Italy: 5,500 MPS Lay-Offs, 28.6 Bn NPLs to Shed

EU plan sees 1.2 bn net profit in 2021

(ANSA) — Rome, July 5 — The Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS) restructuring plan sees 5,500 lay-offs over 2017-2021 with some 600 of the current 2,000 branches closing, sources said Wednesday. MPS’s net profit will be over 1.2 billion euros in 2021, according to the plan. The junior and mezzanine tranches of non-performing loans will be sold to the Atlante 2 fund at 21% of their gross value, and 28.6 billion euros in NPLS are to be shed in all, the plan said. CEO Marco Morelli said “this is an important turning point, a milestone to get MPS back onto a growth track”. Trade unions said they were happy that lay-offs would be on a voluntary basis. MPS will probably return to the Milan bourse this autumn, sources said.

The European Commission on Tuesday approved 5.4 billion euros in State aid for the precautionary recapitalisation of MPS after the in-principle accord reached on June 1 by Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan and Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager.

Padoan, for his part, said that the MPS rescue plan was a turning point for the Italian banking system and that the Treasury would take up its 70% stake in July.

A statement from the EC said: “The two conditions for this agreement are now both fulfilled, namely the European Central Bank has confirmed that MPS is solvent and meets capital requirements, and Italy has obtained a formal commitment from private investors to purchase the bank’s non-performing loan portfolio.” The Commission said that in order to approve Italy’s support for the troubled Tuscan lender, “MPS’s shareholders and junior creditors have contributed ª4.3 billion to limit the use of taxpayer money as required by EU state aid rules”.

The restructuring of MPS will be completed in five years during which the bank plans to “re-orient its business model towards retail customers and small and medium-sized businesses, strengthen its efficiency and improve its credit risk management”, the Commission said.

As part of this, MPS’s senior management will be subject to a salary cap of 10 times the average salary of MPS employees.

Another key element of the plan, the EC said, is the disposal of a 26.1-billion-euro non-performing loan portfolio on market terms by transferring it to a privately-funded special vehicle.

This operation will be partially funded by the Atlante II fund.

MPS will also sell the lower risk senior notes of the vehicle to private investors.

To facilitate this sale, it will apply for State guarantees on market terms for the senior tranche under an Italian State guarantee scheme (the so-called “GACS”, an aid-free scheme approved by the Commission in February 2016).

Padoan, for his part, told a Rome press conference that the rescue of MPS is “an extremely important element for the bank and the Italian banking system and a further turning point after last week’s deal on the Veneto banks”.

“It’s a plan that gives certainties, a sustainable timeframe for the bank which will have a very important level of capital”.

The Treasury will have a 70% stake in MPS after the bank’s precautionary recapitalisation, Padoan said.

Ministry official Alessandro Rivera said the operation will be 8.1 billion overall and the Treasury will underwrite a 3.9 billion hike by the end of July, while 1.5 billion will be used to buy back junior bonds in the autumn after burden sharing has been applied, for a final disbursement of 5.3 billion euros.

The restructuring plan “gives certainties” and “a credible horizon” for the bank which will have “an important level of capital and will shed almost all its non-performing loans, for a gross value of more than 28 billion euros, by the first half of 2018”, Padoan said.

The MPS rescue has enabled Italy “not to offload the cost of bail-outs onto taxpayers,” Padoan said, by envisaging a “limited use” of public resources.

Padoan said he was “confident public money will not only be recovered, but there will also be a bonus” as Monte dei Paschi di Siena improves over the years following its rescue.

Padoan said he had the “utmost confidence” in the current top management of Monte dei Paschi di Siena, when asked if they will be confirmed.

The rescue ends “an ‘annus horribilis’, which started in June of last year with the stress test, we had the total awareness we were at the epicentre of the Italian, and not only Italian, banking crisis”, MPS President Alessandro Falciai said, vowing that “the bank will be very flourishing” and “among the most solid in the EU”.

There will be no firings in the restructuring of MPS, CEO Marco Morelli said.

The State will exit the bank’s capital in 2021, Falciai said.

