Jobless Claims Fall Again; Impact on Midterms?
In covering the latest report on initial jobless claims, showing not only a decline for the week ending October 13 but the lowest four-week average in 50 years, MarketWatch’s Jeffry Bartash said, “It just can’t get a whole lot better in the U.S. job market. Openings just hit a record high, the U.S. unemployment rate has fallen to a 49-year low of 3.7 percent, and hiring remains robust. The demand for labor is so strong it’s pushing up the cost of worker compensation — wages and benefits — and giving an economic growth cycle that’s now more than nine years old the staying power to become the longest expansion ever.”
Initial unemployment claims were 210,000 for the week, down 5,000 from the previous week, meeting forecasters’ estimates.

ANTIFA’s Red Army is Orchestrating a Communist Revolution

The Antifa organization can be traced to the “united front” of the Soviet Union’s Communist International (Comintern) during the Third World Congress in Moscow in June and July 1921, according to the German booklet “80 Years of Anti-Fascist Action” by Bernd Langer, published by the Association for the Promotion of Anti-Fascist Culture.
Both the communist and fascist systems were based in collectivism and state-planned economies. Both also proposed systems wherein the individual was heavily controlled by a powerful state, and both were responsible for large-scale atrocities and genocide.
If you think it can’t happen in America, just look at who is funding these anti-American mobs bent on the destruction of America’s Constitution, her culture and way of life. She is under siege by a group of masked, black-clad protesters known for using extreme violence and intimidation to silence conservatives and they have an agenda promoted and funded from behind the scenes. The Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP) is a large central player in Antifa violence.
Rabid Rage of Leftists
Peaceable assembly is what our Constitution allows, but we’re seeing mobs of hate filled Soros paid propagandists who will attack and purposely injure both law enforcement officers and Americans who have opposing political ideologies. The Los Angeles Times editorial board called Antifa, “traitors to the thousands of peaceful demonstrators who gathered in Berkeley’s Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Park to counter a ‘No to Marxism in America’ rally” and called the group’s actions “thuggery, not activism.”
In North Dakota, for instance, Antifa tried to block the Dakota Access Pipeline by burning and bombing bridges, threatening local residents and killing cattle. One “peaceful protester” tried to shoot a deputy sheriff.
The left’s rage against conservatives is much more strident and rabid than that of the right against them. Their nihilistic narrative lends itself to distorting reality. Our social fabric is torn, and as such, many writers believe we are headed for a new civil war. But it is not a civil war we’re headed for…it’s another communist revolution, one like 1917 Russia, and this is their “dress rehearsal.” This is the new Red Army of Revolution, and they’re armed.
Donald J. Trump upset the globalist New World Order apple cart big time. Their plans of leveling America into a third world country they could easily control have been thwarted by American voters, at least for a time. All restraint has been lifted, the socialist Democrats are showing their true colors.

Bomb Found in George Soros’ Mailbox
On Monday, an explosive device was found in a mailbox at left-wing billionaire George Soros’ house in Westchester, New York, according to the New York Times.
The bomb was in a parcel and was discovered by an employee of the residence, who placed the parcel in a wooded area then called the police.
The explosive device was then “proactively detonated” under control by bomb squad technicians. A law enforcement official has confirmed the finding.

Scientists and legal scholars question the rationale for the use of insects to disperse infectious GE viruses engineered to edit the chromosomes in plants, warning that the technology could very easily be weaponized.
The opinion paper6 “Agricultural Research, or a New Bioweapon System?” published October 4, 2018, in the journal Science questions DARPA’s Insect Allies project, saying it could be perceived as a threat by the international community, and that if plant modification were really the ultimate goal, a far simpler agricultural delivery system could be used.
Jason Delborne, associate professor at North Carolina State University, has expertise in genetic engineering and its consequences. He told Gizmodo:
“The social, ethical, political and ecological implications of producing HEGAAs [horizontal environmental genetic alteration agents] are significant and worthy of the same level of attention as exploring the science underpinning the potential technology.
The authors argue persuasively that specifying insects as the preferred delivery mechanism for HEGAAs is poorly justified by visions of agricultural applications.
The infrastructure and expertise required for spraying agricultural fields — at least in the U.S. context — is well established, and this delivery mechanism would offer greater control over the potential spread of a HEGAA.”
The team has also created a website8 to accompany the paper, the stated aim of which is “to contribute toward fostering an informed and public debate about this type of technology.” On this site you can also find a link to download the 38-page DARPA work plan. DARPA, meanwhile, insists the project’s goal is strictly to protect the U.S. food supply.

