Gates of Vienna News Feed 9/9/2016

Al-Shabaab terrorists say that they killed four Kenyan police officers in an attack on the border post at Mandera, at the crossing between Kenya and Somalia. However, a local Kenyan political leader denied that any officers were killed during the attack.

In other news, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is intensifying his publicity push in the run-up to the referendum on whether to accept EU refugee quotas. The referendum requires a 50% voter turnout in order to be binding.

Anti-Trump Mexican: “Kill Trump and as Many of His Supporters as Possible”

“Anywhere he goes just try to bomb the place, shoot up the place, do something”.

Shock video shows an anti-Trump Mexican urging other Mexicans to “Kill Donald Trump and as many of his supporters as possible.”

The video was uploaded to YouTube but was subsequently made private. The version above was captured by a pro-Trump Facebook page.

In the clip, the young man openly calls for the assassination of the Republican presidential candidate.

“We, Mexicans, have to kill Donald J. Trump before he becomes President. He is a threat to every single one of us. There are many Mexican Americans living in the U.S. right now and I’m asking them to kill Donald Trump before he becomes President. The ones in Mexico who have the means, I’m asking you to cross the border and go and kill Donald Trump, and as many of his supporters as possible,” he states…

As I document in the video below, the characterization of Trump as a would-be dictator by the media and the excuses made for those who physically target him as a legitimate form of protest is emboldening actual extremists to plot violence.

Blackballed by Machine Learning: How Algorithms Can Destroy Your Chances of Getting a Job

The Guardian’s published a long excerpt from Cathy O’Neil’s essential new book, Weapons of Math Destruction, in which O’Neil describes the way that shoddy machine-learning companies have come to dominate waged employment hiring, selling their dubious products to giant companies that use them to decide who can and can’t work.

Because so many of America’s biggest employers use these systems, it can be nearly impossible to find work if their secret, unaudited models decide that you’re a bad hire. What’s more, many of the models’ litmus tests are just proxies for race, poverty, and disability — things that companies are not legally allowed to consider when hiring (unless they’re being considered by unaccountable software provided by a third party).

This hurts everyone, not just the people who get blackballed. Because the machine learning companies that supply this HR-ware don’t refine their models based on the success of their predictions, they end up excluding lots of people who’d be excellent hires, and hiring people who are no good for their customers. O’Neil contrasts this with the statistical tools used by major league sports-teams to decide which athletes to draft, where the goal is to get the best people, not just tick a box or push a product, and shows just how reckless and low-quality these hiring tools are.

Concern Grows That a Megaquake is Going to Hit the Middle of the United States

Did you know that Oklahoma was just hit by the largest earthquake ever recorded in the history of the state? And did you know that Oklahoma absolutely shattered their yearly record for earthquakes in 2015 and may break it again this year? According to the USGS, the number of significant earthquakes in the eastern and central sections of the nation has more than quintupled in recent years, and concern is growing that we could soon see a “megaquake” in the middle part of the country. Of course no discussion of megaquakes in the middle part of the country can leave out the New Madrid fault zone, which is approximately six times larger than the San Andreas fault zone in California. Scientists assure us that the New Madrid fault is around 30 years overdue for a major seismic event, and when it does happen it is going to be the biggest disaster in modern American history up to this point.

Late last month, eight states took part in a major drill that simulated what the damage from a New Madrid earthquake might look like. The following comes from a news report that was posted on August 24th…

Democrats Wonder and Worry: Why Isn’t Clinton Far Ahead of Trump?

With Election Day less than two months away, Democrats are increasingly worried that Hillary Clinton has not built a formidable lead against Donald Trump despite his historic weaknesses as a national party candidate.

Even the Democratic nominee’s advisers acknowledge that she must make changes, and quickly. Clinton leads Trump by a mere three percentage points, having fallen from her high of nine points in August, according to the latest RealClearPolitics average. That tightening has frustrated many Clinton allies and operatives, who are astonished that she isn’t running away with this race given Trump’s deep unpopularity and never-ending stream of controversial comments.

