Argument Over Car Parts Leads to Shooting in Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A Virginia man is facing charges after police say he shot another man during an argument over car parts.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, the argument happened at Aggressive Customs, a car wrapping service, in the 900 block of Highams Court in Woodbridge on March 4. Officers were called to the business just before 5:30 p.m.

Investigators say two men were arguing over vehicle parts when the suspect grabbed a gun and shot the other man.

Police located the suspect, identified as 44-year-old Sang Kyun Oh, inside the business. He was taken into custody but wasn’t charged until three days later following an investigation. Oh has been charged with malicious wounding, shooting within a building, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Chicago Mayor Johnson Suggests Trump Voters to Blame for Failure of City’s Tax Hike Referendum

Democratic Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson appeared to blame Trump voters in his reaction to a failed referendum he supported.

On Tuesday, Chicago residents struck down the “Bring Chicago Home” referendum that promised $100 million in new tax revenue to combat the homeless crisis in the city by hiking the tax on heftier real estate purchases. Voters rejected the tax proposal by over a 7-point margin, representing a difference of more than 22,000 voters, according to the latest votes counted.

During Wednesday’s post-election press conference, Johnson cited the “38,000” Chicago residents who had voted for former President Trump, saying there’s a “good chance” they were behind the referendum’s failure.

The CIA blocked federal investigators from interviewing Hunter Biden’s “sugar brother” Kevin Morris during a five-year probe into the first son’s alleged tax crimes, a whistleblower has told House impeachment leaders.

The whistleblower informed Oversight chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Judiciary chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) that two DOJ officials were summoned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Va. — and told Morris “could not be a witness” for their investigation into Hunter Biden.

“People are taking pictures of us and yelling at us,” he said. “We are all paying rent. Everyone in there is paying rent. I don’t want to live with the squatter.”

He emerged from the house on 160th Street just 20 minutes after two DA investigators repeatedly knocked on the door and tried to get in but were left out in the cold — and finally gave up.

Voter Apathy and Four Key Takeaways From Illinois’ 2024 Primary Elections

By Ted Dabrowski and John Klingner of Wirepoints

Don’t get too excited about the results of Tuesday’s primary elections, particularly in Chicago. The results don’t represent either a mandate for, or a categorical rejection of, anyone or anything. They can’t when just 20.2% of Chicago voters cast a ballot on Tuesday, a likely new low according to the Chicago Board of Elections.

What the results do represent is a growing voter apathy. On both sides.

This election should have been a dominating one for the Chicago Teachers Union and its defacto leader, Mayor Brandon Johnson. Union members could have helped produce a new $100 million tax to benefit their allies and themselves. They could have put in power an establishment state’s attorney picked to perpetuate the criminal and social justice agenda led by current office holder Kim Foxx. Instead, the union vote didn’t materialize. For CTU’s leadership, this election should be considered a disaster.

On the other side of the voting ledger, crime has dominated the news, and so has the illegal immigration crisis. Few in Chicago are happy with the progressive leadership under Mayor Johnson. Protest votes should have been out in full force. The numbers should have been big. Instead, most people stayed at home.

French Senate Rejects EU-Canada Trade Deal Over Farmer Concerns

The French Senate has overwhelmingly voted against the legislation required to ratify the EU-Canada trade deal known as CETA, citing concerns raised by farmers about unfair competition, as reported by AP News. While the bill had previously been approved by the National Assembly, this Senate vote has thrown its fate into uncertainty.

The rejection by the Senate, with a vote of 211-44, reflects widespread worries about protecting local farmers from what is perceived as unjust competition and safeguarding France’s food sovereignty. However, this setback doesn’t guarantee the ultimate rejection of ratification as the bill now returns to the National Assembly, which could potentially override the Senate’s decision.

Italy: Worried About Growing Hatred Towards Jews in Unis — Di Segni

Letter to Minister Bernini and Rectors’ Conference

Noemi Di Segni, the president of the Union of Italian Jewish Communities, on Wednesday expressed concern over the growing expressions of hatred towards Jews and Israel in Italian universities amid the war in Gaza sparked by the October 7 massacres by Hamas in Israel.

There is “a worrying escalation in universities, with expressions of hatred towards Israel and Jews that in recent weeks have reached levels of very serious concern” said Di Segni in a letter addressed to University Minister Anna Maria Bernini and the president of the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI) Giovanna Iannantuoni on the eve of a meeting to address the growing climate of protest in Italian universities over the condition of the civilian Palestinian population in Gaza.

Di Segni called for “certain episodes and situations to be curbed and avoided”, “favouring rather than isolating knowledge of the reality in Israel”.

“No to boycott, no to demonization, no to violence and prevarication in Italian universities in the name of constitutional rights and academic motions that thus become a means of evasion and abuse, instead of an exercise of knowledge and respectful confrontation, so that Italian universities may be that place capable of generating innovation, knowledge and intelligence useful to the country and humanity, to peace and coexistence,” she continued.

