Attempt to Poison Water Supply Deemed Wakeup Call to Digital Defenses

A recent story from Florida should direct policymakers’ attention to a glaring strategic problem in American defense. In the city of Oldsmar, a small community in the Tampa metro area, an unknown hacker gained access to the chemical controls of the municipal water treatment system. Fortunately, an operator at the facility observed the breach in real time, watching as the intruder set the level of sodium hydroxide, commonly known as lye, to 100 times its normal level. The operator was able to immediately undo the change, so no one was harmed.

But what if that instant detection hadn’t happened? As of this writing, nothing is known about the source of the attack. And it wasn’t “just ‘Oh, we’re putting a little bit of chlorine or a little bit of fluoride, or a little bit of something,’“ said Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri.

“We’re basically talking about lye that you are taking from 100 parts per million to 11,100.”

CAIR Enraged by Alleged ‘Anti-Muslim’ CPAC Speaker, Demands His Cancellation

The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is furious that Scott Presler is among the featured speakers at this year’s CPAC, because they consider him to be “anti-Muslim”.

“Another speaker on the lineup for the conservative mega-gathering CPAC is getting some unwelcome spotlight for anti-Muslim statements and activity, and this is only scratching the surface of the extreme ideologies being trotted out at this week’s event in Orlando,” wrote Matthew Moyer for a local paper on Thursday.

“Presler had been involved with ‘ACT for America’ from 2017-2018 as an organizer. The Southern Poverty Law Center has characterized that organization as ‘an anti-Muslim hate group because it pushes wild anti-Muslim conspiracy theories, denigrates American Muslims and deliberately conflates mainstream and radical Islam.”

According to PJ Media, there is a massive difference between being opposed to oppression in the name of religion and being “anti-Muslim.” The former position is perfectly understandable in the case of Presler, who is openly gay.

[Comment: Scott Presler is a long haired dude too.]

Eviction Moratorium Ruled Unconstitutional, Largest Tsunami of Evictions in U.S. History Incoming…

Ever since last summer, a federal moratorium on evictions has prevented landlords from evicting millions of tenants that are behind on their rent payments. This moratorium has caused extreme financial distress for many landlords, but it has also kept us from witnessing millions upon millions of Americans being thrown out into the cold streets. Of course this moratorium on evictions was never actually legal, and it was just a matter of time before it was challenged in front of a federal judge that still had respect for the U.S. Constitution. On Thursday, a federal judge in the Eastern District of Texas named John Campbell Barker ruled that the federal moratorium is completely unconstitutional…

Hyatt Rejects Cancel Culture Over Hosting CPAC, Calls Itself a ‘Highly Inclusive Environment’

Hyatt Hotels has been proud to host the 2021 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Friday through Sunday, and has issued a statement addressing criticism coming its way for doing so.

The three-day event features Donald Trump as its most prominent speaker, along with a bunch of other prominent Republicans.

The #boycotthyatt hashtag has been briefly trending on social media, which is perhaps what caused Hyatt to respond to the criticism, which they feel is unfair, as it would be wrong for them to discriminate against their clients based on things like political affiliation.

Protester Sentenced for Being in Possession of Molotov Cocktail

United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Steven M. Fitch, age 25, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, by United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher for being in unlawful possession of a destructive device. Judge Buescher sentenced Fitch to 30 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. Once Fitch is released from prison, he will begin a three-year term of supervised release.

An investigation conducted by the Omaha Police Department, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms determined that on May 31, 2020, Fitch was participating in protests in and around downtown Omaha. During the protests, Fitch was encountered by officers with the Omaha Police Department at 15th and Jackson Streets. Officers determined Fitch possessed a destructive device, also known as a Molotov cocktail, which is a firearm under the National Firearms Act. The Molotov cocktail was located in Fitch’s front pants pocket and consisted of a glass bottle with clear liquid inside and a red rag protruding out of the opening. Fitch also had several lighters in his front pants pocket.

Douglas County Sheriff’s Forensic Services Bureau tested the red rag that was attached to the Molotov cocktail, which was positive for containing the chemical “Gasoline.” The Molotov cocktail was in operating condition and was capable of exploding when ignited.

