Czech President Milos Zeman won a victory over his opponent Jiri Drahos in today’s election. Mr. Zeman, a staunch opponent of mass immigration and Islamization, gained 51.4% of the vote, versus Mr. Drahos’ 48.6%.
In other news, the Italian coast guard coordinated the rescue of about 800 migrants off the coast of Libya today.

Since the entry into force of the union monetary this model no longer worked and now the country should either lower costs or raise productivity. Above all, an administration reform would be necessary, “since services are insufficient and more expensive”. A permit of construction costs three times more than Germany, it takes 3 years to carry out a legal proceeding in Italy, in Germany 1 and a half.in Germany. A Phrase to Retire in 2018: ‘Mainstream Media’

As President Trump announced his 2017 “Fake News Awards,” phrases and terms popularized over the years, such as “liberal media”; “mainstream media”; and, more recently, “fake news,” were bandied about by those on both the left and the right (especially from that extra-froth frother from the mouth Jim Acosta of CNN).
With a new political year underway, my sincere hope is that pundits and Americans retire these labels.
The mainstream media? Most major legacy American media, particularly newspapers and cable television news networks, are Pravda-esque publicists and cover-uppers for the Democratic Party. As evidenced by how red the 2016 election map was, Democrat policies and politics certainly are not mainstream.
The liberal media? The original American liberals were our heroic Founders; do MSNBC, The Washington Post, and Media Matters for America really conjure up the wisdom and genius of Washington, Jefferson, and Franklin?
A more fitting descriptor is the DMIC: Democrat Media Industrial Complex. Identifying legacy media as the DMIC puts names and faces to the complex and brands the DMIC as working tirelessly at the behest of the Democratic Party.

CIA Director: Trump Understands Briefings Better Than 25-Year Intel Vets
Trump’s sophisticated understanding leads to important policy discussions
President Donald Trump may not have spent his whole life in government or near national intelligence agencies, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t picked up in a hurry, according to CIA Director Mike Pompeo.
During a question-and-answer session at an appearance with the American Enterprise Institute Tuesday, Pompeo said that Trump understood intelligence briefings better than some lifelong intelligence veterans.
“I have seen 25-year intelligence professionals receive briefings. I would tell you that President Trump is the kind of recipient of our information at the same level that they are,” Pompeo told host Marc A. Theissen.

Two days ago, during an interview with FOX News’ Martha MacCallum, Trey Gowdy dropped a bombshell about “manifest bias against President Trump” and what appeared to be collusion between the former FBI director James Comey and President Obama discussing an “update” on what appears to be the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
Representative John Ratcliff tweeted about the thousands of text messages they saw between FBI agent Peter Strzok and his mistress, DOJ lawyer Lisa Page, including messages that referenced a “secret society”:
Yesterday, Senator Ron Johnson (WI) told FOX News about the alleged “secret society” mentioned in the FBI agent’s texts, calling it “corruption at the highest level of the FBI”. The Senator also mentioned an inside informant that has been working with Congress. He also reminded viewers that since Robert Mueller used to run the FBI, he is in no position to run an investigation into this kind of conduct.:
According to the True Pundit: Congressional investigators and intelligence veterans have uncovered a clandestine group of anti-President Trump federal employees who have reportedly been working to sabotage the President of the United States, according to Congressional and federal law enforcement sources.

This isn’t just any rag-tag group of disgruntled employees complaining at the water cooler at the post office. This ‘secret society’ wields serious clout: the type of power that can investigate enemies (see Mueller vs Trump) or take others down (see Flynn).
According to intelligence officials, this secret society really is a collection of different sects, stemming from the FBI downward through various branches of government, picking up ant-Trump members along the way. And these are powerful people with the ability to punish folks who cross them.

They communicate with meetings over cocktails, at homes, via encrypted chat rooms, texting on drug-cartel-inspired burner phones, and even via an email list, according to sources. Others have secured phones in the names of relatives to try to stay under the radar.

FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is at the center of the FBI’s group, according to sources. The embattled McCabe, although minimized in his current role, reportedly participated in or green-lighted offsite gatherings of FBI brass in recent months to fend off growing scandals linked to his name and remain employed.
These are FBI executives responsible for the oversight of the Bureau. And while Director Christopher Wray is by title in charge of the FBI, he simply has struggled to maintain control of the agency, sources said. McCabe associates, scattered in FBI field offices throughout the United States remain loyal to McCabe and Comey and their way of doing things.
“We figure there are sixty or seventy people loyal to Andy (McCabe),” one FBI official said. “It’s nearly impossible to remove all of these agents. Many have been promoted to important roles.
“They have met in private. We think this has been going on for a long time.” Just yesterday FBI Chief of Staff James Rybicki announced he was abruptly leaving the Bureau. Then ex-Director James Comey lawyered up. Then embattled Chief Peter Strzok lawyered up, hiring Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein’s attorney. Others have been re-assigned.
The FBI is infected beyond an immediate remedy.

In May 2014, Dinesh D’Souza pleaded guilty to one felony count of making illegal contributions in the names of co-workers. The court sentenced D’Souza in September 2014 to five years probation, 8 months in a halfway house and a $30,000 fine. D’Souza was pretty clear from the moment he was charged with a felony that he was a victim of a witch hunt by Barack Obama.
In May, 2017, D’Souza posed with his new wife in a picture he posted on Twitter, where he held a mock license plate with the Departmennt of Justice printed on top. D’Souza mocked the amount of money James Comey’s FBI spent to investigate his case in a tweet: “WHY I’M SMILING TODAY: This capo James Comey allocated $100,000 to investigate my $20 K case — all to please his mob bosses Holder & Obama”
Today, D’Souza tweeted about a bombshell finding by the House Intelligence Committee revealing that his file, obtained by the House Intel Committee showed that the FBI red-flagged him as a “critic of Obama”. D’Souza also slammed the FBI for allocating $100K to investigate a $20K case.
D’Souza specifically called out the “corruption ring” of the “FBI, Eric Holder’s DOJ & also that Indian water-carrier Preet Bahara, the US Attorney who was fired by Trump only three months into his presidency.
Dinesh D’Souza tweeted that the FBI agents responsible for the witch hunt against him need to be “SEVERLY PUNISHED”.

Can it be believed that as key players in the Obama administration like Strzok and Page, as well as FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, number 4 at Justice Bruce Ohr, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and many others were linked in a vast criminal conspiracy to keep Hillary Clinton out of prison and Donald Trump out of the White House, that Barack Obama was blissfully unaware of all this? Rather, it can be plausibly argued that he was orchestrating it…
This scandal did not occur in a vacuum any more than did the weaponizing of the IRS to target the Tea Party and other conservative groups before Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign occured in a vacuum. The agencies under Obama’s control have been politicized before and used to intimidate and destroy his political opponents
Last September, I argued that Comey had the fix in for Hillary and we now know that he began writing his exoneration memo significantly before interviewing Hillary and other key witnesses. The exoneration memo underwent key edits in which Strzok, who interviewed Hillary and those witnesses, some of whom were granted immunity, was involved. But now, as the layers of this rotting onion are peeled away, it has become clearer that Comey did not act on his own initiative. This fish is also rotting from the head.
Back in April, 2016, President Obama gave an interview in which he seemed to have foreknowledge that Hillary Clinton would be exonerated for her “carelessness” and did not “intentionally” mishandle classified emails, words that Comey would use just a few months later:

Congressional Black Caucus reportedly pressured him to keep picture secret
A journalist admitted last week to keeping a picture he took of then-Sen. Barack Obama and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan in 2005 under wraps for fear of hurting the former’s political career.
Askia Muhammad took the photo of Obama and the controversial activist while the future president met with the Congressional Black Caucus.