EVERY MINUTE, A dumptruckful of plastic plops into the world’s oceans. That’s eight million metric tons every year. Once waterborne, whatever doesn’t wash ashore eventually breaks down into itty bits. The puniest pieces—the ones smaller than 5 millimeters wide—are called microplastics, and their fates are numerous. Some glob onto an Alaska-sized gyre of plastic debris swirling in the Pacific Ocean. Others sink to a variety of depths, according to their densities, perfusing the world’s waters. Still others get ingested by marine life, including fish and shellfish, which are in turn ingested by other animals, like birds and humans.
All of this is a mess, from an ecological perspective. But it’s that last bit—the microplasticine infiltration of food webs—that worries not just ecologists but gastroenterologists. If microplastics are invading the things we eat, it’s possible that they’re invading our stomachs and intestines, too. But while the matryoshka-nature of food chains certainly suggests that human guts harbor microplastics, nobody’s really bothered to look in a systematic way.

Eight Sentenced Over Attack by Muslims at Swiss Mosque
A Swiss court has handed eight men suspended sentences of up to 18 months for their role in a 2016 attack in which two worshippers at a controversial mosque in Winterthur were beaten, locked up and threatened with death over suspicions they had tipped off journalists about a radical sermon preached by an imam.

EU and Italy in Standoff Over Budget
The European Commission has rejected the Italian budgetary planning document and has asked for a new one within three weeks, the EC said on Tuesday. Italy has said the package would not be changed, refusing to send another to Brussels.
The Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis claims the EU executive had no choice but to reject Italy’s budget plan. He says “the Italian government is openly and consciously going against the commitments made towards itself and towards the other member States” after rejecting their 2019 budget.

Explosion in Kreuzberg Bar Amid Rising Criminal Gang Activity in Berlin
A targeted explosion which ripped through a Kreuzberg Shisha bar on Monday morning is the latest in a series of escalating gang attacks across the German capital.
At around 4:30am on Monday morning, a group of unidentified assailants smashed a hole in the wall of the bar in Oranienstraße, before placing and detonating an explosive device.
Although the bar itself was badly damaged, no-one was injured in the explosion.
The police’s Organized Crime Department has been assigned to follow up on the case. While Arabic gang activity has been on the rise across several German cities, it has been particularly prevalent in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district.

Five Terror Attacks Thwarted by France This Year
French Interior Minister Christophe Castaner has claimed that French security services have foiled at least five serious terror plots in the last year including one linked to Iran.
Mr Castaner, who was appointed Interior Minister by President Emmanuel Macron earlier this month following the resignation of former minister Gerard Collomb, said that despite foiling the attacks, the terror threat to France remains high, Le Journal du Dimanche reports.

I Overheard How Reporters Talk About Tommy Robinson

Before he walked into the Old Bailey for what was supposed to be a contempt of court hearing, Tommy Robinson said the media were the “enemy of the people.”
It was a line that got uproarious applause from the growing crowd of supporters.
I was inside at the time, with a front row seat to how some members of the press talk about Robinson when they think everyone agrees with them.
To be clear, and as I wrote Sunday, my working visit to the United Kingdom this week is out of a commitment to facts and fairness, not a support for Tommy Robinson. That open-mindedness wasn’t shared by at least two members of the media covering the case.
While I was preparing my own coverage before the judge’s arrival, two reporters were conversing behind me.
Both reporters—a man and a woman—were from the Press Association (PA), a British wire service. They aren’t columnists, but news reporters whose work fills the pages of publications across the United Kingdom.
I would normally not share details of private conservations—especially those in which I was not a part. In this case, the conversation was taking place surrounded by people, with no attempt to be discrete. The reporters just assumed everyone around them shared their worldview.
They mocked and chuckled at the “enemy of the people” comment, even asking a couple of arriving journalists from other outlets if they knew they were enemies of Britons.
Over the next few minutes, the bias became even more apparent…

