Italy: Unemployment Down to 10.7%, Lowest Since 2012

Youth unemployment down to 6-yr low of 31.9%

(ANSA) — Rome, July 2 — UNemployment fell to 10.7% in May, its lowest since August 2012, ISTAT said Monday.

Youth unemployment fell to a six-year low of 31.9% in May, ISTAT said.

The number of employed in Italy hit a new high of 23.382 million in May while the employment rate rose to its highest since 2008 at 58.8%, ISTAT said.

The number of employed rose 114,000 in May over April, a gain of 0.5%, and by 457,000 over May 2017, a 2.0% rise, ISTAT said. It said the rise was led by the over-50s.

The number of Italians on temporary work contracts rose 62,000 in May taking the total to a new record high of 2.074 million, ISTAT said. Labour and Industry Minister Luigi Di Maio said “it’s not a record for employment but for precarious jobs, today we’re going to start dismantling the (Renzi labour-market reform) Jobs Act”.

A Muslim Professor Rewrites History

Akbar Ahmed is 75 years old and laden with honors. An internationally respected academic, he holds the Ibn Khaldun Chair of Islamic Studies and is Professor of International Relations at the American University, and is the former Pakistani High Commissioner to Britain and Ireland. He has entrée to the highest corridors of power and influence. All that makes his current campaign of revisionism, designed to whitewash the historical record of Muslim Spain, all the more dangerous.

Historical revisionism is designed to influence current policy. Akbar Ahmed’s ongoing whitewashes of Islamic al-Andalus are clearly meant to break down resistance to the mass Muslim migrant influx into Europe today. Ahmed has gone so far as to call for a “New Andalusia” in Europe. In a March article in Pakistan’s Daily Times, he scolded: “Italy must remember its pluralist past.” He assumed, as have so many others, that it is the responsibility of non-Muslims in the West, and no one else, to be “pluralist” and prove their “tolerance.”

No one ever calls upon Saudi Arabia to remember its pluralist past, when Jews, Christians, and polytheists lived in Arabia. No one ever calls upon Sharia states to be more tolerant of non-Muslims. The onus is always only on the West.

In a piece published in mid-June, Ahmed claimed that the Islamic caliphate in Spain “more than any other came to represent the idea of pluralist society in Europe.”

In reality, as I show in my new book The History of Jihad From Muhammad to ISIS, Muslim Spain was anything but pluralist — it was miserable to live as a Christian there.

Did Sen. Warner and Comey ‘Collude’ On Russia-Gate?

An explosive report by investigative journalist John Solomon on the opinion page of Monday’s edition of The Hill sheds a bright light on how Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and then-FBI Director James Comey collaborated to prevent WikiLeaks editor Julian Assange from discussing “technical evidence ruling out certain parties [read Russia]” in the controversial leak of Democratic Party emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 election.

A deal that was being discussed last year between Assange and U.S. government officials would have given Assange “limited immunity” to allow him to leave the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where he has been exiled for six years. In exchange, Assange would agree to limit through redactions “some classified CIA information he might release in the future,” according to Solomon, who cited “interviews and a trove of internal DOJ documents turned over to Senate investigators.” Solomon even provided a copy of the draft immunity deal with Assange.

But Comey’s intervention to stop the negotiations with Assange ultimately ruined the deal, Solomon says, quoting “multiple sources.” With the prospective agreement thrown into serious doubt, Assange “unleashed a series of leaks that U.S. officials say damaged their cyber warfare capabilities for a long time to come.” These were the Vault 7 releases, which led then CIA Director Mike Pompeo to call WikiLeaks “a hostile intelligence service.”

How Comey Intervened to Kill Wikileaks’ Immunity Deal

One of the more devastating intelligence leaks in American history — the unmasking of the CIA’s arsenal of cyber warfare weapons last year — has an untold prelude worthy of a spy novel.

Some of the characters are household names, thanks to the Russia scandal: James Comey, fired FBI director. Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. Department of Justice (DOJ) official Bruce Ohr. Julian Assange, grand master of WikiLeaks. And American attorney Adam Waldman, who has a Forrest Gump-like penchant for showing up in major cases of intrigue.