14 Facts That Prove That America’s Absolutely Pathetic System of Public Education Deserves an ‘F’ Grade

One thing that almost everyone can agree upon is that our system of public education is broken. We spend far more money on public education than anyone else in the world, and yet the results are depressing to say the least. Considering how much we are putting into education, we should be producing the best students on the entire planet, but it just isn’t happening. Personally, I attended public schools from kindergarten all the way up through law school, and the quality of education that I received was extremely poor. Even on the collegiate level, most of the courses were so “dumbed down” that even the family dog could have passed them. And of course millions of other people all over the country would say the same sorts of things about their own educations. Many refer to what is happening to our society as “the dumbing down of America”, and if we don’t get things fixed the United States is on course to become a second class nation.

If you believe that I am exaggerating, I would like you to consider the following numbers. The following are 14 facts that prove that America’s absolutely pathetic system of education deserves an “F” grade…

#1 Somewhere around 50 million students attend public schools in America today.

#2 Education is the most expensive item in 41 different state budgets.

#3 The latest PISA tests show that U.S. students are below average compared to the rest of the industrialized world…

[Comment: The centralised “education” system was never intended to really educate America’s youth. It was designed to social engineer the youth and ensure they only think emotionally (this is accelerating with commie core). In that sense, for the globalists, the “education” system has been a great success. An F from the public’s point of view, but an A from the globalists point of view.]

AMD’s Epyc is a Major Advance in Security

One BIOS switch to encrypted memory

AMD’s Zen core has been revealed in detail but with Epyc the company added a few juicy details. SemiAccurate is particularly interested in the security aspects on the new CPU line which is what we will discuss here.

Epyc has a bunch of new instructions, full crypto hardware, and new platform options that are going to do quite well in the enterprise and cloud spaces. These markets are increasingly concerned with security and after the woeful showing by Intel around security coupled with their continued bungling of messaging and implementation on the subject, AMD has a golden opportunity. (Note: SemiAccurate feels Intel’s security architecture is correct, everything else is abjectly broken) Lets take a look at what AMD has to offer…

If you need security SME is a no-brainer, it will work from day one with a BIOS toggle and only get better as software support increases. Even if nothing ever supports it officially, Microsoft and VMWare look to be on board, it will be of direct benefit to the customer out of the box. Intel has SGX but, well, they won’t talk about it, what it does, how it does things, the performance hit, or anything you need to base a decision on. As SemiAccurate previously reported, SGX is pretty broken in “early Purley” but we can’t say if it will make the cut on mid-life Purley or the 2018 Purley refresh/Cascade Creek. One thing we can say is that SGX is not hardware in the same way as SME, it takes recoding and recompiling to enable any benefit at all. On paper AMD’s SME the vastly superior way of doing things…

So all in all Epyc is unlike any AMD platform of the past on the security front. AMD didn’t just follow Intel’s footsteps in security, they went far beyond anything Intel has done. AMD’s SME and SEV are going to be a great advance out of the box and will only get better as software support increases. A one button transparent memory encryption feature is a killer app, why wouldn’t you turn it on? The core changes catch up to Intel’s latest chips and go a bit beyond in a few areas. Best of all the company didn’t seem to screw anything obvious up. Given the current climate of security, hacking, and related problems, security is a key decision point for sales and AMD has something unique and useful that Intel can’t match for generations.S|A

Blast From MSU Explosion Knocks Student Off Feet

MURRAY, KY — Murray State University is beginning to look more like a campus again and less like a demolition site. This, after investigators say a gas leak sparked an explosion at New Richmond residence hall last week.

The explosion sent shock waves throughout campus, damaging several other dorms and a dining hall. Adrienne King, university spokeswoman, says those buildings are now boarded up and crews are working to repair them by the fall semester.

“If you think about the incident that happened last week, it’s pretty dramatic and it had a huge impact on this college campus,” says King. “Our number one priority is to make sure that this campus is safe before we have students and any other visitors in these buildings.”

Brar “Brad” Jagmeet says he was walking along a nearby sidewalk when the building exploded.

“The first thing that I felt was a shock wave,” says Jagmeet. “It literally felt like a wave like you feel in the pool.”

Surveillance video shows the building blowing to pieces. Jagmeet was just beyond the camera’s view when it happened. The force of the blast so powerful, it knocked him over.

“What I see next is, it’s deafening silence,” says Jagmeet. “There’s nothing else. I see right there, opposite side, all buildings are shaking and moving.”…

California Joins Forces With Communist Regime Against U.S.

