Berkeley Receives $370 Million in Federal Funding, More Than Half Its Budget

UC Berkeley last year received $370 million in funding from the federal government, underlining the seriousness of President Trump’s threat to withdraw funding following leftist riots at the college yesterday.

The riots, which were a successful effort to prevent Breitbart Senior Editor MILO from speaking at the university, were condemned by President Donald Trump, who earlier threatened to take away the university’s federal funding.

“If U.C Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view — NO FEDERAL FUNDS?,” Trump wrote.

Europe a ‘Launching Pad’ For ISIS Attack in US, Former CIA Official Says

Ineffective intelligence-sharing has allowed Islamic State (ISIS) jihadists to infiltrate Europe and establish a “launching pad” for attacks in the United States, a former CIA official said.

The absence of a cohesive information-sharing strategy among European intelligence agencies exposes the U.S. to a greater risk of terrorist attacks, former acting CIA director John McLaughlin told the Washington Free Beacon on Feb. 1.

Leftist Actress Calls for Military Overthrow of “Fascist” Donald Trump

Liberals demand military coup amid Berkeley violence

Far-left actress Sarah Silverman has called for the military to launch a coup to overthrow the “fascist” President Donald Trump and his “handlers” amid the violence at UC Berkeley.

Silverman called on her nearly 10 million Twitter followers to “wake up and join the resistance,” noting that “Once the military is w us fascists get overthrown. Mad king & his handlers go bye bye.”

In an attempt to put a loving face on her call for the military to overthrow the democratically-elected President of the United States, Silverman ended her message with four heart emojis.

Man Accused of Killing Colorado Transit Officer Reportedly Self-Described ‘Radical Muslim’

Investigators in Colorado said Wednesday the murder of a transit officer was a targeted attack.

Sources told Fox 31 Denver that Joshua Cummings, who is accused of killing Scott Van Lanken in front of two women, describes himself as a “radical Muslim.” Law enforcement sources also told the station that police found jihadist materials inside a backpack at the time of his arrest.

The 37-year-old Cummings was arrested Tuesday night after the shooting near Union Station. Security camera footage helped track down the man.

Van Lanken, of Loveland, was armed and wearing a dark blue uniform similar to those worn by police at the time of his death. In case he was targeted because he was believed to be a police officer, police Chief Robert White said officers have been warned to remain vigilant.

According to police, Von Lanken was trying to help two women who were afraid they had missed the last light rail train when one of them said she saw a man with a swollen face and “weird looking eyes” walk up to the officer and say something to the effect of “Do what you are told” before she heard a gunshot. He ran away but police found Cummings hiding on the patio of a nearby loft apartment building with a 9mm handgun.

Cummings, who has ties to a variety of cities in Texas, most recently Austin, was charged with a misdemeanor over five years ago out of state, police Commander Barb Archer said. It’s not clear if he has a lawyer yet…

Military Investigating Seals Unit Convoy Flying Trump Flag in Kentucky

The military convoy spotted near Louisville flying a large Trump campaign flag on the lead vehicle was tied to an East Coast Navy SEALs unit, and an inquiry has begun, a Naval Special Warfare Group spokesperson told media outlets.

The group of about eight Humvees was spotted Sunday by several other drivers or their passengers, who recorded the vehicles as they traveled north on Interstate 65. The large blue Trump flag drew attention as it was mounted on one of the vehicles. The images and videos were shared on social media.

“Defense Department and Navy regulations prescribe flags and pennants that may be displayed, as well as the manner of display,” Lt. Jacqui Maxwell, a spokeswoman for Naval Special Warfare Group 2, told ABC News. “The flag shown in the video was unauthorized.”

The Defense Department initially told the Herald-Leader that the vehicles didn’t belong to an active military unit…

Soros Insider Demands Military Overthrow Trump

A former Obama administration official, now linked to a Soros-funded foundation, has suggested Donald Trump be declared mentally unfit to hold office or overthrown in a military coup.

Rosa Brooks, who served as Counselor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy from 2009-2011 and as a senior adviser in the State Department, outlined four ways to remove President Donald Trump from office, most notably by having him declared mentally unfit for office or by launching a military coup.

