The Southgate Underground station in London was evacuated for a time today, along with nearby residences, after an explosion occurred at the entrance. Five people were injured, and two remain in the hospital. Police say the cause was most likely a battery exploding.

3 Dead After Shooting Outside Walmart in Alabama
TALLASSEE, Ala. (AP) — A gunman crashed into a vehicle outside a Walmart store on Tuesday morning, opening fire and killing two men before taking his own life, authorities said.
Tallassee Mayor Johnny Hammock told news outlets the alleged shooter drove a car into another vehicle in the store parking lot, then opened fire.
Two women inside the vehicle were fatally wounded, he said, and the gunman turned the weapon on himself.
The violence appeared to be related to a domestic dispute and there was no broader danger, Police Chief Matthew Higgins told reporters.
“(We’re) still trying to work out the details. It’s still fresh,” he said…

Comey Refuses to Testify and McCabe Pleads the Fifth… Somebody’s Lying
The gang of anti-Trump conspirators got cold feet and refused to testify before the House Intel Committee…Comey, McCabe and Loretta Lynch were no-shows. Comey refused to show and McCabe took the fifth after he was refused immunity. McCabe’s lawyer Michael Bromwich sent a letter asking for immunity and threatened to take the fifth if he didn’t get it:
For these reasons, we urge this Committee to apply for a Court order compelling Mr. McCabe’s testimony and granting him use immunity. If this Committee is unwilling or unable to obtain such an order, then Mr. McCabe will have no choice but to invoke his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.
Committee Chairman Grassley ripped into Comey whose lawyer said he was out of the country: “He has time for book tours and television interview, but apparently no time to assist this committee.” Grassley also noted he say Comey over the weekend in Iowa…OUT OF THE COUNTRY? Maybe he’s in Iran with his buddies.

Dershowitz: ACLU ‘Denying Core Civil Liberties’
Noted civil libertarian Alan Dershowitz warns that the American Civil Liberties Union is putting a “final nail in its coffin.”
The stunning conclusion, in his Jerusalem Post column republished at Breaking Israel News, blames the ACLU’s decision to jump with both feet into political battles.
“It has morphed into a hyper-partisan, hard-left political advocacy group,” wrote Dershowitz. “The final nail in its coffin was the announcement that for the first time in its history the ACLU would become involved in partisan electoral politics, supporting candidates, referenda and other agenda-driven political goals.”
Dershowitz, once a member of the ACLU board, said the board used to be comprised of leaders who were “deeply committed to core civil liberties, especially freedom of speech, opposition to prosecutorial overreach and political equality.”
There were Democrats and Republicans, liberals and conservatives, right-wingers and left-wingers.
He cited the “shoe on the other foot test,” which is whether or not a liberty issue would be viewed the same way by a person of an opposing party.
“Today, the ACLU wears only one shoe and it is on its left foot. Its color is blue,” he warned.
He quoted a recent New Yorker headline about the ACLU’s engagement in electoral politics that said the group was beginning “to move in step with the times.”
“Since its establishment nearly 100 years ago, the ACLU has been, in the words of The New Yorker, ‘Fastidiously nonpartisan, so prudish about any alliance with any political power that its leadership, in the 1980s and 90s, declined even to give awards to like-minded legislators for fear that it might give the wrong impression,’“ Dershowitz wrote.
Now, there is “no longer any room in the ACLU for true conservatives who are deeply committed to neutral civil liberties.”
“The litmus test is support for hard-left policies.”
He explained the driving force is money.
“ACLU contributors, including some of its most generous contributors, are strong anti-Trump zealots who believe that the end (getting rid of Trump) justifies any means (including denying Trump and his associates core civil liberties and due process),” he wrote.
He said President Trump has so triggered the left that they are giving more money to the ACLU and demanding the organization move further left and become more aggressive.

FBI Agent: Who Exposed Hillary Clinton’s Cover-Up, Found Dead
FBI Special Agent David Raynor murdered with his own gun
An FBI Special Agent, who was anticipated to expose the extent of Clinton and Obama malpractice and corruption in the “Operation Fast and Furious” cover-up before a US Federal Grand Jury, has been found dead at his home.
The FBI official’s wife was also found dead at the scene with the couple both being murdered using the 52-year-old agent’s own gun.
Special Agent David Raynor was “ stabbed multiple times “ and “ shot twice with his own weapon,” according to local media reports.
Raynor’s tragic death comes just one day before he was due to testify before a US Federal Grand Jury.
He was widely expected to testify that Hillary Clinton acted illegally to protect Obama administration crimes while covering up the Fast and Furious scandal…

Judge Rules Twitter Can be Sued for Falsely Advertising They Allow Free Speech
A California judge has ruled that social media giant Twitter can be sued for falsely advertising free speech. As Bloomberg reports, the judge said that Twitter’s policy of banning users “at any time, for any reason or for no reason” may constitute an “unconscionable contract” for a company which advertises free speech.
The judge rejected Twitter’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit from Jared Taylor, who was banned by the platform in December last year, according to Breitbart. Taylor, a self-described “white activist” may proceed with his lawsuit against Twitter because the social media company falsely advertises free speech, yet bans users for “any or no reason.” The judge also ruled that Twitter could be sued on the basis of misleading its users, due to the platform’s promise not to ban accounts on the basis of viewpoint or political affiliation, which is frequently violated.

