6-Year-Old Girl Taken From School by Police Without Parents’ Consent, Held in Facility for 48 Hours for Tantrum

According to the school, Nadia was alleged to have destroyed school property, attacked staff and running out of school. She is six. Highlighting the reliance on the police state is the fact that this school is for mentally challenged children like Nadia. They are set up to teach children with mental disabilities yet they couldn’t find another way to handle this little girl other than having her Baker Acted.

In Florida, the Baker Act is supposed to confine truly mentally ill people who are dangerous — a six-year-old girl throwing a temper tantrum is hardly a danger to anyone. School officials apparently thought otherwise.

AOC Launches Reelection Campaign as She Faces a Dozen Challengers

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez opened her reelection campaign over the weekend facing about a dozen challengers, including one who jabbed her for holding the kickoff on the anniversary of Amazon’s scrapping of its New York headquarters plans after her criticism.

The progressive darling, who has become a national figure, faced criticism from voters after the Amazondeal fell through, and it’s unclear if she has been able to regain their loyalty heading into the reelection bid in November.

She is being challenged by five Democrats. Eight Republicans are also vying for the seat, though the Republicans face a steep climb in a district that has not elected a member of the GOP since 1990.

Assault at Berkeley: Where Things Stand One Year Later

Wednesday marks exactly one year since conservative activist Hayden Williams suffered a violent blow to the face while helping a conservative group recruit new members at the University of California-Berkeley. Since then, Zachary Greenberg has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies, but to date, the case is still in the “pre-trial” phase, with the defendant’s next court date set for April 10.

It is unclear how long until the actual trial begins.

As Campus Reform previously reported, Greenberg has held various positions at multiple California colleges and universities, including UC-Berkeley. And, according to Williams’ attorney Harmeet Dhillon, Greenberg has previously been involved in “almost a dozen lawsuits.” But Greenberg’s most recent legal involvement stems from a February 2019 incident that was captured on video, in which police say Greenberg is seen punching Wiliams in the face.

Berkeley Tells Students Not to Post ‘Racist’ Coronavirus Memes

The University of California-Berkeley is telling students not to post memes about the coronavirus, asserting that fear of the epidemic is rooted in racism.

An article in the Berkeley News which cites two UC Berkeley academics states that concerns over the virus are based on “an assumption that the West, particularly Anglo-American Christians, should dominate the world.”

Presumably, the tens of thousands of infected victims and over 2,000 dead people did nothing to contribute to those concerns. Nope, has to be racism.

Columbia Man Faces 20 Years for Terrorist Plot in Support of ISIS

A 20-year sentence and lifetime supervision will deter Robert Lorenzo Hester, Jr. and others like him from from the “clarion call” of the Islamic State, federal prosecutors wrote in a memorandum seeking the maximum penalty for a Columbia man who pleaded guilty to aiding terrorists.

In opposition to the long sentence, defense attorneys for the 28-year-old who plotted to attack transportation services in Kansas City and other acts over the course of several months argue mental health issues combined with a mockery of his race and intellect by fellow soldiers led him to extremists ideologies.

Hester pleaded guilty in September before U.S. District Judge Greg Kays and will be sentenced March 4 in Kansas City. Discharged from the U.S. Army shortly after basic training in 2013, Hester over the next several years turned to Islamic extremism, eventually preparing to wage war against the United States.

Communist Candidates Are the Enemy of America

The Washington Examiner recently reported that Presidential hopeful and Democratic frontrunner, Bernie Sanders, made the following statement while running for governor in 1972: “I don’t mind people coming up and calling me a communist.”

During the Reagan era, Sanders even campaigned for self-described Trotskyites, a Marxist sect that openly calls for violent revolutions.

Sanders’ involvement with the Socialist Workers Party raised so many suspicions that he was even investigated by the FBI.

Should this concern Americans?

On January 10, 1963, less than 10 years before the Senator from Vermont owned the label of “Communist,” Democrat Congressman Albert Sydney Herlong, Jr.,read into the Congressional Record the 45 Communist goals for America, which included No. 28:

“Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of ‘separation of church and state.’“

With so much misunderstanding regarding the phrase “wall of separation between church and state,” it is helpful to review opinions of past Supreme Court Justices.

