Andy Ngo Reports: Antifa Member Pleads Not Guilty by ‘Reason of Insanity’ at Start of San Diego Antifa Felony Conspiracy Trial

This is part of a series reporting on the So Cal Antifa cell.

Sparks flew at the start of an Antifa violent felony conspiracy trial in San Diego on Monday involving three Antifa riot suspects as one claimed he was insane while a second co-defendant took a last-minute plea deal.

Jeremy Jonathan White, 41, surprised the court and prosecutors by entering a plea of “not guilty by reason of insanity.” San Diego County Prosecutor Makenzie Harvey protested that the plea was “not timely” and complained that she had communicated with Curtis Briggs, White’s leftist pro-bono attorney, just days ago and he made no mention of this change of plea. The prosecutor suggested this move was “gamesmanship” in an attempt to further delay the jury trial for a case stemming from a violent Antifa riot more than three years ago.

The protestors were later seen entering the event, tapping the names of the men involved in Rittenhouse’s self-defense case on the seats. California Lawmakers Push Online ID Verification Bill That Would Require Platforms to ID “Users With Large Audiences”

The presidential election fever in the US is rising, and from pretty much every corner its participants are trying to “stack the chips” in their (candidate’s) favor.

Much easier to do, isn’t it, when you’re already in power.

With that in mind, never discount California Democrats, and now Alejandro (Alex) Padilla is attempting to charge ahead with “election misinformation” legislation.

Padilla is not just any California Democrat, either — he was the state secretary for six years until 2021, and a member of the State Senate for the LA City Council, before Governor Gavin Newsom shipped him off to the US Senate to replace Kamala Harris.

Democrat NY AG Letitia James Calls on Court to Reject Trump’s $454 Million Bond Appeal

President Donald Trump has filed an appeal requesting to reduce or hold off collecting the bond amount of $454 million to cover a civil “fraud” judgment.

However, New York’s Democrat Attorney General Letitia James, who led the politically motivated get-Trump case, has called on the appeals court to reject the 45th president’s request.

Trump has been ordered to post a liquid bond, in cash or securities, to cover the full amount of the fine to pause enforcement of the judgment.

However, 30 surety companies told Trump they would not accept real estate assets as collateral, Trump’s lawyers said Monday.

DeSantis Signs Law Prohibiting the Homeless From Sleeping in Public Spaces

DeSantis once again emphasized that he does not want any community in Florida to resemble cities on America’s west coast that have had problems handling their homeless population in recent years, first and foremost San Francisco.

DOJ Mulling Plea Deal for Assange: WikiLeaks Founder Could Finally Walk Free

The Biden administration might be looking for a way to bring the 14-year long legal drama centered on WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to an end. Britain’s High Court will at some point in the next weeks finally decide whether to extradite him to the United States, but a surprise breaking story from The Wall Street Journal says the US is exploring other alternatives.

The Wednesday WSJ report says, “The U.S. Justice Department is considering whether to allow Julian Assange to plead guilty to a reduced charge of mishandling classified information, according to people familiar with the matter, opening the possibility of a deal that would end a lengthy legal saga triggered by one of the biggest classified intelligence leaks in American history.”

Ever since Metropolitan Police officers were allowed into the Ecuadorian Embassy in London on April 11, 2019 — where he had been holed up for years, Assange has been in the legal fight of his life while incarcerated at Belmarsh prison. If he’s extradited he’ll likely spend life in prison at the infamous ADX Florence supermax prison in Colorado.

A plea deal means the whole crisis for him and his family could finally come to an acceptable and peaceful end after all of these years.

An unknown suspect attacked and fired at the officers. One officer struck was in critical but stable condition, while the other officer sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Majority of Voters Say Biden Wants to Imprison Trump Before Election: Poll

A clear majority of voters believe President Joe Biden hopes to put his likely 2024 Republican opponent in prison before the election should former President Donald Trump be convicted in any of his criminal cases.

Trump is facing two criminal prosecutions from special counsel Jack Smith as well as one each from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Trump, for his part, contends that he is innocent of all wrongdoing and that the cases are part of a broader political witch hunt designed to derail his presidential campaign.

New York Judge Rejects Motion to Dismiss a Lawsuit Against Social Media Companies for Allegedly Radicalizing Mass Shooter

The Communications Decency Act (CDA) of 1996 is truly a gift that seems to keep on giving to those benefiting from it — but also, to its opponents.

