A vegan café in Melbourne is now charging an 18% “man tax” on purchases made by male customers. The owners of the café say that the move is necessary to help redress the decades-old pay gap between men and women. Ex-Northwestern Professor in Court for 1st Time in Chicago Stabbing Death
(CNN) — An ex-Northwestern University professor who is accused of stabbing a man to death in his Chicago apartment appeared in court for the first time since leading police on a sweeping, cross-country manhunt that ended with his arrest last week.
On Friday, Wyndham Lathem was arrested in Oakland, California, in the stabbing death of Trenton Cornell-Duranleau, a 26-year-old cosmetologist, after making contact with authorities. Authorities found Cornell-Duranleau’s body with multiple stab wounds in Lathem’s Chicago apartment.
Lathem’s attorney, Kenneth Wine, said his client was charged for “murder and fleeing” in Illinois, but he has not been formally arraigned on those charges.
Wine said in a statement Monday that the alleged crime is “totally contrary to the way (Lathem) has lived his entire life” and urged the ex-professor’s supporters to “be patient.”
Lathem waived his extradition rights in Alameda County Superior Court on Monday, and a judge determined that Lathem must be removed from California by September 6. Lathem invoked his Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, and law enforcement officials will not be allowed to ask him any questions without an attorney present.
The former professor did not say much during his initial court appearance, donning a red jumpsuit and acknowledging the friends and family who were present.
Lathem was fired from Northwestern University on Monday, the school said. He has also been banned from the university’s two campuses in Evanston and Chicago…

Ex-Reagan Official: Trump Could be Gone by February
The swamp will make “mincemeat” of him
Former Reagan administration official David Stockman predicts that President Donald Trump could be turfed out of office by February next year.
Stockman, who served as Director of the Office of Management and Budget from 1981-85, writes, “Ultimately, the hammer of fiscal crisis and a crashing stock market will break any remaining loyalty of the GOP elders as they smell the 2018 elections turning into a replay of the rout of 1974.”
“And then the Donald will be gone, and well before August 2018, too. I told an audience in Vancouver last Friday that it could happen by February.”
Stockman thinks that Trump’s ousting will be achieved, “probably by a threatened invocation of the 25th Amendment by the GOP elders on Capitol Hill.”
The 25th amendment allows the removal of a president if he is declared to be mentally unfit, although it requires the support of two thirds of both Congress and the Senate, as well as the Vice-President, making it an incredibly unlikely scenario.
Stockman is by no means a ‘Never-Trumper’ or a neo-con. He acknowledges that the mainstream media is “conducting a grand witch hunt and venomous prosecution that will not be sated until the Donald vacates the Oval Office.”
“The bottom line is that the Swamp is so undrainable that it will end up making mincemeat of Donald Trump,” concludes Stockman.
As we have documented, rumors of a de facto coup in the United States have been swirling for months.
On his Friday show, radio host Michael Savage warned that Americans could even “resort to mob violence” if Trump is removed from office by the globalists and the deep state.
Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne also recently claimed that he was told by a senior Republican Congressman that there was a plot to “remove Trump suddenly from office”. Browne said the plan was to “take the president out,” by a method other than impeachment or indictment.
In comments made during the Aspen Security Forum, former CIA Director John Brennan said that if the White House tries to fire special counsel Robert Mueller, executive branch officials should “refuse to carry out” that order, which is effectively a call for a coup.
Last month, Rush Limbaugh also told his audience, “There is a coup underway, being led by the media with accomplices in the Democrat Party and a number of international players, to reject the outcome of the election, to undermine the presidency of Donald Trump, and, if the wish list were realized, to get rid of him.”

McMaster Targets and Terminates Trump Loyalists

Trump loyalists are losing their jobs at the National Security Council and being replaced by those who have no allegiance whatsoever to our President’s campaign promises. Well over fifty percent of the National Security Council staff are Obama holdovers who should have been gone over six months ago…
Finally, there is the issue of how McMaster got there in the first place. Trump interviewed McMaster at Mara Lago for a half an hour. He was under terrible pressure after firing Flynn to find someone.