The letter came after Turin University’s Academic Senate decided not to participate in a call for scientific cooperation with Israel and La Repubblica editor Maurizio Molinari was de-platformed at a Naples university on Friday.

How ‘The Zone of Interest’ Makes Jews and All of Us Into Nazis

Some people were shocked when Jonathan Glazer used the Academy Awards to launch into a vicious diatribe, disavowing his Jewishness, and demanding that Israel stop attacking Hamas.

But that’s probably because they didn’t watch his movie.

There are two kinds of Holocaust stories, the particular, which deal with the realities of what happened, with the Jews, with the Nazis and their collaborators, and those that make all of us into Nazis. Glazer’s ‘The Zone of Interest’ is the ultimate example of universal ‘Nazification’.

Particularists go to great trouble to retell the story of what really happened. They value and cherish the actual history. Universalists however see the Holocaust as only another example of capitalism, nationalism and the bourgeoisie making all of us (except leftists) into monsters.

For the particularists, Jews are the survivors of the Holocaust, but for the universalists, like Glazer, Jews (and all of us who aren’t militant leftists) are on the verge of being Nazis.

US Calls for Vote Friday on UN Resolution Declaring That Immediate Gaza Cease-Fire is ‘Imperative’

UNITED NATIONS — The United States called for a vote Friday on a newly revised and tougher U.N. resolution declaring that “an immediate and sustained cease-fire” in the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza is “imperative” to protect civilians and enable humanitarian aid to be delivered to more than 2 million hungry Palestinians. In the previous draft, the Security Council did not make such a declaration. Instead, it would have supported international efforts for a cease-fire as part of a hostage deal. The new draft obtained Thursday by The Associated Press “determines” — which is a council order — “the imperative of an immediate and sustained cease-fire,” with no direct link to the release of hostages taken during Hamas’ surprise attack in Israel on Oct. 7. But “toward that end” it would unequivocally support diplomatic efforts “to secure such a cease-fire in connection with the release of all remaining hostages.”

Ukraine Sets Sights on ‘Important Target’ in Crimea

Kyiv’s military has set its sights on Russia’s newly constructed railway that is connecting parts of occupied Ukraine with the Crimean Peninsula.

Speaking on national television Thursday, Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR) spokesman Andriy Yusov said that the railroad—which passes through the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia region to connect the port city of Rostov-on-Don with Crimea—was a “serious challenge” and “significant target for Ukraine’s Armed Forces.”

Russian officials said in November that construction had begun on the railway to help transport goods—such as grain, iron and coal—to mainland Russia in light of the attacks against the Kerch Straight Bridge, which has become a key target for Ukraine as it ramps up its attacks against Crimea. At the time, Yevgeny Balitsky, Moscow’s appointed head of the Zaporizhzhia region, said that building the raillroad would “solve the problems of the military.”

“They [Russia] are not satisfied with what is happening with the Crimean Bridge,” Yusov said on Thursday, according to a report by The Kyiv Independent. “Therefore, they are trying to strengthen the railroad connection.”

Yusov added that Russia was using the railway to help supply its forces fighting in Ukraine. The Crimean Peninsula, which was annexed by Russia in 2014, served as an important military hub prior to Moscow launching its invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

The reason is the decision to wade into a transgenderism controversy, where it concerns children — and in the process, according to reports, try to subpoena a whistleblower.

The whistleblower, Jamie Reed, is critical of medical procedures that allow gender transition of minors.

Scotland: Police Accused of Suggesting JK Rowling Wants Trans People to be Sent to “Gas Chambers”

Police in Scotland have been accused of using Harry Potter author JK Rowling as an example of someone with a large social media following who could be engaging in a ‘hate crime’ for stating that sex is binary.

The Telegraph reports that during a hate crime “youth engagement” event in Scotland last month, attendees were asked to imagine a hypothetical scenario where an “online influencer” named ‘Jo’ “travels around university campuses” to “debate her beliefs about the LGBTI community”.

UK: J.K. Rowling Threatens Legal Action Against Transgender Fan Site for Posting Claims About Family

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has threatened to take “legal action” against a transgender-themed fan site for spreading what Rowling said are lies about the novelist’s family.

On Wednesday, J.K. Rowling fired off the salvo against Wizarding News — which is nominally a Harry Potter fan site that has recently devoted itself to promoting transgenderism and reporting on what it calls “the demise of J.K. Rowling’s legacy.”

Wizarding News appears to have posted claims that Rowling’s daughter has sought to distance herself from her mother. The site also reportedly posted a photo of what it claimed to be Rowling’s daughter and grandchild — though Rowling responded by saying the people in the image were misidentified.

Wikipedia Entry on the ‘History of the Chair’ Becomes Culture War Battleground

Authored by Paul Joseph Watson via Modernity.news

A simple Wikipedia entry about the history of the chair reveals how the site’s far-left editors desperately try to reframe the past in real time.

The Wikipedia page describing the history of the chair initially read, “Chairs are known from Ancient Egypt and have been widespread in the Western world from the Greeks and Romans onwards.”