The amount of American taxpayer dollars that go to Islamist organizations has drastically increased under the Trump administration, which has doled out millions to radical nonprofits, including a recent allocation to a terrorist front group named as an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism financing trial. Between 2017 and 2018 the U.S. government more than tripled its funding to organizations either influenced or controlled by Islamist activists from $4 million to $13.5 million, according to an analysis conducted by a think tank dedicated to protecting Western values from Middle Eastern threats.

New Hampshire Colonials Must be Vomiting in Their Graves

“Live Free or Die?” Really? Sadly, one of the oldest of the 50 states, has turned from red to blue. Yes, today, it has a Republican Governor, but its governing policies have shifted left into socialist territory as far back as the 1960’s when the Democrat Party made a resurgence in the state. Since 1992, New Hampshire has supported the Democrat candidate running for president with Clinton in 1992, John Kerry in 2004 and Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012.

New Hampshire wasn’t always a left-leaning state. In December of 1774 the people of New Hampshire supported the armed resistance against the British. It furnished two brigadier generals to the Constitutional Army. It provided three regiments of regular troops and hundreds of short-term militiamen. It created its own government in 1776 and instructed its delegates attending the Continental Congress to vote for independence. New Hampshire was the ninth and deciding vote in ratifying the U. S. Constitution in 1788. Its Republican and conservative roots ran deep.

But like Virginia and the rest of the 13 colonies, the “Granite State” has shed most of its conservative roots in favor of the “Slow-Moving Avalanche” of socialism.

The telltale signs of the current shift came in the 2020 Presidential Primary where Democrats cast over 292,000 votes for 35 Democrat presidential candidates. In the top three-front runners, Sanders received 76,286 votes, Buttigieg received 72,443 votes and Klobuchar received 68,818 votes, for a total of 207,547 votes. In contrast, the Republicans (Trump) only received a little over 156,000 votes.

The Democratic turnout set record levels and exceeded the 2008 record. New Hampshirites were really charged up with socialist Democrats in the presidential primary on February 11th, 2020, Democrats that have shifted so far left, they have entered the American forbidden zone of abject socialism.

Breaking: VIA Rail to Lay Off 1,000 Employees During Railway Blockades

VIA Rail will temporarily lay off 1,000 employees amidst illegal anti-pipeline blockades that have brought Canada to a grinding halt.

The latest news comes as the Trudeau government’s inaction piles increasing pressure onto companies affected by the blockades, namely VIA Rail and CN Rail. Additionally, cities are predicted to soon feel the affects of the closures. On Sunday, Nathalie St-Pierre, the Canadian Propane Association president and CEO, told CBC that propane shortages will start to be seen in days, if things do not return to normal promptly.

Richmond Hill Bombing Suspect Reza Mohammadiasl Charged With Child Porn

Shocking new charges regarding Reza Mohammadiasl!

You may recall that last May, Reza Mohammadiasl, 48, and his son, Mahyar, 18, were charged with being in possession of an explosive device and a detonator. The father and son duo were arrested at their Richmond Hill, Ont., house after law enforcement and the bomb squad shut down the immediate area.

It was reported that Mahyar, according to investigators, was on the “cusp of radicalization.” As well, his cellphone and computers were allegedly being analyzed with help from the FBI.

Even so, the duo was immediately released on bail and former Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale said the case was not a matter of “national security.”

There has yet to be a verdict on the duo possessing a makeshift bomb. But recently, Reza Mohammadiasl was charged with three new criminal offences: two counts of being in possession of child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography. (The case has been put forward to March 19.)

The Intolerance of the “Tolerant” Left: The End of Liberal Democracy?

by Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff

We recently witnessed two events that indicated the possible demise of liberal democracy. The implications should frighten supporters of democratic forms of government in which individual rights and freedoms are officially recognized and protected, and the exercise of political power is limited by the rule of law.

The growing intolerance of many “left-wing” groups is apparent in the uproar of the democratic election of the state premier of the German state of Thuringia as well as in the performance of the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, publicly ripping up US President Donald J. Trump’s State of the Union address. It was an official document that belongs not to her but to the public, and of which she was merely its custodian.

