5 More Signs That the Global Economy is Careening Toward a Recession

The global economy is already in the worst distress that we have seen since 2008, and it appears that the global slowdown is actually picking up pace as we head into 2020. And this is happening even though central banks around the world have been cutting interest rates and pumping massive amounts of money into their respective financial systems. The central bankers appear to be losing control, and it certainly wouldn’t take much of a push for this new crisis to evolve into a complete and utter nightmare. The U.S. economy hasn’t been hit quite as hard as economies in Asia and Europe have been, but without a doubt things are slowing down here too. Corporate earnings have been falling quarter after quarter, auto loan delinquencies just hit a record high, the Cass Freight Index has declined for 11 consecutive months, and we just witnessed the largest drop for U.S. industrial production since 2009. Everywhere around us there is bad economic news, but most Americans are still completely oblivious to what is happening.

In this article, I am going to share even more evidence that a global economic slowdown has already begun. When you add these numbers to all of the other numbers that I have been sharing in recent weeks, it becomes impossible to deny that something major is taking place.

The following are 5 more signs that the global economy is careening toward a recession…

#1 It is being projected that global auto sales will be down approximately 4 percent this year. According to CNN, this will be the second consecutive year that global auto sales have fallen…

2018 NYT Interview: Epstein Thought People Would Get Over Pedophilia Like They Got Over Homosexuality

Accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein reportedly told a New York Times columnist in 2018 that criminalizing sex with underage girls was a cultural aberration and compared it to laws banning homosexuality.

Epstein allegedly described on background his views on criminalizing sex with teenage girls in an interview with NYT columnist James B. Stewart.

2020 Dem Candidate and Media Mogul Michael Bloomberg Won’t be Investigated by His Own News Organization But They Will Dig Deep for Dirt on Trump, Of Course

Most Americans are aware that the so-called “mainstream media” is fraudulent, dishonest, and a vehicle for Left-wing propaganda, but former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who announced this week he’s seeking the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, just took journalistic malpractice to a whole new level.

In a tweet on Sunday, the editor-in-chief of Bloomberg’s namesake news organization, John Micklethwait, said the editorial board would be suspending any coverage of the billionaire former mayor and there would be no “investigation” of him, his family, or his anti-gun foundation.

In short, because Bloomberg owns the news organization, it will not scrutinize him or his campaign, even though they have been scrutinizing President Donald Trump since before he took office.

Oh, and the Bloomberg News organization will continue to cover Trump right up to the election.

Just not Michael Bloomberg. Or other Democrats.

After the London Bridge Terror Attack, People Are Considering Narwhal Tusk Attachments for Their AR-15s

You probably remember after the deadly church shooting in Sutherland Springs, Texas, when USA Today put together a slide show demonstrating some of the ways an AR-15 could be customized, with the most popular by far being the chainsaw bayonet attachment.

That actually led to some people building real-life chainsaw bayonet attachments just to show it could be done.

Now that we’ve learned that a Polish man grabbed a 5-foot long narwhal tusk off the wall and ran out to confront the London Bridge terrorist this week, Townhall columnist Kurt Schlichter has demanded memes.

Democrats Ponder Impeachment Pivot

By Fletch Daniels

The Democrats have twisted themselves into a Schiffian Knot, a modern-day unsolvable puzzle.

When they plunged forward on their ill-fated impeachment voyage, they were destined to land on this surreal shore, even if their parade of bureaucratic interagency cheerleaders was even weaker than presumed.

So they are in the bad place that can’t be washed away with a few margaritas. They desperately want to impeach President Donald Trump, but they don’t want to send this partisan presumption pile over to the Senate, where they can no longer control the list of witnesses, where hearsay will be inadmissible, and where narrative control swings to the Republicans.

But if they don’t impeach, their pitchfork-wielding base’s fury will reach apocalyptic levels. Nancy Pelosi, like the apostle Peter near the end of his life, was led by others to where she did not want to go. She must be furious with her caustic clown caucus that maneuvered her into such an untenable position.