“Generally, I’m concerned, frankly,” said former Democratic Senate leader Thomas A. Daschle (S.D.). “It still looks positive, and I think if you look at the swing states and where she is right now, she’s got a lead. But it’s certainly not in the bag. We have two months to go, and I think it’s going to be a competitive race all the way through. I would say she’s got at least a 60 percent chance of winning.”

At the same time, Daschle said, “all the things that Trump has done, the numbers should be far more explicitly in her favor, but they’re not.”…

FBI: Marysville Woman Promoted ISIS, Terrorism

CINCINNATI — Federal authorities arrested a Maysville, Ky. woman accused of advocating online for terrorist attacks in the U.S. and promoting ISIS propaganda, ABC News reported. Her neighbors can’t believe it.

FBI agents arrested Marie Castelli, 55, Thursday, just days before the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

An indictment states Castelli posted messages in October 2015 with the names and addresses of three people and wrote that others should “execute” one of them, ABC reported.

Frank Gaffney: Jeh Johnson — Secretary of Homeland Insecurity

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson is big on outreach to Muslims. Unfortunately, like so many others in government, he insists on reaching out to the wrong ones.

Take, for example, his decision to address the annual convention of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) last Sunday, on the eve of the fifteenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. To be sure, there were a lot of Muslims in the audience. But, federal authorities have been on notice since at least 2004 that ISNA is a Muslim Brotherhood front organization and that the Brotherhood is our enemy.

IRS Refuses to Abandon Anti-Tea Party Targeting Criteria

(Washington Times) The IRS is refusing to recant the targeting criteria it used to single out tea party groups for intrusive scrutiny, according to court filings made public Wednesday that show the tax agency still struggling with the fallout from the scandal.

At least three tea party groups are still awaiting approval from the IRS more than three years after agents publicly admitted they’d asked inappropriate questions and put the groups through unreasonable delays in obtaining tax-exempt status.

Last month the IRS told both Congress and a federal judge that it would start processing the outstanding applications — but the agency has refused to say how or when, leaving the groups themselves struggling to make sense of things.

Man Tasered by Police Calls it “Brutal”

Pinellas Park, Florida — Daniel Jensen wasn’t running from the law, he was trying to protect his home from burning up. Yet, Pinellas Park Police tasered him in the process . Jensen and his attorney say it’s an excessive use of force.

Jensen was still shaken and visibly emotional as he retold what happened last Thursday evening. He said being tasered by police has not only impacted him, but it also impacted his children, who saw it all happen.

He described the Pinellas Park Police officers actions as “brutal.” He said they showed “no compassion.”

“All I remember is laying in water, being electrocuted for saving my home,” said Jensen.

Four days later, burns on Daniel Jensen’s body still mark where the stun gun’s probes hit him. He says they tasered him for doing what any father and husband would do protect his family’s home from an out-of-control grease fire.

The 42-year-old father of two recalls his wife waking him around 6 in the evening, saying there’s a big fire at his neighbor’s house.

“I could hear it, I could feel it,” he explained.

He ran outside and grabbed a fire extinguisher. He sprayed it until it was empty.

“I was calling for my daughter and getting no response. I came out, grabbed the hose and sprayed her room until I heard she was out. I was always taught to help when you can; help is what I tried to do,” said Jensen.

He continued to recount the events. He said he then took the garden hose and started watering down his fence and the back corner of his rooftop, trying to prevent the fire from spreading to his property. But with each attempt, Daniel said Pinellas Park Police kept pulling him back… even though firefighters were not in sight.

“They kept telling me, ‘Let it go, that’s what insurance is for.’ That’s not acceptable to me,” said Jensen.

Captain Sanfield Forseth with the Pinellas Park Police Department said officers could have charged him with obstruction for not listening to an officer’s orders.

“I wasn’t doing that. What I was doing was what any home owner would do to protect a family and home,” said Jensen.

Captain Forseth said the department will not be charging him.

When Jensen saw the fire jump on to his back roof, he again grabbed the hose. That’s when he said — unknown to him — a police officer pulled out a taser and fired it at his back.