Under the guise of fighting alleged man-made global warming, California Governor Jerry Brown (shown) is defying the elected government of the United States and forming an unconstitutional alliance with the mass-murdering communist regime enslaving mainland China. Responding to U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to kill the illegal United Nations Paris Accord on “climate change,” Brown and his radical allies were foaming at the mouth, vowing to join forces with others to “resist” while calling the president “insane.” By contrast, Brown and his allies were busy praising the murderous dictatorship in Beijing as a heroic and progressive “leader” for “the world” in the supposed fight to save humanity from the gas of life known as carbon dioxide.

Critics were perplexed by the California governor’s bizarre behavior. Some prominent analysts referred to Brown’s actions as illegal, pointing to the Logan Act that bans U.S. citizens from negotiating policy with foreign powers without specific authorization from the U.S. government. Others even invoked the “T” word, referring to Brown’s actions as “treason” against the United States. Either way, the significance of the developments would be hard to overstate. In essence, an array of state and local officials are defying the law, the Constitution, and common sense by forming alliances with hostile totalitarian governments to undermine U.S. foreign and domestic policy…

Katy Grimes, an investigative journalist and a Senior Media Fellow with the Energy and Environment Legal Institute, was among the prominent voices to level charges of treason. “Brown should be investigated for colluding with a known foreign enemy upon his return to the United States — a federal republic of 50 states of which he is but one governor,” she wrote, blasting Brown’s “treasonous” trip to China. “It is unconstitutional for a state to supplant federal powers and act on its own when dealing with other nations. Brown’s latest trip to China to enter into a treaty as a sovereign nation is unconstitutional on several levels, and violates the Logan Act.”

Chemotherapy May Spread Cancer and Trigger More Aggressive Tumours, Warn Scientists

Chemotherapy could allow cancer to spread, and trigger more aggressive tumours, a new study suggests.

Researchers in the US studied the impact of drugs on patients with breast cancer and found medication increases the chance of cancer cells migrating to other parts of the body, where they are almost always lethal.

Around 55,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in Britain every year and 11,000 will die from their illness.

Many are given chemotherapy before surgery, but the new research suggests that, although it shrinks tumours in the short term, it could trigger the spread of cancer cells around the body.

It is thought the toxic medication switches on a repair mechanism in the body which ultimately allows tumours to grow back stronger. It also increases the number of ‘doorways’ on blood vessels which allow cancer to spread throughout the body.

Dr George Karagiannis, of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, New York, found the number of doorways was increased in 20 patients receiving two common chemotherapy drugs.

Federal Judge Blocks California Magazine Confiscation Law: “The Constitution is a Shield From the Tyranny of the Majority”

It’s no secret that people on the left have a disdain for our representative form of government. That’s why they threw such a big fit over the electoral college system after the last election. They don’t like the idea that laws and elections aren’t determined by the will of the majority, and they don’t recognize how dangerous that would be for everyone’s freedom (or worse, in some cases they know exactly how dangerous it would be).

But their hatred for our constitutional republic extends beyond the electoral college. They would prefer to live under a pure democracy, where the majority of the population can trash the rights of the minority. They would rather live under a system where individual rights are sacrificed for their twisted version of “the common good.”

Fortunately, that’s not the system we live under. In this country, your rights can’t be taken away just because most people think those rights are dangerous. That fact was made abundantly clear recently, when a judge in California filed a preliminary injunction against a law that would force gun owners to give up large capacity magazines that had been bought legally before they were banned. The injunction effectively prevents California from enforcing the law for the time being.

“The Court does not lightly enjoin a state statute, even on a preliminary basis,” Judge Benitez said in the ruling. “However, just as the Court is mindful that a majority of California voters approved Proposition 63 and that the government has a legitimate interest in protecting the public from gun violence, it is equally mindful that the Constitution is a shield from the tyranny of the majority. Plaintiffs’ entitlements to enjoy Second Amendment rights and just compensation are not eliminated simply because they possess ‘unpopular’ magazines holding more than 10 rounds.”

Judge Benitez also feared that Proposition 63 would turn millions of law abiding citizens into criminals.

“If this injunction does not issue, hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of otherwise law-abiding citizens will have an untenable choice: become an outlaw or dispossess one’s self of lawfully acquired property,” he said in the ruling. “That is a choice they should not have to make. Not on this record.”

But as you might expect, not everyone is pleased with the ruling. State attorney general and former Democratic representative Xavier Becerra was quick to criticize the ruling.