Epstein Tapes? Sordid Case Takes a Bizarre Turn After Mystery ‘Hacker’ Emerges

Shortly after Jeffrey Epstein’s August death in a Manhattan detention facility, a shadowy figure claiming to have set up encrypted servers for the convicted sex offender told several attorneys and the New York Times he had a vast archive of incriminating evidence against powerful men stored on overseas servers, including several years worth of the financier’s communications and financial records which allegedly showed he had vast amounts of Bitcoin and cash in the Middle East and Bangkok, and hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of gold, silver and diamonds.

Going by the pseudonym Patrick Kessler, self-described ‘hacker’ said he had “thousands of hours of footage from hidden cameras” from Epstein’s multiple properties, which included former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and Prince Andrew, along with three billionaires and a prominent CEO, according to the Times.

It has been long speculated that Epstein recorded his high-profile guests as part of an international blackmail operation.

Facebook Ramps Up Attacks on Conservative Content — Is Now Deleting First Lady Melania Trump Photos, Calls it “Hate Speech”

Since President Trump “unexpectedly” won the 2016 presidential election Facebook, Google, Twitter have worked vigorously to eliminate conservative voices and conservative content on their platforms.

So far the Republican Party and the Trump administration have sat back and watched the left erase Freedom of Speech without any repercussions. And the left continues to ramp up their attacks on conservatives.

On Black Friday Facebook upped their attacks on conservatives and blocked photos of First Lady Melania Trump.

She is too beautiful for their platform.

LA County Intoduces e-Voting System: Not Hand-Marked, Not Paper, Not Hand-Counted in Public

Authored by Lambert Strether of Corrente, via NakedCapitalism.com

No doubt Los Angeles County’s VSAP (“Voting Solutions for All People”) rollout will not be covered as a debacle. The real question is: If there were a debacle — like, say, a case of election fraud — would we even know? Doubtful.

Just what we want in a voting system! In this post, I’ll give a brief overview of issues with electronic voting. Then I’ll look at VSAP as an institution. Next, I’ll show why the VSAP system is not only insecure, but likely to make money-in-politics even worse than it already is.

We’ve covered electronic voting before — see here, here, and here — and if you want to understand why hand-marked paper ballots, hand-counted in public (HMPBCP) is the world standard, you can read them, especially the first. In this overview, I’ll make a few high-level observations about electronic voting in general.

More Suspicious Events in Obama’s White House Connects Schiff’s Suspected Whistleblower Eric Ciaramella to Soros Operatives

What was going on in Obama’s White House? Eric Ciaramella was close to Barack Obama and many other individuals connected to George Soros. Suspected whistleblower Eric Ciaramella worked in Obama’s White House.

We reported a couple days ago that on September 7, 2016, Eric Ciaramella from the Obama Administration met with a group of individuals that included an Executive from a George Soros connected group. What did they discuss? The meeting included Donald M. Camp, Jessica M. Gray, Baily S. Holladay (Russian Linguist/Analyst, NSA), Michael D. Jarvis, Natalia O. Lassowsky (Ukrainian Linguist/Analyst, NSA), Thomas W. Pucci, Stefanie L. Stagg and Ciaramella.

It appears that the “Michael D. Jarvis” who attended the Eric Ciaramella meeting on September 7, 2016 was and still is the Executive Director of the Transparency and Accountability Initiative (TAI) which is funded by George Soros’ Open Society Foundation.

“What irks me is the absolute and total disrespect for a police officer who, instead of being home with family and enjoying a meal and a football game, is patrolling his little town,” he added.

The Newsweek reporter who wrote an inaccurate story about President Trump’s Thanksgiving Day plans has been fired. The outlet’s original story claimed the president only planned on tweeting and golfing during his holiday break, neglecting to mention his trip to Afghanistan.

The story’s initial headline was, “How is Trump spending Thanksgiving? Tweeting, golfing and more.”

How Universities Enable the Hijacking of Campus Free Speech When Jews Are Involved

In a country where multiculturalism has a reverent following and criticism of protected minorities has essentially been criminalized as “hate speech,” it is more than ironic that on some Canadian campuses radical students have taken it upon themselves to target one group, Jewish students, with a hatred that is nominally forbidden for any others. And with a recent incident that took place on November 20th, York University, in particular, has now revealed a troubling pattern of tolerating physical and emotional assaults by pro-Palestinian radicals against Jewish students and others who dare to demonstrate any support for Israel or question the tactics of Islamists in their efforts to destroy the Jewish state.