RFK Jr. Opens ‘CIA Can of Worms’

Story at-a-glance:

  • February 10, 2021, Instagram banned the account of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for “sharing debunked claims about the coronavirus or vaccines”
  • The real reason Kennedy is being censored is because he understands and exposes the global technocratic agenda that is pushing us toward global totalitarianism
  • The corporate media are indistinguishable from the CIA when it comes to matters of domestic and foreign matters. The CIA has also played an important role in furthering the technocrats’ agenda of global domination since its inception
  • Big tech companies such as Facebook, Twitter, Google and Amazon are also deeply connected to the military-industrial-intelligence complex. They serve important surveillance and data harvesting functions without which the technocratic agenda cannot not be realized
  • The core of the technocratic power structure includes entities such as the Trilateral Commission, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, the Bilderberg Group, the Club of Rome, the Aspen Institute, the Atlantic Institute, the Brookings Institute and other think-tanks

Extinction Rebellion Stages ‘Bloody’ Protest in Vancouver Against Government Inaction on Climate Crisis

Extinction Rebellion Vancouver, a group that protests government inaction on the climate crisis, staged a die-in demonstration at the Vancouver Art Gallery on Saturday.

The group spilled “blood,” acted dead, and some 50 people marched in the downtown core, temporarily halting traffic. Organizers say the “blood” is made from water with natural beet dye and washes away.

“The blood symbolizes the dying and suffering of people and all our non human relations because of the endless greed and exploitation of living systems,” said Extinction Rebellion spokesperson Maayan Kreitzman.

Vancouver police said three people were arrested afterward because they refused to vacate the intersection and allow traffic to resume. They were taken to jail then released pending court dates.

Ireland: Hundreds Rally in Violent Anti-Lockdown Protest

Hundreds of people on Saturday took to the streets of Dublin for a planned demonstration that quickly turned into violent clashes between protesters and police.

The protesters tried to march to a city center park to protest Ireland’s coronavirus lockdown measures but were blocked from the area by the police.

They chanted “end the lockdown” and handed out leaflets that read, “Let Ireland live.” Among the crowd were people wearing clothing with the logo of Ireland’s far-right National Party.

The situation dramatically escalated after a man fired two firework rockets at the police at point-blank range. Videos of this attack at Dublin’s Grafton Street have been widely circulated and condemned on social media.

Macron Tries to Silence Non-Conformist Media in France, But French MSM Only Worries About Lack of Media Pluralism in Hungary

On Jan. 29, French Minister of Culture Roselyne Bachelot announced that she had requested the re-examination of the status of “political and general information” website from which the online medium France Soir benefits.

France Soir was formerly a daily print newspaper that dated back to 1944. In 2013, it shifted to being an online news website only. Being recognized as a “political and general information” website entitles it, as in the case of other online publications of this type, to some tax benefits and subsidies. Such financial support is supposed to promote media pluralism in France and their independence from major advertisers.

But that is the theory because when a newspaper or news site displeases the government, it is stripped of aid under various pretexts. At the same time, the newspapers of the big oligarchs that are closer to the government — the owners of Le Monde, Libération, and Le Figaro, for example — or the communist newspaper L’Humanité benefit from uninterrupted financial support.

It looks like French-style media pluralism works from the center-right to the far left while excluding right-wing media outlets that are conservative, sovereignist, anti-immigrant, anti-abortion, anti-health restrictions in the face of Covid-19, and so on. It is as if the only opposition allowed to Macron is that of the far left which in no way threatens his re-election in 2022.

‘Money, Money, Money!’ — Farage Accuses British Elites of Covering Up Chinese Takeover

Brexit leader Nigel Farage accused the British establishment of prioritising money over protecting the country from the “neo-colonialist” Chinese Communist Party after the revelation that UK schools were being bought up by the Asian nation.

Mr Farage said that the limited attention placed communist-linked businesses buying up British independent schools was a result of elites in the country — including those in the civil service, the government, and in business — being effectively bought by the communist regime which he described as “neo-colonialist” bent on “global domination”.

Scientists: Vaccination Before Every International Flight May be Necessary

Before everyone starts getting excited about back-to-normal life thanks to the COVID vaccine, scientists at Oxford University are now saying it’s possible that people could be required to get not one, not two, but an additional vaccine EVERY time they hop an international flight.

The reason for this, they said, is because it’s unknown how effective, efficient and long-lasting the current vaccines may be. The scientists did acknowledge that vaccine passports may be a way around this — but only with blanket, global standards for the passports.