Intel Core i9-7900x Review

Intel’s latest 10-core, high-end desktop (HEDT) chip — the Core i9-7900X — costs £900/$1000. That’s £500/$500 less than its predecessor, the i7-6950X. In previous years, such cost-cutting would have been regarded as generous. You might, at a stretch, even call it good value. But that was at a time when Intel’s monopoly on the CPU market was as its strongest, before a resurgent AMD lay waste to the idea that a chip with more than four cores be reserved for those with the fattest wallets. […] AMD’s Ryzen is far from perfect. But when you can buy eight cores that serve even the heaviest of multitaskers and content creators for well under half the price of an Intel HEDT chip, i9 and X299 are a hard sell (except, perhaps, to fussy gamers that demand a no-compromises system). The question is: Are you willing to pay a premium for the best performing silicon on the market? Or is Ryzen, gaming foibles and all, good enough?

I’ve said this countless times, but I want to keep bringing this one home: this is what competition does. It lowers prices, improves performance, and makes Intel looks like a stumbling fool. And what better day to celebrate the benefits of competition than today? Cheers, America.

Linda Sarsour: Resistance to Trump is “Jihad, “ Muslims Must be “Perpetually Outraged, “ Muslims’ Priority is “Not to Assimilate”

Sarsour and her allies are doing very well at the “perpetually outraged” part.

She is working from the myth that Muslims in Trump’s America are facing widespread and systemic persecution and harassment, and that much worse (a Muslim registry! Internment camps!) is looming. This is, of course, nonsense, but it is dangerous and incendiary nonsense, fueling a sense of grievance that will lead to more jihad terror attacks in the United States.

Man Says the FBI Agents Who Sold Him a Machine Gun and Silencer Also Urged Him in Mass Shooting Plot

Lawyers for a man charged in a mass shooting plot in downtown Milwaukee say their client refused to participate when urged by FBI informants they say harassed him for months.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that lawyers for 25-year-old Samy Mohamed Hamzeh claim entrapment in the case and have asked Hamzeh be released from jail on bail pending his February trial.

Hamzeh was arrested in 2016 on two counts of possessing a machine gun and one count of possessing a silencer, which he bought from undercover FBI agents. Federal prosecutors allege he was planning to kill at least 30 people at a Masonic center to “defend Islam.”

Federal public defenders say their client repeatedly protested the informants’ proposals and that he only wanted a legal handgun to protect himself.

Michael Snyder: This is Our Second American Revolution

Nearly six years ago, my wife Meranda and I moved up to north Idaho in search of a better life. We believed that it would be a place where we could work hard, raise a family and pursue our dreams without constantly having to deal with the long arm of big government interfering in our lives. But of course big government is everywhere, and we have come to realize that if we do not stand up and fight for our way of life, someday it will be gone completely.

Today, the liberal elite dominate almost every aspect of our society. Their enormous media corporations control more than 90 percent of the news and entertainment that we watch on our televisions, their dominance of the legal system has resulted in the legalization of abortion and gay marriage, and their relentless grip on public education means that an entire generation of young Americans is being indoctrinated in their ways.

And of course for decades the liberal elite have been accustomed to pulling the strings in both major political parties. Many had believed that it would be impossible for us to ever take our government back, but the election of Donald Trump showed us that anything is possible if we will just work together.

Today, our Republic is hanging by a thread. If our founders had not stood up and fought for their way of life, the United States of America would not exist today, and if we do not stand up and fight for our way of life now, there will be nothing to pass on to our children and our grandchildren.

There are many that believe that America is too far gone, and so they are content to sit back and wait for everything to fall apart.

But that is not my choice.

I choose to fight for America.

So today, on the 241st anniversary of our Independence Day, I am publicly announcing that I am running for Congress in Idaho’s first congressional district.

I have been called an “anti-politician” because I am not just another career politician looking for a job. If I am sent to Washington, I plan to turn the tables over, dismantle the big government institutions that the liberal elite have constructed, and fight to restore our Republic.

If you are not familiar with me or my work, the following are 16 ways that I will be different from a typical Republican politician…

#1 Most Republican politicians tend to protect one another, but one of my campaign slogans is “Every RINO Needs To Go”. We will never turn this nation in a positive direction until we clean up our own party first. At this point Congress has an approval rating of about 16 percent, and it is time to flush the toilet.