French Prosecutors Drop Charges Against Muslim Screaming “Allahu Akbar” Who Beat Elderly Jewish Woman and Tossed Her From 3rd Floor Balcony — Cuz He Was High on Pot

Sarah Halimi, well known Jewish woman in the Paris Orthodox community, was brutally beaten and thrown to her death from her third-floor apartment by a ‘‘radicalized’’muslim neighbor in April 2017.

It was the crime that should have shocked France — a quiet Jewish woman mercilessly beaten by young Muslim neighbor, Kobili Traoré, in the middle of the night before being thrown to her death from her Paris apartment. All this to recitations of the Koran and cries of ‘‘Allahu Akbar’’ while police waited outside for the arrival of an anti-terrorist unit.

Yet few outside of the Jewish community heard of the crime last year, with essential elements being omitted from mainstream press reports of the horrific attack. Six weeks after the violent death of 66-year-old Sarah Halimi, her family spoke out.

Holding a press conference in May 2017, lawyers speaking on their behalf stated their belief that the crime was anti-Semitic in nature and condemned the ‘‘silence of the media’’ in the aftermath of the crime.

Nearly a year later French authorities finally admitted the brutal death of Sarah Halimi was an anti-Semitic murder.

In July a French judge ruled the Muslim killer Kobili Traoré was not responsible for his crime because he was high on pot at the time.

And now this…

French prosecutors this week dropped charges against the killer Kobili Traoré because he was high on pot.

George Soros: The Mug Behind the Globalists (And Anti-Trumpism)

Guest post by Ted Malloch at American Greatness

George Soros has financed abortion on demand, legalization of drugs, and more recently, district attorney races in many American cities with radical candidates. But most of all, he is 100 percent into ending Trump.

A “dark money” group that received millions from George Soros’s advocacy network is the source of a seven-figure ad blitz urging vulnerable Republicans in swing districts to support the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

In the battle royale between patriots and globalists, between Trump and his myriad of adversaries that my co-author Felipe Cuello and I outlined in our new book, Trump’s World, one person stands out as the dominant player—against Trump and patriots, everywhere, anywhere, and always.

Soros has a net worth of $8 billion, having donated more than $32 billion to his various radical and leftist political causes.

The 89-year-old Eastern European oligarch, born as György Schwartz, is an immigrant to America and a left-wing billionaire who made his fortune blackmailing countries and orchestrating currency panics as a force to contend with. He also settled a notorious case in France on insider stock trading, a crime.

Watch him brag that the “Trump phenomenon will disappear in 2020”; thanks in no small part to his activism and extensive funding. “Clearly,” Soros says, “I consider the Trump Administration a danger to the world.”

Soros made his gigantic fortune as a global-macro hedge fund operator.

In Shocking Blow to Merkel, Germany’s SPD Elects Leftist Leaders, Risking Coalition Government Collapse

Merkel’s last term as German chancellor has been a series of relentless blows to her reputation and legacy, as the former leader of Europe finds herself trapped and increasingly powerless in a world that has grown hostile to her style of governing.

The latest shock came on Saturday, when the German Social Democratic Party (SPD) announced the winner of its leadership contest as both coalition partners of Germany’s Grand Coalition were transitioning their party leaderships after disappointing results in opinion polls and at regional elections.

Whereas consensus had widely expected finance minister Olaf Scholz and regional politician Klara Geywitz to preserve their control over the SPD after topping the first round of voting, the result announced just after 6pm CET showed that with a vote of 53% to 45%, SPD members elected Norbert Walter-Borjans, a former minister in the regional state of North Rhine-Westphalia, and Saskia Esken, an MP from Baden-Württemberg, as their new leaders.

The outcome was a blow to Merkel and her coalition government, as the duo of Walter-Borjans and Esken represent the left-leaning segment of the SPD and have been highly skeptical of the SPD’s role in the Grand Coalition government.

Italy Doubles Funding for European Space Agency

‘Stronger in agency’ after highest-ever donation says Fraccaro

(ANSA) — Rome, November 28 — Italy has doubled its funding for the European Space Agency (ESA), cabinet secretary with the space brief Riccardo Fraccaro said Thursday.