Brooks now serves as the Schwartz senior fellow at New America, formerly the New America Foundation, a think-tank heavily funded by globalist billionaire George Soros. The Board of Directors of New America is currently chaired by Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

“Are we truly stuck with Donald Trump,” Brooks asked in her posting for Foreign Policy. “It depends. There are essentially four ways to get rid of a crummy president.”

Brooks went on to outline four ways to remove President Trump from office, including impeachment, declaring him mentally unfit for office, or b having the military overthrown him in a coup.

The Real Opposition to Trump

The foreign media are fascinated by the U.S. President’s war against the American press. A reporter for an Argentinian paper emailed me asking whether Donald J. Trump will attempt to do to the U.S. media what Latin American despots have done to opposition journalists in their own countries. The big difference is that we have a First Amendment that protects freedom of the press.

But that doesn’t mean that the Trump administration can’t recognize the nature of the press and take appropriate action. “The media here is the opposition party,” Trump adviser Stephen K. Bannon tells The New York Times. This is a matter of fact and not opinion. Surveys going back to the days of President Franklin D. Roosevelt show that the national media was allied with the Democratic Party. The WikiLeaks emails showed actual collusion between the major media and the Democratic Party. Trump is simply recognizing reality and acting accordingly.

Freedom of the press is guaranteed, but it does not and should not mean automatic physical access to the White House. Rumors of plans to move the White House press corps out of the White House itself and into another location should become reality. A bigger location would accommodate alternative sources of news and information.

By opening up the White House press briefings to alternative news and information outlets, Press Secretary Sean Spicer would be doing the American people a great public service.

Weiner Kiddie Porn Charges May be Coming

Judgment Day may be approaching for serial pervert former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.).

Federal prosecutors are now considering whether to set child-pornography charges in motion against Weiner over sexually explicit communications he allegedly had with a 15-year-old female, the Wall Street Journal reports. The investigation, which got underway months ago after the Daily Mail reported Weiner sent raunchy photos and message to the teenager, is being handled by the FBI and the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan. The former leftist congressman’s laptop computer and cellphone have been seized.

Weiner’s legal eagles have been trying to talk prosecutors out of moving forward with a criminal case. A conviction for making child pornography leads to a 15-year mandatory minimum prison term.

Denmark: Aarhus Bans Popular Women-Only Swimming Session

The Aarhus City Council on Wednesday night voted overwhelmingly to scrap a nearly ten-year old gender-separated weekly programme at a public swimming hall.

The Gellerupbadet swimming hall in Denmark’s second largest city has offered a few hours of female-only swimming every Saturday for nearly ten years. The programme is primarily used by Muslim women from Gellerupparken, a housing estate where four out of five are from immigrant homes.

The council voted 26-5 to end the programme.

National government party Venstre was behind the move, saying that gender-separated swimming has no place in Denmark.

“Children and adults need to learn that it is completely natural to swim together regardless of religious belief. Therefore it is a disserve and not an integration initiative when special offers are made [to minorities, ed.],” the proposal read, according to TV2.

Dutch Anti-Trump Protesters Turn on Wilders

Some 2,000 people gathered in The Hague to protest against US President Donald Trump, using the rally to register their disapproval for anti-EU politician Geert Wilders.

“No Trump, no Wilders, no hate,” said one sign.

Another said: “We have a dream: No walls, no Trump, no Wilders”.

The protest on Wednesday (1 February) just two blocks from the US embassy was nominally against Trump’s decision to bar entry to citizens of seven Muslim-majority states.

“How bad must the president be that even other countries are protesting too,” said one sign held up by a woman wearing a grey knit cap.

Many at this protest equated Trump’s election to the popularity of far-right MP Geert Wilders, whose Party for Freedom will become — according to polls — the biggest or second biggest after elections on 15 March.

Switzerland: Export Growth Increasingly Depends on Pharmaceuticals

Swiss exports hit a record CHF210 billion ($211 billion) last year and the pharmaceutical sector was one of the big drivers. However, this tremendous growth is largely down to higher prices for medicines, a trend that has been criticized by some circles.

While watchmakers, the machine-tool industry and tourism officials continue to struggle, the Swiss pharma industry appears to be leading the way, seemingly unaffected by the strong Swiss franc and global economic turbulence.

