The following report from French TV describes an incident that occurred recently on a train, in which an annoyed passenger attempted to behead a fellow passenger for failing to quiet a crying baby.
I must point out that this was an enricher-vs.-enricher attack: the alleged perpetrator is said to be Tunisian or Palestinian, and the victim is an Algerian.
