In the Antwerp Central Station a stabbing incident took place today on a train. This is confirmed by the federal police. The victim, a 69-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Since then she is reportedly no longer in life-threatening danger. The perpetrator, a 20-year-old from Iraq, we learn from political circles and confirmed by the prosecutor’s office, was caught. Earlier this week the man also attacked a police officer.
The incident took place at 11:20 on a train coming from Leuven. The victim was stabbed several times. The perpetrator, a 20-year-old who has reportedly been in our country for ten years, also tried to escape, but was eventually caught in the station by officers of Securail. “The victim was taken to the hospital in life-threatening condition,” according to the federal police. “Two other people who saw the incident are in shock.”
According to the prosecutor’s officer, the man was administratively arrested earlier this week. At a certain moment, he was let out of his cell and kicked an officer. That was subsequently classified by the prosecutor’s office as assault [with injuries] on an officer. On Monday, they brought the man before summary judgment. Now he has stabbed a woman. Tomorrow, he will be brought before the investigating judge for today’s incident.
I don’t know about Belgium, but in Sweden they’d throw the book at the perp — he’d get at least a week in jail, and then have to do twelve hours of community service, just to teach him a lesson. They don’t mess around in Sweden.

Some years ago, President Putin of the Russian Federation said of the grooming scandal in the U.K. that any nation which does not protect its children has no future. What would he say about any country which allows the predation of its elderly by an obviously aggressive and criminal element within that society?
Who do the authorities in places like Holland believe they are fooling when they express dismay and surprise when these incidents of Muslims attacking non-Muslims occur?
That excuse might be plausible once or twice, but not dozens of times. They can no longer plausibly claim that they are unaware of how violent and aggressive Muslims are. Any public official who claims as such is either not telling the truth or is incompetent to hold his position – or perhaps both.
In plain terms, there is an established pattern of events occurring, of crimes of aggression being committed by Muslims against non-Muslims in one nation after another across Europe.
There is no greater duty for any public official than the protection of his or her countrymen, or as the case may be, doing no harm to them.
Modern nation-states came about to begin with in part because of this implied pact or social contract between leaders and the led, namely that the government received from the people the right to use force if necessary on their behalf, to protect that society and its people and to maintain public order. In return, the people would honor their end of the bargain to support the state with their behavior and compliance, not to mention their taxes.
This arrangement worked reasonably well for a long time, but if events in present-day Europe are any indication, it has now broken down – perhaps even damaged deliberately by those in power.
The people are no longer being protected, but instead are being victimized – via crimes of commission or omission – by the very authorities they have trusted to secure their safety, prosperity and well-being, and that of their families and communities.
It is now inarguable that the millions of Muslim emigres now in various nations around Europe are a highly destabilizing force and a clear-and-present danger to the people and societies of those nations. And further evidence of such hazard mounts up by the day, if not the hour. And what is the response of the authorities? To open the gates open still wider to these invaders!
If that isn’t a betrayal of historic proportions, what is?
