A young “Canadian” man has been charged with second-degree murder after a man was stabbed to death yesterday in Toronto. Mohammad Raswoli is alleged to have murdered the victim at the Kennedy station on the Toronto subway. The incident has a Mohammed Coefficient of 100%.

Banks Steal 55 Billion Euros From EU State Treasuries and Taxpayers Foot the Bill
A report on Thursday by investigative journalist organisation Corrective, French newspaper Le Monde, and German broadcaster ARD has revealed a banking scheme stealing billions from EU states, with taxpayers footing the bill.
According to the report, banks have stolen an estimated €55 billion from the national treasuries of eleven countries, including Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, and Switzerland.

The European Financial Establishment Just Declared War on Italy
This week in a CNBC interview Jeroen Dijsselbloem, the former Dutch minister of finance who served as the President of the Eurogroup, declared war on the Italian government.
The European financial establishment is prepared to destroy the banking system and cause the Italian economy to implode. Like a Mafia boss, Dijsselbloem warned that Italy could run into trouble if it does not comply with Brussels’ directives. Of course, his statement was cloaked in diplomatic language:
“If the Italian crisis becomes a major crisis, it will mainly implode into the Italian economy … as opposed to spreading around Europe,” he said.
“Because of the way that the Italian economy and the Italian banks are financed, it’s going to be an implosion rather than an explosion.”
For a man of this format it is unusual to publicly expose Italy as a state in a weak negotiating position or try to act as a scaremonger. We have never seen anything remotely like that, so we think that the utterance could only serve the purpose of giving the green light to the financial markets to orchestrate an attack on Italian bonds so as to drive Italian yield up.

United Nations is Going Bankrupt: UN Chief Warns
Having been accused of ‘moral bankruptcy’ by US officials, The United Nations appears to be heading for fiscal bankruptcy as, earlier this summer, UN chief Antonio Guterres has warned staff that the world body is running out of cash and urged member states to pay what they owe as soon as possible.
But it appears Guterres’ warnings went unheeded by many, as Statista’s Sarah Feldman notes that as the United Nations concludes its two weeks of annual meetings in New York, some states remain timelier with their annual payments than others.
By the end of the on-time payment period in February, only about a third of countries paid their dues in full.

Ammar Campa-Najjar Refuses to Return Money From CAIR Leaders — Again
Democrat Ammar Campa-Najjar is refusing — again — to return donations from leading members of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
As Breitbart News has noted:
In 2007-8, CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the terror financing trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development. That case, in turn, led the FBI to discontinue its work with the organization. In 2009, a federal judge ruled that the government “produced ample evidence to establish” the ties of CAIR with Hamas, the Palestinian terror organization . The United Arab Emirates labeled CAIR a terrorist organization in 2014 (a decision that the Obama administration opposed).
Moreover, CAIR also provided legal assistance to the family of the San Bernardino terrorists in 2015, a husband-and-wife who murdered 14 people and wounded 22 at a Christmas party. A CAIR spokesman blamed the attack, in part, on U.S. foreign policy.

Chicago Man Charged With Conspiring to Support ISIS
A federal judge ordered a Chicago man into federal custody Friday on charges he conspired to provide material support to a terrorist organization.
Ashraf Al Safoo, 34, allegedly spread ISIS propaganda on social media to recruit and encourage people to commit violent acts in support of the terrorist group. Al Safoo, a naturalized American citizen of Iraqi descent, is an active member of the Khattab Media Foundation, an organization that creates pro-ISIS videos, articles and essays to spread across the internet, according to a criminal complaint.

Did the British Collude to Steal the Election for Hillary?
A formal alliance permits intelligence agencies from the United Kingdom and the United States to engage in common spying to stop enemies from doing things like running jets into skyscrapers. Called “Five Eyes,” the alliance also includes Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
At the behest of the FBI, minor members of the Trump campaign, including Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, were invited to London to talk to Cambridge professor Stefan Halper about Trump and Russia.
Unless U.S. intelligence agencies were freestyling in England, MI6 was spying on the Trump campaign.
At the time, Donald Trump was making an unlikely and inexplicable run at the Republican nomination on what has been understood as a nationalist platform.
The Brits were dealing with their own unlikely and inexplicable political event. Tens of millions of working-class voters were angling to do the unthinkable: reject rule by their intellectual betters at the EU.
It was the run-up to the Brexit vote and a wave of nationalism was sweeping the UK. Just like their American liberal counterparts, British elites cannot psychologically process rejection on the merits.

FBI Admits it Used Multiple Spies to Infiltrate Trump Campaign
The Department of Justice admitted in a Friday court filing that the FBI used more than one “Confidential Human Source,” (also known as informants, or spies) to infiltrate the Trump campaign through former adviser Carter Page, reports the Daily Caller.
“The FBI has protected information that would identify the identities of other confidential sources who provided information or intelligence to the FBI” as well as “information provided by those sources,” wrote David M. Hardy, the head of the FBI’s Record/Information Dissemination Section (RIDS), in court papers submitted Friday.
Hardy and Department of Justice (DOJ) attorneys submitted the filings in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for the FBI’s four applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants against Page. The DOJ released heavily redacted copies of the four FISA warrant applications on June 20, but USA Today reporter Brad Heath has sued for full copies of the documents. —Daily Caller
Included in Hardy’s declaration is an acknowledgement that the FBI’s spies were in addition to the UK’s Christopher Steele — a former MI6 operative who assembled the controversial and largely unproven “Steel Dossier” which the DOJ/FBI used to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Page.