The effort resulted in the drafting of a limited immunity deal that might have temporarily freed the WikiLeaks founder from a London embassy where he has been exiled for years, according to interviews and a trove of internal DOJ documents turned over to Senate investigators. Read the draft immunity deal proffer that the Justice Department was considering for Assange here.

But an unexpected intervention by Comey — relayed through Warner — soured the negotiations, multiple sources tell me. Assange eventually unleashed a series of leaks that U.S. officials say damaged their cyber warfare capabilities for a long time to come.

Newly Invasive Tick Clones Itself and Sucks Livestock Dry While Spreading Diseases

A newly discovered invasive tick, most commonly found in Asia and known for cloning itself, spreading diseases in humans and sucking livestock dry has been discovered in the United States. Native to East Asia, the longhorn tick is known for spreading diseases in humans that can be fatal.

An Entomologist at the Hunterdon County Health Services in Flemington, New Jersey says he’ s never seen anything quite like this new tick infestation on a pet sheep. In September of 2017, Tadhgh Rainey noticed the strange ticks after a farmer came into the facility covered in them. She said she was shearing her one sheep when she noticed they had covered her. According to Science News, when he and his colleague entered the sheep’s enclosure, “we almost immediately got covered in ticks,” he says. “I couldn’t believe this sheep was alive.” It was covered in hundreds, maybe thousands, of ticks.” The entire investigation sounds like something straight out of a horror movie:

The tick spends winters burrowed underground in order to survive. Besides its ability to burrow underground to avoid death from freezing temperatures, the longhorn tick also has some other characteristics that put a frightening and horrifying spin on its discovery. The tick reproduces asexually and rapidly increasing in population by cloning itself and laying thousands of eggs. The nymphs and adults also tend to “swarm” their prey, with recorded observations of hundreds of ticks hanging from their hosts like “bunches of grapes.”

Obama’s Rainbow Conspiracy for a One-Party State

The unfolding civil war in America is a “ Rainbow Conspiracy” of immigrants, Islamists, stoners, and New Agers to overwhelm the conservative coalition, take Congress in 2018, and impeach President Trump. Equally shocking, Colorado’ s pro-pot RINO Senator Cory Gardner is refusing to support conservative candidates through the National Republican Senatorial Committee. This is a repeat of the Rainbow Nation South African strategy of forcing whites to flee or die.

Peter Schiff Fears US “On the Path to a Socialist Administration in 2020”

Peter said a congressional primary in New York could indicate just how big the disaster might be. A genuine socialist beat a 10-term incumbent member of Democratic Party congressional leadership. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez really has no political experience other than serving as a Bernie Sanders volunteer and being a member of the Democratic Socialists of America. The organization calls for “the abolition of capitalism” with an economy run by the workers or the state. Peter said she may even be to the left of Bernie.

This signals a strong shift to the left in the Democratic Party. And it was already pretty far to the left.

This is the beginning, and it’s not just that you’re going to see these socialist candidates winning in the primaries. But in order to fend off future challenges from the left, the incumbent Democrats that are already there are going to have to move left in anticipation of these challenges.”

Now, you might just blow this off as Democratic Party infighting, but Peter said there is a bigger problem.

The Democrats may be the minority party now, but they are going to be the majority party by 2021, and they’re going to have the White House as well if I’m correct on what I think is going to happen to the US economy. And I’m pretty sure I am correct. I’m pretty sure that by the time voters step into the booth in 2020, we will still be in recession, and it’s all going to be blamed on Republicans and Trump, and it’s going to be the socialists who are going to be saying, ‘Vote for us because we’re the party of change. We’re going to make America great again by making America socialist.’“

Ultimately, Peter said Republicans have put the nails in their own coffin by branding this bubble economy as their own.

Why Does Barack Obama Have 20 Full-Time Staffers Working From His DC Bunker?

What Are The Plans For His 40,000 Trained Leftist Agitators?

Don’t be fooled into believing that because you don’t see Barack Obama attacking President Trump from behind a microphone, that he’s not active in behind the scenes efforts to take down President Trump and destroy his Make America Great Again agenda.

Barack Obama could’ve moved back to Chicago, the place he falsely calls home, the place where residents are on the hook for $200 million to build a shrine to him.