“As I went to grab the hose, I hear an officer on this side. There was a boat here; he was just behind it. He said, ‘Hit him, hit him! Take him down, tase him!’“ explained Jensen. “I didn’t know they were talking to me, or about me. I was concerned about putting water on the fire, and the next thing you know I’m being tased.”

Daniel said a Sergeant ordered an officer to tase him, but the officer never warned him as department policy requires.

According to Pinellas Park Police policy, an officer will use a taser when “other control techniques” would likely result in a “physical confrontation” that may cause injury to the officer or person. But the officer must first give a “verbal warning” that he is going to use a taser.

After tasing Daniel, he said several officers picked him up, carried him to the front yard, threw him on the ground and handcuffed him.

Daniel says he’s very disappointed in the police department.

“They should have more tolerance with the public, to exhaust all options before firing electricity into somebody, handcuff them instead of tasering them.”

Daniel said about the experience as he fights through tears, “It was horrible. I was laying in a puddle of water being electrocuted here by the people that are supposed to protect us. I’m trying to protect my family, my neighbor, and they bring harm to me. I don’t understand.”…

Nancy Pelosi’s Plea for Republican Mercy

By Wesley Pruden

Nancy Pelosi, trying to choke back panic as the presidential race tightens and concern grows over Hillary Clinton’s obviously fragile health, has appealed to Paul Ryan’s sense of gallantry. The little lady needs a little help. She begs him not to “let” his party use anything damaging to the Democrats that turns up in emails hacked from Democratic email servers. And no talk about Hillary’s health either.

“Defending our democracy,” she said in a letter to the speaker this week, “is more important than any advantage or disadvantage in this election.” The only thing more important than “the sanctity of our democratic process” are the election prospects of her party.

Mzz Pelosi waxes eloquent in her appeal to Mr. Ryan, who sounds unimpressed by an appeal to be nice to please the elites. “Democrats and Republicans,” she says, “must present a united front in the face of Russia’s attempts to tamper with the will of the American people.”

All good and true, of course, but Republicans faithful to their country can nevertheless deplore Vladimir Putin’s hackery — if, indeed, the man who calls himself Guccifer 2.0 is a guilty Russian hacker — while still measuring Democratic behavior by their words, stolen or not.

It’s hard to argue with the logic of Mr. Putin, bad guy as he may be, when he tells Bloomberg News: “Listen, does it even matter who hacked this data? “The important thing is the content that was given to the public.”

The bigger question is how did we come to this pass, when an old KGB goon like Vladimir Putin can offer righteous commentary on an American election?

Partisan memories are short on the Potomac. Neither Mzz Pelosi nor her colleagues sounded particularly outraged by the attempt by Democrats to use the Internal Revenue Service to intimidate conservatives trying to join the debate leading to American elections. With a telephone call to his attorney general, President Obama could have put the heat on the director of the IRS to find the guilty party and get him on his way to prison. Instead, the IRS gave the guilty party a bonus.

Speaker Ryan’s office referred Mzz Pelosi’s request to suspend the First Amendment in the name of compassion and partisan pity to the National Republican Congressional Committee, the party’s campaign arm. “Neither [the congressional committee] chairman, Greg Walden, nor the speaker have control over what our independent expenditure unit does, which [Democratic counterparts] as well as Leader Pelosi are well aware of,” a Republican committee spokesman said.

It’s hardly coincidence that Mzz Pelosi’s plea for charity and mercy parallels the attempt by the Clinton campaign to stifle questions about Hillary’s health, and in particular her coughing episodes…

Obama Promises Lame-Duck TPP Push Despite Uproar Over Pro-Corporate Provisions

“I believe that we’ll get it done”

A PROVISION THAT would let foreign corporations challenge new American laws and regulations has become the latest flashpoint in the battle over the Trans Pacific Partnership trade agreement, even as President Obama on Tuesday said he will renew his push for its passage in the lame-duck session of Congress.

“We’re in a political season now and it’s always difficult to get things done,”Obama said at a town hall meeting in Laos. “So after the election, I think people can refocus attention on why this is so important.” He sounded confident: “I believe that we’ll get it done.”

