Florida Man Friday: Coronavirus is a Real Beach

I don’t know what to say about spring break in Florida, where college kids are maintaining the social distance by putting on bathing suits and crowding the beaches.

Just because young people are extremely unlikely to die of COVID-19, which is caused by the Chinese coronavirus from Wuhan, a city in China ruled by Chinese Communists where the Chinese-sourced Sino-virus came from, doesn’t mean they can’t catch it, then bring it home to their parents and grandparents.

I don’t know which is worse: Closing the beaches or hoping half-naked college kids will do the right thing.

With that out of the way, let’s get to the good stuff on another exciting episode of…

Florida Man Friday!

Idiots React to the Coronavirus

Multiple Senators Unloaded Stocks Before Coronavirus Market Drop

Multiple senators are being accused of selling stock after being briefed on the coronavirus, before the public knew the seriousness of the coming pandemic.

Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) and his wife sold between around $600,000 and $1.7 million in more than 30 separate transactions in late January and mid-February, according to Senate records. Some of the stocks were in companies that own hotels.

The stock sales, which were first reported by ProPublica and The Center for Responsive Politics, mostly came on February 13, shortly before Burr made a speech in Washington, D.C., about the dangers of the virus.

New York Times Deletes Word ‘Wuhan’ From Its Coronavirus Tracking Map

Following a media narrative that President Trump is “racist” for calling COVID-19 the ‘Chinese virus’, the New York Times has now deleted the word ‘Wuhan’ from its coronavirus tracking map.

Trump has repeatedly referred to the outbreak as the ‘Chinese virus’ in an effort to have Beijing take responsibility given that their cover-up of the outbreak in its early months is what rapidly accelerated the current global pandemic.

The media responded, in some instances by directly amplifying Chinese state propaganda, by accusing Trump of “racism” for using the geographically accurate term.

OANN Reporter Owns Journos Who Wrote Pathetic Note About ‘Chinese Virus’ Question

A reporter with OANN fired back at leftist journalists in the White House press corps who wrote a passive aggressive note after she asked the President whether ‘Chinese food’ is racist.

Chanel Rion of the One America News Network asked the question to make the point that the leftist media is parroting communist Chinese narratives about the spread of the coronavirus, and obsessing about Trump calling it ‘the Chinese virus’.

Professors across the country are taking to social media to express their concern over being forced to deliver their course lectures online amid the coronavirus outbreak, sharing with each other tips on how to limit the number of people who are able to see what they’re teaching students, and criticizing “right wing sites” and even Campus Reform, specifically.

Texas Christian University Associate Professor of Political Science Emily Farris tweeted Thursday, “if you are recording a lecture on anything controversial, be prepared for right wing sites to ask students to share it.” Campus Reform reached out to Farris via Twitter Direct Messaging to allow her the opportunity to further explain her comments or to clarify. With the threat of COVID-19, the novel Coronavirus, intensifying by the hour, President Donald Trump and his Coronavirus task force are mobilized to halt the ongoing threat, but some professors have decided to focus on Trump’s allegedly “racist” name for the virus.

‘We Should Blow Up the Bridges’ — Coronavirus Leads to Class Warfare in Hamptons

It’s all-out class warfare in the Hamptons.

The year-round residents, the locals who serve and clean and landscape for the super-rich in the summertime — and put up with all manner of entitlement and terrible behavior in exchange for good money — are silent no more.

“There’s not a vegetable to be found in this town right now,” says one resident of Springs, a working-class pocket of East Hampton. “It’s these elitist people who think they don’t have to follow the rules.”

It’s not just the drastic food shortage out here. Every aspect of life, most crucially medical care, is under strain by the sudden influx of rich Manhattanites panic-fleeing, bringing along their disdain and disregard for the little people — and in some cases, knowingly bringing coronavirus.

The Visegrad Group, or V4, countries — Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia — took coronavirus (COVID-19) countermeasures much earlier in the cycle than did the countries of Western Europe, which explains why the outbreaks there have been less severe.

The coronavirus did not appear in any of the V4 countries until March, but when it did, they took immediate steps to counteract its spread. By contrast, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom delayed taking any drastic measures, such as closing schools, businesses, and borders, until the epidemic had already reached an advanced stage, as reported by The Visegrad Post.

  1. Why does Italy have a cremation problem anyways? Doesn’t their country have all those pizza ovens?

    • The Muslims are fast taking ownership of the pizza that so many would die for.

  2. “Just because young people are extremely unlikely to die of COVID-19…”
This is a lie, a big lie. Children die too. Specially the mutated variant of the virus kills children in less than 3 hours. I do have access to internal info, sources in hospitals, and I know what I’m saying. They want your kids off-guard. Please do not spread this rubbish and put children’s lives at risk.

Original virus is mild. It didn’t manage to kill my uncle’s spouse in her 71. She recovered in 5 days without any medication. But the mutated virus is a real killer. Don’t believe WHO lies. You won’t hear anything about the killer variant of the virus from media or WHO. They act as if it does not exist. The mutated variant does not trigger test kits, so people die with a negative result, and the kill does not show in statistics. WHO is a bloody criminal organisation. They should be hanged to the last one, cheating lying bastards of the world.

    • Gee Gee. Ride ‘em plough boy. Convert or die. I’ll take Churchill’s word for outcomes to believe.

    • Both Islam and the Left consider each other useful idiots for their respective own advance. The Left wants to skew democracy by importing voters for its side. They always only ever can think fo the short term, while Islam thinks very long-term.