Mass Infant Grave at Irish Catholic Home to be Excavated
DUBLIN (AFP) — Ireland’s government on Tuesday approved the full excavation of a mass grave of infant and children’s remains on the site of a former Catholic home for unmarried mothers.
Significant quantities of baby remains were discovered in an apparent makeshift crypt in the town of Tuam in western Ireland during test excavations between 2016 and 2017.

Once Peaceful British Town Shows Crimes Increase by Two Thirds in Just One Year
Coventry, a once peaceful, working class, English town has seen a huge two-third increasein its crime rate over the past year.

An article dating back to 1975 has surfaced detailing the account of a 15-year-old ‘English’ girl in Rotherham who was one of a number of girls subjected to sex with ‘immigrant’ men.

UN Calls Niqab a ‘Human Right’ And Criticises French Ban
France’s ban of the niqab is in breach of human rights and has to review the legislation, according to the United Nations.
The niqab is an Islamic veil that covers the full face and has been banned since 2011. France has argued that the ban was necessary for ‘living together’ and was necessary and proportionate for security.

UN Condemns French Ban on Full-Face Veils as Violation of Human Rights
The UN Human Rights Committee on Tuesday criticised France’s so-called burqa ban, saying the law “violated” the rights of two women who were fined for wearing full-face veils in public.
The committee called for the women to be compensated and for a review of the 2010 law that forbids people from publicly wearing clothing that conceals their face.

Eternal Jihad: Islam Will Never, Ever Stop
The “West and Islam have been mortal enemies since the latter’s birth some fourteen centuries ago,” warns Islam scholar Raymond Ibrahim in his recent book Sword and Scimitar: Fourteen Centuries of War between Islam and the West. His extensive analysis bears out the apt title of this volume, whose documented history is equally ill remembered and yet vital for modern Westerners.
Ibrahim begins by elucidating the disturbing conceptual core of Islam and its seventh-century Arab prophet, Muhammad. “The appeal of Muhammad’s message lay in its compatibility with the tribal mores of his society,” Ibrahim notes.
For seventh-century Arabs — and later tribal peoples, chiefly Turks and Tatars, who also found natural appeal in Islam — the tribe was what humanity is to modern people: to be part of it was to be treated humanely; to be outside of it was to be treated inhumanely.
Accordingly, Islam “deified tribalism, causing it to outlive its setting and spill into the modern era.” Islamic doctrines like al-wala’ wa al-bara’ (“loyalty and enmity”) created an umma faith community or “‘Super Tribe’ that transcends racial, national, and linguistic barriers.” Not surprisingly, the Arabic umma “is etymologically related to ‘mother’ (umm) — to one’s closest kin.”
Ibrahim “records a variety of Muslims across time and space behaving exactly like the Islamic State and for the same reasons” — namely, Islam’s promotion of warfare against non-Muslims. Islam’s deity “incites his followers to war on the promise of booty, both animate and inanimate — so much so that an entire sura, or chapter of the Koran, ‘al-Anfal,’ is named after and dedicated to the spoils of war.” Jihadists following Islamic canons thus “‘use’ or ‘loan’ their lives as part of a ‘bargain’ or ‘transaction’ — whereby Allah forgives all sins and showers them with celestial delights.”

So far, Nadia Murad appears not to be pulling her punches when it comes to Islam. In 2016, she addressed the UN Security Council, describing how she had been gang raped for a failed escape attempt. All of this, she said, was considered legal under ISIS rule — which dictates that Yazidis, because they do not practice Islam, can be taken as slaves on religious grounds. “They sold girls, girls that were underage, because ISIS considered that permissible under Islamic law,” she said. “They came not just to attack certain people, but they came for all Yazidis.”

