The current hard left German government is ideologically opposed to turning away migrants, regardless of what any EU rules might say. However, a new ruling by the European Court of Justice mandates that all migrants who enter a member state from another EU country must be allowed to stay. This means that any future government, even one that is less insane and not so corrupt, will find its hands tied. There’s nothing they can do: the culture-enrichers must stay.

Triumph for Interior Minister Faeser: The ECJ has banned the rejection of migrants at the EU’s internal borders. This means that controls are pointless. All gates are open.

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has declared the rejection of migrants at internal EU borders to be unlawful. This means that Germany must accept every foreigner who enters the country illegally and may not send them back to the EU country from which they crossed over the border.
The demands for controls at the borders with Poland and the Czech Republic are therefore invalid. They won’t do anything anymore. Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD) had so far stubbornly rejected this border protection, while the AfD and the Union [CDU+CSU] demanded it.
Migrants may not be sent back immediately
In its ruling, the ECJ justified its decision by saying that rejections apply “as soon as a third-country national remains on the territory of a Member State following his illegal entry.” The judges followed a lawsuit from French asylum rights organizations. [What? Wasn’t there something like when asylum seekers passed through a safe third country that they then had to be sent back? Well, I’m sure the German government will object to this strongly… NOT.]
Such rejections are not compatible with European law. In principle, those who entered illegally must be given a certain deadline for voluntary departure. Forced deportation should only be used as a last resort.
So far, controls have only been carried out at the Austrian border
The ECJ has made it clear that different rules apply at the internal borders than at the EU’s external borders. A migrant who crosses the border into Germany, for example, is considered to have entered the country. He may not be rejected even if he does not apply for asylum.
So far there have only been controls at the border with Austria. Many migrants therefore switched to neighboring countries to the east and immigrated to Germany. Most recently, the interior ministers of Saxony and Brandenburg, Armin Schuster and Michael Stübgen (both CDU), demanded that Faeser also control the borders with Poland and the Czech Republic in order to be able to turn back illegal immigrants directly at the borders.

It is beyond me how countries, notably those that pay in more than they receive, can bow down to these greedy unelected bureaucrats of the EU. With the help of the corrupt EU and its institutions, such as the ECJ, the downfall of the Western Civilization is a certainty, especially since the people can’t or in many cases won’t fight back.
I wonder how many judges Soros has on the payroll at the ECJ? For the European Parliament there was a list of MPs who, according to “Humans Are Free” (2017), received their salaries from Soros (226 of 751), almost one-third. One may assume that today it is well over 50% of MPs, and the same could be ‘safely’ applied to the ECJ. In South Africa they called it “State Capture”. Europe is SOOOOOOO screwed. It’s not even a dumpster fire any longer, it’s a landfill site deliberately set alight and burning fiercely on all sides.
Germany will be out of money to offer them in a few years and no jobs as their industry closes. As long as their neighbours don’t offer benefits the migrants will drift back home, but only after robbing everyone and a lot of rape and murder.
I suppose one can always voat moar harder.

To reclaim their sovereignty European countries must get out of the EU. There are no benefits for staying, only ever-increasing misery and hatred for the EU tyrants destroying their countries.

Unfortunately many countries are enticed to stay by the shiny bits of euro coins the EU gives them.
I foresee some more exits. Not Germany of course, it will be the last one to turn off the light and never understand why things happen the way they do. The only difference to earlier times of total destruction is that we now have massive and competing hordes of imported predators roaming the leftovers instead of the cooperative spirit of yesteryear. We will witness another round of nature doing its thing with unsustainable developments. The only glimmer of hope in this is that it’s unlikely the dumb generation of today will be able (or even around anymore) to inherit the land. And in a genuine power vacuum the Muslims will meet their master, too. There will be rivers of blood.

This also demonstrates the idiocy of the EU insisting on mandatory quotas of migrants being sent to ALL EU countries, places which most of ’em don’t want to go to. So, with this ruling, they are free to move to places that they do want to go to. …. “Hi Ho, Hi Ho, its off to Germany we go.”
The self styled justices at the European Court of Justice need to be subjected to a thorough investigation which has the power to prosecute any of them who have perverted justice in the name of an intolerant ideology.
As I understand it, many of them aren’t even trained in jurisprudence.
So, who are they and what is motivating their decisions?
The answers are obvious as to who is funding them and their source of motivation.
Anyway, subjecting them to investigations or trials of any kind is an exercise in futility considering that these parasites are at the top of the EU legal system. It’s the equivalent of gambling in a corrupt establishment with crooked dealers, marked cards, and loaded dice. There is no way to win except by either not playing or forcing them to play by your rules and with your equipment.
Which in practice means going after them personally and those funding them, and not just to talk. Nothing of consequence will change until these monsters start getting fed to Morbark or decorate lampposts and overpasses.
