Marine Le Pen Indicted for Posting ISIS Images on Twitter

This case has been hanging over Marine Le Pen’s head for more than two years, and now it’s finally come to an indictment. The leader of the Front National in France responded to someone who equated her party with the Islamic State by posting images of what ISIS actually does. This was of course unacceptable to the Powers That Be, and the French authorities immediately started making noises about taking legal action against her. Now it looks like Ms. Le Pen will indeed get her day in court.

00:04		on her Twitter account that originated with the Islamic State. The events go back to
00:08		December 2015. One of the pictures shows a Syrian soldier being crushed alive
00:12		under the treads of a tank, another one a Jordanian pilot burned alive in a cage,
00:16		and the last one a photo of the American journalist James Foley,
00:20		his beheaded body with his head placed on his back. With those pictures Marine Le Pen
00:24		was answering [TV presenter] Jean-Jacques Bourdin, whom she accused of making a parallel between
00:28		the Islamic State and the Front National. While describing unacceptable transgressions
00:32		and shocking declarations, Marine Le Pen posted those pictures mentioning
00:36		the TV presenter with the caption: “This is ISIS”, published a month after
00:40		the jihadi attack in Paris, on November 13th. The images immediately
00:44		sparked an outcry in France. The MP close to Front National, Mr. Gilbert Collard,
00:48		was also indicted for the same reason in January.
00:52		In both procedures, the judicial authority is invoking an article of the penal code
00:56		that punishes spreading a violent message, inciting terrorism,
01:00		pornographic or of a nature that seriously undermines human dignity,
01:04		where this message may potentially be seen or noticed by a minor.
01:08		An offense punishable by three years in prison and a €75,000 fine.

Although the Baron did not fall for it in his excellent introduction, you have here a very typical case of malicious if discreet manipulation of news-reporting at minute 00:24.

“….she accused…..”

….says the news reporter – omitting the fact that Jean-Jacques Bourdin DID INDEED equate le FN with ISIS. The news anchor Bourdin is a very powerful tool for France’s deep state in that he pretends, sucessfully, to be “neutral”, asking the (pseudo)-hard questions and even pretending to be on the conservative side.

In the light of Marine Le Pen being hauled before the totally corrupt French Justice (*), this manipulative statement “…she accused…”, without adding that Bourdin had really said it, becomes a “false accusation” for the man in the street.

Shades of the Michael Stürzenberger case posting historical pictures of Mufties meeting with Nazi leaders and being indicted for it.

(*) A couple of years ago, the Syndicat of French Magistrates had been found out having created in their offices “le Mur des Cons” (literally: the wall of [female genitalia]). It was a large board – covering a big wall, on which they had deposed photos and names of people they considered “[female genitalia]” and who had appeared before them in Court – including nearly every conservative politician who had ever opened the right side of his mouth, and critics of Islam such as Eric Zemmour, BUT ALSO: 2 fathers whose daughters had been raped and murdered by culture enrichers and who had been devastated by the killers-of-the-usual-background getting off lightly thanks to the so-called French Justice.

For those of you who read French, you might want to research “Mur des Cons”. The journalist who discovered the wall has even written a book about it. After the discovery the room with the “mur des cons” was locked for the time of “investigation”. When that “investigation” was supposed to start, the “very securely locked room” had somehow been penetrated, and the “mur des cons” panel had disappeared – to my knowledge it has never been found again and I dont know if the “case” was followed up…..I dont think so.

It would seem to me that all this lady is “guilty” of is telling the TRUTH

And this type of “law” can be used to prosecute virtually anyone for saying anything.

A legal system which is vague and arbitrary is itself a tyranny, to the extent it is not simply a handmaiden to the dictatorship type tyranny. The oppressive can come from any side; it is as easy to suppress leftist or Muslim opinion under this type of law, although practically speaking, this almost never happens.

The equivalent in the US seems to be the special prosecutors, who can bring multiple, ruinous legal charges against individuals for virtually any misstatement, however unintentional.