The latest salvo from opponents of the deal came in the form of a letter to Congress signed by hundreds of law professors and economists — including Laurence Tribe, who taught Obama at Harvard — protesting the inclusion of “Investor State Dispute Settlement” (ISDS) provisions in the TPP agreement.

The ISDS provisions would empower corporations who object to U.S. laws and regulations that cut into their profits to sue the United States before an international arbitration panel. The signatories to the letter write that this “system undermines the important roles of our domestic and democratic institutions, threatens domestic sovereignty, and weakens the rule of law.”

Pat Caddell on Hillary Clinton: ‘She Keeps Going Back to the Same Lies, And She Gets Away With it’

Pat Caddell spoke to Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow Thursday morning about Wednesday night’s Commander-in-Chief Forum on NBC, saying, “I don’t think she has a narrative to capitalize on, other than, ‘Trump is dangerous, unfit to be commander-in-chief,’ which is hard to make when you’re not showing that you’re in total command yourself,” said Caddell.

Caddell also said:

I thought as I watched it, I thought, every time she [Hillary Clinton] can’t answer a question—which is almost every time—in one sentence or two, she rambles on, and you can tell she’s lying, she’s lying, she’s lying. Whether it has to do with knowing the facts or not, it’s just what comes across as she’s trying to make things up and throw them in.

People Live in Even More Dangerous World 15 Years After 9/11

The 15th anniversary of the worst terrorist act the humanity has ever seen is another opportunity to look back and analyze what has led to the reality where people feel as insecure as never before. … “It all started back in 1980s with the United States’ strive for the superiority over the Soviet Union and its readiness to use any means to this end, including the support of Islamic extremists,” political affairs analyst and writer, author of “The Sword of the Prophet” and “Defeating Jihad” Srdja Trifkovic told Sputnik. “It was after the Soviet intervention in Afghanistan [in 1979] that Jimmy Carter’s national security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski decided that it should be the strategy for the United States to start arming jihadist elements in Afghanistan,” Trifkovic said.

Attempting to create difficulties for the Soviet Union by making radical groups a political tool in its hands, the United States “let the genie out of the bottle” and turned jihad into a purely global phenomenon, the expert believes. After the interference in the environment that is culturally and mentally adverse to the US values back-lashed, Washington opened a large-scale anti-terrorist campaign, which only fueled the flame of anti-US antagonism in the Middle East.

“A major contributing factor to the flowering of terrorism in the Western world today was the Iraqi intervention [by the United States]. The intervention in Iraq was the consequence of 9/11, but as we now know, the regime of Saddam Hussein had absolutely nothing to do with jihadism. In fact, he was a determined enemy of the Islamic extremism,” Trifkovic continued. The invasion toppled the government of Saddam Hussein. The price for it is still being paid. “The Iraqi war directly gave rise to a whole range of jihadist organizations, including ISIS [Islamic State],” the expert said. Today, Islamic State is the main global security threat. It has already taken over vast territories in Iraq and Syria and has made advances in other states, including Libya.

“9/11 should have been an alert to the US, a sign that it is impossible to fight Islamic terrorism with one hand and to facilitate it as a tool of policy on the other hand,” Trifkovic elaborated…

‘The Enemies Within’ Premieres in Washington DC

Trevor Loudon’s long-awaited documentary The Enemies Within is finally here and debuting tonight in Washington!

The Enemies Within profiles 14 U.S. senators and more than 50 representatives. (movie website)

The new movie zooms in on the best kept secret of modern politics: almost no one is aware of the fact that fewer than 20,000 U.S. communists, socialists, and extreme progressives are able to influence the politicians, and even write the laws that control the lives of over 300 million Americans.

The film examines American politicians’ ties to the Communist Party USA, Democratic Socialists of America, Workers World Party, the Institute for Policy Studies, Council for a Livable World and other radical anti-American organizations.

The NBC Commander-in-Chief Forum: Advantage Trump

by Srdja Trifkovic

On Wednesday night Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump spoke at the same prime-time television event for the first time. The “forum” was not a debate; the candidates appeared back-to-back, answering Matt Lauer’s questions about their qualities and qualifications to be commander-in-chief. He let Clinton—who appeared first—speak without disruption, but repeatedly interrupted Trump. On the other hand, he devoted a good third of Clinton’s segment to the thorny issue of her emails and personal server. In my ad hoc summary of noteworthy moments I have tried to keep my own views (well known to our readers) separate from the analysis.