#2 For decades Republicans have been using the Pro-Life label to get our votes and then betraying our values once they get into office. If I am elected, I will use the full power of my office to go to war with Planned Parenthood. I will NEVER vote for any bill, no matter what it says, if it includes even a single penny of funding for Planned Parenthood, and I will actively work to defeat any Republican politician that will not make the same pledge. But I won’t be satisfied once Planned Parenthood is defunded. My goal is to completely destroy Planned Parenthood as an organization, and I will greatly rejoice when the final Planned Parenthood clinic in America is finally shut down for good.

#3 I believe that every American citizen has a constitutional right to carry a gun, and I believe that government agencies that have been used to relentlessly harass gun owners such as the BATFE need to be shut down permanently.

#4 Many Republican politicians want to lower tax rates, but like Ron Paul I want to abolish the income tax and the IRS completely. We didn’t have an income tax from 1872 to 1913, and that was the greatest period of economic growth in U.S. history.

#5 Another thing that I have in common with Ron Paul is that I want to abolish the Federal Reserve. Since the Fed was created in 1913, the value of the U.S. dollar has fallen by about 98 percent and the U.S. national debt has gotten more than 5000 times larger. The Fed is at the very heart of our debt-based financial system, and abolishing it is one of the keys to a bright economic future for America.

#6 I want to get the federal government off of the backs of our farmers, our loggers, our miners and our ranchers. And so that is just one of many reasons why I want to abolish the EPA.

#7 I believe that we need to get the federal government out of the education business. I would abolish Common Core and the U.S. Department of Education, and I would return full control over education to the state level.

Montana Earthquake Increased “Super Volcano” Eruption Concerns

After being hit with the strongest earthquake in 20 years, Western Montanans woke to the trembles of a 5.8 magnitude quake. Although the damage is not severe, many geological experts are now raising concerns of Yellowstone’s dormant super volcano. In the wake of this earthquake, fears have increased that it could be waking up.

The U.S. Geological Survey reported, with Reuters adding that the tremor was felt hundreds of miles away, from Missoula to Billings and some surrounding states. A swarm of over 1100 earthquakes recorded in the Yellowstone caldera over the past month, in conjunction with this recent quake in Montana has prompted scientists to voice concerns about the so far dormant Yellowstone “ Supervolcano.”

Senate Report: ‘Avalanche’ of Media Leaks Hurting National Security

The Trump administration is facing an “alarming” and “unprecedented” cascade of media leaks that pose a potential danger to national security, according to a Senate report released Thursday.

The Republican-authored report, which estimated the administration has dealt with roughly one leak per day, was sent to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The authors urged law enforcement officials to step up their investigation of leaks exposing potentially sensitive information.

“To ensure the security of our country’s most sensitive information, federal law enforcement officials ought to thoroughly investigate leaks of potentially sensitive information flowing at an alarming rate,” the report’s executive summary said. It was compiled by Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Ron Johnson, R-Wis., along with the committee’s majority staff.

The Clinton News Network is Imploding in Real Time, Even Gets Abe Lincoln Quote Wrong

Much has been said about CNN’s recent foray into the subject of morality —— holding opposition citizens accountable for the memes they create online. The idea that CNN would even think about investigating a person who jimmyrigged a CNN logo onto a WWF wrestling GIF is outrageous, indicative of an organization imploding from lack of leadership from within.

Who really cares about the juvenile GIF? Was it important enough to spend money and resources to find the anonymous poster?

Apparently so.

So instead of attacking Trump, the social media midgets at CNN thought it was a good idea to menace some internet troll with outing his identity, unless of course he behaved nicely hereinafter. One of the reasons they decided to withhold the identity of the Redditor is for his own safety. Very well. Then why the hell did Andrew Cuomo tweet this today?…

Leave it up to mob justice, eh? Sounds very Roman of Mr. Cuomo to want the unwashed masses on Twitter to decide the fate of an apparent NAZI —— who had a website with anti-semitic stuff on it. So what in the hell was this internet troll posting on his ‘racist’ website?

He posted a popular meme from the Hitler loving website, 4chan, which highlighted Jewish executives and anchors at the network…

Now you can see why CNN is really pissed at this guy —— not because of the Trump meme —— but because of the one above.

Tucker Carlson weighs in on the ordeal —— calling CNN’s behavior ‘disgusting.’

U.S. Lottery Rigged, Then Payout Used for Offshore Tax Scam

After Robert Rhodes collected a Wisconsin Lottery jackpot that had been rigged by his friend, he used the windfall for an investment scheme that produced another wave of undeserved government money, court records show.