“They were in common use in China from the twelfth century, and were used by the Aztecs. In Sub-Saharan Africa, chairs were not in use before introduction by Europeans.”

That final sentence, believe it or not, is currently the subject of a culture war struggle.

Global Population Set to Fall for First Time in 700 Years

A major study published in scientific journal The Lancet has found that the global population will start to fall within decades due to vastly reduced fertility rates and may never recover.

The study, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, found that by the year 2050, 155 of 204 countries are on course to have birth rates lower than required to sustain the population level.

It notes that as of 2021, the “total fertility rate” worldwide was 2.23, hovering only just above the 2.1 children per woman needed to maintain population growth.

  1. “in a sermon at the Islamic Center of Warren, Michigan, an Islamic cleric said that Muslims will slaughter the Jews like sheep.”

Imagine all the world stomping Islam into Passover wine..

    Aloha Snackbar!!

  2. Palestine – told you it is all about stealing the land and resources. Religion is just an excuse and a way to vilify them in order to justify killing them if they refuse to move. They don’t care if they kill them or move them to us. “They” get rich and we get the burden. Where is the fairness and our profit?
I’m all for the Palestinians hanging onto their own land and not coming here.

    • “I’m all for the Palestinians hanging onto their own land and not coming here.”

I’m all for the hanging part..

    • Jews and Israel are getting slaughtered and vilified, not rich. The statement was to highlight the hypocrisy of western nations that claim to be for the Palestinians, but know they would only bring more terror to their own countries. Why will no Arab countries give them safe haven?
It is more important to them to destroy Israel than save the Palestinian civilians.

    • Palestinians are not indigenous people of Israel. It is NOT their homeland. They are from muslim countries in the middle east.

Those Palestinians do not have rights to own any land in Israel.

Sara, IT is not muslim land.

    • I’m all for letting the Israeli’s go all Old Testament on those GD savages called Fakestinians, until none are left. Then no problems with those savages coming here.

    Ukraine loses

    21/3 2024

    By Lars Hedegaard / snaphanen.dk

When Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy claimed about a month ago that Ukrainian casualties in the war against Russia totalled 30,000, the figure was widely accepted in Western media.

Russian sources have listed Ukrainian losses at more than 600,000, but now senior Polish general Rajmund Andrzejczak says in an interview on Polsat TV that the losses should not be calculated in hundreds of thousands, but in millions.

Andrzejczak is a former chief of the Polish General Staff.

TASS quotes him as saying that Ukraine has no more resources and no one left to fight. “Ukraine is losing the war”, he says, describing the situation as “very, very dramatic”.

This is perhaps why President Macron and the Lithuanian government have started talking about deploying European troops.

Business Insider quotes a Ukrainian soldier describing the threat of Russian bombing, saying “Ukraine is losing so many people. There are so many bodies that we can’t even take care of them all.”

The situation is “bloody awful”, the soldier says, adding that the Ukrainian forces in his front section cannot advance. “We can hardly hold the position,” he says.

Experience shows that it is risky to trust belligerents who have a habit of lying.

Perhaps General Andrzejczak is exaggerating Ukrainian losses to get NATO to intervene with combat troops. If this is the case, his summary is hardly likely to animate Western populations to send their sons straight into the Russian meat grinder.

The bleak outlook, however, does not seem to have dampened the fighting spirit of Denmark’s Mette Frederiksen.

TASS: Ukraine’s real losses should be counted in millions – ex-Polish Army Chief of General Staff

Ukraine had lost from the start

We knew who used other sources than the Danish media. It is therefore almost impossible to find Western sources quoting the Polish general. It is perhaps not surprising when they have been indoctrinating people for three years that Ukraine had a chance to win.

Now Macron is fantasising about deploying 2,000 French soldiers in Odessa to cut off the Russian fleet’s exit from the Black Sea via the Dardanelles.

NATO takes us a big step closer to nuclear war. Danish media and politicians support this deadly policy, and we should be shamed for their ineptitude/cowardice. If the NATO warmongers cannot manage to lose, then we will have a nuclear war and everyone will lose.

Professor K.O. Arnstberg comments on these elites who support that policy against Russia: “They are incompetent as children!”

  4. CHANNELS Preliminarily write that the terrorist attack in Moscow was carried out by people from the North Caucasian Muslim region of Ingushetia.
By the way, in France, teachers were killed the first time by a Chechen, and the second time by an Ingush. But he was called a Chechen in the press.

This is an article in French that Muslims from the North Caucasus cannot be deported from Europe to Russia.

Europe. Stop sending people from the North Caucasus back to Russia, where they risk torture and human rights violations

    • Let those bloody savages of islam be dealt with by the Russian mailed fist, the bloody Russians at least get the job done.

  5. “At least 40 people were massacred and more than 100 others were wounded after several gunmen opened fire during a concert in Moscow on Friday, according to Russian officials. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack in a brief statement posted on Telegram on its affiliated news agency Amaq.” —New York Post