Trump Should Have Special Forces in Oval Office

Given the strong likelihood of past treason in the DOJ, the first family should have military protection
Let’s cut through it — thanks to a FOIA request filed by Judicial Watch and publicized by Bret Baier, we now see that the overwhelming likelihood is that the FBI has committed treason by conspiring to misuse its authority in betrayal of the Constitution by undermining the outcome of the last presidential election. But now its readily apparent that the DOJ is trying to cover-up its failed coup attempt.
Maybe because of the CIA’s success in covertly overthrowing so many foreign governments over the years, its famous but incompetent FBI little sibling thought that it could succeed at the same thing here at home. Regardless, I concur with Howie Carr that it is time to abolish the FBI both as it is today and in the form in which it has existed for decades.
However, no matter what President Trump chooses to do about these latest revelations, we’re all better off safe than sorry. Therefore I think that it’s advisable for him to break with tradition and replace, or at least augment, his secret service detail with special forces military personnel. Especially since the Secret Service has a long history of collaboration with the FBI and not to mention its very questionable record as of late in terms of effectiveness.
It’s also worth remembering that Robert Muller is a former FBI director and I think that given their traitorous behavior both he and his former bureau need to be reminded who commands the loyalty and firepower of this nation. In fact, I’ve been arguing for months that more special counsels are necessary, including one to investigate Muller and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein. Perhaps a former JAG officer would be the right fit since no former federal prosecutor can be trusted.
To anyone who thinks this sounds extreme, I reiterate the extraordinary circumstances in which we find ourselves as the nation and highlight that the president already enjoys military protection whenever he travels aboard Air Force One, as do member of America’s diplomatic core at our embassies and consulates.
Of course, great care would need to be taken in the selection of the particular military personnel for this mission and on top of the obvious factors like training and experience suited to the role, each individual operator would need to be free from any outside influences which could impact their abilities, loyalty or raise questions later should force become necessary. Given everything that is going on, I’d feel a lot better if the president was surrounded by special operators — men of conscience and sacred commitment whose loyalty has never wavered — sworn to both carry out the lawful orders of their superiors (including the Commander-in-Chief) and to protect this nation from all threats — foreign and domestic. Wouldn’t you?

Why the Academic Left Fears and Loathes Dr. Jordan Peterson

Who is this man, this Jordan Peterson, academic clinical psychologist, tenured at the University of Toronto with hundreds of thousands of YouTube followers, who has made a splash recently as a voice of reason, battling the political correctness elites and upsetting the academic grandees?
Less than a week ago, we got a stormy weather alert in an article that appeared in the Chronicle of Higher Education titled “What’s So Dangerous about Jordan Peterson?” by Tom Bartlett, with the tease “Not long ago, he was an obscure psychology professor. Now he leads a flock of die-hard disciples.” One might suppose, considering Mr. Bartlett’s choice of words, that Peterson is a Jim Jones-style cult-leader, but instinctively, I knew I would like to find out about anybody described as dangerous by the trade paper of American higher education.
Mr. Bartlett considers Dr. Peterson a threat because Peterson deviates from the leftist academic canon — a conservative, traditionalist, moralist anti-political correctness psychologist academic. He objects to the speech police and the tyranny of the left. He that a totalitarian-speech police state is developing in Canada, and, by instinct and conviction, he objects strongly to the “good speech” laws demanding the use of concocted or inapposite pronouns and labels preferred by the little darlin’s of the newly concocted gender-identity claxon, cowbell, and tin drum army.
Peterson objects to speech police tactics, and he does it eloquently. That’s a threat to and dangerous for the academic poobahs who live and breathe censorship and intellectual tyranny. Bartlett’s essay is an alert: watch out for this conservative who has a bad attitude on lots of things and opposes our new pronoun gender identity group project and our promotion of the grievance status of the newly formed sex-gender-dysmorphist deviant group.