That’s because such as it is, Section 230, it turns out, can be bypassed — at least according to a New York judge. One way to do that is by arguing a “negligent design” theory, which is what is happening now in a lawsuit filed against, among others, social sites accused of “radicalizing” the shooter in the 2022 Buffalo massacre.

A lawsuit originally brought before the New York State Erie County Supreme Court on behalf of one of the victims, Celestine Chaney, lists MEAN LLC, Vintage Firearms, RMA Armament, but also Alphabet (Google, YouTube), Reddit, et al, as plaintiffs.

Only 30% of New Yorkers Are Happy With City’s Quality of Life, 50% Plan on Leaving Within Five Years

Believe it or not, high prices combined with massive taxation and out of control crime aren’t the keys to keeping the citizens of major American cities happy.

Such was reflected in the results of a new poll, reported on by the NY Post, which revealed this week that only half of New Yorkers plan on staying in the city over the next five years.

A mere 30% said they were happy with the quality of life in the city, the poll — run by The Citizens Budget Commission — also revealed. Additionally, the poll also found merely 37% of New Yorkers now rate public safety in their local area as excellent or good. This marks a significant decline from six years prior, when 50% of residents felt positively about their neighborhood’s safety.

Israel Furious After Canada Votes to Halt Arms Exports to Tel Aviv

Via The Cradle

Canada will impose a ban on arms sales to Israel, the country’s Foreign Minister Melanie Joly announced on Tuesday. “It’s a real thing,” Joly told Canadian newspaper The Toronto Star on Tuesday. The decision follows a vote of 204-117 in the Canadian parliament on Monday in favor of ending the sales. While it originally called for a suspension, it was later changed into a full ban.

“There are a number of existing contracts that are already in place, but this was on a going-forward basis, I think that’s how the minister’s looking at it. There has been a lot of concern expressed with respect to … lethal military sales to Israel during the conflict,” Canadian Defense Minister Bill Blair said Tuesday.

Ottawa had previously temporarily suspended export permits for military goods to Israel. However, Global Affairs Canada, the government body in charge of diplomatic and consular relations, continued to receive applications for weapon exports to Israel, reviewing them on a case-by-case basis.

Following the parliament vote on Monday, Canada decided to honor the decision. Tel Aviv viewed the motion as an attack on Israel’s ‘right to self-defense’ against Hamas.

Catalonia Urged to End Discrimination Against Spanish-Speaking Students

The petitions committee of the EU Parliament has urged the government of Catalonia to end discrimination against Spanish-speaking students in the region’s schools. MEPs from the center-right European People’s Party (EPP), the liberal Renew Europe group, and the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) made up the investigative commission launched in response to a parent appeal after Catalan schools ignored a court ruling.

In Spain’s Catalonia region, whose capital is Barcelona, the regional language is widely spoken. As part of the separatist movement, schools are required to promote “linguistic immersion,” in which teaching for most subjects is conducted in the Catalan language. In theory, the Spanish language is also taught and used in schools, but many families have long complained that, in practice, children and their parents are forced to communicate in Catalan, while Spanish is used minimally.

EU Countries Agree on Restricting Ukrainian Imports

A Franco-Polish alliance within the EU has this week secured import restrictions on Ukrainian products after months of grassroots protests from European farmers.

Farmers have been protesting against the rapid liberalisation of trade with Ukraine since the start of Russia’s invasion of the country in 2022, which has resulted in cheap Ukrainian products undercutting prices.

According to Politico, France and Poland pushed for greater restrictions on Ukrainian poultry, eggs, sugar, and wheat, with the deal likely to be rubber-stamped shortly in the European Parliament. The French position on Ukraine has shifted in recent weeks because of farmer protests, leading to President Emmanuel Macron dropping previous support for Mercosur, a free-trade agreement between the EU and South America, as a sign of leaders belatedly listening to farmers’ concerns.

Fewer Than Half of British Tories Want Sunak to Remain Party Leader

Just 45% of Conservative voters think that Rishi Sunak should lead the party into this year’s general election, according to new polling.

The Savanta survey for The Daily Telegraph suggested that 37% of the party’s backers believe someone else should take the helm and an incredible 18% “don’t know.”