Summit News summed it up this way: “Having endless vaccinations when there is no indication of how effective they are, or what long term side effects there may be sounds absolutely mental, but that is what is being suggested.”

‘Was it Worth it?’: Hungary Chides EU for Intransigence That Led to Brexit

European elites that mourn the loss of Britain — and the nation’s significant financial contributions — from the bloc have themselves to blame, Hungarian leader Viktor Orban has said in a wide-ranging interview with the German press.

While the British people voted to leave the European Union, it was the Eurocrats in Brussels steering the project whose choices had left the British feeling they had no choice but to go their own way, Orban said. Responding to a question by a journalist from German magazine FOCUS, asking him to elaborate on historic comments he made saying that Brexit could have been avoided, the Hungarian Prime Minister was clear that while the European Union could probably get away with pushing around less powerful nations, a leading state like the UK would inevitably decide to do something about it.

Passover Reliefs Could be at Risk as Thousands Break Purim Guidelines

Violations of Health Ministry guidelines were seen en masse over the Purim holiday, causing concern among health officials that there will be an increase in infection in the coming weeks that could place Israelis under Passover restrictions.

“We should expect a rise in infection,” Prof. Cyrille Cohen, who sits on the Advisory Committee for Clinical Trials of Coronavirus Vaccines through the Health Ministry, told The Jerusalem Post on Saturday night.

“Purim is a holiday centered on saving lives,” tweeted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, “so it is exceedingly difficult to see these images of mass gatherings at life-threatening, illegal parties.

“There is no reason for these violations,” the prime minister continued. “We have a clear exit plan: a green passport, a gradual opening of education, vaccination of the rest of the population and the opening up of the economy.”

Police had feared that underground parties or haredi (ultra-Orthodox) tisches (festive gatherings around a rebbe’s table) would keep them busy over the holiday, and indeed there were reports of packed synagogues against violations and yeshiva events that broke restrictions on gathering. However, the greatest challenge for police turned out to be the Jaffa Flea Market.

Thousands of people gathered throughout the day on Saturday in the hours before the 8:30 p.m. curfew once again took effect.

Caroline Glick: The Khashoggi Passion Play

The Biden administration’s decision to publish the intel report on Jamal Khashoggi’s death in late 2018 was as predictable as it was destructive to U.S. national security and to the security and stability of the Middle East.

It was predictable for 2 reasons. First, this is Obama’s 3rd term. And in Obama’s 1st term he played a central role in overthrowing Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, the anchor of the U.S.’s alliance system in the Sunni Arab world in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood, the ideological anchor of every Sunni terror group in the world.

Obama’s consistent policy for 8 years was to side with the jihadists. Obama’s anti-colonialist worldview bred his anti-Western sensibilities. He and his neo-Marxist advisors viewed the jihadists as the “authentic” voice of the Islamic world. They were favored because they were “revolutionary” and anti-Western. In every conflict that pitted either conservative Sunni leaders, Iranian anti-regime forces, or Israel against jihadists from Hamas to Hezbollah, to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Houthis, or Iran, Obama and his people supported the jihadists. For this reason, Obama admired both Turkish dictator Erdogan and the Qatari ruling family. Like him, they supported jihadists.

MBS and MBZ from the UAE were big problems for Obama, Robert Malley and their ilk. They appeared out of nowhere.

Young and vigorous, they seek to liberalize their conservative societies. They are deeply opposed to Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood. They are open to peace and cooperation with Israel. They support Israel in its campaigns against Hamas and Hezbollah. And they are certainly “authentic” Arab Muslims. When the UAE declared the Muslim Brotherhood, and Obama’s key supporters and ideological allies at CAIR terrorist organizations, Obama and his comrades were so angry they could barely put together a coherent sentence.

This brings us to Khashoggi…

Turkey: Yazidi Slave Girl Rescued During Raid to Arrest Senior Islamic State Member in Ankara

Abduction of Infidels is sanctioned in Islamic law and subject to particular rules: “As for the captives, the amir [ruler] has the choice of taking the most beneficial action of four possibilities: the first to put them to death by cutting their necks; the second, to enslave them and apply the laws of slavery regarding their sale and manumission; the third, to ransom them in exchange for goods or prisoners; and fourth, to show favor to them and pardon them. Articles vilifying the “Hindu hardliners” and sympathizing with the “endangered” Muslims of India were published in numerous outlets of the liberal, secular, Muslim-pandering media.