From his sprawling DC office not far from the White House, where he oversees a full-time staff of 20, Obama has held regular meetings with Democratic lawmakers, as well as DNC chief Tom Perez, whom he personally helped install to run the Democratic Party. Obama has also met with his attorney general, Eric Holder, to craft a strategy to redraw congressional district maps in Democrats’ favor, according to Politico. Holder now runs the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, which Obama helped his old friend launch.

Justin Trudeau ‘Does Not Remember’ Groping Reporter at Festival

Canadian PM responds to allegation he groped journalist at event in 2000

The allegation has dominated political discussion in Canada in recent days after it was highlighted by a blogger last month.

At the time, Trudeau was a 28-year-old teacher and had been attending a music festival sponsored by a beer company in British Columbia. The festival was raising money to support avalanche safety, a cause Trudeau had become involved with after his brother Michel died in an avalanche in 1998…

Italy: Offshoring Clampdown in ‘Dignity Decree’

Also ‘light’ fiscal package, postponement of means test

(ANSA) — Rome, July 2 — There will be a clampdown on firms who relocate their activities outside the European Union in the government’s ‘dignity decree’ to be approved Monday evening, sources said.

These firms will be fined asked to pay back any resources they may have received from the government.

There will be a five-year deadline between the aid and the sanctions. The decree, which has been shaped by Economy and Labour Minister Luigi Di Maio, will also contain a “light” fiscal package with a postponement of the deadline for reporting under the means test, sources said.

The decree will also crack down on gambling advertising amid a gambling-addiction epidemic, excluding the Italian lottery and other lotteries with a delayed draw.

Di Maio has also announced that the decree will contain measures to help people working in the gig economy and others with precarious contracts.

CIA Teams Up With Defense Industry to Undermine Korea Negotiations

Via Disobedient Media

In a new development that will shock no one, factions within the CIA attempted for the second time in just over a month to undermine President Trump’s peace overtures towards North Korea by leaking information calculated to decrease confidence in Kim Jong Un’s willingness to earnestly negotiate.

On June 29, 2018, NBC News released a report quoting anonymous CIA officials who claimed that North Korea was increasing nuclear production at “secret sites” without providing any actual evidence for such claims. The report’s credibility is further weakened by the fact that it also cited reports from a think tank which has strong connections to the defense industry and other private special interests.

In disseminating their report, the CIA used NBC reporter Ken Dilanian as an outlet for leaks. As Disobedient Media previously reported, Dilanian was outed by the Intercept in 2014 as a CIA asset. In the aftermath of the disclosure, Dilanian’s previous employers at the Tribune Washington and Los Angeles Times disavowed the disgraced journalist. In at least one instance, the CIA’s instructions to Dilanian appears to have led to significant changes in a story that was eventually published in the Los Angeles Times.

A 21-year-old Queensland man facing terrorism charges allegedly had a “how-to-kill-by-hand” document as well as bomb-making and guerrilla warfare material, court documents reveal.

Za’id Abdus Samad was arrested on Saturday morning at a house in Kuraby, south of Brisbane, during a raid by police from the Brisbane Joint Counter Terrorism Team and ASIO.

Police alleged that between mid-2016 and early 2017, Mr Abdus Samad planned to travel to Syria to fight and had recruited two teenagers to join him, but the group never left the country.

Anti-Establishment Leftist Lopez Obrador Wins Mexican Presidency in a Landslide

As expected, Mexico has just elected its first leftist president in decades, with Andre’s Manuel López Obrador (or AMLO) winning in a landslide and a near majority outright, or 49% of the vote early exit polls showed; right-left coalition leader Ricardo Anaya, in distant second place with 27% and the incumbent PRI party’s Jose Antonio Meade, with 18%.

And, as Bloomberg headlines flash red, Obrador is now de facto president as his main rivals have conceded:

Mexico’s Lopez Obrador Set to Win as Main Rivals Concede

And, adding to the concerns that AMLO may start rolling back energy privatization programs and issue more debt, is that his Morena party just won a majority in the Lower House:

Germany: Euro Jumps After CSU Leader Says Migration Clash With Merkel Resolved

After a torrid for German politics 24 hours, in which CSU leader and German interior minister Horst Seehofer first offered to resign, only to withdraw his offer shortly after and replace it with another ultimatum for Merkel, the whole world was on edge to see if Merkel and Seehofer would have a final falling out over Germany’s refugee situation, or if they would somehow kiss and make up in the 11th hour (and 59th minute).