Senator John McCain. That’s right. The NSA got his job on the basis of a recommendation from the man who just saved Obamacare.

John Kelly Supports McMaster
It seems that H.R. McMaster is a wolf in sheep’s clothing who is sabotaging the President’s agenda. Remember, McMaster was caught leaking internal White House politics to now former Acting FBI Head Andy McCabe.
One would think that McMaster would shortly be out the door because he is not liked by Bannon or the President. However, he allegedly has an ally in Chief of Staff John Kelly.
Kelly told McMaster that he wants him to remain, and actually authorized him to “make any staffing changes he wants.” McMaster took that as a green light to oust top intelligence aide Ezra Cohen-Watnick, a Michael Flynn hire who has a warm relationship with Jared Kushner.
In the past, McMaster attempted to rid the council of Cohen-Watnick, but was overruled by President Trump, Steve Bannon, and Jared Kushner. Now, after months of trying, he has succeeded.
McMaster’s abhorrence of Bannon is quite obvious, as those who he’s fired were close to Bannon. And the fact that he hired CFR and Trilateralist, Dina Habib Powell, a close friend of Valerie Jarrett and Huma Abedin, as his Deputy NSA Advisor for Security is extremely troubling…
He actually allowed Susan Rice to maintain her security clearance to access classified information, despite reservations Trump had about her motives. McMaster sent an official secret letter to Rice informing her that she would maintain unfettered access to classified information, according to a report from Circa’s Sara Carter.
Why should Susan Rice still have a security clearance? How is giving this known liar and power abuser access to secret data consistent with our national security? Obviously, the NSA Director is serving an agenda that has no similarity to our President’s and is not based upon what is best for our nation.

“If we identify somebody, no matter what their position is, if they violated the law and that case warrants prosecution, we’ll prosecute it.”
Members of Congress and White House officials could potentially be prosecuted for leaking classified information, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said on Sunday.
Rosenstein appeared on “Fox News Sunday” with Chris Wallace to discuss the Justice Department’s new initiative to combat classified leaks. Rosenstein will lead a task force to root out the leaks, which Attorney General Jeff Sessions said earlier this week have tripled in number since President Trump took office.
“If you find any [White House officials and members of Congress], have committed these leaks, have disclosed classified information, will you prosecute?” Wallace asked Rosenstein.
“If we identify somebody, no matter what their position is, if they violated the law and that case warrants prosecution, we’ll prosecute it,” Rosenstein replied.

Millions of Americans will revolt if the globalists remove President Trump from office or render him powerless, radio host Michael Savage warned.
Americans could even “resort to mob violence” because they’ll have nothing to lose once they “are finally aware of the fact that they’ve been tricked by their society, and that no matter how hard they work as middle-class people” they have nothing to gain, the Savage Nation host said Friday.