Perhaps the biggest shock from this polling is that 45% of Tory voters still want Sunak to lead the party; that is, after a string of failures as predictable as they are embarrassing, especially when it comes to border control (or lack thereof) and his mismanagement of the economy.

German Birth Rate Drops Steeply Against Backdrop of Unease

The Federal Institute for Population Research (BiB) in Germany on Wednesday said it had seen a marked fall in the number of live births in 2023, to the lowest level rate since 2009.

The birth rate fell from 1.57 children per woman in 2021 to around 1.36 in autumn 2023.

The BiB rated this sharp decline within two years as “unusual, as phases of falling birth rates have tended to occur more slowly in the past.”

German Health Minister Wants to Speed Up Cannabis Legalization

The German cannabis law is scheduled to be discussed by the Bundesrat on Friday, but Federal Health Minister Karl Lauterbach said on Monday that he will lobby all week to ensure that the bill is not referred to the Bundesrat’s conciliation committee. If it does, negotiations could be so protracted that the bill could not be finalized before the next federal elections in 2025.

Lauterbach said a postponement would mean a victory for the black market, and he believes it is time for the federal government to shape cannabis policy.

Legalizing cannabis was a key campaign promise for both the Greens and the Liberals (FDP/Renew).

Germany: Green Party Demands TikTok Ban of Popular AfD Party

To keep people away from Alternative for Germany (AfD) content, the Green-affiliated campaign network Campact wants to ban the AfD from TikTok. With the AfD the second most popular party in the country, part of the party’s appeal may be tied to its popularity on TikTok, where it is more popular than all the other German parties and has twice as many followers as all other parties combined.

The ruling left-liberal government is desperate to stop the AfD, including using anti-democratic means. While the government works towards banning the party entirely, a part of this all-out effort against AfD means cutting it off from the marketplace of ideas, where the other parties are outright losing.

Germany: Violence in Berlin Schools Soars Higher in 2023, 5 Police Interventions Every Single Day

Every school day last year, the Berlin police had to intervene an average of at least five times on the playground, in a classroom or on the grounds of primary and secondary schools.

Crimes are soaring in Berlin’s school system after a temporary lull during the coronavirus period. The numbers went from 3,796 in 2021 to 6,113 in 2023 in terms of overall crimes. Regarding violent crimes such as assault, robbery, and dangerous threats, this number jumped from 1,133 in 2021 to 2,344 in 2022, showing that these incidents have more than doubled in just one year.

Even though some of the crime data for 2023 has not yet been released, the Berlin police have already announced that there is a significant jump that will be reported, according to BZ newspaper.

Head of Polish Central Bank to be Put on Trial, Says Tusk

Poland’s Prime Minister Donald Tusk confirmed on Tuesday that a motion to indict the head of the central bank (NBP), Adam Glapinski, was ready and would soon be brought before parliament. Tusk noted that prosecuting Glapinski was one of the promises his party made to the electorate in last year’s parliamentary elections.

Tusk’s party has repeatedly accused Glapinski of failing in the fight against inflation, of politicizing the central bank, and of illegally supporting the state budget.

Meanwhile, attorney Bartosz Lewandowski from the Ordo Iuris Process Intervention Center points out that the real reason behind the desire to remove Adam Glapinski from the NBP is to enable the introduction of the euro in Poland. This is said to be in the interest of the German economy, which has been in poor condition since the outbreak of the war between Russia and Ukraine.

Italy: No Boycott or Anti-Semitism — Turin University Rector

‘All existing agreements with Israel remain valid’

The decision by Turin university’s Academic Senate not to take part in a scientific tender with Israel in protest at the civilian deaths caused by Israel in Gaza after pro-Palestinian leftwing collectives occupied the Senate building is not a form of boycott or an expression of anti-Semitism, Rector Stefano Geuna said Wednesday.

The decision not to participate in a call for scientific cooperation with Israel issued in 2024 “was an action on a very specific call”, said Geuen on the sidelines of a meeting of the Universities Against Harassment working group.

“All the agreements currently in force with Israeli universities, and there are many, remain valid,” he added.

