It’s Allah’s Kind of Town, Chicago

The video below is not new, but it’s a real eye-opener. It’s a ten-minute “Chicago Police Department Documentary about Islam and understanding Muslim beliefs and practices”. It provides a combination of da’wa and subtle intimidation of the infidel, courtesy of the Chicago city government.

Creeping Sharia, which posted the video today, had this to say about it:

Stumbled across this video posted in 2009 that should alarm Americans.

The Chicago police department is pimping for Islam in a documentary that shows an unindicted co-conspirator to the 1991 World Trade Center bombing and another Muslim who “officially resigned from the Obama campaign following inquiries from the Wall Street Journal about his ties to the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood.”

It’s a full-fledged ad for Islam and seemingly seeks to force Chicago police officers to submit to Islamic customs sharia law when dealing with Muslim immigrants.

The Illinois State Police learned their lesson after hiring a Hamas-linked Imam to a Chaplain Post, but as recently as 2012 the Chicago Police Dept. Superintendent speaks at Hamas front CAIR-Chicago’s annual fundraiser.

My favorite line in this grotesque puff-piece: “Islam was basically the first women’s liberation movement.”

Rev. Dean, a chaplain for the Chicago Police Department, informs us that there are 400,000 Muslims in the Chicago area. The city of Chicago is home to 2.7 million people, but the Chicago metropolitan area has a population of about 9.7 million, which means that Muslims comprise just 4.1% of the population. If this is the kind of official publicity they can get now — funded by the taxpayer, I might add — what will the government-issued propaganda for Islam look like when they reach 15%? Or 30%?

I suppose we could look at London or Birmingham to get a rough idea.

Since the “documentary” was paid for by the government, don’t the producers have some sort of obligation to do due diligence? To research the background and history of Islam? To discover its violent ideology, as sanctioned by its scripture? To explain its traditional practices of conquest and destruction?

Apparently not.

  1. Islam was not the first anything. It wasn’t the first time a charlatan claimed to be in touch with God. But it sure as hell is the most successful such case. A rapist pedophile blood thirty warlord unleashing his perversion upon the world.

  2. Theoretically, it’s just a training course… and why not train them to be “sensitive” to the Muslim community? The worrying thing is when those police officers then go easy on Muslims – eg give them preferential treatment, or when “respect” turns into turning a blind eye… in Britain, a terror suspect got away while wearing a burka, while going through security at an airport. Anything being taught about this, and other techniques (eg Taqiyya?) Muslim crime suspects will use to get away – so that such farcical scenarios are not repeated? And anything being taught about the hateful books and terror links police officers may find at mosques – and how to spot them?

  3. Btw – any reason why the Muslims in this video are so concerned about how police officers should act at Mosques?! Are they expecting police officers to be making many trips to such places? If so, why????

  4. Seems like some of the messages in the video are “Tip toe very carefully around Muslims so as not to offend.” And “Treat all Muslims with kid gloves.” And to not do this would be “unAmerican” since Muslims are such good Americans.

  5. In Flanders Fields John Mcrae
The problem is not Islam. Islam helped its Jihadis to occupy all the countries from Morocco to Spain to Indonesia.
The problem is with the cowardly governments that cvall themselves democracies, who facilitate in every turn and occasion Islam to dominate us. Today The whole world is succumbing to islam and muslimas.
How can you prevent honorless politicians to be cowards.

    In Flanders Fields :
    by John McCrae, May 1915

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
    In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
    In Flanders fields.

If ye break faith with us who die:

Yes we have broken faith with you for petrodollars.
You don’t believe how the DARING LIARS have become
    Without honor and without shame.
We have undermined every gain you made by your precious blood
    We don’t deserve to live.
We have no morals, no sincerity
We don’t know friend from foe
    No honorable men are left.

  6. Did you guys hear the latest? US special ops forces (presumably the best in the world) are saying that ISIS are “incredible” fighters, displaying many characteristics of top highly trained special ops units!