That does not even start to mention the entire sham “impeachment” of President Trump, in which centuries of accepted due process were thrown in the gutter. The Senate “trial,” which probably should have been dismissed from the get-go as the “fruit of the poisonous tree” — a legal metaphor meaning that if any evidence is found to be tainted or violates a defendant’s constitutional rights, whatever “fruit” follows from it must be thrown out. The House, however, like the Inquisition, is allowed make up its own rules, and make them up it did. Another central problem seemed to be that a US president is obligated by law — under Ukraine (12978) — Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, signed in 1998 — not to hand taxpayer money over to the Ukraine without first checking to see that there is no corruption. Trump did, there was not, case closed. Trump was not only totally acquitted in a show trial that should not have existed in the first place, but his accusers seemed more guilty of what he was accused of — the non-crimes of “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress” — than he was.

Currently, there is growing concern on both sides of the Atlantic that the ability of many on the political “left” to accept the democratic process and the rights of those with whom one disagrees is becoming increasingly rare. According to Andreas Unterberger, Austria’s most widely read political blogger:…

Wilders Agonistes Decries the Canonical Islam Fueling Western European Jew-Hatred

by Andrew Bostom

The Dutch CIDI (Centrum Informatie En Documentatie Israel) annual report for 2019 just released Monday 2/17/20, recorded 182 Antisemitic incidents, its highest number ever registered since 1982, when monitoring began. This figure represented a 35% increase from 2018.

Even the CIDI’s full 99 page Dutch language report, however, provided only limited anecdotal information about a select sample of the perpetrators, rendering a quantitative determination of major (and/or relative) group responsibility impossible to assess. This glaring lacuna was “enlarged” by the report’s absence of background discussion of previously published comparative findings revealing disproportionate rates of extreme Antisemitism, and Antisemitic violence, or violent threats, among Western European Muslims, including confirmatory data on Antisemitic attitudes within the Netherlands itself.

Dutch Parliamentarian Geert Wilders—the Netherland’s most informed and intellectually courageous politician on the subject of Islam—inveighed against the denial of what the report’s findings actually substantiated, during a floor debate, Tuesday 2/18/20. Eschewing the craven, vacuous platitudes of his colleagues, Wilders thundered…

Trump’s Maiden Visit to India Opens Door to Major Combat Aircraft Deal

by K. Venkateshwar Rao

US President Donald Trump’s first visit to India is coming up from February 24 to 25 and presents major opportunities for US-India trade and defense cooperation. India’s external affairs ministry has confirmed that the President and First Lady Melania Trump will participate in official engagements in New Delhi and Gujarat, and interact with a wide cross-section of Indian society on their visit. There will also be additional important considerations and factors in the trip, especially on trade and defense.

Combat Aircraft Deal With India Is A Strong Possibility

With changing equations on the Indian sub-continent, the United States and its aerospace giants are keen to develop closer military ties with India. Lockheed Martin has exclusively offered its newly-rolled out F-21 fighter to India and promised to set up a manufacturing facility in India if the company bags a contract.

“We are open to any requirement from the government of India or the Indian Air Force for any help for the Tejas as well as the AMCA (Advanced Multi-Role Combat Aircraft) project,” Vivek Lall, vice president of Strategy and Business Development for Lockheed Martin told PTI in an interview. Although Lall did not divulge more specifics, choosing the American F-21 fighter would link India to a global aerospace ecosystem worth 165 billion US dollars.

Boeing Also Wants To Sell Fighter Jets to the Indian Air Force

Boeing has also expressed interest in supplying F-15EX fighter jets to the Indian Air Force (IAF) and has sought a license from the US authorities to export to India. The move is being seen as an attempt by Boeing and Lockheed Martin to remain in contention for the $18 billion in contracts which the IAF has in order to procure 114 fighter jets. This amount is one of the world’s biggest military procurements in recent years…

10 Very Important Questions That the Mainstream Media Should be Asking About This Coronavirus Outbreak

Why is the mainstream media so scared of asking difficult questions about this coronavirus outbreak? At one time the United States had the greatest investigative journalists in the entire world, but today it is very rare to see any of our major news outlets go much beyond the basic facts of a story. In particular, the coverage of this coronavirus outbreak has been absolutely abysmal. Other than dutifully repeating the basic information being fed to them by the CDC and the Chinese government, mainstream media coverage of this crisis has amounted to little more than assuring everyone that everything is going to be just fine. As a result, Americans are increasingly turning to independent journalists for some honest coverage of this outbreak, because they know that they aren’t getting the whole truth from the usual suspects.