Let us Destroy America, or We Will Destroy America!
The title of this article is the new Democratic slogan: “Let us destroy America, or we will destroy America!” That is, unless We the People allow the Democrats to allow open borders, sanctuary cities, higher taxes, government-run health care, suicidal foreign trade deals, feckless economics, and an essentially destructive anti-American agenda, then they will sic “The Democrat Mob” on America.

Man Who Abused 9/11 Widow Identified and Fired From Job
A 9/11 Widow was harassed by an extreme leftist protester in Portland.
The incident occurred on Oct. 13 after a “flash march for Law and Order” was organized by a conservative group.

Senator Mitch McConnell handled himself so well in the face of people yelling at him during his visit to a restaurant with his wife on Friday night. TMZ reports that the Kentucky Senator was eating dinner with his wife at Havana Rumba in Louisville, when 4 men confronted him. NJ Journalist Dies 6 Months After Brutal Hate Crime Attack
FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP — Jerry Wolkowitz, a freelance photographer who prosecutors say was brutally beaten and assaulted because of his race, has died six months after the attack in the parking lot of his apartment.
Jamil S. Hubbard, 25, of Sayreville, approached 55-year-old Jerry Wolkowitz and hit him from behind on May 1, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
He had been hospitalized in a vegetative state ever since the attack, according to a GoFundMe page created to help with his medical expenses. The Asbury Park Press reported his death on Thursday. Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office spokesman Chris Swendeman said his body had been brought to the Middlesex County Medical Examiner for a postmortem exam.
Wolkowitz was hit on his head and his face before being dragged into the parking lot of an apartment building on Harding Road, Gramiccioni said. Hubbard then stole Wolkowitz’s car and drove over him, prosecutors say. Police said they found the car at Hubbard’s home in Sayreville.
“The investigation determined that the defendant targeted the victim because of his race,” Swendeman said at the time, adding that Hubbard, who is black, and Wolkowitz, who is white, did not know each other.

However, in 2015, he called him a “legend” in a post on Instagram. When Breitbart News drew attention to the post, Campa-Najjar deleted it, without explanation.

In such a scenario, even though most individuals and firms freely choose to abandon cash, there could be “adverse collective outcomes,” the study warns. For example, “a small segment of the population” may still prefer to go on using physical money rather than electronic payments, whether out of “a continuous desire for anonymous transactions” or because of “the self-imposed spending constraints afforded by cash.”
In a cashless economy, this “minority of people” would be worse off since “their choice set would be smaller without cash”. Plus, they would have zero anonymity and less control over their finances.

Brexit Transition Must be Short or Allow ‘Route Out’: London
LONDON (AFP) — Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab said Sunday that any extension to a proposed transition period after Britain leaves the European Union must be strictly time-limited or have a “route out”.

Soros Group Kicked Out of Hungary

A damning report has found that Swedish government-run homes for drug addicts are awash with so many drugs that several people have even died from drug-related causes in the last five years while in care.

With tensions between Russia and the West reaching Cold War levels, Valdai represented the first time we’ve heard Putin speak in a long-form discussion since Helsinki and the events thereafter — IL-20, Khashoggi, etc.
So, this talk is worth everyone’s time. And when I say everyone’s I mean every single person who could be affected by the breakdown of the U.S. political system and how that spills over onto Russia’s shores.
In other words, pretty much everyone on the planet.
Because what Putin did at Valdai was to lay down the new rules of conduct in geopolitical affairs. He put the U.S. and European oligarchs I call The Davos Crowd on notice.
There is a limit to your provocations and attempts to undermine Russia. So don’t cross that line.
Peace Through Strength
The big quote from his talk is the one everyone is focusing on, and rightly so, Russia’s policy about using nuclear weapons.
It’s not that Putin’s stance was any different than in the past. Russia will strike back at an aggressor under any circumstance where the future of Russia is at stake. It was his assurance that in doing so 1) it would be just and righteous “dying like martyrs” and 2) so swift and brutal the aggressors would “die like dogs” bereft of the chance to ask for salvation.
Those are strong words. They are the words of a meek man. And the word meek, as Jordan Peterson reminds us, describes someone who has weapons, knows how to use them and keeps them sheathed until they have no other option.
The reaction from the audience (see video above) was nervous laughter, but I don’t think Putin was having one over on anyone.
He was serious. This is the very definition of meek.
It is really no different than the attitude of Secretary of State James Mattis who said, “I come in peace. I didn’t bring artillery. But I’m pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you f$*k with me, I’ll kill you all.”
Men like this are not to be tested too hard. And Putin’s response to the shooting down of the IL-20 plane and its crew was to cross a bunch of diplomatic lines by handing out S-300s to Syria and erecting a de facto no-fly zone over Western Syria and the Eastern Mediterranean.
Notice how there have been no attacks or even harsh language coming out of Israel or the U.S. in the past few weeks. The failure of the British/French/Israeli operation to sucker Trump into an invasion of Syria is now complete.

Disaster as 200 Migrants Storm Border Fence Separating Morocco From Spanish Enclave
One dead and 19 injured after roughly 200 people broke through a fence to enter Spain’s Melilla enclave, according to authorities.

Trump Administration Considering Narrowing Legal Definition of Gender
The Trump administration is weighing a change that would require individuals to identify as male or female based on their genitalia at birth, tightening gender definitions that had offered more leeway to transgender and gender nonconforming individuals, The New York Times reported Sunday.
The Department of Health and Human Services proposed in a memo obtained by the news outlet that government agencies adopt a definition of gender that is determined “on a biological basis that is clear, grounded in science, objective and administrable.”
The change would would base sex on the genitals a person is born with.
“The sex listed on a person’s birth certificate, as originally issued, shall constitute definitive proof of a person’s sex unless rebutted by reliable genetic evidence,” the memo states, according to the Times.