Rogue CNN Reporter Doubles Down on Reason He Screamed at Sarah Sanders… You Won’t Believe Why!
CNN reporter Brian Karem doubled down to defend his screaming rant against Sarah Huckabee last week:
The reason he felt it was ok to act like a maniac during the White House press conference is also pretty unhinged and out there as well. He assumes his role as a reporter is a much bigger one. Yes, this guy thinks his screaming is a humanitarian act to help the “afflicted”. Only a lefty reporter who’s such an ass would think his rantings are helping anyone. Where was the press in 2014, 2015 when illegals flooded our border? Wrong administration? While the press protected Obama, they’re going after Trump 24/7. Here’s what dirtbag reporter Karem had to say:
He thinks it’s his job to “comfort the afflicted”! Really? How about supporting the families that have lost loved ones to illegal aliens? Do THEY not matter? Kate Steinle’s family and so many others will never see their loved ones again because they were murdered by an illegal.

Frog in the Kettle: Internet Restrictions Creeping Up on You
This last…the link tax…was proposed for the provisions to be voted on by Axel Voss, a German of the Christian Democrat party…a “user friendly” name-change for a political party that used to be known as the Communist Party.
Government sells the lie to the people that the Draconian measures it institutes are for the good/welfare/safety, ad infinitum, of the people. Akin to “zookeepers,” they are maintaining the animals, feeding them, and keeping them safe from outside harm and from one another.
But behind every zoo lies an abattoir, waiting in the wings to be employed by the zookeepers.
The Internet of Things, and the Internet. In October of 2016, just before the Presidential election, Obama (through his Secretary of Commerce) quietly and without fanfare transferred U.S. control of the Internet over to ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). “Big deal,” many have said, “what effect does it have?” You’re beginning to see that effect now.
The EU (European Union) has already put in motion plans to vote on Article 13 of the Copyright Directive Proposal. This will have an effect of complete censorship on the entire Internet. It will institute a “link tax” on websites that link to one another, in the efforts to “promote control over copyrights,” etc., etc., ad nauseam.
This last…the link tax…was proposed for the provisions to be voted on by Axel Voss, a German of the Christian Democrat party…a “user friendly” name-change for a political party that used to be known as the Communist Party. These European measures are the reasons that many Internet users in the U.S. have been receiving “restructuring for privacy and copyright” notices due to “new EU regulations.”…
Complete control and forced compliance and conformity of the Internet are necessary to quell both free speech and independent thought. Complete control over one’s communications: telephone, e-mails, and so on, is necessary to prevent people from informing one another about what is really going on and organizing against it in protest.

Mass Shooting Attack on World Cup Fans After Sweden Win
Police in Sweden are attempting to downplay initial reports of terrorism after a man opened fire on a crowd during World Cup celebrations as the Swedish national team beat South Korea earlier in the day. As the story broke, multiple international headlines suggested a terror attack in progress related to World Cup play, with at least five people wounded in the southern city of Malmo. One man has reportedly died of his injuries in what’s being described as a “mass shooting”.
A hail of bullets were unleashed by an unknown shooter in a car mid-evening in the downtown Drottninggatan area just as revelers took the streets to celebrate the Swedish national team’s 1-0 win against South Korea.
All 5 victims are being described in European press as “World Cup fans” who were among a crowd exiting area venues that had been screening the soccer match. The shooter (or shooters) may have been targeting a group gathered inside of a coffee shop.

The conventional view among antiglobalist conservatives is that President Donald Trump’s nixing of the Iran nuclear deal, coupled with the much-heralded relocation of the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, is bad news. Their arguments are clear. America seems to be moving closer to another war of choice in the Middle East—potentially far more costly and devastating than the disaster in Iraq—and Washington has discarded any pretense of impartiality in the Israeli-Arab dispute, which makes progress in the stalled “peace process” impossible.
The doubters’ arguments are reasonable enough. The only way to take a positive view of recent events is sub specie aeternitatis, as heralding a new reckless adventure by the War Hawks which may finally engender the collapse of the global pax Americana.
The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), an effort to degrade Iran’s nuclear program, was agreed to in 2015. The other parties—China, France, Germany, Russia, and Britain—all say that they want the Iran deal to hold together even without the U.S. They met in Vienna on May 25 to discuss the accord’s future. Tehran says it wants to keep it in force, but its leaders say they will observe its strictures only if the five powers promise that Iran can go on trading with the world despite U.S. sanctions.