China Expels Three Wall Street Journal Reporters Over ‘Racist’ Opinion Piece

China announced Wednesday that it has revoked the press credentials of three Wall Street Journal reporters and ordered them out of the country because of what Beijing deemed a racist headline on an opinion piece.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuan cited a Feb. 3 op-ed about the coronavirus outbreak by Bard College Professor Walter Russel Mead headlined “China is the Real Sick Man of Asia.”

“The editors used such a racially discriminatory title, triggering indignation and condemnation among the Chinese people and the international community,” Geng said at a news conference, CNN reported.

China Claims Boris Johnson Has Committed to Xi’s ‘Belt and Road’ Global Commerce Project

Boris Johnson “loves China” and is on board with its imperialist Belt and Road initiative, according to extensive details about a phone call between him and Communist Party leader Xi Jinping released by a Chinese-government controlled news outlet.

The British prime minister spoke to Xi Jinping by telephone on Tuesday morning, discussing the Coronavirus outbreak and trade. While the tone of the official account of the call from Boris Johnson’s office gives little away, reports from Beijing emphasised Mr Johnson’s support for Xi and the Belt and Road economic project, a global push by China to distinctly tip the geopolitical landscape in their own favour.

All times below are in Beijing time.

10:07 am: China says there were 114 additional deaths and 394 new cases

China’s National Health Commission reported an additional 114 deaths, and 394 new confirmed cases as of Feb. 19. That brings the total deaths in the mainland to 2,118 and the confirmed cases to 74,576 cases.

The number of new cases was drastically lower than the 1,749 reported the day before.

All Gang Leaders in Stockholm Have Foreign Background

Of the gang leaders that the Stockholm Police focus on in ‘Operation Rimfrost’, fifteen out of thirty-two are second-generation immigrants, while the remaining seventeen are foreign-born migrants.

That is what the left-wing newspaper Expressen reports, despite choosing to tone down the foreign backgrounds of the gang leaders in their article.

On Tuesday, Expressen reported that they’ve read the Police’s so-called focus list from the authority’s special initiative ‘Operation Rimfrost’.

According to the list, there are thirty-two gang leaders in Stockholm — all of whom have migrant backgrounds. Fifteen of them were born in Sweden to migrant parents and the majority — eight of them — are involved in the Rinkeby conflict. The remaining 17 came to Sweden either as children or adults.

Canada: Labour Union Tries to Shut Down Feminist Speaker

Gender critical feminist Meghan Murphy is being held responsible for the effects of the threats against her. CUPE Local 391, representing workers at the Vancouver Public Library, wants the library to shut down Murphy’s upcoming March 21 talk. They are concerned about the impact that the threats against Murphy and the controversy surrounding gender critical ideas has had on library workers.

Trans activists have previously asked for Murphy’s series of #GIDYVR talks to be denied public meeting space, and they protest her everywhere she speaks. They have threatened Murphy, the VPL, and library staff. The library has not folded to these demands. But for some reason the union wants to punish the women that have been threatened, instead of those who advocate for violence against women.

UK: Hospitals to Deny Care to “Racist” Or “Homophobic” Patients

Patients deemed to be “racist” or “homophobic” will be denied care in NHS Trust hospitals under new rules set to take effect in April.

“Currently, staff can refuse to treat non-critical patients who are verbally aggressive or physically violent towards them,” reports Sky News. “But these protections will extend to any harassment, bullying or discrimination, including homophobic, sexist or racist remarks.”

Police will also be given new powers to prosecute “hate crimes” committed against NHS staff.

What is determined to be “racist” or “homophobic” is anyone’s guess, since many elderly patients will be totally unfamiliar with modern politically correct speech codes and could be deemed to have behaved in a racist or homophobic way even if they didn’t maliciously intend to.

