Charlottesville Police Feared Antifa Would Attack Them With Cement, Fentanyl
A new bombshell independent report that highlights the failures of the Charlottesville Police Department during the white nationalist “Unite the Right” rally in August claims that law enforcement on the scene feared direct attacks from far-left extremists, and that this may have even led to their refusal to intervene in the chaotic riot.
The report was drafted by a former U.S. attorney hired by the city of Charlottesville, Va., Timothy Heapy, through his law firm.
According to the report, the authors “spoke to multiple officers at all levels who expressed concern that normal arrest procedures would put officers in harm’s way. In the week before August 12, the Virginia Fusion Center shared credible threats that members of Antifa would bring soda cans filled with cement and might attack police. Then, on the morning of August 12, rumors circulated among CPD that Antifa might attack officers with fentanyl.”

Despite losing the 2016 election largely because the Democrat Party refused to move away from divisive identity based politics they have apparently not learned their lesson, with at least one powerful female Democrat deciding to piggyback off the wave of sexual assault allegations sweeping the country by openly telling Michigan voters to vote for her because she is a women.
Democratic candidate for Michigan’s Attorney General, Dana Nessel, has released an ad for her campaign that directly implies that voters should choose her simply because she does not have a penis and therefore cannot sexually assault someone she works with like many male politicians (on both sides of the aisle) have been accused of over the past month.
“Who can you trust most not to show you their penis in a professional setting? That would be the candidate who doesn’t have one,” Nessel says with a straight face as headlines of male sexual harassment play across the screen.
Nessel attempted to explain the fact that she is now attempting to guilt voters into voting for her as a way to show that they are against sexual harassment in an interview with a local news outlet.

FBI Director: We’re Investigating Antifa-Linked Individuals for Terrorism
FBI Director Christopher Wray, responding to questions from Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) at a House Homeland Security hearing on global terrorism threats on Thursday, told the committee that the FBI is investigating Antifa-linked individuals for criminal activity.
Perry pointed out that Antifa factored in “inciting riots” across the country, probably referring to their violent actions during President Trump’s inauguration and on college campuses.
“We do have a very active domestic terrorism program,” Wray responded, hinting that Antifa-aligned individuals could be engaged in terrorist conduct. “[W]e’re not investigating ‘Antifa’ as ‘Antifa’ — that’s an ideology and we don’t investigate ideologies.”
“We are investigating a number of what we would call anarchist-extremist investigations,” he added, saying there are entities looking to commit violence “on kind of an Antifa ideology.”
Wray also told Perry that the FBI is investigating the funding going to Antifa groups that are pursuing violence.

The FBI is investigating people inspired by “kind of an Antifa ideology,” bureau Director Christopher Wray said Thursday.
Wray told members of the House Homeland Security Committee that people associated with the so-called anti-fascist or Antifa movement were subject to the FBI probe amid possible violent criminal activity.
“While we’re not investigating Antifa as Antifa — that’s an ideology and we don’t investigate ideologies — we are investigating a number of what we would call anarchist-extremist investigations, where we have properly predicated subjects of people who are motivated to commit violent criminal activity on kind of an Antifa ideology,” he told the House panel.

In what the entire mainstream media is reporting as a “bombshell” , former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn has been charged with lying to the FBI about a series of legal conversations he had with the Russian ambassador that included talk on how better to take out ISIS.
“The charging document states that Flynn made a false statement to the FBI when he stated that in December 2016 he did not ask Kislyak “to refrain from escalating the situation in response to sanctions that the United States had imposed against Russia that same day; and Flynn did not recall the Russian ambassador subsequently telling him that Russia had chosen to moderate its response to those sanctions as a result of his request,” reported CNN.
In comparison, Obama and deep state operative James Clapper has committed open perjury multiple times over the years and literally nothing has happened to him. I guess being a globalist operative has its perks.