The Cover-Up of High River Forced Entries Continues
On June 25, 2013, Alberta Justice Minister Jonathan Denis asked his Deputy Minister, Tim Grant this question: ‘What legal authority do the police rely upon to forcibly enter private property in the flood stricken area?’ Deputy Minister Grant forwarded Minister Denis’ question to newly appointed Assistant Deputy Minister and Director of Law Enforcement, Bill Sweeney (retired RCMP Commanding Officer for ‘E’ Division, the Province of Alberta).
ADM Sweeney then sent an e-mail to RCMP Assistant Commissioner Marianne Ryan asking her to answer Minister Denis’ question adding: ‘This was in relation to High River and breaking into homes to look for casualties. The Minister was aware that firearms that have not been properly stored were seized during the (sic) these searches and also anticipates that some residents will ask this question later.’ Note: This was three days before the media and the public were made aware that firearms were being seized in High River.
RCMP Assistant Commissioner Marianne Ryan (soon to be promoted to the ‘E’ Division Commanding Officer) sent this reply to Alberta Justice ADM Sweeney: ‘You do raise a good point on communicating what legal authorities we are using and on that point, we will get something on paper from Crown counsel tomorrow morning to give to our folks speaking to the media for their reference and confidence in speaking to this issue to the public.’ Note: Click on the link above to read the complete text of this e-mail obtained through Access to Information Act request from the RCMP.
Any reasonable person reading this e-mail exchange would expect that Alberta Justice Minister Denis asked the ‘legal authorities’ question fully intending to use the answer to respond to High River residents and, further, that RCMP Asst. Commissioner Ryan intended release the results of the ‘Crown counsel’ paper to the ‘media’ and ‘the public’. Here we are more than four years later and both the RCMP and Alberta Justice are going to great lengths to keep this ‘legal authorities paper’ out of the public domain…
Why wasn’t ‘Ministerial authorization’ obtained by the RCMP to forcibly enter High River homes as the Alberta Property Rights Advocate stated in his 2013 report was required by the Alberta Emergency Management Act?
Justice Minister Jonathan Denis wrote to me saying: ‘At no time did the Government of Alberta support, endorse or direct this to happen.’ If no one in the Government of Alberta approved the High River forced entries, who authorized RCMP to make warrantless entries into High River homes during the 2013 flood?
Why is there not one politician, federal or provincial, in all of Alberta willing to help restore the trust in the RCMP for High River residents?
And finally, why didn’t the Charter of Rights and Freedoms protect the homes of High River residents from the 2.3 million-dollar RCMP door-kicking spree?

France: Churches Vanish, Mosques Spring Up
“France is not a random space… fifteen centuries of history and geography determined its personality.”
“Inscribed in the depths of our landscape, the churches, the cathedrals and other places of pilgrimage give meaning and form to our patriotism. Let us demand our civil authorities to respect it”. Two years ago, the French journalist Denis Tillinac promoted this appeal, signed by dozens of French personalities, after some French imams requested the conversion of abandoned churches into mosques.
A year later, terrorists who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State assaulted the Catholic parishioners in the church of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, murdering an elderly priest, Father Jacques Hamel, at the foot of the altar. An outpouring of great emotion followed the most serious attack on a Christian symbol in Europe since the Second World War.
After that attack, the French authorities prevented many Islamist plots against the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Last June, police shot a Muslim man outside the cathedral after he tried to attack them with a hammer. Another terror cell of French women, guided by Islamic State commanders in Syria, had previously been foiled before they could attack Notre Dame. France’s most famous Catholic house of worship is a prime target for the jihadists. At the same time, France has been dismissing the religious and cultural heritage of France’s Catholic patrimony, which, in a time of religious clashes and revival, should instead be protected as treasures and sources of strength…
“Over the past two years, Christian associations have sold nearly 40 churches throughout the country, at prices ranging from 100,000 to 400,000 euros. Twenty-seven other churches have been demolished. According to the Catholic Church, more than 1,000 churches are to be sold or demolished throughout France”.
According to a report from the Observatory of Religious Heritage, presented at the French Senate, France could lose “5,000 to 10,000 religious buildings by 2030”. Every year, 20 churches are sold and converted in France. The art historian Didier Rykner, who runs La Tribune de l’Art, said that “not since the Second World War have we seen churches reduced to rubble”.
These authorities and mayors, so lenient when it comes to presenting economic reasons for destroying churches, are always generous when it comes to mosques. “Nearly 2,400 mosques today, compared to 1,500 in 2003, is the most visible sign of the rapid growth of Islam in France, a consequence of a population of immigrant origin and the process of strong re-Islamization”, noted an report by the magazine Valeurs Actuelles.
When it comes to Islam, neutrality is abandoned. For example, “the municipality of Évreux voted for the provision of 5000 square-meters of land, for one symbolic euro, for the project of the Union of the Muslim Faith”. The author and journalist Élisabeth Schemla detailed how French mayors have become “builders of mosques”. This is how, in the last 30 years, more mosques and Muslim prayer centers have been built in France than all the Catholic churches built in the last century.