“The space sector is the engine for development, innovation and competitiveness of the country-system,” he said.

“Buoyed by the results achieved in terms of economic return on investments and greater efficiency of the institutions, Italy is doubling the funds earmarked for ESA’s programmes.

“With a total subscription of 2.288 billion euros, the highest ever, our Country affirms itself as a global space power.” Fraccaro added that Italy was stronger within ESA having reached 16% of the total budget.

“ESA’s ministerial council meeting (in Seville) has been a success for Italy,” he said.

“Our role within the ambit of European space (programmes), with a subscription of the total budget that has risen to 16%, takes on an unprecedented significance.

“Italy has become stronger in ESA and the programmes of the Agency are focusing on our areas of excellence”.

Italy’s Luca Parmitano this year became the first European astronaut to lead the International Space Station (ISS).

He recently carried out the first European space walk, considered the most difficult one since the repair of the Hubble telescope.

The spacewalk, carried out with NASA colleague, was carried out to repair the service the cosmic-particle-hunting Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS-02).

Italy emerges from the biggest meeting on European space programmes with its role as leader in space transport confirmed, with future projects including the Vega launcher and the Spacerider shuttle, Italian Space Agency (ASI) President Giorgio Saccoccia told ANSA.

“It’s an exceptional result, I’m very satisfied,” he said.

UK: Some Upset That London Bridge Terrorist Who Had Just Stabbed Numerous People Was Killed by Police

Complain he should have been arrested.

Some people are upset that the London Bridge terrorist who was wearing fake explosives and had stabbed multiple victims was shot dead by police, arguing that he should have been arrested.

The attacker was apprehended by brave citizens who disarmed him of his weapon before police moved in to gun down the assailant.

This disturbed numerous leftists on Twitter who were upset that the terrorist was killed.

“How can they shoot one man publicly. They could have arrested or use rubber bullets,” said Hassan Nawaz, labeling the shooting “madness.”

It’s unsurprising that some reacted this way given that they all appeared to be supporters of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.

Top Historians Slam NYT ‘1619 Project’ As it Infiltrates Public School Curriculum

Multiple historians slammed The New York Times Magazine’s “1619 Project,” calling the reframing of history false and disturbing, as others are pushing for it to continue being added into public school curriculum.

The “1619 Project” is made up of multiple stories and poems about racismand slavery. It suggests America’s “true founding” was when the first slaves arrived in 1619 and “aims to reframe the country’s history.” Written by journalists and opinion writers, the project has already received criticismfrom many conservatives.

Historian and Brown University professor Gordon Wood called the project “wrong in so many ways” in an interview with World Socialist Web Site (WSWS) published Thursday.

Transgenderism and the Olympics

Next year’s Tokyo Summer Olympics may spell the swift death of the transgender movement as a dominant politically-correct touchstone. Biological men, self-identifying as women, are poised to make a clean sweep of the Women’s Olympics, triggering a very public debate on this third-rail subject. That firestorm, pitting pro-women feminists against extreme pro-transgender progressives, will begin July 24th, just as the Presidential sweepstakes moves into its sprint to the finish line.

The International Olympic Committee — the IOC — recently admitted they couldn’t come up with fair guidelines governing how and when transgender women can compete as women, against biological women. Currently, the IOC says self-identified women can compete, so long as their testosterone level remains below 10 nanomoles per liter (nm/l) for 12 months. Typically, men have between 7.7 and 29.4 nm/l of testosterone, while women have between 0.12 and 1.77 nm/l. Under those IOC guidelines, hormonally-restricted men can still maintain nearly 500 percent testosterone advantage over women.

However, the real benefit transgender women experience, according to recent studies by Sweden’s Karolinska Institutet, a leading medical university, is found in their masculine bone structure and upper body strength. This develops throughout puberty, making current testosterone levels largely insignificant. These masculine genetic benefits are the very reason for women’s athletics.

“Not every male advantage dissipates when testosterone drops” according to Alison Heather, a physiologist at the University of Otago in New Zealand. “Some advantages, such as their bigger bone structure, greater lung capacity, and larger heart size remain. Testosterone also promotes muscle memory. Transgender women have a heightened ability to build strength even after they transition,” Heather explained.