None of those outlets reported on how the Hindus had waited for over 500 years, in their country, in their land, to gain the right lawfully to rebuild the Ram Mandir on the Janmasthan that was brought down centuries ago by a barbaric Muslim invader.

In 1529, the Tughlaq-styled Babri Masjid replaced the ancient shrine of the Ram Janmabhoomi on the banks of River Sarayu. This marked the beginning of the Hindus’ five-century-long struggle to reclaim their land. In 2020, the democratically elected Prime Minister of India laid the foundation stone of this historic and lawful reclamation.

Nigeria: Muslims Murder at Least 10 People With Rocket-Propelled Grenades

Why does the Jihad Watch headline say “Muslims” when the BBC says “militants”? Because the assailants are not only Muslims, but they attacked Maiduguri because of Islamic texts and teachings that mandate warfare against unbelievers. Pointing out this simple and obvious fact is universally derided today as “hatred” and “bigotry,” but that doesn’t make it any less true. Leftists tend to assume that they can remake reality simply by pretending that it is other than what it is. They are in for a rude surprise. Actually, a number of rude surprises, as they see that pretending that Islam is a religion of peace and that all who say otherwise are greasy “Islamophobes” doesn’t make it so.

Lockdowns Are NOT ‘Quietly Improving Cities, ‘ World Economic Forum Concedes, Deleting Its Much-Ridiculed Tweet

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has taken down its tweet that claimed lockdowns have been “quietly improving cities,” and admitted that is not the case. But the backdown didn’t spare the globalist titan from a new wave of mockery.

The WEF’s controversial message turned out to be quite short-lived, surviving less than a day on its feed under a barrage of outraged comments. The tweet was accompanied by a video, showing deserted streets and silent factories, that noted a record drop in carbon emissions. It also linked to an article claiming that silent cities contributed to better detection of minor earthquakes.

Twitter to Introduce a “Safety Mode” That Involves Algorithm-Based Censorship

Twitter is planning to roll-out a new feature that would allow users to auto-block or mute certain accounts that the platform deems is abusive.

The new “safety mode” will further the company’s efforts in censoring in a way that is far from transparent under the guise of “protecting users from offensive content.”

Twitter announced the new feature during its Analyst Day presentation. Documents from the presentation suggest that the feature will be available through “Safety Mode,” a setting the company is yet to roll out.

  1. Re “‘Was It Worth It?’ Hungary Chides EU for intransigence over UK leave vote”

It’s been some months since I followed news regularly. Every headline seems contradictory, like something out of Monty Python. This headline would not seem strange. Everything is upside down,
irrational. ‘Lockdown Protesters Blame Climate Change for Spike in New Cases’. Notice how the only lock down protests are in the UK and Ireland. That does make sense actually. Here in Asia they only insist on masks, but it’s not enforced, and there are no lockdowns.

Western countries seem unbelievably authoritarian in imposing lockdowns, and now with the non-vaccine for a non-pandemic of a mild variant on the annual flu. It’s pathetic. I can’t believe people have stayed so compliant, esp in Canada. I don’t recognize Canada any more.

I’m only surprised it took Biden 30 days to resume bombing a Muslim country. Obama dropped more bombs more frequently on more countries than any peacetime President ever. Biden may try to surpass that. Why is there never any mention anywhere on the internet, or I assume in the msm, of the most blatant election steal anywhere, ever?

I live in Thailand and the West seems utterly deranged, volatile, irrational, unpredictable. The West is surreal, it really is.

    • Stephen Carter: I agree with your assessment. Western governments are drunk with powers that they simply created out of thin air. They have shutdown individual rights, strangled economic activity and turned the world upside down, as you say, for what? Not to protect public health, but, to advance a pernicious ideological agenda. Public health is just the excuse, probably because “climate change” did not seem threatening enough, and something more scary and seemingly urgent was needed.

  2. “Israelis are being asked for evidence of vaccinations status before being allowed into busy locations such as bars, shopping centres and theatres. Only those with a ‘green passport’ are permitted to enter certain locations as the country tries to reopen following the Covid-19 pandemic.”

Maybe they could build walled up ghettos for the unvaccinated, just to keep everything under control, of course. And the vaccination status info could be worn like a visible yellow badge on the chest, just to make going through the checkpoints faster?