Burglars Break in to Office of Austrian Populist Vice Chancellor After ‘Surveillance’ Bugs Found
Intruders broke into the office of populist Austrian vice-chancellor and leader of the Freedom Party (FPÖ) Heinz-Christian Strache on Thursday evening.
According to sources, so far it would appear that nothing was stolen from Mr. Strache’s office at the Palais Dietrichstein. Earlier in the week, military personnel discovered two listening devices, one in Strache’s office and one in the office of his cabinet chief Roland Weinert, Kronen Zeitung reports.
Both the Austrian military intelligence services and the country’s domestic spy agency, the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, are investigating the break-in and the planting of the bugs, to determine whether or not the two incidents are linked.

Czech Elections: Anti-Migration President Defeats Leftist Academic Challenger
PRAGUE (POLITICO) — Czech President Milos Zeman fought off a strong challenge from political novice Jiri Drahos to win a second five-year term as head of state.
With virtually all of the votes counted, the 73-year-old Zeman had received 51.37 per cent of the vote, against his challenger’s 48.62%. Turnout was just short of 67 per cent.
The result is likely to be viewed as bad news in Brussels, since Zeman has been in almost constant disagreement with the EU, notably regarding the migrant quotas and sanctions against Russia

A hard right tailwind is blowing in from Europe. The Republican Party must hold absolutely firm on border security and immigration
The rebuke of multiculturalism is stunning. American leftists have for years worshipped European liberalism. Remember when they would begin every conversation with ‘Do you know that in Europe they …?’ Are they looking now? Europeans are fighting back against the tyranny of the Brussels bureaucrats and winning. A 2013 poll showed Europeans oblivious to immigration and security concerns. Since then the open borders and immigration mantra of the Left have brought disaster. A 2017 poll shows immigration and security exploding to 55% top priority across the continent. An EU Parliament poll puts terrorism at the top of concerns.
The result is leftists losses in every election. Austria’s right nationalist Freedom Party was sworn in on Monday December 18th. Czech Republic voted hard right in October, joining Poland, Hungary and Slovakia in resistance to EU liberalism. In five major national EU elections held since March, the traditional social democratic parties have collectively lost a total of 368 seats. Down from 35 percent, once-mainstream social democratic or labor parties now collectively occupy fewer than 15 percent of the seats in Dutch, French, German, Austrian and Czech lower houses of government. German elections saw the rise of Alternative For Germany from nothing to the third largest party.
The 2015 EU mandatory immigration quota scheme is today met with open defiance. France: Marine Le Pen Pays Visit to Prison Where Guards Were Attacked by Radical Islamic Extremist
Populist Front National leader Marine Le Pen visited several prisons where staff have been subjected to violence from inmates, including one in which a radical Islamic extremist attempted to murder three guards.
The former French presidential candidate travelled to the Vincennes Administrative Detention Centre which houses failed asylum seekers and expressed her solidarity with guards who have been the subject of attacks in recent months, L’Express reports.

France: Report: Eiffel Tower May Have Been Target of Spain’s Islamic State Cell
PARIS (AP) — A new report suggests that the Eiffel Tower may have been among the targets of the Islamic State cell that attacked Barcelona.
The protective wall that surrounds the Eiffel Tower was installed after video of a trip to Paris was found in a destroyed hideout, according to the report by researchers Fernando Reinares and Carola Garcia-Calvo in January’s CTC Sentinel, a research publication into terrorism. The cell attacked Barcelona’s La Rambla and a beachside town, killing 16 people in August.
Only flawed bomb construction prevented a deadlier attack. Their hideout blew up as they were assembling explosives.