As Jack Montgomery highlights, “In late 2017 an NHS patient who requested a female nurse to carry out a cervical smear complained when the hospital sent a person with “an obviously male appearance… close-cropped hair, a male facial appearance and voice, large number of tattoos and facial stubble” who insisted “My gender is not male. I’m a transsexual.”

  1. Coronavirus SARS-2 is much more spread in Iran than reported. Also nearby countries with weak healthcare system and lack of statistics must already be at the verge of an epidemic, though they look gray (uninfected) on maps.

30 days ago: Spokesman of Ministry of Health (Iran) announced cases observed in Iraqi Kurdistan and borders should be controlled. Health minister immediately denied.

during the last month: several cases has been reported to be quarantined in various cities, Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, Tabriz, Yazd, etc. Ministry of health said the tests have been negative. However, rumors has it that all the tests have been positive.

20 days ago: parliament passed a temporary bill that bans all the flights from/to China. However, until now it has not been implemented by Mahan Airways, which is recognised as a terrorist organisations by US federal government (and for good reason). They continued the flights against parliamentary rules.

10 days ago: a woman in her sixties died of pneumonia in Tehran. Health minister denied that it was caused by the virus, though hospital believed it was the SARS-2 coronavirus.

7 days ago: A photo of an urgent letter, written by deputy of health minister to president, claiming 35 already quarantined and 4 dead went viral on Telegram. Health minister and journalists immediately claimed the letter is made up.
    (see the photo here: https://iranintl.com/ايران/وزارت-بهداشت-ارسال-نامه-به-حسن-روحانی-درباره-ابتلای-۳۵-نفر-به-کرونا-در-ایران-را-تکذیب-کرد)

5 days ago: A photo of a letter written by Interior Minister to Health Minister published on Telegram, asking him to postpone annunciation of virus spread until after upcoming parliamentary elections, which will happen in 20 days.

All in all, I believe the situation is more serious than MSM wants us to believe. If there were really infected cases in Iran and Iraqi Kurdistan 30 days ago, some opportunistic illegal migrants must be carriers of the disease into Europe, via uncontrolled gates, right now. China already in daring situation. Central Asia and Middle East already at the verge of an epidemic, though reliable statistics not available. Africa and what happens there is unknown to me and perhaps it’s already silently developing in abandoned ghettos of European continent.

Residents of the Poltava region attacked the police, preventing the deployment of Ukrainians evacuated from Wuhan

On Thursday, February 20, in Ukraine, an airplane should land with people who had been evacuated from Chinese Wuhan the day before. From 8 to 9 in the morning the plane circled at the junction of the Poltava, Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk regions. At 09:15 he changed course and flew towards Boryspil.

In Novye Sanzhary (Poltava region), local residents blocked the road, protesting that evacuees were brought to their region. The call to go out appeared on social networks people in the evening of February 19. People were called to block all trips. People with a car were invited to gather near the military sanatorium of the National Guard in New Sanzhary.

It is reported that Ukrainians evacuated from China should supposedly be brought there. At the same time, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has still not officially announced where exactly the evacuees will be placed.

At the same time, at the entrance to the city, a convoy of buses and armored vehicles with the military was organized.

Poltava region is not the only region where people are protesting against the deployment of evacuated people from Wuhan – rallies in the Lviv, Ternopol and Rivne regions were reported on the eve.

  4. On the recent shooting in Hanau, Germany
While the man killed 9 Muslims (kurds and turks) and posted a whole anti immigrant manifesto that everyone in MSM keeps bringing up, he also claims to have been spied on since a child, thinks there are rape dungeons everywhere in the us deep underground, and wants the destruction of Israel.

An AfD politician (I think Meuthen) shared his stuff trying to tell people his politics have nothing to do with them

Bear in mind Die Zeit is a “centerist” (read: leftist) website

  5. “I don’t mind people coming up and calling me a communist,” Sanders said. “At least, they’re still alive.” [to quote more of the possibly out of context fragment]

I am fairly sure he doesn’t mind, because the idea is patently ridiculous. Communism is a distant utopia, a New Jerusalem, that may never, ever happen. That people come up and call him a communist shows that they are at least still sentient and possibly open to other ideas.

Disclaimer: I was exposed to largely the same undergraduate discourse as Mr. Sanders, some twenty years later, while holding sympathies at the other end of the political spectrum.
