Amazingly, the 75-year-old Chicagoan is not being criminally charged for legally defending himself.
From Daily Herald:
A 75-year-old man shot a 14-year-old who authorities say was in the man’s Lake County driveway trying to break into his car, and the five teens accused of being the boy’s accomplices are charged with his murder.
Charged with first-degree murder are one 16-year-old boy, three 17-year-old boys and 18-year-old Diamond C. Davis, all of Chicago. The names of the dead teen, the juvenile suspects and the 75-year-old have not been released.
Though none of the five are accused of pulling the trigger, they are charged under a state law known as the felony murder rule, which allows a person to be charged with the murder of an accomplice killed in the commission of certain crimes… The 75-year-old homeowner, who police say has a valid FOID card and concealed carry permit, has not been charged.
The teens also led police on an extensive, 125 mph chase.

Cloud Companies Are Still Largely Clueless About Leaks
Anyone hoping to halt the flood of data leaks stemming from cloud services got bad news this week when Palo Alto’s Unit 42 found little sign companies were improving their security practices.
The networking giant’s security branch examined cloud servers hosted on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to see how publicly-facing servers are being configured to keep out unauthorized users.
What they found was an epidemic of unpatched bugs, misconfigured servers, and overlooked vulnerabilities that could allow an intruder to easily access private data and trigger a massive leak of sensitive records.

Comedian Says Facebook is “Coming After Him” In Wake of #ClintonBodyCount
Actor and comedian Terrence K. Williams says that the social media giant Facebook is coming after him in the wake of the popular hashtag Clinton Body Count. Facebook has been flagging his posts as “fake news” after his take on Jeffery Epstein’s death went viral thanks to US President Donald Trump.
In the aftermath of President Trump retweeting his post, Williams says he has been bombarded with death threats. He also accused Facebook of trying to police his opinion by telling his followers that his page and content are “fake news.” Williams said it is absurd to fact check comedy.

Dayton Shooter Had Cocaine, Alcohol & Antidepressents in His System During Attack

Those Democrats who keep telling us that vote fraud is rare and insignificant fight like hell to make sure the evidence remains buried — even when there are obvious danger signs such as exists in Montgomery County, Maryland, where there are more registered voters than resident citizens.
You might think officials would be anxious to find out why that is and would be eager to clean up their voter rolls. Certainly, any officials that cared about the integrity of the vote would want to ensure that malefactors would not be able to pick up ballots and vote them (as the practice of “vote harvesting” permits). But for reasons only they can explain, Maryland officials fought in federal court to prevent Judicial Watch from obtaining voter data lists.
And they got skunked.

Former FBI Official: ‘Trump Supporters Are Like Terrorists’
“If you call Trump followers racist en masse, they simply coalesce around each other.”
Former FBI official turned MSNBC analyst Frank Figliuzzi, who sees Hitler in everything Trump does, stated on a live broadcast this week that Trump supporters are a lot like terrorists rallying around a figurehead.
The former Assistant Director for Counterintelligence at the FBI, was discussing racism (shocker) with MSNBC host Chris Jansing, when the pair suggested that it would be a good idea for Democrats to keep accusing Trump supporters of being racist.
Jansing spewed:…
That was enough to get the attention of Fox News analyst Dan Bongino, who said “I can’t believe this guy is still allowed on the air.”

A Florida man who allegedly planned to attack an elementary school over its “obnoxious pride in America” was taken into custody earlier this week, according to WTVT.
Andrew Ivan Aman, 22, plotted to stab students at Bellamy Elementary School in Tampa, Fla., according to a document issued by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on Monday.
He was motivated by the school’s “obnoxious pride in America,” which authorities said referred to a large American flag mural on the front of the building.
Aman was leaving his house with a kitchen knife stashed in a handbag when his roommate found out about the plan, in which he intended to “stab as many children as possible,” according to the police document.