Hungarian PM Viktor Orban Warns of the ‘De-Christianization’ Of Europe

Members of an Asian grooming gang are being given legal aid to fight deportation — after it emerged they have already received more than a £1million to unsuccessfully defend criminal charges.
There was outrage last night as it was revealed the paedophiles — who preyed on girls as young as 13 — are getting more taxpayers’ money to battle moves to strip them of their British passports and send them back to Pakistan.
The case is particularly sickening because, despite the depraved nature of their crimes, the men are trying to exploit Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights — which safeguards the right to family life. The four — who raped, abused and tormented young girls — claim booting them out of the country will harm their families.
Shabir Ahmed, 64 — the ringleader of the Rochdale child sex gang — Abdul Aziz, Adil Khan and Abdul Rauf all received hundreds of thousands of pounds in legal aid at their original trial.
By contrast, Chris Gard and Connie Yates were denied any legal aid in their case against Great Ormond Street Hospital to take sick 11-month-old son Charlie to the US for experimental therapy.

Convicted sex offender Adam Johnson has been urged to convert to Islam by Muslim criminals, it has been claimed.
The former Sunderland player was offered protection by Islamic inmates after several other convicts threatened to slash his throat.
Subsequently, the convicts said the 30-year-old must convert to Islam as part of the protection deal.

Egypt: Muslim Military Officers Beat Soldier to Death Upon Learning He Was Christian
CAIRO (Morning Star News) — Egyptian military officers beat a new soldier to death on July 19 upon learning that he was a Christian, relatives said.
Joseph Reda Helmy of Kafr Darwish village, Beni Suef Governorate, had just completed training at Mobarak military training center and was transferred to Al-Salaam special forces police unit, where three officers killed him, relatives told Middle Eastern media. The Egyptian army told relatives Helmy died of an epileptic seizure.
His father, Reda Helmy, told Al Karma TV by phone that his large, strong son had arrived at the camp at 2 p.m. and was dead by 8 p.m. In the same program, the deceased’s cousin, Youssef Zarif, said he received a message at 2 a.m. on July 20 from the Ministry of Interior to come and retrieve Helmy’s body.
When Zarif arrived, he asked to meet an officer and was initially rebuffed. Eventually he met with an officer who told him that Helmy had died of an epileptic seizure. Zarif refused to believe the army explanation, saying Helmy was a healthy, quiet person loved by all in his village of Christians and Muslims. The heavily Muslim country has population that is about 10 percent Christian.
He told Al Karma that the extensive bruising he found on the body did not look like those of an epileptic episode. He said Helmy had bruises on his head, shoulders, neck, back and genitalia, with the worst injuries occurring on his back.
The doctor who examined the body refused to bow to pressure from those who brought it and reported that the cause of death was not natural, Zarif said. A prosecutor accompanying the family firmly concurred and demanded an investigation, he said.

U.S. Is Sending More Marines to Afghanistan
The U.S. is sending dozens more Marines to Afghanistan, according to three U.S. defense officials.
Task Force Southwest, based in Helmand Province in southwestern Afghanistan, requested the additional Marines to help with internal force protection, the officials said. U.S. Central Command approved the request but the Marines have not yet moved into the country.
There are currently more than 300 Marines assigned to Task Force Southwest, and the total additional force is less than 100 marines, the officials said. The Marines will deploy from the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force Crisis Response Central Command, already based in the region. China Prepares for War Against India — Both Are Nuclear Powers
Major territorial disputes between both countries
Two nuclear powers, China and India, may soon go to war over the disputed Doklam area, state-run Chinese media reported.
The Doklam area, which lies on the ill-defined border between Bhutan and China, was taken over by India in June when its soldiers stopped the Chinese military from building a road in the region, which is remote, treacherous and sparsely populated.
“India’s recklessness has shocked the Chinese,” the Global Times stated. “…Over the past month, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has been on the move. We believe that the PLA has made sufficient preparation for military confrontation.”
“Indian border troops are no rival to PLA field forces.”
“If a war spreads, the PLA is perfectly capable of annihilating all Indian troops in the border region,” the article added.
India had entered the disputed region by an invitation from Bhutan, but now China may try to force the Indian military out of Doklam within the next two weeks.
The conflict stems from a long-standing territorial dispute between the two nuclear powers due to conflicting treaties regarding its shared 2500 mile border.
India is claiming over 150,000 square miles of territory controlled by China whereas China claims nearly 350,000 square miles of Indian-controlled land.
To put it into perspective, the state of Montana is a little over 147,000 square miles whereas Venezuela is around 340,000 square miles.
Since June, Chinese and Indian soldiers have faced each other “eyeball to eyeball” on a de facto frontline.