Earlier Noemi Di Segni, the president of the Union of Italian Jewish Communities, sounded the alarm about manifestations of antisemitism at Italian universities amid the war in Gaza sparked by the October 7 massacres by Hamas in Israel, after the decision by the Academic Senate at Turin university and the de-platforming of La Repubblica editor Maurizio Molinari at a Naples university on Friday.

“Every red line has now been crossed and concern about the university situation is overflowing,” Di Segni told ANSA.

She called on Premier Giorgia Meloni, University Minister Anna Maria Bernini and the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI) to “ensure that the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of anti-Semitism is fully implemented by all Italian universities, making it abundantly clear that all forms of boycott and demonization are antisemitism.

“The Italian university system cannot give in to incursions and distortions,” added di Segni.

For her part, Bernini said the university Senate had been “wrong” in its decision “I do not agree with the University of Turin’s decision, even though it was taken within the autonomy of universities,” said the minister for universities and research.

“It is sad that such a choice coincides with the first national day of the universities, which is entitled ‘Open Doors’.

“And it is frankly disconcerting that one can think of closing them.

“I consider any form of exclusion or boycott to be wrong and alien to the tradition and culture of our universities, which have always been inspired by openness and inclusiveness”.

Separately, Premier Giorgia Meloni said she found it “concerning” that Turin university’s Senate had apparently given in to the collectives.

She said that “if institutions bend to these methods we risk having many problems”.

Using an analogy from football, Giorgia Meloni said that until a few months ago, some people had put Hungary and Poland in the “second division.”

She also noted that Poland was treated as a “second-class” nation until Donald Tusk won power and the previous conservative government went into the opposition; only then was it treated with respect.

The Council of the EU, which gathers all heads of government of the bloc’s member states, is laser-focused on further regulating speech online, with its latest target being those who hold considerable sway there: influencers.

According to a draft document, seen by Euractiv, the Council is trying to formulate a unified approach to rein in influencers’ and online content creators’ dissemination of ‘harmful’ content.

Slovakia Dismantles Partisan Special Prosecutor’s Office

Slovakia dismantled its special prosecutor’s office on Wednesday, March 20th, in what is seen by Brussels Eurocrats as a violation of the ‘rule of law.’ Critics of the move are eager to punish Robert Fico’s government for its sovereigntist, pro-peace talks, and anti-immigration stance.

Fico, who was returned to power for a fourth time in October, has angered the Western liberal elites in Europe for taking a similar stance to his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban on a number of issues. He has criticised pro-migration policies, EU-federalisation attempts, transgenderism, the woke culture, and sanctions against Russia, while calling for peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.

Katarina Roth Nevedalova is a Member of the European Parliament for the governing Slovakian party Smer, led by Prime Minister Robert Fico. Smer won parliamentary elections held in Slovakia last autumn, with Fico returning for his fourth tenure as head of government. Just like his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban, Fico has held opposing views to that of the mainstream on many issues that have dominated European politics in the past few years. He has criticised pro-migration policies, EU-federalisation attempts, transgenderism, woke culture, and sanctions against Russia, and has called for peace talks to end the war in Ukraine. His stance has caused outrage in the Western liberal world and the corridors of Brussels, and has led to strong criticism of Slovakia. EU institutions did not take long to follow up on their threats to punish Slovakia with action: the European Parliament adopted a resolution in January, and the European Commission has threatened to withhold EU funds from Slovakia.

Katarina Roth Nevedalova talked to The European Conservative about these issues.

Israeli Air Strike Kills Three in West Bank: Palestinian Ministry

JENIN, Palestinian Territories: An Israeli strike on Wednesday killed three Palestinians in a car in the occupied West Bank, including a senior Islamic Jihad militant, the Palestinian health ministry said.

AFP journalists saw a crowd gathered around the charred remains of a vehicle and blood on the pavement in the northern West Bank city of Jenin after the army said “an aircraft struck two senior Islamic Jihad operatives.”

The military said it had “eliminated” Ahmed Barakat, whom it accused of a May 2023 attack that killed an Israeli settler.

Three other militants were also “struck” in the attack, according to a military statement.

According to the Palestinian ministry, the strike killed three people including Barakat and wounded one.

Islamic Jihad’s armed wing confirmed in a statement that Barakat, whom it said headed its military operations in Jenin, had been killed.

