. Actually, to call the institution a “kangaroo court” would be an insult to marsupials everywhere.
As this farrago of justice unfolds next spring, everyone should bear in mind Mr. Wilders’ “crime”: he asked his supporters whether they wanted more Moroccans in the Netherlands, or fewer.

Geert Wilders trial for inciting hatred to start on March 18
The trial of PVV leader Geert Wilders on charges of inciting racism and hatred will start on March 18 with a procedural hearing, The Hague’s district court said on Friday.
The hearing will focus on the investigation into the charges against Wilders and set dates for witness appearances and the rest of the trial.
Wilders faces prosecution for his comments about Moroccan nationals on March 12 and 19, 2015, during and after the local election campaign.
In March, Wilders told supporters in Loosduinen that he would rather there were ‘fewer Moroccans’ in The Hague.
Seven days later, during a post vote meeting with supporters, Wilders asked the crowd ‘and do you want more or fewer Moroccans in your city and in the Netherlands?’ To which the crowd chanted ‘fewer, fewer, fewer’. ‘We’ll arrange that,’ Wilders said, smiling, when the chanting died down.
The comments led to over 6,400 complaints to the police and a slew of resignations from the PVV.
Offence
The public prosecution department says that while it considers Wilders has insulted people on racial grounds and encouraged discrimination and hatred, this does not mean he has committed a criminal offence.

This is only a POLITICAL PERSECUTION (not prosecution) and must be treated as such. Civil discourse is now a part of the dim, partially–remembered past of our forefathers. Murdered in cold blood by those of the EUropean ilk.
Well, it’s time for “gloves off”.
Hit ’em high, hit ’em LOW (especially low) but do NOT play their game–this is politics of the worst kind–so treat it right (that means WRONG). Use projectile weapons. Sacks of dung, bags of urine and anything you can think of. Blood, pig’s heads (and offal) stink bombs, too. Do not forget the creative use of noisemakers, music, car horns and other (in)appropriate noise. Go after and target the ‘people’ of the “court”, be they high judges, court clerks, janitors or whatever. ANY member of the regime must be fair game and be afraid.
Make their lives (24/7/365) a living hell–the hell they intend for us proles. After all, does anybody out there think they will EVER stop with Wilders??
Or just relax and bend over–it’s your choice, after all.

This latest is an interesting sign of the pusillanimity of the Dutch people: members of the PVV actually resigned over Wider’s remarks (or did they—this could be merely wishful thinking on the part of the journalists covering Wilders.) At any rate, the internally inconsistent remarks of the public prosecutors office proves that modern “justice” is little better than Nazi-era “justice.”
If “the public prosecution department says that while it considers Wilders has insulted people on racial grounds and encouraged discrimination and hatred, this does not mean he has committed a criminal offense,” why are the prosecutors dragging Wilders into yet another trial?
Having just been voted as the most popular Politician in the Netherlands by the good and true Dutch public I would hope that civil disobedience, or threat thereof, would prevent any possibility of Mr Wilder’s being actually prosecuted. What ever happened to free speech in Holland and the rest of the EU?

Far from taking a leftist point of view my original posting was in support of Mr Wilder’s, who like Farage, and Marine Le Penne could be considered right of centre politicians that are leading the fight against a biased press which is deliberately skewing the views of those who question the thorny question of mass immigration.
It was always my impression that the Dutch aren’t nearly as correct, obedient, authority-trusting and law-abiding as the Germans are.
I also know what Dutch teenagers can do to a youth hostel.
Let the games begin.
There is no society in which you live in a liberal manner without any moral restraints, and yet there is a balance, where it can inhibit speeches that can mess with the susceptibility of people. In the Netherlands, it seems to me, I tried to reconcile both and did not succeed. One lives one’s life, the state does not get in the private, it is far away. When the state deals with “minorities” also need to mess with the majority to make one immune minority because newcomers can not have the same rights, and the state must ensure that the “individuals” have the same regalia that too much. That is why the Dutch are going through it: while they are with that humanitarianism of conversation coming from the Enlightenment heritage, the state undermines every day their freedom, and they to stand up against the poor things that the state adopted, end up contradicting that maximum “Each one takes care of his life”, and then end up in the same situation that you Wilderes: in court.

There’s nothing wrong with Gert Wilders and everything wrong with those who have
been persuaded to prosecute this farce through the Dutch Courts! But look out, people of Europe and people of North America and people in so-called democracies – this is only the thin edge of the wedge. Sadly, immeasurably regrettably, YOU have enabled this by your silence, over the decades, on the creeping tide of dictatorship – One World Style! So, boo hoo – get over it – continue to say and do nothing! Leave it to the courageous like Wilders and those like him who are unafraid to proclaim the truth, even if it lands them in the cesspool of so called “justice”, meted out by the ignorant
and those greedy for absolute power over humanity. Shame on them – Shame on us all!
Gert Wilders pov is perfectly understandable when you see what is going on in Sweden.
His is a political trial but he represents millions of Dutch people. It is therefore true to say that the Govt is putting all those millions on trial too even if they do not stand beside GW in court. The Marxists impose a totalitarian regime wherein no dissent is permitted.
I keep asking myself when the detachment of the political class from the masses becomes so great that it all falls apart. Even at this stage, for example, it is incredible that those pressing the charges do not see the obvious reality of the issues.
Oh, but wait, the elite do not live among us, but above us. They never meet and deal with the problems of hostile, un-integrated and beligerent migrants on the streets.
I’ve been following Geert for many years. He is speaking for the people because the people were getting very concerned. Sweeden is in grave danger. The people are seeing it and have jumped into his race. Until recently he wa a right wing party with minimal support. After the Paris attacks in November they are seeing everything he says clearly. He did not ask them all to join him in November. They see the writing on the wall. Anyone who speaks up for the obvious in Canada will be in the same boat if bill 59 is passed in Quebec. It will be forbidden to criticize Islam. Well they follow a book and guidelines that basically call for the annihilation of all unbelievers. How crazy is that. A minority group that wants us gone is going to shut us up. NEVER. Stand tall, be brave and protect yourself people!
