Leilani Estates Family ‘Heartbroken’ As Huge Crack Swallows Up Their Home

Noah Friend returned Monday to his home in Leilani Estates to find a 10-foot wide crack running 500 feet long through his backyard and beneath his house.

The 32-year-old Leilani Estates resident inherited the house he built with his father in 1990 when he started a family of his own, said fiance Shantel Pacarro, 31, who moved to the property 13 years ago after she became pregnant with their first child.

The couple had envisioned eventually passing their beloved home on to their children, 12-year-old daughter Naiah, and son Nainoa, 11.

“It’s just heartbreaking. There’s so many memories in that house. This is very devastating for our whole family, even our children. They grew up there. It’s the only home they knew,” she said. “We’re all heartbroken.”

At about 5 years old, Friend would fly with his father to the Big Island every weekend from Kauai, where they lived at the time, to build their new home. It took them more than a year to complete and in 1991, the entire family moved to Puna.

“My father-in-law, all his hard work and sweat … he wanted to pass it on to his son hoping that he would pass it on to his children,” Pacarro said. “He’s hurting the most.”

At first, it started as tiny cracks…

More Taxpayers Fleeing Illinois Than Any Other State

Thanks to the mass exodus of citizens from the Land of Lincoln, Illinois has dropped from the fifth most-populous state in the union to sixth. According to Chicago’s WGN TV, it’s due largely to the state taxing them out of their homes.

Over the last two years, more than 70,000 people have left Illinois for warmer and more tax-friendly climes such as Texas, Florida, and even South Dakota and Wyoming. In fact, Chicago is the only city in the United States that has consistently lost citizens over the last five years. The so-called “U-Haul index” — a measure of the difference in rates charged for outgoing rental trucks versus incoming trucks — rates Illinois as number one for outbound moving vans.

Oregon Student Suspended for Wearing Trump Shirt Sues School

An Oregon high school student is suing his school, saying it violated his First Amendment rights when it suspended him for wearing a Trump T-shirt.

The student, 18-year-old Addison Barnes, told FOX 12 that he was asked to cover up a T-shirt he was wearing that said “Donald J. Trump Construction Co.” on it, or leave school. The shirt also included a Trump quote: “The wall just got 10 feet taller.”

According to KGW, Barnes wore the shirt to his People and Politics class at Liberty High School in Hillsboro in January, and he told the TV outlet he knew they’d be discussing immigration in class that day.

The school official who pulled Barnes out of class to ask him to cover the shirt also told him at least one student and one teacher had been offended by the shirt, The Associated Press reported…

Forced Marriage is Still Too Common in the UK

A mother has been sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court for forcing her 17-year-old daughter to marry a man 16 years older than her. The mother, said to be from Birmingham, was sentenced to four and a half years in prison.

The daughter, at just age 13, became pregnant by the man who was 29 at the time. In the UK, that’s considered rape — but the mother considered this a “marriage contract”. This is the kind of barbarism we’ve let fester in this country.

We know it’s happening. You know it’s happening. But did you know this is the first successful prosecution of its kind — ever?

UK: Labour Allows Bearded Man to Stand for Woman-Only Role Because He ‘Identifies’ As Female Once a Week

  1. “record number of Danes — more than 75% — now approve of the European Union”

That was an EU poll and it showed that 61% of Hungarian citizens are perfectly happy with the Fourth Reich. Knowing the recent supermajority win of the Orbán government, the earlier referendum, where 98% refused mandatory migrant quotas, I have to say the neo-marxist propagandists are losing their touch. I bet, with similar “methods”, they could show, that 80% of Jews actually approved the concentration camps and more than 60% really enjoyed their stay…

    • We’re at the stage where elections should be scrutinised by non-EU organisations because nothing from Brussels or its satellites can be trusted.

  2. Between the hours of Midnight and 11am I identify as a Spanish Inquisition Dalek. I disturb my neighbours with “Convert!” “Confess!” “Bring out the rack!”. The rest of the day I am a Bishop in the Traditional Old Anglo Catholic Church.

And on the full moon I turn into a human.

      • The Spanish Inquisition is, of course, widely seen as the persecution of Jews by the Spanish. And it was.

What’s forgotten is the role of the previous Islamic conquest in bringing it about…

    • Oh thank goodness ! for a moment I though you might have been a Mormon 🙂

(sorry Mormons, but I know you can take a joke)

  3. “After ten years of special women-only swimming hours, the mayor of Beckum introduced men-only swimming as well.”
So now there are the Sharia swimming hours and the Dhimmi swimming hours. Sponsored by the Dhimmi’s of course. How cute. The Germans should go to Abu Dhabi or Cairo and ask them to set up state sponsored Dhimmi swimming hours and see what happens.

    • Skinny dipping dhimmis swimming sipping cups of tea

      Is Haram

  4. “Labour Allows Bearded Man to Stand for Woman-Only Role Because He ‘Identifies’ As Female Once a Week”

I think the reporter has confused the Basingstoke Labour Party with the Basingstoke Official Monster Raving Loony Party.

  5. “MI6 were concerned that ethnic minorities were under-represented in its ranks. Just eight percent of the spy agency’s workforce are said to be from black and ethnic minority backgrounds – all in junior roles”

    https://www.rt.com/uk/427690-mi6-spy-bame-mothers/

Now, I really cannot see the intelligence behind allocating national security according to ethnic proportion… and the last line “secretly MI6/SIS are just like you”… I mean is this “The Signal” or something?

They asked for criticism of groupthink so much obliged to chip in, even if it is maybe unethnical to advise them.