As Tensions Rise, Greeks See Sudden 90% Surge in ‘Asylum-Seekers’ Across Land Border With Turkey
Coincidence?
In the last few months, tensions between two NATO member states have escalated dramatically — Turkey has threatened to invade Greek islands, Greece has responded, Turkey has violated Greek airspace 100s of times, and Greeks now see Turkey as the greatest threat to their existence.
And now, in the first five months of 2018, KeepTalkingGreece.com reports that Greece has been Europe’s top entry point for refugees and migrants. According to the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, Frontext, over 19,800 people entered Greece during January — May 2018. At the same time, the land border crossing from Turkey to Greece increased by 90 percent. The majority of these people were Syrians and Iraqis.

Ruling by Fed Judge… Calls Proving Citizenship to Vote “Unconstitutional”
A shocking ruling from a federal judge just came down and it’s not good news for legal American voters. The likelihood of non-citizens voting just skyrocketed! That means YOUR VOTE won’t count…
Requiring Kansans to prove they are citizens when registering to vote is unconstitutional and violates the National Voter Registration Act, a federal judge ruled on Monday.
U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson claimed in a 188-page ruling that Kansas’ law requiring voters to prove they are citizens defies the Constitution and the National Voter Registration Act as she slammed Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who championed the law.

“Trump’s Iranian gamble”
A lot is happening in the whole region now. Many were and are carefully watching how US policy in Syria shapes, what sort of co-ordination with Russia might occur to resolve the conflict.
If there is a coordinated plan though it has not become visible, more like a continuous test of the lines of possibility, with bluster from the neighbouring countries.
Israel has made clear in word and action that it will not accept a strong Iranian presence in Syria, Netanyahu recently warning that if this turns into a regional war the west can look forward to refugees on a scale unseen. He openly warns of a coming Sunni Shia war, revolving presumably around the ethnic composition of Syria, but could as well be Iraq Saudi etc.
The most recent event being an Israeli military strike on Iraqi Shia forces cleaning up eastern Syria, other flashpoints being foreign imposed delimitations towards the borders of the country that restrict Syrian sovereignty /Iranian effectiveness.
(I am writing this short because you just do not find it on msm, you have to glean info from various sources)
Iraq is now moving toward an Iran friendly government, they nearly have the post-election coalition prepared. There were tensions, talk of civil war, a slightly unlikely participation of partners in the coalition formation.
Jordan is in straights due to economic downturn due to Syria, refugees. IMF recently clawed in also. Possibility of uprising there, possibility of Hassan turning towards Iran to a degree, though in theory Jordan is a long time western partner.
Oddball Turkey, moving closer to Russia in ways.
And Russia defending its position of defending its allies, coordinating with Israel, but at the same time holding no obvious wider solution either, as it fends off western/backed impetus.
So it is not just sanctions on Iran, there is a whole load brewing, the above being only a part of many other events at play and in tension.
Personally I expect a major war, I just do not see a medium of resolution, I see a lot of incompatible red lines being applied, I see increasing instability in reply to re-stabilisation in Syria.
For the record, UK and French middle east policy is atrocious.
I leave it there, it makes me sad :
The night the US, UK and France bombed Syria with no hesitation in reply to the likely false chemical weapons use, I am sat on the terrace, and a large slow shooting star glides down …. and for once, for a moment, I question
https://www.liveleak.com/view?i=616_1388103923
I’m posting this in the news feed, as a “general” comment.
Last night, I was walking through one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods of Montreal.
I heard a mother telling her 3-4 year old child, who was in a stroller, how bad ‘Merkuns are, how there they take the children of people who “want to move to their country” and put them in cages.
I nicely let slip a comment about how without some enforcement, the whole world would be at our door. Obviously, this doesn’t occur to this type of person, who lives in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods, out of which the “riff-raff” are very much kept away (by economic pressure). The lack of awareness is incredible.
She didn’t like the comment, however nicely I had made it. So I couldn’t help myself but to suggest that what she’s doing to her own child is worse than what the Trump Administration does – and it’s true. If her logic were carried to its conclusion, her child will probably live in a much more brutal place, by the time he grows up.
The extent of leftist brainwashing is just mind-blowing.
Re the incident at Southgate Underground Station in north London:
Both my beloved, and the manager of the shop where I work, live near there. The latter passed through on her way home, around 6pm Tuesday. There were around ten police officers present, some questioning a young white man who appeared agitated. Yet the explosion was reported as being about an hour later, with numerous witnesses. I can’t find an update online; I’m not one for conspiracy theories, but something seems odd.
No worries. Theresa the Appeaser (aka Sharia May) is looking after the muslim people – oops sorry, I meant the British people. I think.