Despite a slowdown last year, the 250 pharma businesses that make up the sector in Switzerland boasted record figures, exporting over CHF80 billion worth of drugs and other products — a 15% increase compared to the previous year.

Swiss authorities are currently investigating 480 suspected jihadists in the country.

“Radical imams always preached in the An-Nur Mosque… Those responsible are fanatics. It is no coincidence that so many young people from Winterthur wanted to do jihad.” — Saïda Keller-Messahli, president of Forum for a Progressive Islam.

Switzerland is the answer to those who claim that Islamic terrorism is reserved for those countries that have participated in operations against ISIS or other Muslim terror organizations. Switzerland has done neither, yet its flag figured among sixty other enemy flags shown in an ISIS propaganda video.

“Huge sums of money from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Turkey are flowing to Switzerland… There is a whole network of radically-oriented mosques in Switzerland. The Muslim World League is behind it… The network is a hub for Salafists. The Swiss authorities make a big mistake of not looking into the mosques.” — Saïda Keller-Messahli.

There are around 70 Turkish mosques financed directly from Turkey through the Diyanet Foundation in Switzerland.

The Swiss government appears to give Qatar, one of the primary propagators of Wahhabi Salafism in the world today, extremely special treatment.

UK: Bupa Carer is Caught on Hidden Camera Manhandling Dementia Patient, 77, Then Slamming Her Head Against Chair at £1,000-a-Month Home

A Bupa carer was caught on secret camera slamming a 77-year-old dementia patient’s head against a chair.

Betty Boylan’s relatives hid the device inside a television after they found unexplained bruising on the retired nurse when they visited her at the £1,000-a-month Perry Locks Care Home in Birmingham.

Syria and the Refugee Crisis: Canada Feigns Humanitarianism Yet Supports Barbarism

Recently, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wrote on Facebook and twitter,

To those fleeing persecution, terror and war, Canadians will welcome you, regardless of your faith … Diversity is our strength.

The rhetoric obscures the fact that whereas Canada seeks to present itself as a Saviour to refugees, the reality is that Canada’s criminal foreign policies are creating the refugees in the first place.

Canada and its allies have stuck a knife into Syria, and they are vainly trying to decapitate its leadership — using proxy terrorists — and as cover they are cleaning up the blood from the wounded target, and pretending that they are saviours.

No, accepting refugees is not the solution. Ending the war and the illegal sanctions are the answer.

A study by The Lancet titled “Syria: end sanctions and find a political solution to peace” indicates that by the end of 2014, the cost of illegal sanctions imposed on Syria stood at US $143.8 billion and that 80 per cent of the population was living in poverty.

Moreover, in “National Agenda for the Future of Syria”, Dr. Justine Walker explains that “the combined effect of comprehensive, unilateral sanctions, terrorist concerns and the ongoing security environment have created immense hurdles for those engaged in delivering immediate humanitarian aid and wider stabilization programmes.”

But of course Canada is currently interesting in destabilizing Syria rather than stabilizing Syria, so the “hurdles” mentioned by Walker are intentional. Canada’s publicly announced goal is to impose illegal “government change” on Syria, and to do so it is part of an orchestrated plan to “destabilize” Syria. Destabilization means “destroy”. Canada is actively trying to destroy Syria with its support for terrorists and its support for illegal sanctions.

Turkish Violations Spike as Tension Over Aegean Grows

Greek-Turkish tensions were fueled further on Wednesday after Turkish fighter jets made 10 flights over an area that includes the islets of Imia and Kalolimnos, and 162 violations of Greek national air space.

The violations were seen as a response to the dropping of a wreath over Imia by Defense Minister Panos Kammenos, who flew there by helicopter on Wednesday morning to commemorate three Greek servicemen who were killed 21 years ago when their military chopper crashed at the height of the Imia crisis, which brought the two countries to the brink of war.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Kammenos struck a defiant tone, saying that the Greek armed forces “are ready to deal with any provocation.”

In response to Kammenos’s visit to the Imia islets — whose status as Greek territory has been repeatedly disputed by Ankara — his Turkish counterpart Fikri Isik told Hurriyet Daily News that Turkey doesn’t want tension with Greece, but “won’t bow to fait accompli.”