Yesterday in The Internecine Deep State Conflict Moves to Stage Two I suggested that the conflict was heating up, a move confirmed by former Trump advisor Michael Flynn’s guilty plea that he lied to the F.B.I. regarding his contact with Russian officials.
The case for impeachment now becomes clear: prosecutors will attempt to prove that Trump made contact with the Russians in violation of the Logan Act, which forbids private citizens from dealing in matters of state with foreign governments.
According to the Wikipedia entry on The Logan Act, To date, only two people have ever been indicted for violating the Act’s provisions. However, no person has ever been prosecuted for alleged violations of the Act.
(There are of course other potential charges, which we will learn more about as legal commentators across the spectrum weigh in.)
Question #1: can prosecutors provide evidence that shows beyond reasonable doubt that Trump violated the Logan Act before taking office?
Question #2: is this an impeachable offense? That will be decided by the House of Representatives, which can pass a motion of impeachment on a simple majority:Impeachment of the president, explained.
The case then goes to trial in the Senate, where impeachment requires a 2/3 majority.
Clearly, impeachment is not only a legal process, it is a political process in which partisanship plays a role. The definition of what constitutes an impeachable offense is not well-defined in the Constitution, with treason and accepting bribes being two examples.

The Scalp-Taking of Gen. Flynn
Russia-gate enthusiasts are thrilled over the guilty plea of President Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn for lying to the FBI about pre-inauguration conversations with the Russian ambassador, but the case should alarm true civil libertarians.
What is arguably most disturbing about this case is that then-National Security Adviser Flynn was pushed into a perjury trap by Obama administration holdovers at the Justice Department who concocted an unorthodox legal rationale for subjecting Flynn to an FBI interrogation four days after he took office, testing Flynn’s recollection of the conversations while the FBI agents had transcripts of the calls intercepted by the National Security Agency.
In other words, the Justice Department wasn’t seeking information about what Flynn said to Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak — the intelligence agencies already had that information. Instead, Flynn was being quizzed on his precise recollection of the conversations and nailed for lying when his recollections deviated from the transcripts.
For Americans who worry about how the pervasive surveillance powers of the U.S. government could be put to use criminalizing otherwise constitutionally protected speech and political associations, Flynn’s prosecution represents a troubling precedent.

Walmart Selling ‘Antifa’ Fan Gear
Walmart is selling “Antifa” clothing that “will [allow you to] express yourself inside the opposition to the ideology, organizations, governments and people from the far right (fascism).”
The mega-retailer is offering at least 13 different sweatshirts “made in Mexico of 100% COTTON for all-day comfort” promoting the group whose activities were “formally classified” by the Obama Administration “as domestic terrorist violence” as early as April 2016, according to Politico, despite the group’s efforts to downplay this determination.
“Antifa,” or Anti-Fascist Action, is an informal grouping of communist, anarchist, and other far-left street gangs. Drawing inspiration from the German Communist Party’s street fighters of the 1930s, the modern movement grew out of the European far-left punk scene in the 1980s. These unapologetically violent bands of leftists were largely unknown in the United States until recent years, when America’s post-Occupy Wall Street far-left began adopting the name.
Antifa is well known for dozens of violent crimes against people they consider “fascists” on both sides of the Atlantic. As Breitbart News’s Ian Mason cataloged, to Antifa, “fascists” include “in no particular order”:…Trump supporters, other Trump supporters, members of Germany’s populist AfD party, a 20-year-old woman who chose to wear a Spanish-flag bracelet, a Philadelphia free speech rally, former UKIP and Brexit leader Nigel Farage, libertarian VICE News co-founder Gavin McInnes, French policemen, and Israeli-owned bookstores. Interesting, a Salafist Muslim who attacked a “filthy white” Antifa writer because he disrespected Islam does not qualify.

When the Rockefeller Trilateral Commission Exposed Its Own Secret

Catalonia’s Example Looms as Corsicans Prepare to Vote
PARIS — Voters on the French Mediterranean island of Corsica head to the polls Sunday for the first round of territorial elections, with a nationalist ticket projected to score big.
The campaign might not have attracted much attention but for the Spanish region of Catalonia, where independence aspirations have grabbed world headlines and turned attention to other autonomy-minded regions.
Candidates from seven political lists will be on Sunday’s ballot. But the main nationalist ticket, Pe a Corsica (For Corsica), is surging.
The elections aim to fuse Corsica’s two administrative territories into one, but they’re about much more than bureaucracy. They’re expected to solidify the power of Corsica executive council head Gilles Simeoni and other nationalists, who won elections in 2015 for the first time, refueling centuries-old independence dreams — at least for some Corsicans. Catalonia’s example has given them another reason to hope.
The big question, said University of Bordeaux Corsica expert Thierry Dominici, is not whether the nationalists will win, but by how much.