Migrant Crisis Latest — 100 Storm Fence in Spanish Enclave Ceuta
DOZENS of sub-Saharan migrants crossed into Spain from Morocco in the early hours this morning after running through a border gate into the enclave of Ceuta, emergency services said.

Silicon Valley “Outraged” After Google Employee Pens Viral Doc Slamming “Anti-Conservative” Culture
The 10-page Google Doc document was met with furious derision
A 10-page document penned by an unnamed Google engineer titled “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber”, that criticizes the company’s “left leaning”, “anti-conservative” culture and calls for replacing Google’s diversity initiatives with policies that encourage “ideological diversity” instead, has led to outrage among fellow Google employees and Silicon Valley pundits.
The document, first reported by Motherboard and published in full by Gizmodo, reportedly has gone “internally viral” inside the company on Friday according to CNBC. The engineer’s identity has not been revealed, but he reports to Google VP Ari Balogh, listed on Crunchbase as the company’s executive VP of storage infrastructure products.
The document’s author also wrote that employees with conservative political beliefs are discriminated against at Google and lamented about how “leftist” ideology is harmful. They argue that the company should have a more “open” culture where their viewpoint would be welcomed. The document said that improving racial and gender diversity is less important than making sure conservatives feel comfortable expressing themselves at work.
Motherboard said it had independently confirmed with multiple Google employees that the document is being widely shared among many of the company’s software engineering teams: “If I had to guess, almost every single woman in engineering has seen it,” a current employee told Motherboard. At several points on Friday night, the document was inaccessible because too many people were attempting to view it concurrently.
But what has prompted the ire of both internal and external pundits is the document’s argument that differences in pay between men and women in the technology sector are not entirely related to bias against women, but are partly attributable to biological differences between the genders. It also called on Google to “stop alienating conservatives” and calls into question practices like “unconscious bias” training for committees that promote employees.

There is a Cultural Revolution taking place in America today. The stated goal: to purge capitalism and traditional American culture from society. The graduates are now credentialed “authorities” in the social sciences who become zealous members of the Leftist echo chamber that reinforces collectivism and dominates television. The left-wing liberal narrative of political correctness, moral relativism, and historical revisionism is reflected in the programming and commercials being streamed into your household and mobile devices twenty-four hours a day. Television programming and television advertising are in the business of social engineering. They are purging capitalism and traditional culture from American society. They are selling socialism.

Feminist vegan hopes the move will provoke people into discussing unfair treatment of women
A CAFE is making waves after it began charging blokes more money in a bid to close the gender pay gap.
The feminist vegan owner of Handsome Her eatery in Melbourne, Australia, is making them pay an 18 per cent “man tax” as well as giving women priority over seating.
Owner Alex O’Brien told Broadsheet website: “I do want people to think about it, because we’ve had this (pay discrepancy) for decades and decades and we’re bringing it to the forefront of people’s minds.
“I like that it is making men stop and question their privilege a little bit.”
Ms O’Brien says the response from her customers has been positive, with one man even donating $50 (£30) to the cause.