NYPD Hunts for Suspect Behind Subway Station Rice Cooker Scare
Police are hunting for a man seen leaving at least two rice cookers in a subway station and sparking an evacuation in Lower Manhattan Friday morning.
The white suspect in his 20s or 30s with dark hair was seen on video taking the two cookers out of a shopping cart and placing them on an upper and lower level at the Fulton Street subway station, NYPD Deputy Commissioner John Miller said.
“There’s a person of interest. Obviously, we’d like to speak to this person,” Miller told reporters a press conference. “I would stop very short of calling him a suspect.”
Because of the timing and location of the incident — a busy Manhattan subway station during peak hour — cops are investigating whether the pressure cookers were meant to be “hoax devices.”…

The Left’s Madcap Social Engineering
Liberals would like us to believe their social engineering schemes are altruistic. Minorities, those by their definition less fortunate, must have just as much success and happiness in life as the majority and any and all forms of social engineering to that end will benefit society as a whole. Today’s Democratic candidates for the 2020 Presidential election are pushing all types of social engineering: Medicare for all, basic income, affordable housing, reparations, and climate change. But control is the central motivation behind the Progressive Wizard’s curtain.
Two other powerful examples of social engineering are affirmative action and victimization. These two are the gateway to all other forms of social engineering. They are based on an assumption that minorities, particularly black Americans, are forever discriminated against, and are and will forever be victims of said discrimination.

Our good friends at The Gateway Pundit first reported about the empty seats inside the New Hampshire stadium while Trump supporters were reportedly locked out of the event.
Inside the SNHU stadium, Trump supporters were packed together on the main floor, but above the main floor, many of the stadium seats remained curiously empty, while thousands waited outside, watching the rally on a massive jumbotron screen…
White House senior reporter Shannon Pettypiece attempted to prove how unpopular President Trump has become by sharing a photo from the rally showing some of the empty seats in the stadium. Whistleblower: ‘Patriot Network’ Inside Google ‘Extends to Executive Class’
Zach Vorhies says he hopes more whistle-blowers encouraged to come forward and expose Google
A former Google employee who’s gone public exposing the tech giant’s algorithmic censorship says there’s a secret “patriot network” within the company aware of the political bias, but too afraid to do anything about it.
Speaking to Infowars, Google insider Zach Vorhies described a network of employees, even in the company’s upper echelons, who understand censorship is taking place.
“So there’s this weird culture in google — they’re trying to install this monoculture,” the one-time senior software engineer told Owen Shroyer. “And yes, there are people, there’s kind of a ‘patriot network’ inside of Google, but they’re afraid to come out. And some of that extends all the way in to the executive class.”
Vorhies added he hopes his own whistleblower activities will “galvanize” others aware of the censorship practices, but too intimidated to speak out.
“And so the thing is that I felt that if I came forward that I would galvanize other people by paving a path of disclosure for these documents so that people can come forward and say their opinion without violating the NDA (non-disclosure agreement).”

Austria Concerned by Radical Islamic Terrorism
An Austrian intelligence report found that radical Islamic terrorism is still the number one security issue in the country, with returning Islamic State (ISIS) fighters a chief concern, Breitbart reports, citing the Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung.
The report, which comes from the Austrian Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BVT), states that returnees from the Middle East are difficult to predict in their actions and pose a danger due to possibly having combat experience acquired overseas.
By the end of last year, the BVT estimates that at least 320 individuals from Austria travelled to fight for radical Islamic terror groups in Syria or Iraq, with 107 likely to have been killed and 93 having returned.

Climate Activist Greta Thunberg’s Yacht Trip to America More Harmful to Environment Than Flying
Climate activist Greta Thunberg’s virtue signalling trip on a $4 million dollar yacht to lecture Americans about climate change will be more harmful to the environment than if she had flown via aircraft.
Thunberg and her team set sail on the Malizia II for a voyage that will take 2 weeks to reach New York.
The mode of transport was deliberately chosen so Thunberg could relentlessly virtue signal about the evils of air travel.
But the entire trip is a complete farce.
As the German newspaper Taz points out, the yacht trip means more CO2 will be released into the atmosphere than if just Greta and her father had traveled by air because six members of her team have to fly back to Germany from New York.