Walmart and Amazon Selling ‘A Children’s Book of Demons’ For Kids and Families Who Want to Learn How to Summon the Devil

For parents looking to introduce their kids to devil worship, Walmart and Amazon are now selling a new children’s book entitled: ‘A Children’s Book of Demons’. In the ‘about’ section, the publishers try to turn the act of summoning demons into a kid-friendly activity saying: “summoning demons has never been so much fun”.

The site categorizes the book as a “playful guide” to conjure demons to communicate with “the spirit”. The children’s product is listed for children ages 5-10 and “inspires” kids to “create demons of their own”. The book is a sort of coloring book whereby kids can draw demons using a system of sigils.

  1. If you blame some “cultural Marxists” for the migration problems and nod to Russia as well, then in Russia it is a replacement migration   blame the London or Washington “OBKOM.”

We believe that the West has imposed migration policy on us, because Russia is a cryptocolony. Which, in principle, is true after reading such publications.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5669267/

OBKOM – this is the Regional Committee of the CPSU
Saying “London or Washington Regional Committee” means that the rulers of the Kremlin are there.
    ——-
It was built as a hybrid of two, at first glance, incompatible symbols of power – Washington (a symbol of power in the USA) and a regional committee (a symbol of Soviet party power). The regional committee of the CPSU gave party officials instructions on an ideological plan, in particular on how to speak out on various issues in accordance with the party’s line. Failure to comply with these directives threatened with sanctions.

The expression has an anti-American focus.

It is used by politicians and intellectuals who believe that Russia is not a sovereign country, but is partially or fully controlled by external forces that exercise a kind of supranational power. Moreover, it may be considered that the center of this supranational power is located in the USA (“in Washington”) and controls not only Russia, but the entire post-Soviet space.
    More details: http://cyclowiki.org/wiki/%D0%92%D0%B0%D1%88%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B3%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%BD%D1 % 81% D0% BA% D0% B8% D0% B9_% D0% BE% D0% B1% D0% BA% D0% BE% D0% BC

    • Elena, I only skimmed your first link, which is quite long (the second is in Russian), but couldn’t see any evidence of US involvement. In any event, despite Yeltsin’s helpfulness at the time of 9/11, the US, especially under Obama, has acted in what many Russians might see as a hostile manner, such as expanding NATO after undertaking not to do so.

Whatever one may think of Putin, he seems to be popular because he puts the interests of his own country first, or am I missing something?

      • But someone is doing this research. Someone makes sure that the natives do not express indignation. Someone is importing migrants and instilling Islamization.

Perhaps you `re right. Because I looked at the names of article authors at the very end. I met several of them on the net. They are somehow connected with the UN.

But all of our hate laws, etc., are tracing off your laws. And they were introduced a little later than in your countries
        ==================
I do not know what kind of country this is, whose interests Putin puts in the first place. Everything is sold here by foreign companies. People are in poverty.

    • Interestingly enough, the Allied forces that invaded south-western Germany at the end of WW2 were majority Muslim. Look up the order of battle for the French expeditionary force. It’s “Moroccan Division” this and “Algerian Divison” that etc.

When a German friend of mine from Stuttgart complained about refugees, I joked “wouldn’t be the first time Muslims have invaded Baden-Württemberg”

  2. “The Libyan navy rescued more than 200 migrants in the Mediterranean today. The rescued would-be immigrants, most of them from sub-Saharan Africa, were returned to port on the coast of Libya.” good to know at least some navys in the Mediterranean are doing their job properly.

  3. A reply written at: https://www.breakingisraelnews.com/140380/walmart-now-selling-childrens-book-demons/

“Frank Brown those opposed to this book are not religious wackados. As Christians, we know how real Satan’s evil is. ”

This means, the Bible got there first to implant this seed into this commenter’s head. Those who now say, ‘the Devil’s greatest trick is convince people he doesn’t exist.’

So, to rewind. Superstition. Forces of Good against Evil, angels and demons.

No longer the truth set you free, but the zombie-Jesus died so you won’t go straight to Hell and burrrrrrnnnn.