“The dire situation in eastern Ukraine is one that demands clear and strong condemnation of Russian actions,” Haley said in her maiden remarks to the U.N. Security Council. “Until Russia and the separatists it supports respect Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, this crisis will continue.”

Haley warned Moscow that U.S. sanctions imposed after its annexation of Crimea will remain until the peninsula is returned to Ukraine. She added that it was “unfortunate” that she had to condemn Russia in her first Security Council appearance, saying “we do want to better our relations with Russia.”

At least 15 people have been reported killed since the fighting around the city of Avdiivka surged over the weekend.

Putin Visits PM Orban to Talk Business With Eurosceptic Hungary

Vladimir Putin is paying a return visit to Budapest, a year after Viktor Orban’s trip to Moscow set the tone for enhanced bilateral cooperation. The two leaders, similarly unpopular in Brussels, are set to discuss current and prospective mutually lucrative trade deals.

The visit comes during tense times between the EU and Russia, which is facing an ongoing sanction regime coupled with an unprecedented NATO troop buildup on its borders. The global geopolitical situation is, according to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, however, way more favorable than during Putin’s previous visit to the country in 2015.

Experts: California Voter Registration System ‘Highly Susceptible’ To Fraud

Because of immigration policies protecting the Golden State’s 2.4 million illegal immigrants…

California’s voter registration system is “highly susceptible to being compromised,” because of immigration policies protecting the Golden State’s 2.4 million illegal immigrants, authorities have told Fox News.

The integrity of elections may be compromised by a lack of oversight of non-citizens registering and voting, said Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative and senior legal fellow for the Institute for Constitutional Government at The Heritage Foundation.

“If you are talking about California, the state is apparently relying on the illegal alien to tell the state they shouldn’t be registered. There is still an honor system,” said von Spakovsky, co-author of the book “Who’s Counting? How Fraudsters and Bureaucrats Put Your Vote at Risk.”

The problem with California is there is no separate verification of citizenship on voter registration, said Charles Bell, Jr., a partner with California-based Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP, a law firm that specializes in election law. Applicants can check a box affirming they are citizens, and this is not checked against any other government database such as federal immigration records.

Italy, Libya Reach Deal on Halting Migration Ahead of EU Summit

A day before European Union leaders meet to discuss closing off the illegal migrant route from Libya, Italy laid some of the groundwork Thursday by reaching a deal with the Libyan prime minister to try to stop migrants from setting out to cross the central Mediterranean.

Premier Paolo Gentiloni told reporters Thursday night after meeting Libyan Premier Fayez Serraj in Rome that the two sides signed a memo of understanding to step up cooperation and to fight migrant trafficking from Libyan shores.

A European Union summit scheduled for Friday in Malta on Friday is focused on finding ways to reduce the number of migrants leaving from Libya. Italy’s Coast Guard has coordinated the rescue in the Mediterranean near Libya of hundreds of thousands of migrants in the last few years.

Make North America Great Again

Dear President Trump,

Mexico is a nation that needs bridges, not walls. Our geographic location makes us the link between North America and South America. If you carry out your plan, not only will Mexico lose investments and competitiveness, but the U.S. and Canada will be seriously affected in their trading activities. And in the end, it’s your consumers who will be to be the most affected. The world is watching.

Finally, I’d like to remind you, Trump, that the best “wall” to abolish migration and violence is to work toward social development and well-being for our people. Señor Trump: North America is one, and it can be as great as we want to make it.

Sincerely, Vicente Fox, former president of Mexico

Mexican President Was Funded by the Juarez Cartel and That’s Why He is Against the Trump Border Plan

In the wake of the announcement of President Trump’s new border security measures, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has cancelled his planned visit to the United States and expected meeting with the new president.

The security measures released on Wednesday are designed to not only stop the tide of illegal immigration but also to interfere with the cash flow of the notoriously vicious Mexican drug cartels which just so happen to have most likely financed the political campaign of Enrique Pena Nieto!

That’s right, the politician being praised for “standing up” to Donald Trump was likely funded by the very cartels Trump is directly attacking. Shockingly, this fact has been almost universally blacked out by the corporate media.