Finnish Court Bans Nordic Resistance Movement
A Finnish court banned far-Right activist group the Nordic Resistance Movement (PVL) on Thursday, saying there was an “urgent social need” to shut down the group which it said spread hate speech and incited violence.
Police had asked that the far-Right group, which the Finnish intelligence service says aims to create a national socialist state, be closed down.

Italy: Priest Arrested for Sex Abuse of Minors
In Catania
(ANSA) — Catania, December 1 — An Italian priest was arrested in Catania Friday on suspicion of aggravated sexual violence on minors. Father Pio Guidolin was taken into custody by Carabinieri. A probe has allegedly established that in 2014 he exploited the vulnerability of boys under the age of 14 who had been disturbed by family issues and forced them to submit to and commit acts of a sexual nature, police said.
Father Guidolin allegedly covered his victims in holy oil taken from his church and said that the sexual acts they were taking part in were acts of purification capable of easing their inner suffering, police said.
One of the minors who rebelled against the priest was isolated and accused of trying to defame the priest, police said.
Father Guidolin also allegedly threatened the boys who wanted to report the cases that the local Cosa Nostra would step in and stop them.
One of the victims’ parents was placed under investigation for tipping off the priest to the investigation.

Italy: Bank Probe Panel Shows PD Right — Renzi
PD emerges with head held high says leader
(ANSA) — Rome, December 1 — The activities of the parliamentary commission of inquiry into Italy’s banking crisis are showing that the ruling centre-left Democratic Party’s (PD) “battle was right”, PD leader and ex-premier Matteo Renzi said Friday. “It was based on facts,” Renzi said, adding “the problem was not the PD, there was never any messy deal”. Renzi went on to say that “the PD emerges with its head held high” after showing it did not do any shady deals with banks. “We listened to the arguments of consumers and savers,” he said. The problem was not political, but of lax oversight, he said.
On Thursday PD Chair Matteo Orfini blamed the Bank of Italy, in particular, for a financial mess Banca Etruria got itself into, and stressed that the father of Cabinet Secretary Maria Elena Boschi, an executive at the bank, had had no part in that case.
The parliamentary commission of inquiry was set up to look into the rescue fo Italy’s third-larget bank, and the world’s oldest, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, and a string of bankruptcies and rescues of other smaller regional lenders.
An amendment to the 2018 budget has set up a 50-million-euro fund, 25 million a year for both 2018 and 2019, for the bilked victims of Italy’s banking crisis . The “financial restoration fund” aims to compensate “savers who have suffered unfair damages, not otherwise compensated, in breach of the obligations of information, diligence, correctness and transparency” laid down by banking regulations.
Thousands of small investors lost their life savings in junior bonds banks told them were safe.
The most notorious cases were those of Banca Etruria, Banca Marche, Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia di Ferrara (CariFE) and Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia di Chieti (CariChieti).
One Banca Etruria former investor, Luigino D’Angelo, killed himself after seeing his savings go up in smoke.
There were other cases involving Veneto banks Banca Popolare di Vicenza and Veneto Banca, as well as other lenders.
Renzi opposed the reconfirmation of Bank of Italy Governor Ignazio Visco because of the central bank’s alleged failure to prevent the crisis, but it was waved through by Premier paolo Gentiloni and President Sergio Mattarella.