Delingpole: Greta Thunberg — Patron Saint of the Age of Stupidity
St Greta of Thunberg has made it into the cover of GQ and is now on her way across the Atlantic in a $4 million yacht to lecture Americans about climate change.
Could there be anything more emblematic of the stupidity of our age?
My first question would be: what is a 16-year old autistic school drop-out who has done nothing of note in her life other regurgitate climate propaganda doing on the cover of a men’s magazine?
Call me naive but I thought the point of men’s magazines was to write about stuff that men might find interesting: dodging snipers’ bullets in war zones; free-diving with great white sharks; playing Scrabble with the Medellin cartel; where to track down the coolest leather jacket under £1,000; strafing a remote baboon colony in a Mig-25 Foxbat; the quest for the world’s purest MDMA…
A lecture, furthermore, from a child who hasn’t finished her schooling, whose frontal lobes haven’t formed, who has no sense of humour, whose every utterance is the second-hand opinion of alarmist grown-ups whose doomsday claims she is completely unequipped to assess?

Refusing Enemies Entry to Your Home
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu closed the door when enemies came knocking, and not without good reason.
History is a harsh teacher but a necessary one when it comes to self-preservation and Israel used common sense in refusing permission for Representatives Omar Ilhan and Rashida Tlaib to enter the country. Expect democrats and leftists around the globe to berate Israel with epithets of “racist” and claiming the Israeli government is denying free speech when the decision to shut-out these two members of Congress is a matter of wisdom.
True, what these two have said about Israel and Jews in general is contemptible as they exercise their American First Amendment right. In no way, however, is any nation required to welcome into their midst visitors who despise them. Tlaib and Omar have freedom to express their opinions but the Constitution is only applicable here and to citizens of the USA. Pedophile Rings Worldwide Panic as Cardinal Pell Awaits His Appeal
Let’s see if Pope Francis might be able to influence the Australian judges and save him from spending time in prison
Earlier this week, an ominous mural has appeared in the streets of Rome that has really upset Pope Francis. The mural located on Via Gregorio VII, near the Vatican, depicts the infamous Cardinal Pell, who is currently waiting for the results of his appeal, in handcuffs and with his hands clasped, while Satan’s black shadow appears grabbing him from behind. Truly shocking, and for many, it seems like a pretty honest depiction of this scumbag who has ruined the lives of so many innocent children while serving his Lord, Satan.
The verdict of appeal for disgraced Australian Cardinal George Pell, the former Vatican treasurer sentenced in the first instance for pedophilia, will be pronounced on Wednesday 21st of August 2019. I’m sure you will hear about it all over the mainstream news in one week from now, but of course, we are tomorrow’s news today.
In the meantime, Cardinal Pell, who is currently detained in a Melbourne prison after being sentenced to six years in prison for child abuse, has yet to be defrocked by his friend, Pope Francis, who continues to work behind the scenes to try and save Pell from prison. Next week, the Australian judges will, in fact, decide whether to confirm or not this judgment, and if this second hypothesis is chosen, the former Prefect of the Vatican’s economy could leave prison and face the remainder of his sentence under house arrest in the comfort of an exclusive Vatican mansion served and revered by a bunch of nuns.
However, if his appeal his rejected, the Holy See will be forced to take into consideration Pell’s long due defrocking. The defrocking, unfrocking, or laicization of Catholic clergy is the final removal of all rights to exercise the functions of an ordained minister, and something the Vatican should have done a long time ago in regards to Cardinal Pell. Of course, this Catholic pedophile ring leader is still considered very powerful and a sort of Vatican Epstein. So let’s see if Pope Francis might be able to influence the Australian judges and save him from spending time in prison.
There is an epic battle worldwide that is fought each day against the pedophile elite. Only yesterday, for example, Prince Andrew was kicked out of Buckingham palace by his mother, Queen Elisabeth II, who is very upset for his direct involvement with minors and drugs in the Epstein affair.

