How does one get to give an intervention at the OSCE?
You need to be a member of an NGO (one that has a verifiable existence, with an address, etc.) and register with the OSCE before the deadline, usually several weeks before the conference begins.
When I gave my interventions in Warsaw, it was as a member of the International Civil Liberties Alliance.