Rhodes, an accomplice in a scandal that has shaken U.S. state lotteries, recently explained under oath how he used the $783,000 payout to receive an additional $180,000 in bogus tax refunds. The Texas businessman sent his lottery winnings offshore to buy a phoney insurance policy for a personal corporation that never did any business — except receive the lottery prize. He then claimed the policy as a tax-deductible “business expense.”

The upshot: Rhodes received roughly $150,000 from the U.S. government and $36,200 from Wisconsin in tax refunds on the lottery payout.

To get that payout, Rhodes’ friend, Eddie Tipton, former security director for the Multi-State Lottery Association, resorted to rigging the Dec. 29, 2007, Megabucks lottery.

Coincidence? Polish Government Seats Trump Beside Painting of Polish King Famed for Routing Islam From Europe

President Donald Trump’s first photo-call in Poland after his arrival in Air Force One was with President Andrzej Duda and saw him sat beside an oil painting of a prominent figure in Polish history and folklore — the 17th-century king who kicked Islam out of Central Europe and is remembered as “the Hammer of the Turks”.

Warsaw’s Royal Palace, where the meeting took place — lavishly reconstructed after it was dynamited by Nazi German troops during the Second World War — benefits from a surfeit of grand rooms and hundreds of works of art.

From oils of kings and statesmen by artists such as Rembrandt to impressive murals and sculpture, the Polish authorities had a great deal of choice for where to host the symbolic first meeting of President Trump’s first European visit.

It may be seen as a remarkable coincidence, therefore, that of all the rooms and of all the paintings, they chose to sit President Trump besides a portrait of one of Poland’s best-known warrior kings. King Jan (John) III Sobieski is today remembered and celebrated in Poland, and elsewhere in Central Europe, for his pivotal role at the Battle of Vienna in September 1683….

France Foils Seven Terror Attacks Foiled Since Start of 2017 as State of Emergency is Extended Once Again

Seven terror plots have been foiled in France since the start of the year, Interior Minister Gerard Collomb said Thursday before French MPs voted through the final extension of the country’s state of emergency.

“Since the start of the year we’ve stopped seven plots which could have caused many deaths,” Collomb told CNews television channel.

He said a plot had been thwarted in the southern city of Marseille in April, a week before presidential elections, and could have had “dreadful” consequences, he said.

However a policeman was shot dead on the Champs-Elysées in Paris by an Isis sympathizer just days before the first round of the presidential election on April 23rd.

There have also been other attempted attacks on police and soldiers at Notre-Dame cathedral, the Louvre gallery, Orly airport and again on the Champs-Elysées since the start of 2017.

False Flag: A New Report in Sweden Reveals Erdogan Orchestrated July 15 Coup in Turkey

Last year’s failed coup attempt in Turkey is nothing but a false flag orchestrated by Turkey’s autocratic President Recep Tayip Erdogan and his henchmen to create a pretext for a mass persecution of critics and opponents in a state of perpetual emergency, a new detailed study titled ‘July 15: Erdogan’s Coup’ by Stockholm Center for Freedom (SCF) concluded.

Based on publicly available data, the coup indictments, testimonials in court trials, private interviews, reviews of military expert opinions and other evidence collected by researchers, SCF is fairly confident that this attempt did not even qualify a coup bid in any sense of military mobilization which was unusually limited in numbers, confined in few cities, poorly managed, defied the established practices, tradition, rules of engagement and standard operating procedures in Turkish military.

“This was a continuation of a series of false flags that were uncovered in the last couple of years under the authoritarian rule of Erdogan regime and it was certainly the bloodiest one,” said Abdullah Bozkurt, the President of SCF.

“Erdogan appears to have tapped on widely circulated coup rumors in Turkish capital and staged own show to steal wind and set up his opposition for a persecution,” he added.

Judging from the results of the coup bid, Erdogan won big time by securing imperial presidency, consolidating his gains, stifle the opposition and even launching cross border military incursion into Syria for which he had been itching for too long. No wonder why he immediately called the attempt as “a gift from God.”

Aryan Invasion May Have Transformed India’s Bronze-Age Population

An influx of men from the steppe of Central Asia may have swept into India around 3,500 years ago and transformed the population.

The same mysterious people — ancient livestock herders called the Yamnaya who rode wheeled chariots and spoke a proto-Indo-European language — also moved across Europe more than 1,000 years earlier. Somehow, they left their genetic signature with most European men, but not women, earlier studies suggest.