Ryann Saavedra called out ABC News for reporting a “dishonest” headline in a tweet showing a video of a man in a pickup truck driving into a human barricade at an ICE facility in Rhode Island.
The problem is, that’s not exactly what happened. As anyone can see by watching the video, the driver did not PLOW into the immigration protesters. The driver of the pickup truck drove slowly toward the protesters as they moved out of his way. And according to the ABC News article, the injuries were NOT related to the pickup truck.
While it’s true that “about a dozen people were treated for irritation due to the pepper spray,” the injuries were not caused by the pickup truck. The injuries were caused by a bunch of dummies who police had to use pepper spray against after they refused to stop using their bodies to block moving traffic from entering the ICE parking lot.

German Judge Threatens Salvini for Mocking Photo of Migrant Transport NGO Activist
A German judge has ordered Italy’s National Populist interior minister Matteo Salvini to take down a photo of an open-borders NGO activist or face a massive fine.
According to Italy’s Il Giornale newspaper, Salvini published a photo of Sören Moje, a member of the crew of the migrant transport boat owned by the NGO Mission Lifeline, on Twitter last year after the group defamed him by labeling him as a fascist.
Salvini tweeted, “This gentleman is in the crew of the ship of the German NGO that, waiting to load immigrants, calls me the ‘fascist’. Reassuringly I would say!”

Germany’s Merkel Calls for Restarting EU Migrant Rescue Mission
German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday called for the resumption of European naval missions to rescue migrants in the Mediterranean.
Since 2015, tens of thousands of migrants were rescued by European naval ships as part of the bloc’s anti-smuggling “Operation Sophia”, which suspended activity earlier this year.
“It would certainly be good if today we had Operation Sophia and national navies that would carry out rescues,” Merkel said in Berlin. She added that it would help with rescuing migrants as well as combating trafficking.
On Tuesday, Merkel also spoke out in support of sea rescues during a panel discussion in northern Germany, calling them “a humanitarian imperative,” according to the newspapers of the Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland.

Judge Accused of Helping Shield Illegal Immigrant Has Pay Restored as Case Proceeds
A Massachusetts judge accused of helping an undocumented immigrant evadefederal agents waiting to arrest him will be paid while she fights criminal charges against her, a judicial panel ruled Tuesday.
In a 5-1 decision, the state Supreme Judicial Court ruled that Newton District Court Judge Shelley Joseph can resume collecting her annual $181,000 salary. The panel also ruled that Joseph will receive back pay retroactive to April, a reversal of an earlier ruling that said she should be suspended without pay.
“In turbulent times, the risk of being stripped of a paycheck may have a chilling effect on a judge’s willingness to challenge the conduct of a prosecutor and thereby diminish the overall independence of the judiciary,” Chief Justice Ralph Gants wrote.

The vessel has been at sea for the last 13 days.

Sweden: Migrant Arrested in Torture of Man Who Escaped Naked, Bloody
A Syrian migrant is suspected of kidnapping and torturing a newspaper seller who eventually escaped naked and bloody in Kristianstad, Sweden, according to local media.
The victim reportedly fled his captor after hours of torture, running across rooftops and eventually crashing through an apartment window of a young woman who gave him shelter and aid.
“He was bloody all over,” a witness told local media. “He claimed to have been tortured or abused for a long time. He had a wary look, probably in shock. He just wanted help with calling 112.”
Interestingly, Swedish mainstream media chose to reveal the age of the alleged perpetrator, but not the nationality or reported need for an Arabic translator.
“The injured man was chased by the 25-year-old on the roofs of the residential buildings,” Expressen reported.
“Naked and bloody, he managed to get through a small window to an unknown apartment, where a 19-year-old woman was home alone.”
The street salesman reportedly went missing on Monday, and his employer launched an investigation into his well-being following the transmission of a cryptic text message.