The answer, it turns out, was the latter and moments ago Seehofer said that he would not resign as the migration clash with Merkel had been resolved, and that the CSU and CDU had reached a “clear agreement”, signaling an end to a coalition split that risked bringing down Merkel’s government.

“We’ve reached a clear agreement on how we can stop illegal migration in the future on the border between Germany and Austria,” Seehofer told reporters after more than four hours of last-ditch talks on Monday in Berlin. He now plans to stay on in his cabinet post. “I am glad that this agreement has been reached. It has once again become clear that it is worth fighting for a conviction. And what follows now is a very sustainable and clear agreement for the future. The agreement meets my expectations on all three points,” Seehofer added.

Irish PM: Crisis Facing Europe Not Mass Migration But Rise of Patriotic Parties

Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar has declared that the crisis facing the EU is not mass immigration, but European resistance to importing large numbers of migrants from the third world.

“This isn’t so much a migrant crisis as it is a political crisis,” the Irish Taoiseach (prime minister) said of disagreement within the EU over how to deal with illegal immigrants arriving to the continent.

La Raza Has Changed Its Name But Don’t be Fooled: It’s Still a Sick, Racist Group

Last July, the National Council of La Raza changed its name to UnidosUS. The switch failed to draw much news coverage but it holds significance for American taxpayers.

Cecilia Muñoz served as National Council of La Raza vice president before the Obama administration tapped her for White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs. In 2011, PBS interviewed her for its “Frontline” documentary Lost in Detention, which contended that under the Obama administration “deportations and detentions have reached record levels” and “families have been unfairly separated.”

As Muñoz explained, “Even if the immigration law is executed with perfection, there will be parents separated from their children.” As it turns out, that separation policy was intentional, and the Obama administration exploited the kids to enrich cronies.

Juan Sanchez, a National Council of La Raza board member, is CEO of Southwest Key Programs. KXAN of Austin reports that Southwest Key has received $995 million in federal funds since 2015 to house migrant children. Over a three-year period, Southwest Key had “more than 200 violations at its facilities,” including a resident failing to receive proper treatment for a sexually transmitted disease (STD).

As Fox News reports, Southwest Key operates “the largest licensed shelter for immigrant children in the United States. A 250,000-square-foot facility at a former Walmart superstore in Brownsville, Texas, today houses some 1,500 boys between the ages of 10 and 17 who illegally entered the U.S.”

CNN notes that Southwest Key operates 83 detention centers across the country and has pulled in $1.5 billion in federal contracts. Southwest Key boss Juan Sanchez bags a cool $1.47 million a year “which makes him one of the highest paid charity CEOs in the country.”

Leader of Greek Island Community Warns Residents Angry Over Migration May Take Law ‘Into Their Own Hands’

The leader of the community of Moria on the Greek island of Lesbos has called on the government to do more to deal with the escalating tensions due to the migrant crisis, warning that citizens may try and take the law “into their own hands.”

The leader of the community in Moria, Nikos Trakellis, entered his third day on hunger strike on Wednesday when he revealed that the tensions caused by the influx of asylum seekers to Lesbos since 2015 were escalating dramatically, Greek newspaper Proto Thema reports.

“This does not go any further,” Trakellis said, adding: “From 2015 we live through the constant destruction of our village,” and that the sanitary facilities on the island were not able to handle the influx of migrants living at the camp in Moria.

“The sewage is poured into the nearby torrents and ends up in the sea passing through our property. Garbage everywhere, dirt and mosquitoes. Every concept of life in the village has been destroyed in regards to health and safety,” he said.

Leftist Woman Attacks Conservative Media at Pro-Illegal Alien Rally…foams at Mouth… Threatens to Flash Cameras [Video]

The Daily Caller’s Stephanie Hamill and Kevin Fries hit the streets of Washington, D.C. to talk to people attending the “Families Belong Together” rally held at Lafayette Square.

Hamill was going about her job when a rally attendee came up to her and starting verbally harassing her.