According to Hillary Clinton, the most important characteristic that a commander-in-chief can possess is steadiness: “An absolute rock steadiness, and mixed with strength to be able to make the hard decisions . . . And when you’re sitting in the Situation Room, as I have on numerous occasions . . . what you want in a president, a commander-in-chief, is someone who listens, who evaluates what is being told . . . who is able to sort out the very difficult options being presented.”

Comment: Clinton unsurprisingly omitted honesty and trustworthiness—or the perception thereof (“honest Abe”)—which a commander-in-chief needs in order to gain the trust and personal commitment of those he commands. This is the key to effective leadership, which is the essence of command. For all his geopolitical acumen and intelligence, in this respect Richard Nixon was fatally flawed. The issue of personal character and integrity—which plagued her husband’s second term—has been, and remains, a major liability for Mrs. Clinton…

Wall St. Mega-Banks Funding Vicious Attacks on Protestors Over the Dakota Access Pipeline

Although the burial and ceremonial sites were identified by experts only a few days earlier, in order to stop construction on these sites, the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) needed to officially survey the area. However, before they were able to undertake a survey, Dakota Access intentionally plowed through the land, destroying unknown numbers of graves and artifacts. Activists on the ground reported construction workers deliberately dozed the site before SHPO had an opportunity to survey it.

The tribe attempted to get a temporary restraining order to prevent the destruction of a major ancestral heritage site, including burials and cultural items located on the west side of Lake Oahe, but Judge Boasberg, who also sits on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA), refused to grant the order.

The Standing Rock Sioux are up against some of the most powerful financial and corporate interests on Wall Street, the profit-driven institutions that are bankrolling this pipeline plan and so many others like it throughout the country. Perhaps the participation of so many major financial institutions in this project is why you have heard absolutely nothing about the Dakota Access Pipeline from presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who has in the past extolled her support for American Indians — but has remained deafeningly silent on this issue as the protests have grown…

Seventeen financial institutions have loaned Dakota Access LLC $2.5 billion to construct the pipeline. A plethora of major banking institutions have also committed significant resources to the Energy Transfer Family of companies in an effort to create greater oil and gas infrastructure:

Energy Transfer Partners has a revolving credit line of $3.75 billion toward expanding its oil and gas infrastructure holdings, with commitments from 26 banks. Sunoco Logistics has a credit line with $2.5 billion in commitments from 24 banks. Energy Transfer Equity has a credit line with another $1.5 billion in commitments from most of the same big international banks.

That equates to $10.25 billion in loans and credit from 38 banks directly supporting the companies building the pipeline.

France: ‘Fanatical and Radicalised’ Female Terror Suspect Who Was ‘Planning an Imminent Attack’ Is Shot in the Head by Police After Stabbing an Officer in Paris Raid

A ‘fanatical and radicalised’ female terrorist suspect was gunned down by French police tonight after stabbing an officer during a police special forces raid.

She was said to be planning an ‘imminent attack’ before being shot in the head in Boussy-Saint-Antoine, in the Essonne department, south of Paris.

As she was rushed to hospital with potentially life-threatening wounds, two women accomplices were also arrested.

All were also linked to a car filled with gas canisters that was found close to Notre Dame Cathedral at the weekend.

The Peugeot 607 with on number plates was left just across the River Seine from the ancient place of worship — prompting fears of a terrorist attack.

Tonight’s drama unfolded soon after 8pm as an elite Raid special forces unit moved into an address at Boussy-Saint-Antoine.

Caroline Glick: Mahmoud Abbas and Other Soviet Ghosts

Channel 1’s report Wednesday that in 1983, current Palestinian Authority Chairman and PLO chief Mahmoud Abbas served as a KGB agent is hardly the story of the year, but it does remind us of certain half-forgotten facts about the Cold War that are becoming ever more relevant today.