In March 2016, the independent news outlet Aristegui Noticias released a highly detailed in-depth investigation into the dealings between top Juarez Cartel officials and Mexico’s Revolutionary Institutional Party (PRI) during the 2012 political campaign that resulted in the victory of Enrique Pena Nieto.

The bombshell revelations came in a three part series that revealed that high level members of the Juarez Cartel, using a company called Monex, financed thousand of cash cards that were in turn handed out by the PRI during the campaign.

Nobel Watcher Says This Year’s Peace Prize Could be Rebuke to Trump

As activists seethe over Donald Trump’s first days in the White House, some experts say this year’s Nobel Peace Prize may prove to be an emphatic call on the president to respect human rights.

As the final day to submit nominations for the award passed on Wednesday, some of the names believed to be on the secret list bore the hallmarks of Trump’s opponents — though the US president himself was also nominated.

Kristian Berg Harpviken of the Peace Research Institute of Oslo, who has followed the peace prize process closely for years, put the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) at the top of his list of possible winners.

The group, nearly a century old, made headlines — and received a record amount of donations — this week after presenting a legal challenge to Trump’s immigration decree that temporarily blocks nationals from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US.

Starbucks Starts Hiring Vets Amid Migrant Blowback

Company could finally buckle over politicalization of company

In response to the public backlash against its new plans to hire thousands of Muslim migrants, Starbucks announced it would speed up its previously stated goal of hiring 10,000 veterans by 2018.

“Starbucks has hired 8,800 veterans and military spouses toward a five year goal to reach 10,000 by 2018,” reads the statement released on its website days after the backlash.

CEO Howard Schultz announced on Sunday that the coffee chain plans to hire 10,000 migrants over the next five years, just days after President Trump issued an executive order putting a four-month pause on allowing refugees into the U.S. and barring travelers from seven terrorist-linked countries in the Middle East.

“We will neither stand by, nor stand silent, as the uncertainty around the new administration’s actions grows with each passing day,” Shultz stated.

Backlash erupted against the coffee company on social media, with the #BoycottStarbucks hashtag sweeping Twitter and dozens of users posting pictures of themselves deleting the Starbucks app from their phones.

Starbucks stock also began to tumble, dropping 3 points in just two days after Shultz’s announcement.

Sweden Sounds the Alarm: Major Flaws in Asylum Investigations

The Swedish Migration Board promises to “focus on working with quality issues,” after an audit reveals that half of the asylum seekers are not properly investigated.

Last year the Swedish Migration Board decided on over 100,000 asylum cases and has recruited many new employees, which is given as an explanation for the dangerous lack of quality regarding investigations of the applicants.

In half of the asylum cases from last year, audited by the Swedish Migration Board, there are shortcomings in the investigation. The agency’s legal chief explains the reason with that many of the employees are “young and enthusiastic,” reports SR.

Sweden Changes Its Language for Immigrants

The Swedes believe that changing the language will help immigrants find jobs, and that they will start flocking to the unemployment office now that they can speak freely, with an accent.

The state-owned staffing company Lernia, on January 31 launched a new Swedish language standard to bring people with poor Swedish skills into the labor market, reports Östran.

The idea behind changing the official Swedish, is so that immigrants more easily can enter the labor market. The plan is also that companies and organizations should start using the new Swedish standard, with an accent, as a voice on their answering machines and voice services, writes Östran.

– National Swedish has been a standard for how people should speak, so-called “flawless Swedish”, but for us linguists nothing is right or wrong, says Mikael Parkvall, a linguist who helped Lernia to develop the new Swedish standard.

Here’s the language of the order:

US-Australia Refugee Deal: Trump in ‘Worst Call’ With Turnbull

A phone call between US President Donald Trump and Australian PM Malcolm Turnbull has called into question a refugee resettlement deal.

The Washington Post reported Mr Trump called the conversation “the worst by far” of his calls with world leaders that day, and cut it short.

Mr Trump later tweeted that he would “study this dumb deal”.

Struck with the Obama administration, it would see up to 1,250 asylum seekers to Australia resettled in the US.

Australia has controversially refused to accept the refugees — most of whom are men from Iran, Afghanistan and Iraq — and instead holds them in offshore detention centres on the Pacific nations of Nauru and Papua New Guinea.