My God, talk about the failure of US intelligence. All this did not happen overnight. What was US intelligence doing? How did the US not know that this kind of a new threat was growing and training itself to these levels?

I think the time has come to realize that its going to be the US special forces versus this evil cult. I say US special forces because conventional forces probably won’t have enough space to operate in areas where ISIS will use. ISIS added 6000 fighters last month alone, and they need to be dealt a serious blow now (in the next 2-3 months). They now have a few dozen warplanes, helicopters, many tanks and armored vehicles.

Let’s pray the good guys win.

    • I think they should already have known, because they probably trained some of those ISIS guys two or three years ago, when they were part of the alliance of Syrian “rebels”.

      • That’s certainly a possibility Baron. The official line is that “they learned it from the Chechens.”

We are witnessing a systemic and perhaps catastrophic failure of US foreign policy, US intelligence, and US projection of military might in the middle east. How such a monster was allowed to “escape from the lab,” as you so nicely put it, is beyond me. Hell, we don’t even have clarity on how many fighters IS has. They keep changing their estimate. Today they say 10,000, but just a couple of weeks ago they were saying it could be as high as 40,000.

Another startling estimate is that IS has stolen **5 divisions worth** of top-of-line US equipment (armor, vehicles, artillery, etc.) from the Iraqi army. That is very serious. If true, that would make them one of the most formidable *conventional* fighting troops in the middle east already. Many Arab states import weapons, but they do not have any stomach for fight, so that those weapons are essentially useless. IS can, and will fight. Their attack on the last AF base in Raqqa was a masterpiece of planning and execution, if early reports are to be believed. It appears they used many tactics, including drone-captured recon, that one does not normally associate with “terrorists.” There’s a short video-report on this assault on BBC is one is interested.

This situation needs to be taken extremely seriously. But Obama does not appear to understand the gravity of the situation. He seems extremely weak, confused, and ostrich-like in his response. His body language looks like that of a defeated person. Remember, IS is watching. We can’t send such weak signals to those fiends.

        • Obama never took national defense seriously at all. Disarming the domestic opposition is very important to him. Guarding the nation against foreign threats is not. If it were, he wouldn’t be gutting the military. A core element of his ideology is that the United States has been too powerful. He’s succeeding at rectifying that “problem.”

    • Who are the ”good guys”?
I don’t want to see a single American life lost in the battle against ISIS, but I certainly don’t want to see another victory for the Western empire which demands of every nation it possesses to give up its heritage and history.

      • The answer to your first question: by exclusion, the good guys cannot be those that behead children, try to starve an entire community (Yazidis) by besieging them on a mountain, that summarily execute those that fail their “Quran quiz” etc.

So the good guys are the US special forces.

I don’t think it is possible to defeat IS without *any* boots on the ground.

  7. What a load of taqiyya. It is basically telling police officers that muslims are special and should be left alone. Paedophilia, violence, honour killing, FGM etc are all part of the culture and should be de-criminalised unless they are carried out by white Anglo Saxon Protestant males.

Incidentally, I found all the prayer shots amusing. All those backsides pointing at the camera. I am sure a gay proctologist would have found it very interesting.

  8. Hasn’t been my town in a long time, beautiful as it is.
Even my liberal former classmates are seriously considering leaving Chicago, and Illinois as a whole.
    Sad.

  9. My wife and I were in the Central Airport Plaza in Chiang Mai yesterday. This is one of 3 large shopping Malls here. We were both amazed at the number of arab/pakistani/muslims who were present.

At one stage a group of muslim men aged between 20 and 25 were walking five abreast taking up the width of an entire walkway causing people to get out of their way. Thai people are naturally polite and muslims naturally supremecist but the latter would do well to take care. There are a lot of expats here who will not take this sort of nonsense and the police, while corrupt, are in no way infected by PC/MC doctrines.

Buddhism is the state religion here and muslims would do well to remember it.

  10. The video will be no more than historical trivia after the Great Round-up and Expulsion. Right? The one we’re all asking our lawmakers to submit as bills? So we can be safe?