The woman was visibly upset by a pro-life group that was peacefully demonstrating at the rally with banners about abortion. The woman lashed out at the pro-life activists and also TheDC employees who happened to be in the area.

Watch the Democrat Party’s poster child for the 2018 elections in action. ***Language and vulgar content WARNING*** :

Last night, Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, appeared on Fox News to discuss the pro-illegal alien rallies yesterday. Charlie hit the nail on the head when he reminded everyone that these are just re-churned activists who go from one leftist rally to another. Usually, these are paid actors, who are bussed in and funded by billionaire activists who let the little people do all of the heavy lifting, like wreaking havoc on innocent Trump supporting Americans or even in many cases, using violence, as a way to threaten pro-Trump Americans from attending pro-American or pro-Trump events.

Merkel Germany Coalition Limps on as Immigration Control Compromise Struck

German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s governing coalition has apparently stepped back from the brink of collapse after late night emergency talks with her Bavarian allies resulted in an apparent immigration deal.

Bavarian conservative leader Horst Seehofer had threatened to resign his position as leader of his party and German Interior Minister if Dr Merkel failed to strike a bargain to control immigration to Germany — either multilaterally within Europe, or unilaterally at home. Seehofer seemed certain to walk away from the government after Merkel failed to compromise on her strong open-borders convictions, however, an agreement to tighten borders has reportedly been struck.

Nassim Taleb Slams “These Virtue-Signaling Open-Borders Imbeciles” In 3 Short Tweets

As liberals across America continue to attempt to one-up one another with the volume of virtue they can signal, specifically on the question of ‘open borders’ — especially since ‘jenny from the bronx’ victory over the weekend, none other than Nassim Nicholas Taleb unleashed a trite 3-tweet summary of how farcical this argument is…

What intellectuals don’t get about MIGRATION is the ethical notion of SYMMETRY:

1) OPEN BORDERS work if and only if the number of pple who want to go from EU/US to Africa/LatinAmer equals Africans/Latin Amer who want to move to EU/US

2) Controlled immigration is based on the symmetry that someone brings in at least as much as he/she gets out. And the ethics of the immigrant is to defend the system as payback, not mess it up.

Uncontrolled immigration has all the attributes of invasions.

3) As a Christian Lebanese, saw the nightmare of uncontrolled immigration of Palestinians which caused the the civil war & as a part-time resident of N. Lebanon, I am seeing the effect of Syrian migration on the place.

So I despise these virtue-signaling open-borders imbeciles.

Obama’s HHS Refused to Rescue Alien Minors it Placed With Criminals

It’s about time… finally someone does a great job of explaining why President Trump’s plan is 100 times better and safer than Obama’s plan. Hopefully, whistleblower Jason Piccalo will go on TV and start screaming this to the public. I hope he gets on Hannity or Tucker Carlson to show what has happened to many children during the Obama Administration. This is important!

While everyone on the left is screaming about the illegal alien children being put into detention centers, it’s important to remember that the Obama policy of catch and release put the kids in danger by placing some into the hands of human traffickers. A Senate Report detailed the problem with releasing kids to a so-called sponsor who hadn’t been checked into at all. The policy was basically a de-facto amnesty once the kids were released because they just wouldn’t show up for their deportation hearing that could be scheduled for months away. The kids would basically disappear into whatever town they settled in.

South Korea: Yemeni Asylum Seekers Taken Into Custody After Fight

Two Yemeni asylum seekers have been taken into custody on the southern island of Jeju for using violence against each other in a fight over washing dishes, police said Monday.

The two, who are aged 36 and 37 and work as crewmen, allegedly brandished weapons or punched each other Sunday afternoon after quarreling over washing dishes in the crewmen’s quarters they live in, police said.

Police said they’re questioning the two and will decide how to deal with them after consultations with immigration officials.

The case came amid growing anti-refugee sentiment in South Korea sparked by the arrivals in recent months of more than 500 Yemeni asylum seekers on Jeju under a visa-free entry program aimed at promoting tourism.

Their entry has sparked worries that many of them could be bogus claimants seeking jobs and other economic advantages, that similar arrivals could follow, and their presence would lead to increases in crime and other social problems.