The new data confirm a long-held but controversial theory that Sanskrit, the ancient language of Northern India, emerged from an earlier language spoken by an influx of people from Central Asia during the Bronze Age.

SAS Soldiers ‘Suspected’ of Executing Unarmed Afghans and Covering Up Potential War Crimes

A “rogue” Special Air Service (SAS) unit is suspected of executing unarmed civilians in Afghanistan and fabricating reports to cover up potential war crimes, according to reports.

Special forces soldiers allegedly murdered Afghans during raids on their homes and then planted guns at the scene to make it appear as though they had been Taliban insurgents.

Some of the victims were handcuffed and hooded before being shot dead, Royal Military Police (RMP) sources told the Sunday Times.

Many of the alleged assassinations relate to a campaign of night raids designed to bring down the Taliban by capturing their leaders and taking them to detention centres for interrogation.

British Army officers speaking to the Times claimed some SAS soldiers adopted a “shoot-to-kill” policy during the missions, which were often said to rely on flawed intelligence.

“Credible and extremely serious” evidence about the potential scandal has been gathered by Operation Northmoor, a classified RMP investigation based in an underground bunker in Cornwall.

The initial inquiry, which was investigating unlawful killings between 2010-2013, and offences including false imprisonment and assault, was expected to run until 2021.

Asking China to ‘Fix’ North Korea is a Waste of Time

by John R. Bolton

In the end, this unquestionably implies the use of military force, despite the risks of broader conflict on the Korean Peninsula, enormous dangers to civilians there and the threat of massive refugee flows from the North into China and South Korea. They can work with us or face the inevitable consequences, which will be far more damaging to China than pinprick sanctions.

These are very unhappy alternatives. But the lesson of the past 25 years is that pursuing diplomacy in the face of overwhelming evidence that diplomacy could not succeed has brought us to this point. We can either accept that reality now, or be forced to accept it later, with potentially much more painful results.

Are the Globalists Backing Down?: Bill Gates Calls to Stem Refugee Migration Into Europe

If I were to guess, it has nothing to do with the fact that mass migration is ruining Europe and Western civilization. The globalists have always advocated for the disintegration of Western values and borders. It has to do with the indirect results of mass immigration.

The refugee crisis is what has spurred the most resistance to globalism in recent years. It has ignited countless nationalistic political parties in Europe. It has contributed to Brexit, the election of Donald Trump, and the slow motion fracturing of the EU.

What Bill Gates is saying, is a sign that the globalist may have realized that they’ve made a fatal mistake. By promoting open borders, they’ve sown the seeds for their own destruction. Their decision to allow millions of refugees into Europe has solidified populist conservative movements across the West that threaten to dethrone them. Now they’re trying to close this can of worms.

EU Ministers Discuss Plans to Ease Pressure on Italy as Migrant Numbers Rise

EU interior ministers met on Thursday to discuss plans to ease pressure on Italy, grappling with a rising wave of migrants crossing the Mediterranean from North Africa.

Ministers from across the bloc gathered in the Estonian capital Tallinn after Italy, which has accepted some 85,000 of the 100,000 people who have arrived this year, appealed desperately for help.

The influx has revived fears of a return to the European Union’s migrant crisis of 2015, when hundreds of thousands of people flooded into the continent in search of a better life.

On the table is a European Commission plan which earmarks 35 million euros ($40 million) in aid for Rome as well as proposals for working with Libya and other countries to stem the flow of migrants at source.

Italy Furious After Austria Deploys Troops, Armored Vehicles to Border

‘We need to prepare for the migration development in Italy…’

An angry Italy summoned Austria’s ambassador after the government in Vienna announced it was ready to re-introduce border controls and deploy troops and armored vehicles along the border to block any migrant influx out of Italy. Austrian Defence Minister Hans Peter Doskozil told Kronen Zeitung daily that troops could go to the Brenner Pass and that four Pandur armoured personnel carriers had been sent to the Tyrol region with 750 troops were on standby.

“We need to prepare for the migration development in Italy, and I expect very promptly that border controls will have to be activated and assistance requested,” Hans Peter Doskozil told the online edition of the Krone daily, adding that a military deployment at the busy Alpine pass would be “indispensable if the influx into Italy [across the Mediterranean] does not diminish”. While Austria has border checks with Hungary and Slovenia, elsewhere — such as on the border with Italy — it adheres to the EU open borders system.