Turin Uni Wrong to Pull Out of Israel Tender Says Bernini

Exclusion is alien to tradition of our universities says min

Schumer Warns Israel to Spare Hamas or Face Sanctions

The political hack who calls himself “the highest-ranking Jewish elected official in our government” took half a year after Oct 7 to begin denouncing Israel’s war on Hamas.

Senator Chuck Schumer stood at the Senate podium and laid out his vision of the “four obstacles to peace”. These, according to the Senate Majority Leader were, Hamas, “right wing Israelis”, PLO terrorist leader Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Having equated Israeli conservatives to Hamas, Schumer demanded that Israel call a new election and remove its current government from power. And if Israelis did not choose to obey, he warned that the “United States will have no choice but to play a more active role in shaping Israeli policy by using our leverage to change the present course.”

That is an obvious euphemism for anything from the withdrawal of aid to economic sanctions.

If the Israelis vote wrongly again, the Biden administration “should use the tools at its disposal to make sure our support for Israel is aligned with our broader goal of achieving long-term peace and stability.” Peace and stability paradoxically means a ‘Palestinian’ terrorist state.

What did Netanyahu do wrong? According to Schumer, he won’t commit to a terrorist state and insists on finishing off Hamas in Rafah. Or as Schumer put it in his Orwellian tortured diction, he “won’t commit to a military operation in Rafah that prioritizes protecting civilian life.” The kind of operation the Biden administration has in mind is a few targeted strikes on Hamas leaders when no civilians are around. That’s the way we fought and lost in Afghanistan. Biden would like to turn Israel into another Afghanistan with Hamas as the Taliban.

In plain language, Schumer is warning Israel to stop its war on Hamas or face sanctions.

The subtext is that Schumer and the Jewish Democratic leadership have come around to giving Hamas a pass in order to appease the Hamas supporters of Dearborn, Michigan.

India: Two Muslim Barbers Slit the Throats of Hindu Kids and Drink Their Blood During Ramadan

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Budaun | March 20, 2024:: A Muslim barber in Uttar Pradesh’s Budaun allegedly hacked two Hindu children to death living in the neighbourhood and critically injured another, the police said on Tuesday.

Two children were killed brutally by their neighbour, a barber, in Uttar Pradesh’s Budaun in a gory scene. The accused was later killed in a police encounter. Though, Muslims say, the month of Ramadan is a prohibited month for violence, the Muslim culprit allegedly drunk the blood of tow children after slitting their throats.

The incident took place in the Baba Colony under the Mandi Samiti police station. The accused barged into his neighbour’s house and slit the throats of the two brothers, aged 11 and 6, while injuring the third boy.

The accused, identified as Sajid, 22, fled the scene after killing the two children. A manhunt was initiated by the UP Police and Sajid was killed in an encounter. Sajid’s brother Javed was also named an accused in the case, and a search for him is underway.

Budaun SSP Alok Priyadarshi said, “The accused Sajid…entered the house yesterday at around 7:30 pm and went to the terrace where the children were playing. He attacked the two children and murdered them. He then came down where the crowd tried to hold him back but he escaped. According to the family, the accused had demanded Rs 5,000 from the father of the deceased children.”

The children’s father Vinod Kumar denied any personal enmity with the accused. “Sajid had asked for a loan of Rs 5,000 for his wife’s delivery, and we agreed. He came to our home for the money, and while my younger son was fetching him a glass of water, he took aside my eldest son and killed him. After that, he attacked the younger one.”

According to the police, the accused has been identified as Sajid, who had a barber shop opposite the house of the victim in Baba Colony and was an acquaintance of the children’s father, Vinod.

The man on Tuesday evening (Mar 19), entered their house and asked for tea from the family members, said the police.

Once the elders left the room, the man climbed to the terrace where three children of Vinod — Aayush (13), Ahaan (7) and Piyush (6) — were present.

While Aayush and Ahaan lost their lives in the incident, Piyush suffered minor injuries.

The man slit the throats of the two elder children and also attacked Piyush before running away from the crime scene, said the police.

Family Members of Vinod Kumar saw that the culprit Sajid was looking insane with a huge amount of blood in his face and that was dripping out from his mouth.

Vinod Kumar’s wife, who runs a salon, was alone at home with her three children when Sajid entered the house with his another friend Javed. But Police did not say anything about the whereabouts of Javed so far.