Italy of ‘Rancour’ Growing — Censis
Halt to social mobility creating discontent says think tank
(ANSA) — Rome, December 1 — Despite a long-awaitd economic recovery in Italy, think tank CENSIS said Friday there was rising “rancour” around the country against those who have more money and better prospects.
“The social dividend of the economic recovery has not been distributed around the country and the halt to social mobility is creating rancour,” CENSIS said in its report on Italy’s social situation.
CENIS said “there persist trends that must be managed with care: the demographic fall in the country, the poverty of immigrant human capital, and the polarisation of employment which is penalising the former middle class”.
Among other things, CENSIS said 78% of Italians don’t trust the government, 52-1% gave a thumbs down to the civil service, and the working class “no longer speaks Italian”.
There had a been a boom in people in absolute poverty, up 165% since 2007, CENSIS said.
It also said, however, that the employment conditions of women were “improving” and that 78.2% of people were “satisfied” with their lifestyle.
Crime was also down 8.2% last year, CENSIS said.
CENSI said the “myths” of Italian society remained a steady job for life and a home of one’s own.
It said the newer myths were smartphones and social networks.

Italy: Somali Torturer Killed 13 Not 4 — Sentence
‘Deliberate cruelty’
(ANSA) — Milan, December 1 — A Somali man convicted of raping, torturing and murdering migrants in a Libyan camp and sentenced to life last month killed at least 13 people and not four as previously thought, the sentence explained Friday. The murders were “directly ascribable” to Osman Matammud, 22, the Milan court said. He was guilty of “deliberate cruelty”, the court found. Matammud raped “dozens of women”, the court said, some of them girls. His crimes could not be justified by “his dramatic experiences” as his lawyers had tried to argue, the court said.
Matammud was found guilty of treating his victims in an “inhuman” way, the court said.
He killed two young men by hanging them, the court said.
“He also made money out of the desperation that had led them into the hands of his organisation,” it said.

Pamela Anderson Would Marry Julian Assange if it Helped His Legal Situation
Assange has been holed up at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London since 2012 in a bid to avoid extradition to Sweden, where he faces allegations of sexual assault, and Anderson has become a regular visitor over the past three years.
The former Baywatch star, who is known for her animal rights charity work, was introduced to Julian by fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, and she initially made contact to seek his advice on how to become more effective as an activist.

Professor: Vaccines May Cause Autistic to Have Up 10 Times More Aluminum in Brains Than Normal
Aluminum in vaccines may cause autism, controversial new research suggests.
Autistic children have up to 10 times more of the metal in their brains than what is considered safe in adults, a study found.
Aluminium crosses the membrane that separates the brain from circulating blood and accumulates in cells involved in maintaining a constant internal environment, such as temperature, the research adds.
Study author Professor Chris Exley from Keele University, said: ‘Perhaps we now have the link between vaccination and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the link being the inclusion of an aluminium adjuvant in the vaccine.’
The researchers speculate autism sufferers may have genetic changes that cause them to accumulate aluminium which healthy people are able to remove.

The findings? Shockingly high levels of aluminum were found in these brain samples. It’s widely acknowledged that aluminum can enter the brain and disrupt its functions.

Violence on the Streets: German Police Clash With Protestors and Fire Water Cannon
VIOLENCE broke out on the streets of a German city as police clashed with protestors and officers fired a water cannon during the anti-immigration party Alternative for Germany (AfD) party congress.
Scuffles broke out last night as protestors attempted to break through a police cordon set up on the road to the congress centre in Hanover, where the right-wing party is meeting to elect a new party leadership.
Police also took action after protestors set up illegal road blocks.
Frank Pasemann, an AfD member of the Bundestag, claimed on Twitter a colleague Kay Gottschalk was attacked by 15 “anti-fascist terrorists” as they made their way to the conference centre.