UK: Afghan Asylum Seeker Who Wanted to Stab and ‘Kill English People’ Is Jailed
Afghan asylum seeker Samiualahq Akbari, who asked victims if they were “English” before attempting to stab them, has been jailed
The Old Bailey in London heard during the trial in July that 32-year-old Akbari had called his cousin whilst drunk on January 8th, saying that he wanted to “kill English people” before going to three different locations looking for victims.
That night, Akbari entered a kebab shop on London Road in Croydon, south London, and approached two customers, asking them were they were from. When they did not answer, the asylum seeker went behind the counter and grabbed a 10-inch kitchen knife which he waved in one of the customer’s faces.
He then entered the Plough-on-the-Pond pub where he asked customers the same question before threatening pub-goers with the blade. Akbari then went into a Tesco Extra where he asked a complete stranger, Nicholas Speight, where he was from.
When Speight gave what the prosecution described as his “fateful reply” — that he was “English” — events “unfold[ed] with such frightening speed” with the Afghan asylum seeker lunging at his victim, taking a “powerful swing at him” with the knife a number of times, with Mr Speight being forced to the ground.
Video footage revealed that “by luck rather than any design”, he was able to move out of the way of the blade as it came down on him before kicking Akbari away. The Afghan then got to his feet and calmly walked out of the supermarket following this third failed attempt to kill someone.

School Superintendent Says White People Must ‘Rewire Their Brains’ To Stop Being Racist
A Massachusetts school superintendent says that white people will have to ‘rewire their brains’ in order to stop being racist.
Pittsfield Public Schools chief Jason McCandless (who is white as the driven snow) made the comment in the context of his district introducing black history courses this fall.
Asserting that white people had benefited from a corrupt system that “oppresses black individuals,” McCandless said the only way to make amends was to “rewire our brains.”

Incredibly Gross New Species of Fish Found in Antarctica
It’s pink, slimy, googly-eyed and, apparently, misunderstood.
That’s according to scientist Andrew Stewart, who discovered the curious new species of fish shown in the photo above during the filming of “Expedition Antarctica,” a documentary following researchers through the bitter cold of the southern continent, released last month on YouTube. (Skip ahead to the 14:30 mark to check the fish out).
“That’s why I came to Antarctica, to see things like this,” Stewart said in the film. “It’s beyond words.”

Austria: “radical Islamic terrorism is still the number one security issue”.
Question for Austrian authorities:
What distinguishes “radical Islamic terrorism” from “Islamic terrorism”?
I truly believe that Merkel has lost her mind. She is a traitor to Germany.
The Frau was educated at Karl Marx University, you know. She marched around in a uniform as a East Germany student boss, but can’t remember any of it? How convenient.
She is sick in the head ( shaking like the jelly fish ) and this other traitors keep Her up to the end , all this parties are garbage, except AFD , ..
InfoWars says the Pope is working “behind the scenes” to have a jury verdict against the predator, Cardinal Pell, reversed. This is a lie, free from any offering of any proof. Jones goes on to say this priest should have been defrocked, not admitting this is a long process and that Pell had only been incarcerated in February, 2019. The claims comparing Pell to running an international pedophile ring, like Epstein, are also without ANY proof.
This smells of anti-Catholic libel with some raw meat thrown for the usual bigots to consume. The verdict by the jury for the crime of molesting two boys in the 1990’s will be upheld and Pell will be…and should be… defrocked.
In fairness, remove this column from GoV!
1. How does Alex Jones know the Pope is upset by a mural addressing the convicted pedophile, Cardinal Pell?
2. How does Jones know the Pope is trying to fix the Australian appellate court to set the convict Pell free?
3. The jury verdict will be upheld, on 8/21/19, and this column created by Satan’s smoke will disperse, with the stench of anti-Catholic bigotry still in the air.
All I can wonder was how big the gun was and who was holding to the medical examiner who ruled that Jeffrey Epstein’s death was a suicide. I couldn’t have been. Death by hanging breaks the neck and is instantaneous. Strangulation takes longer and certain neck bones are always broken in the process of the struggle. Go Figure.