According to their neighbours, the accused came to Vinod’s house and started attacking his sons Ayush, Piyush, and Honey.

The children’s mother was downstairs in the salon. Upon hearing screams, people rushed upstairs, but the accused had fled.

The police rushed to the scene, but the agitated locals did not allow them to take the bodies. Relatives sent back the ambulance that came to take the bodies.

Later, heavy police security was deployed in the area and the bodies of the children were sent for post-mortem.

Meanwhile, Bareilly Inspector General Rakesh Kumar said the accused tried to escape and fired at the police, but was killed in retaliatory fire.

“Today evening an unfortunate incident took place. The police reached the spot and the accused tried to escape. The accused fired at the police and was killed in retaliatory fire. The accused died on the spot. The accused is aged between 25-30,” Rakesh Kumar said.

The reason for the murder is not known yet. Further investigation is underway from different angles.

The police deployed heavy police security at the Baba Colony which is located near the Mandi Samiti outpost as angry people took to the streets and protested against the ghastly murders.

The agitators also set a shop on fire after the incident in Baba Colony. The police said that the situation had been brought under control.

Budaun District Magistrate Manoj Kumar said that they were informed about the murder and the protest by the locals.

The police have detained the father and uncle of accused Sajid for questioning.

Police have appealed to the locals to maintain peace.

Haitian Vigilantes Battle Barbecue’s Gangs in Port-Au-Prince as Country’s Elites Vie for Power — With Island Left in Darkness After Power Stations Are Ambushed and Dead Bodies Litter the Streets

Haiti’s civil war has exploded as masked vigilantes fight back against Barbecue’s bloodthirsty gangs — leaving the island nation teetering on the edge.

Chaos escalated since Prime Minister Ariel Henry was forced from office last week amid attempts by armed gang leader Jimmy ‘Barbecue’ Cherizier to seize power.

Appeals Court Reinstates Hold on Texas Immigration Law

Authored by Caden Pearsen via The Epoch Times

A federal appeals court issued an order late on Tuesday that reinstates a hold blocking Texas from enforcing a law that enables local law enforcement to arrest suspected illegal immigrants.

This decision came from a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, voting 2-1 to overturn a previous ruling made by another panel of the same court that granted an administrative stay of the law’s implementation.

The prior 5th Circuit ruling had temporarily halted an injunction from a federal district court judge in Austin, who had blocked Texas from implementing the law.

The Austin judge’s rationale was that such a law might pave the way for other states to enact their own immigration legislation.

Following the Tuesday night order, the 5th Circuit will now hear arguments on whether to stay the preliminary injunction pending appeal on Wednesday, according to the order.

EU Centrists Look to Fend Off the Right With Egyptian Migration Deal?

As the pivotal European elections draw near, and with anti-mass migration parties projected to secure as many as a quarter of parliament’s seats, Eurocrats, after years of encouraging and facilitating the ongoing migration crisis, are hastily trying to project the image that they, too, care about halting the civilization-altering influx of migrants.

To convey this impression to the European public, who increasingly appear to view the national Right as the only political camp with the will to address the issue, six EU leaders traveled to Cairo on Sunday, March 17th, to ink a €7.4 billion agreement with Egypt’s government aimed, nominally, at stemming migration flows.

Germany: 5 Pakistani Family Members Arrested After Setting Fire to Their Own House and Then Blaming ‘Nazis’

In December of last year, the story broke in Germany of a Pakistani family targeted in an arson attack by right-wing extremists on Christmas Day. It had the makings of a perfect story for use by the left, including “Nazis” targeting an innocent foreign family on Christmas day.

Police now say it was all a lie and that the arson attack was carried out by the foreign family against their own house for insurance money. Five family members have now been arrested, including the house owner and his brother-in-law. They are also accused of spraying racist graffiti in the house, including “foreigners out” twice.

Germany: Anti-Immigration AfD Party is Unstoppable in Eastern States Despite Government and Media Attacks

The Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has been under sustained pressure from the media and government in recent months, but it appears to have hardly dented its polling numbers. In fact, its position in Saxony appears to be as strong as ever, with the prominent Insa polling firm reporting the party is in first place with 34 percent of the vote.