Who Gains When Chaos Reigns?

“Ordo Ab Chao” — Order out of Chaos, Count de Grasse

A Wall Street Journal article by Tom Coburn and Adam Andrzejewski produced an extremely troubling paragraph about the federal arms race: “The number of non-Defense Department federal officers authorized to make arrests and carry firearms (200,000) now exceeds the number of U.S. Marines (182,000). In its escalating arms and ammo stockpiling, this federal arms race is unlike anything in history. Over the last 20 years, the number of these federal officers with arrest-and-firearm authority has nearly tripled to over 200,000 today, from 74,500 in 1996.” Has the US government become the policing and litigating arm of the Islamic faith?

The government is also extremely active in pouring gasoline on this tinderbox as the US Senate just passed Resolution 118, an anti-hate crimes bill. There is a House Resolution (H.Res. 257) with the EXACT same verbiage that has not been passed. This bill was pushed extremely hard by REPUBLICAN Senator Marco Rubio and reads as follows:

“…Federal law enforcement officials, working with State and local officials… to expeditiously investigate all credible reports of hate crimes and incidents and threats against minorities in the United States and to hold the perpetrators of those crimes, incidents, or threats accountable and bring the perpetrators to justice; encourages the Department of Justice and other Federal agencies to work to improve the reporting of hate crimes; and… encourages the development of an inter-agency task force led by the Attorney General to collaborate on the development of effective strategies and efforts to detect and deter hate crime in order to protect minority communities…”

Since there are already laws governing arson, assault, threats, vandalism and destruction of property, why would this law need to exist unless the underlying goal is to, in fact, modify the meaning of the term “hate crime” to include “hate speech?” So, according to this bill, another federal law enforcement agency needs to be created to enforce what is in reality, an anti-blasphemy law. This bill is truly fortuitous as more immigrants have come into the United States in the last year than any year period in the last ten. These include 6,258 Muslims from Syria and this bill, along with continued Islamic immigration will only add to the tensions being stoked in this county.

A Hot New Fashion Trend Has Men Dressing in Skirts, Dresses and 8 Inch Heels

How would you feel if a man walked into a business meeting wearing a skirt and 8 inch heels? 20 years ago that would have been absolutely unthinkable, but if one American designer has his way that may soon become the norm. When I saw photos on Facebook of Thom Browne’ s latest line for men, I have to admit that I was floored. If you have not seen what I am talking about yet, you can do so here and here. Personally, I believe that men should dress like men and women should dress like women, but much of society is moving in the exact opposite direction.

In recent years we have been hearing a lot about “ gender fluidity” , and this is yet another example of that phenomenon. The distinctions between men and women are being blurred, and there are many that would like to eliminate them altogether.

Given enough time, could we eventually get to the point where it is just as acceptable for men to wear skirts and heels as it is for women? Apparently Thom Browne wants us to have these kinds of conversations…

Doing whatever is right in our own eyes may make a lot of sense for Browne, but a society without gender would be complete chaos. God created both men and women for a reason, and trying to eradicate masculinity and femininity would be a tragic mistake.

In particular, there seems to be a tremendous effort in our society today to feminize men. By now just about everyone has heard about the “ metrosexual” trend, and more recently there has been a push to make “ rompers for men” fashionable…

Gay Orgy Sex Scandal Rocks Vatican as Pope Fires Traditionalists

Pope Francis embraces far-left ideology, LGBT agenda

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Evidence emerging from the Vatican in recent days strongly suggests Pope Francis is transforming the Catholic Church into a socialist political organization that embraces the LGBT agenda, in complete rejection of the traditional pro-family religious orientation of his predecessor, Pope Benedict XVI.

Last week, Pope Francis fired the Vatican’s top theologian, Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Mueller, the head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, who had a reputation as a staunch defender of the traditional family.

Pope Francis replaced Cardinal Mueller with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith’s second-in-command, the more liberal Archbishop Luis Francisco Ladaria Ferrer.

Then, on Thursday, July 5, the Daily Mail in London reported Vatican police had broken up a gay orgy occurring in the Vatican-owned apartment belonging to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

Ironically, this was also the Vatican department Pope Francis had assigned to investigate the Catholic Church’s pedophile sex scandal involving priests in the United States as well as various other countries around the world