Caroline Glick: From Amman to Jerusalem
Five months ago, 28 year old Ziv Moyal, an Israeli security officer at Israel’s embassy in Amman, was stabbed in his apartment by a Jordanian assailant, whom he shot and killed.
Moyal also accidentally killed his Jordanian landlord, who was present on the scene.
In the immediate aftermath of the incident, incited by the state-controlled media, the Jordanian public was whipped into an anti-Israel frenzy. In short order, a mob surrounded the embassy, to which Moyal and another 20 Israeli diplomats fled immediately after the shooting.
For 24 hours, those Israeli diplomats, led by Ambassador Einat Schlein were besieged.
Despite the fact that they are barred from doing so under the Vienna Convention, Jordanian authorities demanded to interrogate Moyal. By refusing to enable the diplomats to safely return to Israel until Moyal submitted to questioning, they effectively held Schlein and her colleagues hostage.
It took the intervention of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to end the life-threatening crisis. The price Jordan’s King Abdullah II exacted for the freedom and protection of Israel’s diplomatic personnel was high. In exchange for their safe passage, Netanyahu agreed to permit Jordanian officials to be present during Moyal’s questioning by Israeli officials. True Dangers Posed by North Korea
In this “connect-the-dot” game that has been ongoing, now, for the past year and gathering steam with President Trump’s inauguration, the experts have had to admit (begrudgingly) that North Korea can strike the United States. This launch is different, because not only is re-entry confirmed (the missile traveled 10 times higher than the ISS, the International Space Station), but on a flat trajectory it can easily reach Washington. Estimates placed that range on this one as being 8,100 miles, more than 1,500 miles greater than the distance needed to hit Washington, D.C.
The big “news” is this: The missile reached the height of at least 4,000 km (about 2,400 miles), and at that height, the concern is that with such a height, it cannot be accurately estimated or determined what the destination of the missile is.
Such is perfect for an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) weapon to be used.
In September we saw the “death by defunding” of the Commission to Assess the EMP threat against the United States. Its most vocal and esteemed chair and spokespersons, Dr. Graham and Dr. Pry have pleaded unsuccessfully with Congress and the President to take the decades of research and classified information gathered about North Korea seriously. They have repeatedly warned about an EMP strike against the United States.
What would happen? Except for shielded installations (mostly among military bases and governmental installations), we would lose our power grid. A “cascade effect” would follow, as everything in our society is dependent upon instantaneous communications, transportation, and financial systems only functional with electricity. There is also the unknown factor of the nuclear power facilities: Each has a backup electrical system with generators, however, nobody really knows if these will be working after an EMP strike.

(ANSA) — Sydney, December 1 — The highest-ranking cleric to be accused of covering up paedophile priestly sex abuse, Adelaide Archbishop Philip Wilson, has filed to be spared trial because he is mentally unfit.
A court-appointed psychiatrist will now examine Wilson, 67, who was fitted with a pacemaker 10 days ago and was unable to attend today’s session of a court in Newcastle.
In what could be a landmark case, Wilson faces up to two years in jail for “covering up a serious actionable crime”.

EU-Funded Report Tells Journalists Not to Write Negative Articles on Migrant Crisis
A new journalistic code of practice, funded by the EU, calls on journalists to avoid reporting on the migrant crisis in a negative way, refrain from linking Islam to terror and avoid mentioning whether or not a criminal migrant was in the country illegally.
The guideline even calls on journalists to report their colleagues to the authorities for “hate speech” if they do so.
The code, financed by the European Union’s Rights, Equality and Citizenship program, defines hate speech as expressions which ‘promote or justify xenophobia’ including ‘intolerance expressed by aggressive nationalism’.
The report says that although journalism cannot ‘solve the problem of hate speech on its own…the European Union must reinforce existing mechanisms and support new tools designed to combat hate speech’.
To do this, the report calls on journalists to shop their colleagues to police, as well as people who comment on their articles, on the grounds that they’ve committed a hate speech offence.

Germany: Migrant Admits Asylum Home Arson Claiming ‘He Was Frustrated’
A Lebanese asylum seeker found guilty of attempting to burn down his asylum home said he did so out of frustration at not being given a job.
A court heard that 26-year-old Hussein F. had come to Germany two years ago from Dubai, where he had lived for six years, and paid £11,000 ($15,000) for a Schengen area visa
He was placed in an asylum home in Hannover where, on June 12th, he set his mattress on fire. His lawyer Tanja Brettschneider claimed the asylum seeker has snapped because he was “looking for a better life, but was not allowed to work”, German tabloid Bild reports.
The 26-year-old even gave warning to authorities of his plans in advance when he marched down to the city hall and demanded his own accommodation saying that otherwise, he would set the asylum home on fire.