What We’ve Always Wanted: Courage

If you think the media is amplifying dissent now, just wait until deportations start. Whether that entails the removal of just a couple million truly bad apples or many more here illegally, you haven’t seen anything yet. Prepare yourselves for staged videos and cherry-picked articles depicting the most heart-tugging scenes imaginable to sway those of weak mind. The inaugural stage has barely been torn down and already rabid leftists are calling for assassination, impeachment, and all-out chaos in our streets. When the new American president begins removing the future Democratic voter base in large numbers, you will see the worst the media and cultural left have to offer.

Since leftist ideas are losing badly, the American victim class has no choice but to strive for as much cultural, racial, and ethnic division as possible. In order to either create a mid-term tidal wave (unlikely) or defeat President Trump in 2020, they will need to make racial, ethnic, and religious relations even worse than they are now. That is why Islam is suddenly a race, unrestricted entry to America is a fundamental human right, and men and women sent to represent Middle America gathering together for a photo represents the height of bigotry. In spite of the tantrums, at least 57% of Americans support last week’s restrictions (only 33% oppose, with 10% “undecided”), meaning that a vast majority of non-coastal America is thrilled with the progress so far and will feel the same way about actions on illegal immigration.

When Trump Fired Sally Yates, He Fired a Traitor

Yes, Sally Yates is a traitor — one in a long line of liberal traitors.

That sounds like strong language, but what else should we call government officials who rule by fiat, replacing the laws passed by the people’s representatives and the Constitution with their own personal preferences?

Her own words say she refused to defend Donald Trump’s executive order because she doesn’t think it is “right,” not because it is unconstitutional or illegal.

Isn’t a government where individuals impose their will on the people tyrannical? If so, then what Yates did is a soft-power revolution aimed at denying the people their right to decide how they are to be ruled. Yates wants a tyranny where she and her ilk tell us deplorables how we are to live and what we are to believe.

Of course, Sally is following a long established liberal tradition of tyranny.

The people of California overwhelmingly approved Prop. 8, which preserved the definition of marriage. Yet the liberal governor and attorney general refused to defend the people’s vote because they simply didn’t like it. Strangely, even though a huge majority of blacks voted for Prop 8, the liberals’ refusal to defend it wasn’t deemed racist.

Obama’s Justice Department stopped enforcing Bill Clinton’s Defense of Marriage Act because it didn’t agree with the liberal lawyers’ personal morality. Once again, even though blacks disproportionately reject the idea of gay marriage, no one called Obama a racist.

The liberal Supreme Court discovering new rights for criminals, deciding that pornography is protected speech but the 10 Commandments aren’t, deciding that killing one’s unborn child is a right, and redefining marriage are all examples of tyrants imposing their will on the people through the guise of legal interpretation.

Then there are the sanctuary cities that declare that illegal immigrants who are criminals who prey on Americans will be protected.

Who Knew There Were So Many Homophobic, Racist Xenophobes at Berkeley

The birthplace of the free speech movement has become its graveyard.

Hundreds of liberals rioted at the University of California Berkeley Wednesday night — burning stores, throwing Molotov cocktails and clashing with police.

The rampaging mob forced the university to shut down an event featuring gay conservative firebrand and Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos.

“I’m outraged that Milo has been given a platform at UC Berkeley, and there should be no place for him here,” visiting assistant art professor Samara Haplerin told the Daily Californian. “He should be scared that people aren’t going to stand for this.”

Ironically, Milo had planned to deliver remarks defending free speech.

“One thing we do know for sure: the Left is absolutely terrified of free speech and will do literally anything to shut it down,” he wrote on Facebook.

  1. Does anyone other than the ‘righteous’ Left still take the Nobel Peace Prize seriously?

I hope Trump cancels that refugee ‘deal’ with Australia – P.M.Turnbull went ahead with this deal after Trump had won the presidency knowing full well Trump’s view of undocumented Muslims. Turnbull is a conniving sniveler and bad news for this country.

I wonder how long it will be before the Greeks and the Turks are at each others throats once again.