Perhaps even more consequential for the party is that the traffic-light government, which consists of the Greens, the Social Democrats (SPD), and the Free Democrats (FDP), would be nearly entirely removed from power if the vote in Saxony were held today. The Greens are scoring just at 5 percent, SPD has 6, and the FDP would be completely removed with just 2 percent.

Germany: Foreigners to Blame for Sky-Rocketing Crime Stats, Says Bavarian Interior Minister

An increasing migrant population has contributed significantly to a spike in crime across the German state of Bavaria, the state’s Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann claimed on Monday.

Speaking after his ministry’s publication of the state police’s crime stats for last year, the CSU politician assured the public that Bavaria remains a particularly safe area of the country, but bemoaned the fact that crime had increased across the state and attributed much of this increase to foreign nationals.

“We will not accept the increase in crime, even if it is a nationwide trend for which foreigners and immigrants are particularly responsible,” Herrmann said in a press release on Monday.

The migrant said he has African friends who have taken over seven homes thanks to squatting laws.

A Baby in a Mother’s Womb ‘Is a Parasite,’ Claims Polish Gynecologist

During a debate on abortion organized by web channel Zero, Dr. Anna Orawiec, a gynecologist, likened pregnancy to a form of parasitism that women consciously decide to engage in.

“From the point of view of biology, parasitism is a situation in which one organism takes from another and gives nothing in return. Pregnancy is such a situation in a way because the fetus does not nourish the woman in any way, so it is a parasite. But most women, however, decide to engage in this parasitism and are happy with the parasite that is inside,” said Orawiec.

Orawiec also explained that she advocates for the legalization of abortion up to the 12th week of pregnancy.

Spain: Legal Sex Changes Increase by 400%

A year after Spain passed a law that allows for changing legal gender through a simple administrative process at the request of the citizen, the number of Spaniards requesting the change has increased by almost 400%.

The law is the most extreme legislation in Europe regarding legal sex changes. In some, but not all cases, minors require the consent of their parents, while, for adults, a simple request is enough. Spain had previously allowed for changing legal gender only in cases where a person had received a medical diagnosis of gender dysphoria and undergone cross-sex hormone treatments or surgical interventions.

Spain’s Government Blocks Attempt to Protect Minors From Hormone Therapy

Spain’s central government, led by socialist Pedro Sanchez, is pressuring the regional government of Madrid to back down on its reform of the law regulating legal sex changes.

El Debate reports that Sanchez’ government wants regional president Isabel Diaz Ayuso to give up her attempt to ameliorate the national “trans law” that passed a year ago, allowing the most radical form of self-identification regarding sex. Sanchez has opened a procedure that forces the regional government to come to the negotiating table with the central government over the law before it challenges the regional revisions to the law in constitutional court.

The government claims the “concrete aspects” of the regional reform “mainly violate the rights of LGTBI people and especially of trans people.”

Welsh Labour “Facilitating” Children Changing Gender Without Telling Parents

Just days after Britain’s National Health Service banned puberty blocker prescriptions for under-18s, a report has revealed that schools in Wales are allowing children to change gender without telling their parents—the very definition of one step forward, two steps back.

The Family Education Trust research institute told The European Conservative it is “horrifying that so many schools in Wales have become completely ideologically captured and are ignoring parent’s wishes.” Others described the actions of these schools, which operate under the watch of the ruling Welsh Labour Party, as “a glimpse of the nightmare awaiting Britain under a national Labour government.”

“Our politicians are like children” – living in a bubble disconnected from reality

    March 20, 2024 – SvebbTV News

The Western elite’s mass psychosis over Ukraine continues. Instead of seeking peace, they continue to incite war. Politicians can no longer distinguish between fantasy and reality. They are “like children, fools or simply liars”, says Professor Karl-Olov Arnstberg.

What are the Western world’s “power elite” really up to? Now a number of Swedish ambassadors, senior military officers and a “Russia expert” are writing on SvD Debatt that Sweden’s government must greatly increase military aid to Ukraine. Russia must not win the war in Ukraine, because then a bigger conflict awaits. The desperation is clear. The article authors bring up Adolf Hitler and claim, among other things, that the war will not end as long as Russian President Vladimir Putin remains in power and that “the only way to end the war is for Putin to lose power”.

Karl-Olov Arnstberg, professor emeritus in ethnology, has published a video response to the SvD article.