Milan School ‘Avoided by Italians, Too Many Foreigners’

(ANSA) — Milan, December 1 — Italian parents avoid enrolling their children in the Fabio Filzi school in Milan due in part to the large number of foreigners, according to a teacher who spoke on condition of anonymity. The school is located in the Corvetto area, which has experienced integration and crime problems. “Italian parents refuse to enroll their children here,” school principal Domenico Balbi said, “to the extent that we can’t even form an adequate number of first-year classes in the primary school section. We are a pole of excellence for autism but the message being conveyed is that of a ghetto.” Parents have also reportedly spoken about problems in the school of bullying, vandalism and intimidation from some arrogant pupils “from a nearby Roma camp”. The school, which is located in the suburbs, has seen incidents of arguments involving parents and some parents come to get their children whenever they want, forcing teachers to stay after the hours they are paid for. One teacher has been threatened after saying that the children would be handed over to the local police after a certain time.

Sweden: Nobody Helped Woman Raped by 20 Muslim Migrants

“Eeew, you have sperm on your face and on your clothes, don’t involve us,” they said to the woman. She had just endured a gang rape and abuse by up to twenty perpetrators in a stairwell in Fittja, but nobody in the southern Stockholm suburb wanted to help the victim, Metro reports.

The German Town That Said ‘Nein’ To Angela Merkel’s Migrants

A mother taking her six-year-old to a Salzgitter school this autumn found that her child was one of two German children in her class amid 20, mostly Syrian, migrants.
‘I’m not against foreigners,’ said the woman. ‘But there is a point where we have to wonder who is integrating with whom.’

Is the Left Self-Destructing, or is Something Else Going on?
The temptation to revel in the implosion of the extreme political Left is high, and it’s understandable. I could go through a long list of insane offenses by the cultural Marxist cult of the church of “social justice,” but I think this latest example summarizes the problem nicely. In this video, teaching assistant Lindsay Shepard at Wilfred Laurier University in Canada is reprimanded and brow beaten by two professors for daring to commit the heresy of showing her students BOTH sides of the debate over transgenderism and pronoun politics.
The zealotry on display here by these professors is indicative of a deep-rooted cancer within the Left. Shepard was not attempting to troll her class with misinformation or subtly manipulate them with propaganda, in fact she wasn’t seeking to pressure them to support either viewpoint. She was not violating anyone’s private property rights to assail them with her arguments, either. Her only goal was to show people in a public space that there are in fact at least two opposing viewpoints on the issue in question. But in a cult it is unacceptable to acknowledge that there are different ways of thinking from the prevailing doctrine. Other beliefs and evidence must be filtered out completely, otherwise, the devout members of the cult might be faced with uncertainty.
If an ideological system is so fragile that it cannot tolerate the slightest hint of legitimate counter-evidence, then something is very wrong with that system. If that system is incapable of arguing its merits using facts and instead relies on the argument of “How dare you!,” the only things that could possibly keep it alive are threats of force and terror.

I am not in the position to do the translation, but could repeat some main points with my comments.
The leader of AfD makes the point that laws have been bent and broken in order to accommodate the migrants who have passed through multiple countries where they were safe and not prosecuted.
To that the justice minister faciciously responds: Maybe I should be in jail.
The AdF leader relates the increase criminal incidents caused by migrants.
To that the old @#$%^ reponds that 90% of the crimes are agains other migrants.
Great, so Germans shoud be happy that criminal migrants only target other migrants – for now.
The mayor of the city claimed to have spoken to migrants who says are not violent and enjoy life in Germany.
Totally infantile. Hurray, if that’s the only criteria bring in ten or twenty million more.
Regretably the leader of the AfD failed to mention even the fact that most migrants aren’t even from
the war countries, enjoy German benefits, and should be expeditiosly repatriated – all in accordance with the laws.
With open borders, what happens in Germany is not a just a German problem: it is a European problem.
I think, what is missing is a clear party manifesto which would clarify for what the party stands for.
This would be a good start:
Germany is home of the German people, and Europe is a home to Europeans. It is not a future home of Africa, nor
a continent where all failed states can dump their population surpluses.
Africa is no longer under colonial rule, therefore Africa alone is resposible for her problems.
No one else has that responsibility, morally or otherwise.
Europe cannot deal with the population of failed states lest it also become one.
Germany does not have a Nazi party, and never will. It has a party of defenders of the homeland.