Poor Milo, hit in triplicate with all the things the Left really hate but pretend to be tolerant of and to which they cannot help in exposing themselves by taking part in such hate filled actions. I guess being gay, conservative and a Jew, brings all the paid for hypocrites and useful idiots out of the woodwork.

  2. Psst! There’s a typo in this title: “UK: Nottingham Asda Worker Quilty of Terrorist Charges”

I would like to see a terror charge quilt, though. I’m not usually one for modernist art, but I’d go see this museum exhibit!

  3. “As fires raged and Trump supporters were assaulted with shovels and pepper spray by masked anarchists, the mayor of Berkeley, CA, Jesse Arreguin, allegedly ordered SWAT and campus police to stand down.”

Watch the videos. It’s quite clear the Police were doing nothing to stop the violence and property damage caused by the anarchists. How many did they arrest?

    • There was also looting. (surprise!)

“Waaal, we gotta have stuff, maaaan!” I expect an end to this BS soon, but señor Don has after all only been in power a couple of weeks.

  4. While the idea behind changing the official Swedish so that immigrants more easily can enter the labor market, is, of course, laudable, this is far too feint to bear a real impact.

What would absolutely work perfectly would be to round up all the ethnic Swedes and have them lobotomized to a nice uniform IQ of 70.

In the interest of fairness, it is the least they should do.

  5. Perhaps a little off topic… but perhaps not…

This article appeared today, in the Toronto Sun:

More than 300 foreign terrorists, spies and criminals who pose a risk to Canada’s national security tried to sneak into Canada last year, according to a report quietly released by the federal government on Monday.

It outlines all visa applications rejected between November 2015 and December 2016, and the grounds for refusal.

There were 310 cases where an individual was found inadmissible under Section 34 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) — the section dealing with national security concerns.

Among these 310 were seven individuals rejected for “engaging in terrorism,” nine for “engaging in an act of espionage or subversion,” and 13 for “subversion by force” against any government.

Another 79 were found to be a member of an organization that engages in terrorism or espionage, 26 to be a “danger to the security of Canada,” and 48 were stopped for having committed a war crime or crimes against humanity.

Warmington: Cops pounce after Toronto terror threat
Trump to U.S.: ‘Get smart’ after Louvre attack
In total, there were 1.4 million visa applications rejected by the Canadian government. The most common reason was that a person was not truthful in the information they supplied.

The immigration report was released in response to an Order Paper question tabled by Conservative MP Tom Kmiec, and was exclusively given to the Toronto Sun by the True North Initiative, a Canadian think tank focused on immigration and security reform.

The report does not reveal the country of origin or nationality of those rejected, so it is unknown where the 310 individuals rejected on terrorism and national security grounds came from.

Obviously, the report only outlines instances where the government was successful in stopping an individual with security red flags from entering Canada.

It is therefore unknown how many individuals were able to thwart Canada’s screening and vetting system, and enter the country undetected.

Canadian security officials have repeatedly warned the federal government about its security screening.

In 2011, the federal government was forced to release a “Most Wanted List” after it was discovered that at least 30 war criminals and terrorists were on the loose in Canada.

This new report, showing that Canada continues to be a destination for terrorists and war criminals, was released just days after U.S. President Donald Trump issued a sweeping executive order on immigration security.

Among other directives, Trump ordered the U.S. government to stop processing all refugee applications and to block for three months all immigration and visitor visas from seven countries struggling with large Islamist terrorist insurgencies.

Trump also ordered an overhaul of the security and vetting process, in order to stop the flow of terrorists entering the United States.

The Canadian report suggests Canada is also dealing with a large, possibly coordinated effort by terrorist organizations to enter our country.

Security experts have long warned that Islamist groups see Canada as a soft target, and view our immigration process as a source of weakness.

A 2014 report from the Washington D.C.-based Center for a Secure Free Society noted that, “known state sponsors of terrorism, namely Iran and Syria, along with terror-proxies like Lebanese Hezbollah, are … exploit(ing) the weaknesses within the refugee and migration process in Canada.”

That report highlighted 19 Iranian nationals who made refugee claims in Canada between 2008 and 2013, but were rejected on national security grounds.

We have long been aware that terrorists and serious criminals attempt to manipulate our immigration and refugee system in Canada. We now have a better idea of the scale of this threat.