One of the two Nobel Peace Prize winners is Nadia Murad, a Yazidi girl who was captured by fanatical Muslims belonging to the Islamic State in northern Iraq. These Muslims in ISIS have killed thousands of of defenseless Yazidis, whose only crime was that they were not Muslims. Murad was beaten and repeatedly raped. Six of her nine brothers were killed. Yet she escaped, and now perseveres, having been named by the United Nations as a “Goodwill Ambassador for the Dignity of Survivors of Human Trafficking of the United Nations,” in spreading her own tale and that of her people, a task which takes her around the world, telling the Yazidi story and listening to others tell of similar atrocities, about the trafficking of women prisoners who are war booty for the jihadis.

Nadia Murad stands up not just for the Yazidis, but for all the other non-Muslim or non-Arab minorities who have been oppressed — harassed, persecuted, and often murdered — by their Muslim captors, and not just in Iraq. Over the centuries the Armenians, Maronites, Greek Orthodox, Jews, Samaritans, Zoroastrians, Alawites, and orthodox Shia, have all suffered from Sunni Muslims. Nadia Murad now has her bully pulpit, for her own mistreated people, and she obviously intends to use it.
This is first time that a victim of Jihad and Islamic terrorism has been recognized with a Nobel Peace Prize. If it leads to greater attention to what has happened to the Yazidis, and to other groups of non-Muslims similarly situated, and to a greater focus on the Muslims who are responsible for the attempted genocide of the Yazidis,, that would be a salutary development. Meanwhile, be on the alert when the subject of Nadia Murad comes up on any show to which listeners can call in. Make sure that she is properly identified as a Yazidi, a non-Muslim victim of Muslim mass rapes, just as her six dead brothers were victims of Muslim mass murder. Call in, especially, to correct anyone identifying her as belonging, as I have heard someone say, to “a small Muslim sect.” You could, while correcting that error, also add that Yazidis in Iraq have made contact with Israelis, and Nadia Murad herself has visited Israel, and expressed great admiration and sympathy for the country and its people, seeing an obvious parallel:
In 2017, she travelled to Israel to speak about her ordeal, where she addressed Beit Hatfutsot, the Museum of the Jewish People.

But why is China making such a push into the southwest Pacific?

A willingness to challenge Australian and US pre-eminence in the region as part of a broader strategy to wrest control of the western Pacific; renewed competition with Taiwan for the UN votes of the handful of Pacific island countries still loyal to Taiwan; and a desire to incorporate the southwest Pacific into Xi Jinping’s signature Belt and Road Initiative for geopolitical as well as economic gain

China Has Cloned 20 Different Dog Breeds — ‘Humans Next’
A 12 year old schnauzer has become the latest canine to undergo the process, which involves taking a skin sample from the animal.
Wang Yinqing, who is the dog’s owner, showed off the puppy to its “father clone” name Doudou in a recently-released snap.
However, despite the dogs having the identical DNA, scientists have said they may have a different temperament as this is shaped by its upbringing.
According to Chinese news, there have now been 200 different types of dog cloned in the country.