The PLO’s close and servile relationship with the KGB was first exposed in a systematic way in 1987, with the publication of Red Horizons: Chronicles of a Communist Spy Chief, the exposé of Soviet and Romanian Cold War operations written by former Romanian intelligence chief Lt.-Gen. Ion Pacepa. Pacepa, who defected to the US in 1978 after serving as the head of the DIE — Romania’s KGB — was the highest ranking intelligence officer from the Soviet bloc to ever defect.

In his book, Pacepa revealed that “the PLO was dreamt up by the KGB.”

Pacepa explained how Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, at the direction of Moscow, convinced Yasser Arafat to employ political warfare, centered on phony protestations that he had abandoned terrorism, to weaken the West’s resolve to defend itself and to cause Israel to doubt its own legitimacy…

Terrorist Support Group Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

As if the world couldn’t get any crazier, the committee in charge of nominating prospective recipients of the Nobel Peace Prize has recently nominated a terrorist organization for the award. The White Helmets, the notorious mop-up wing of Nusra (Jobhat al-Nusra or Jobhat Fatah al-Sham) will now be in the running for not only the cash prize that comes with winning the Nobel but also the undeserved and cult-like appreciation of winners as if, in some parallel universe, the award was actually given to people who promote peace…

Despite being routinely cited as a “humanitarian” organization, however, the White Helmets appear to be much more than even a wolf in sheep’s clothing in the NGO world. Not only providing the basis for carefully crafted propaganda opportunities, the organization appears to actually work side by side with terrorist outfits like Jobhat al-Nusra both on the propaganda angle and the battlefield.

For one, it is important to note that the area of operation for the White Helmets is never within territory controlled by the Syrian government. It is without deviation solely located within territory held by “moderate terrorists,” Nusra, or other related Western-backed terrorist groups. Obviously, if White Helmets truly represented the Syrian people, they would be operating in both territories. As Rick Sterling wrote in his article “Highly Effective Manipulators,”

One Migrant Family’s Journey to Benefits Britain: How Jobless Couple and Their Eight Children Get £44,000 in Welfare Each Year — But Will be Made Homeless if They Reject Another Council House After Turning Down Three Others

Cameroon-born Arnold and Jeanne Mballe Sube, who receive an estimated £44,000 a year in handouts, are demanding a larger home, claiming their three-bedroom, end-of-terrace house is too small. But the local council says the couple have already rejected three offers of more spacious homes — two without even viewing them — all of which were snapped up by other tenants. These included a five-bedroom property in Luton, Bedfordshire, which the family complained did not have a dining room or storage.

[Comment: This is what attracts the hordes of migrants.]

‘Our Fears Have Come True’: Rise in Number of Migrants Dying in Germany’s Seas and Rivers

MIGRANTS in Germany are dying in the country’s seas and lakes in record numbers as they tried to cool off during the hot summer.

More people have drowned in the waters so far this year than in the whole of 2015.

The German Lifeguard Service (DLRG) says migrants are “significantly over-represented” among victims.

In the first eight months of 2016 a total of 425 people drowned at sea, in lakes or in swimming pools — 46 more deaths than in the whole of last year.

Fifty six of those — over 13 per cent — were refugees, according to the figures.

Our Future is at Stake: PM Urges Hungarians to Act in Referendum in Anti-Brussels Push

In an extraordinary development hardliner Viktor Orban pledged to organise more than 200 rallies across the central European nation to help drum up support against the EU.

The move raises the jaw-dropping prospect of a European leader touring his own country actively briefing against the regime in Brussels. …

A number of opinion polls have indicated that the country will overwhelmingly reject migrant quotas with more than 50 per cent of voters — the legal threshold to make the referendum legal — expected to cast their ballots.

During today’s launch event Peter Szijjarto, the country’s foreign affairs minister, also warned that Hungary has lost a key ally in Brussels now that Britain has voted to leave the EU.

Congressman Trashes Sex-Crazed Obama’s Power Grab

‘Transgender bathrooms is another continuation of laws coming from White House’

A Texas congressman is fighting back against the Obama’s administration’s unilateral amending of the U.S. Civil Rights Act in the area of sex discrimination, calling the administration’s actions unconstitutional and a gross misrepresentation of what the law intended.