    – Increasingly, our politicians appear as children, fools or simply liars, says Arnstberg in Swebbtv. They don’t know why Russia invaded Ukraine. They do not see the risks of joining NATO and they make crucial decisions regarding Sweden’s future as if they are sitting in a bubble completely separated from reality. They appear like political children’s butts compared to Russia’s Vladimir Putin and (Foreign Minister) Sergei Lavrov. This criticism can also be directed at our media elite. When this, without reflecting on the consequences, rambles on with his mantra that Ukraine must win the war, I wonder how it is up there in the brain office.

    – Even if Sweden sent all its weapons including my old air pistol and diluted the entire Swedish defense budget, Ukraine would still not win the war. Apparently they can’t tell the difference between what sounds good and what relates to reality.

Sweden’s military capacity in this context “is not even a shrimp, rather a mite”, continues Karl-Olov Arnstberg.

According to the authors of the article in SvD, “fascism” prevails in Russia. But this is just a misleading designation, Arnstberg points out. Russia is rather an authoritarian democracy.

    – To compare with the USA which is no longer the liberal democracy it pretends to be, but a liberal oligarchy. It is the billionaires and the super-rich who control foreign policy in the United States.

    – An elite that does not dig into history to find explanations for what is happening today and also does not think long-term ahead is incompetent, says Karl-Olov Arnstberg.

  2. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two colonies are being closed due to the sending of convicts to the Special Military Operation (this is the name of this war)
    https://www.gazeta.ru/social/news/2024/03/21/22601593.shtml

The Krasnoyarsk Ombudsman spoke about the closure of two correctional colonies in the region due to the sending of convicts to the SVO. The Commissioner for Human Rights in the region, Mark Denisov, announced this at a session of the regional legislative assembly, the Kommersant newspaper reports.

According to the Ombudsman, several penitentiary institutions in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be liquidated this year. The reason for the upcoming closure of correctional colonies was the decrease in the number of people in prison.

    • In retrospect it can be added that

Colonel Larry Wilkerson’s resume is atrocious:
Col. Lawrence Wilkerson’s final government positions were as Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell (2002-05), Deputy Director of the State Department’s Policy Planning Staff under Ambassador Richard N. Haass, and member of that staff responsible for East Asia and the Pacific, Politico-Military and Legislative Affairs (2001-02).

Prior to serving at the State Department, Wilkerson served 31 years in the U.S. Army. During that time he was a member of the faculty at the U.S. Naval War College (1987 to 1989), Special Assistant to General Powell when he was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (1989-93) and Director and Deputy Director of the U.S. Marine Corps War College in Quantico, Virginia (1993-97). Wilkerson retired in 1997 and began working as an advisor to General Powell. He has also taught national security issues at George Washington University.

  3. “Our politicians are like children”

No, they’re NOT children; to be precise, they’re two year-olds with plump Pampers pushing Bolshevism (aka commie-toddlers….or just ‘toddlers, if, to paraphrase, The Dude (Jeffrey Lebowski), you’re into that whole brevity thing). Admittedly, a small detail to be sure, but an important distinction when diagnosing (and attempting to eradicate) the problem.

“Q: Whaddya get when you eliminate all the smart, effective people in favour of more politically fashionable people?
A: More Bolshevik two year-olds.” —posted to fb (Nov 2018)

“Regrettably, we must conclude that our culture is being dictated by two-year-olds. I do not literally mean children of two years of age, some of whom are among my favourite conversationalists. I mean people with the mental age of a two-year-old. That is, people who have never been told ‘no’ and have gone through their adult lives behaving as such.”
    https://www.spectator.co.uk/article/who-put-the-toddlers-in-charge/

    • “It’s like a Kafka novel where you wake up and the two year-olds’ve become the mommies…and they’re all authoritarian commies. But it’s not a novel, it’s not a mistake…it’s real, it’s the plan…it’s PAA’s “remaking America”…it’s Obamerica.” —posted to fb (June 2020)

  4. Just figured that out, huh?

“It’s an attack on America. And I don’t know how you can look at it, as any other way. And as an investor…no one is going to put any money to work in New York…The whole world is watching, and everybody is waiting for the one thing they haven’t got yet. ADULT SUPERVISION. Where is it?” —Kevin O’Leary, “Shark Tank” (21 Mar 2024)