Chinese Subversion of the United States is Deep and Far Reaching
For decades, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been subverting the United States by infiltrating, undermining, and influencing its key institutions.
This topic is only recently coming to the surface. Vice President Mike Pence said on Oct. 4, “Beijing is employing a whole-of-government approach to advance its influence and benefit its interests.”
He added that the CCP is working to influence U.S. elections and domestic policies, and “today, the Chinese Communist Party is rewarding or coercing American businesses, movie studios, universities, think tanks, scholars, journalists, and local, state, and federal officials.” …
On April 25, the CCP’s Chinese Civil Aviation Administration sent a letter to 36 foreign air carriers demanding they change the descriptions of “Taiwan,” “Hong Kong,” and “Macao” to follow CCP propaganda. The White House responded to this demand on May 5, with the press secretary saying, “This is Orwellian nonsense, and part of a growing trend by the Chinese Communist Party to impose its political views on American citizens and private companies.”
Many companies also agree to follow CCP censorship. Google and Facebook are examples of this, since even though they’re blocked in China, they have both agreed at times to take down content for the CCP. …
A 2017 U.S. government survey of the integrated chip industry found that 25 companies were forced to form joint ventures with Chinese companies, and transfer their technology. The United States has lost close to $1.2 trillion from intellectual-property theft, mainly from the CCP, over the last three years, according to The Hill. That number doesn’t even include patent infringement. …
CCP laws on films include requirements, among many, that they need to have at least one scene shot in China, cast at least one Chinese actor, and illustrate “positive Chinese elements.”
Anything that shows the CCP’s human-rights abuses, poverty, totalitarian social monitoring, or other serious issues aren’t allowed to be shown. Under CCP censorship law, Hollywood also can’t show the United States or U.S. military in a positive light.
This is serious when you consider how much of the U.S. film industry either is directly owned by Chinese companies, such as through the Dalian Wanda Group, or has agreed to work with the CCP. …
Foreign Policy reported in May, “On campuses across the United States, funding gaps are leaving departments with little choice but to turn to those groups with the deepest pockets—and China is keen to offer money, especially through its global network of Confucius Institutes.”
This money comes with a price, however, since the CCP takes its Faustian bargain as an opening for censorship and influence. …
Bill Gertz at The Washington Free Beacon reported on Aug. 24 that one of the CCP’s main overt spy agencies, the United Front Department, is actively involved in operations to influence think tanks in Washington.
He cites a congressional commission report, stating the CCP “employs tens of thousands of operatives” to promote its policies, and includes “paying several Washington think tanks, with the goal of influencing their actions and adopting positions that support Beijing’s policies.” …
The Diplomat reported that under the Three Warfares doctrine, the CCP creates “cognitive maps” that then “guide the direction and character of tailored influence operations, including conversion, exploitation, or subversion.”
In conjunction, the CCP’s propaganda department “broadcasts sustained internal and external strategic perception management campaigns through mass media and cyberspace channels to promote specific themes favorable for China’s image abroad.” …
Among the groups behind the CCP’s subversion of elite circles is the Committee of 100. Epoch Times columnist Trevor Loudon said the group “regularly sends delegations of American journalists to China and facilitates meetings with high-level government and business leaders.”
Chinese consulates also engage in direct pressure on U.S. politicians, and The Epoch Times has documented cases in which U.S. representatives have received calls from the CCP, which attempts to pressure them over their stances on the Chinese regime’s human-rights abuses.

Italy Accuses France of Trying to Dump Underage Migrants Over the Border
Amid an ongoing row over unauthorized crossings of the two countries’ remote Alpine border, unnamed sources in Rome told the Italian press on Tuesday that an investigation was underway into whether gendarmes sought to drive underage migrants into Italy.

Trump Vows to Send as Many Troops ‘As Necessary’ To Keep Growing Migrant Caravan Out

Despite the record amount of revenues pouring into government coffers due to tax cut induced greater economic activity, congressional over spending has been purposely kept at two percent above the rate of tax collections. The reason is to break the United States economically. The bottom line is, The United States is the last natural barrier to an overbearing internationalist cabal like the United Nations or worse that would totally wipe the concepts strong national sovereignty, individual and religious liberty off the face of the earth. Yes, the political and religious left are literally on a mission to kill America. But, so what. And so began my period as an unwitting witness to history. I stayed with Kate and her lovable Japanese husband, Fumio, in a dilapidated loft on The Bowery as she finished her first book, a PhD thesis for Columbia University, SEXUAL POLITICS.
It was 1969. Kate invited me to join her for a gathering at the home of a friend, Lila Karp. “By destroying the American Patriarch,” they cried exuberantly
“And how do we destroy the American Patriarch:?” she replied
“By taking away his power!”
“How do we do that?”
“By destroying monogamy!”
Their answer left me dumbstruck, breathless, disbelieving my ears. Was I on planet earth? Who were these people?
“By promoting promiscuity, eroticism, prostitution, and homosexuality!” they resounded.
They proceeded with a long discussion on how to advance these goals by establishing The National Organization of Women. It was clear they desired nothing less than the utter deconstruction of Western society. The upshot was that the only way to do this was “to invade every American institution. Everyone must be permeated with ‘The Revolution:’ the media, the educational system, universities, high schools, K-12, school boards, etc.; then, the judiciary, the legislatures, the executive branches, and even the library system.”