In December 2014, then-Attorney General Eric Holder announced the Justice Department would apply the protections against sex discrimination in Title IX of the Civil Rights Act to cases of alleged sex discrimination over “gender identity” as well.

Earlier this year, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced the government was mandating that all public schools and federal buildings accommodate people in restrooms and locker rooms based on their expressed gender identity.

Nancy Pelosi: We Will Oppose Zika Virus Funding Unless Planned Parenthood is Funded Too

Pro-abortion Democrats are still holding up aid funding for the Zika virus with demands that more taxpayer dollars go to the abortion giant Planned Parenthood.

Democrats both in the U.S. House and Senate have been blocking aid bills to combat the virus for months because it doesn’t include funding for a few Planned Parenthood facilities in Puerto Rico

School Allows Partially Clothed Boy to ‘Twerk’ In Girls Locker Room

A Minnesota school is allowing a partially clothed boy to “twerk” in front of female classmates while they changed their clothes for physical education and sports events, prompting a federal lawsuit alleging violations of the Minnesota Constitution, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, federal law and the U.S. Constitution.

It’s not the first such case brought by lawyers with the Alliance Defending Freedom, which already has filed cases against school districts in Illinois and Ohio over the same issue, which is the Obama administration’s attempt to rewrite the federal Title IX law concerning education.

The law bans discrimination based on sex in public schools, but Obama is interpreting “sex” to also mean “gender identity” to allow boys who say they are girls to enter girls restrooms, lockers and showers.

That’s exactly the scenario in the Virginia, Minnesota, School District, where officials adopted the Washington redefinition to allow “Student X,” a boy, to enter girls’ facilities at will.

The lawsuit was brought by ADF on behalf of multiple female students and their parents.

  1. .
One of Britain’s largest police forces is considering allowing Muslim officers to wear the burka while on duty in an effort to boost diversity. West Midlands Police Chief Constable, David Thompson, said the force would not rule out allowing female officers to wear the outfit which includes a long flowing outer garment from head to toe and an Islamic veil, or niqab, that covers all facial features except the eyes.

  2. Marxist elements aligned with Israel’s other enemies? Hardly a surprise as communist doctrine requires the eradication of all nation-states, including Israel. yet, most Jews vote the Marxist leaning ticket, and the party that opposes Israel, at every turn. Why?

  3. I want to contribute to Tommy but why can I not do that throug a legal site
Message to Tommy We are with you

  4. By using the acronym Daesh (which really should be Daish) the useful idiot (Trudeau) is in fact giving a far more accurate definition than do either ISIS or ISIL. Whilst the acronym itself has no meaning as an Arabic word its full expansion is this, which is of very precise meaning:

“(al) Dowla al-Islamiya fil Iraq wa’al Sham” meaning in English “(the) State the-Islamic (one) in Iraq and the Sham” (al Sham being the combined area of Syria and the Levant).

  5. About Orban intensifying his government effort to make the October referendum valid and the decision in favor the “NO” – mean do NOT let migrants into the country. The reason why he has to do this: the other side Soros paid news organizations both abroad and Hungary constantly barraging with articles about the “evil” and “xenophobe, fascist” government in their decision to resist. The Hungarian media market still much bigger on the Leftists, Marxists side (I would say around 70%-80% favors the left). While from the EU comes the official slams: Germany, Sweden, Austria, France and others also doing the same thing. The latest short news: Sweden tries to make an alliance with its neighbors to force Hungary to take back the migrants registered in Hungary. (If you remember the article here not long ago: https://gatesofvienna.net/2016/09/budapest-was-ground-zero-in-the-great-migration-crisis-of-2015/ Hungary kept a law which was ignored by others and registered a huge number of invaders as they tried to pass the country.) As a thank you now they want to send them back there, despite Hungary was not the first country in the EU they stepped in. So the fight is not yet won and it is understandable why Viktor Orbán and the government works hard to get their stand on the issue known and try to fight against forces much stronger and larger than its own country’s resources.