The justice ministry said last week that it will seek to revise the Refugee Act to prevent fake asylum seekers from abusing the system and take steps to significantly speed up deliberations on refugee applications. (Yonhap)

South Koreans Revolt Against Arrival of Muslim Refugees

South Koreans are revolting against the arrival of Muslim refugees, with over half a million signing a petition asserting that Muslim migrants don’t integrate and that they don’t want their country to end up like the UK or Germany.

The controversy began when an influx of nearly 1,000 asylum seekers from Yemen arrived on the South Korean resort island of Jeju. They took advantage of a new visa waiver program that allowed people from 186 countries to visit the island without a tourist visa.

This led to 950 foreign nationals, the majority from Yemen, arriving as tourists under a one month permit but then immediately claiming asylum, a process that can take years while they remain in the country.

Sweden: Leftist Elderly Women Accused of Abusing Illegal Child Refugees by Offering Home in Exchange for Sex

A new scandal with volunteers exploiting Afghani male refugees is uncovered in Härnösand. The news was first published in a Facebook post by Stefan Lindquist, a leftist politician from the northern Swedish town of Härnösand.

According to Lindquist, Swedish Facebook group ‘Stop deportations to Afghanistan now!’ is being used to exploit so-called ‘paperless minors’ and young men from Afghanistan.

He says that in the majority of cases, women are offering food and accommodation in exchange for sex, but there has also been at last one incident in which a man has raped a young male migrant.

Liberal NYC School Segregates Students by Race…claims Segregation Benefits Kids

A private school for upper-income families in NYC has been quietly segregating students in their classrooms.

The first sentence of LREI’s mission statement defines the school as a “progressive” place of learning: We pride ourselves on being a progressive pre-K through twelfth grade school.

Segregation by race…how very progressive…

Remember when the Democrat Party lost their fight to keep schools segregated by race after the Republican majority passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964? Well, it looks like they’re at it again…

UK: Girls Are Banned From Wearing Skirts at 40 Secondaries Across England as Schools Opt for Gender-Neutral Uniforms to Cater for Transgender Pupils

At least 40 secondary schools have banned girls from wearing skirts in a bid to cater for transgender pupils, it has emerged.

Schools are opting for gender-neutral uniform policies under which boys and girls both wear trousers, while others are considering similar changes, it is claimed.

They have followed the lead of Priory School in Lewes, East Sussex, which scrapped its female uniform last September, also citing fears over the sexualisation of young women.

It comes alongside news that a leading private school is bringing in make-up experts to help pupils who feel anxious about their appearance.

Schools are opting for gender-neutral uniform policies under which boys and girls both wear trousers, while others are considering similar changes, it is claimed

Copleston High School in Ipswich is one of the schools which insists on ‘plain grey trousers’, placing skirts on a list of ‘unacceptable items’.

A majority of pupils in the area now attend trousers-only schools with eight Ipswich schools instituting a gender-neutral policy, it is claimed…

    – The funny thing is that segregation kind of works. Strength through dieversity is the utopia that is hard to achieve, but segregation? Ancient Greeks made it work, South Africans, even good old rich India used to be quite a segregated place.

    • Hi I am Korean and we are now exposed to an utterly awful disaster.

As you know, Korean War, technically speaking, is still ongoing because there is only a temporary ceasefire that prevents a full-scale war; however, these third world mulsims took a plane to reach Korea and asked for asylum approval. They claim that they fled their homeland ‘to avoid war…’ Why would they flee to a country that is highly likely to be invaded by North Korea?

Koreans have already witnessed some drastic occasions in which ethnically white Europeans are silenced while being constantly threatened by barbaric islamic terrorists. We don’t want those horrible things to encroach deeply into our society, but the government, just like those so-called ‘politically correct’ leftist politicians and despicable pro-rapefugees, is trying to silence down the opposition and keeps on writing positive news articles depicting the invaders as ‘those who are in dire need of our support’.

…No to those muslins who cannot even establish a proper democratic government with a sound economic system and infrastructure… More Europeans should know about this struggle so that the Japanese, Korean and all Europeans fight to their death to defend their countries together.

      • what a paradoxically enjoyable thought : muslims under North Korean rule ! Is there a slight chance that this could turn them into civilized behaviour?
        Go for it,Kim.