Quite by accident we researched a Washington State House Bill (HB 2579 — 2005 legislative session) that mandated the teaching to children of 5th through 8th grades, the U. S. Constitution and how the U. S. Government works, purportedly as lessons in civics. We investigated further. In the legislation, two textbooks were mentioned as being required for study. The first was “WE THE PEOPLE” and the second was “PROJECT CITIZEN”.
Upon a brief review of the subjects we found that the texts and supporting literature kept mentioning the term “Constitutional Democracy” and yet anyone familiar with our American History knows full well that America was created as a “Constitutional Republic”. You won’t find any mention in the textbooks of a Constitutional Republic. But the distinctions are significant to American freedom and liberty. A Democracy gives the majority absolute power and creates what has been called an “Absolute Democratic Monarchy”, very similar to what American government has evolved into today. But a Constitutional Republic protects the minority from the tyranny of the majority, the well-defined design of the Founding Fathers.
At first we thought these were textbooks created for the state of Washington. But to our surprise it turns out they are published by the Center for Civic Education (CCE), a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO), that is almost wholly funded by the United States Government.

“To Implement Socialism Just Brainwash the Kids” schools are one thing, but it only takes a look at American TV programs to know the brainwashing spills over into every aspect of life for today’s Americans and increasingly Europeans as well. Compare documentaries from the 70’s and 80’s with those of the last decade, for example. Back then it was either raw fact or, if it was a sci-fi kind of setting like Roswell or Bigfoot, information from various sources provided and you were left to use your critical thinking to figure out which side to take. Nowadays it’s barely any information at all, it’s all just random speculation, with idiotic camera swings or wanabe mocumentary with a “shocking” revelation. Even people like sir Altenborough don’t get spared, though the damage is minimal compared to younger narrators. Adults might notice it, even though most probably don’t care, but children don’t have a chance of realizing they are learning BS at school if everywhere else it’s BS too. Add to it the fact that today’s children barely do any sport (and if, it’s generally highly specialized – football, hockey, martial arts, … – as opposed to developing the overall motion skills first – gymnastics – and then find a specialization) and get as good as no survival skills (how to light a fire, what to do or not during a thunderstorm, what’s a good shelter, how to orient yourself without a compass or GPS, …) and you have the perfect bunch of sitting ducks that won’t be able to do anything even if given the chance (and I know it’s somewhat different in rural areas, but even those are getting affected, albeit slower than the cities). It’s upsetting, really.

At least the judge only considers the alcohol, but if anything, it should harden the sentence – don’t drunk if you can’t handle it.

the pope forgot to mention Hitler did raise the living standards of German families significantly in the 30’s, that’s why he won the Austrian elections with 98% (a number any politician anywhere in the world today can only dream of). If anything should be taught to our youngsters it’s not to try to appease evil. Put your foot down if anyone tries to change the rules. The UK made that mistake with Hitler and it’s doing it again with muslims; that’s the only lesson we need to take from it.
Populism as such isn’t a bad thing, that’s why it’s “popular”.

This is a beautiful example of giving up your independence because you don’t have the self-discipline to not spend beyond your income. Italy wants to control the flow of refugees the EU sends its way, but wants the EU to finance out-of-control Italian spending.

The US is in exactly the same pickle with Saudi Arabia. Saudi does not hold oil over our heads. The US produces more energy than Saudi Arabia, and with a small increase in the price of gas, would easily meet its own needs.dd
What Saudis hold over the US is they own hundreds of billions of dollars in redeemable treasure securities. They would cause a huge crash of the fed’s house of cards by redeeming them for dollars immediately.
And should I mention the massive foreign aid to Israel? Israel is a modern, productive economy. Does it encourage Israel to pursue reasonable fiscal and economic policies to look forward to billions of US aid dollars every year?