Germany: Children’s TV Channel Features Migrant Teens Learning How to Remove a Bra
German children’s television channel Kika posted a short video on its website, using teens from migrant backgrounds, to show its underage viewers how to remove a woman’s bra.
The online post, entitled “Open Bra”, has been taken down by the children’s television channel after they received a backlash from many, including Germany’s largest women’s rights organisation Terre des Femmes, Berliner Zeitung reports.
Head of Terre des Femmes Inge Bell said she was horrified by the video which lasted just over one and a half minutes. “This is a completely wrong signal to the Kika target group of three- to 13-year-old children,” she said, and added that it encouraged bad behaviour in boys.
Bell also made note of the fact that the boys involved in the video all came from migrant backgrounds, saying: “This selection has a signal effect, according to the video: migrant boys need special tutoring lessons in bra opening. Especially in times of the #MeToo debate, such an instrumentalisation of migrant boys in the media should be a no-go.”…

Here We Go Again… UK Prime Minister Urges Nerds to Come up With Magic Crypto Backdoors
Broken security? More like broken record
UK Prime Minister Theresa May has reiterated calls for a special magic version of encryption to be developed by technologists so law enforcement can access everyone’s communications on demand — and somehow engineer it so that no one else can abuse this backdoor.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, May today talked extensively about the benefits and dangers of technology (quick version: tech in business: good; tech in society: bad) and returned again to the issue of extremist content swirling around platforms like Facebook, arguing that more rules and laws were needed.
As part of that push, however, May ended up repeating the same message that politicians in both the US and UK have been pushing for over a year: that tech companies have to find a way to flip mathematics itself for the convenience of security services…
At the heart of the issue is software using truly end-to-end encryption — where not even the biz that developed the app is able to read messages sent between users. Governments fear that such applications will be used by extremists to plot attacks on Western targets without tipping off the intelligence agencies. Similarly, devices these days use tough filesystem encryption so not even the manufacturer can decrypt the data on demand without the password or passcode.
However, as technologists have consistently pointed out, there is no mathematical way to introduce a backdoor in a system to allow access to one particular group that cannot also be discovered and accessed by a different group. Whatever mechanism the Feds can use, hackers and criminals can potentially eventually use, too.

Italy: Tension in Renzi’s PD Over Candidates
Critical minority unhappy, Boschi presentation delayed
(ANSA) — Rome, January 26 — Tension is high within the Democratic Party (PD) as leader and ex-premier Matteo Renzi has so far been unable to strike an agreement with a critical minority within the centre-left group over candidate lists for the March 4 general election.
As a result the presentation of the candidacy of Cabinet Secretary Maria Elena Boschi, who is considered close to Renzi, in the northern city of Bolzano has been delayed and an important meeting of the PD’s directorate scheduled for Friday may be postponed too. The situation is complicated by the fact that the PD has to make room among the candidates for people from parties who allied with it at the vote.

Italy 5th in EU for Recycled Urban Waste

(ANSA) — Brussels, January 23 — Italy is fifth in the European Union for recycling urban waste behind Germany, Austria, Belgium and Netherlands, Eurostat said Tuesday.
Italy, with 51%, was just over the EU average of 47%.
Germany notched 66%, Austria 59%, Belgium 54% and Netherlands 53%.

Poland’s President Andrzej Duda Attacks European Commission for ‘Modern Warfare’
POLAND’S President used his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos to launch a shocking attack on the European Commission led by Jean-Claude Juncker, as he claimed the tactics from Brussels amounted to “modern warfare”.
Poland’s President Andrzej Duda launched the scathing attack during his panel discussion at the World Economic Forum this week when asked about the European project.
Appearing alongside the presidents of Lithuania and Ukraine, Mr Duda took aim at what he saw as the hypocritical stance in Brussels for “creating a crisis” in its relationhsip with Poland.

Romania: EU Warns the Government Against the Justice Reform
Juncker and Timmermans express concern over proposed amendments
(ANSA) — BRUXELLES, 24 GEN — The European Commission “will look thoroughly at the final amendments to the justice law, the criminal codes, and laws on conflict of interest and corruption” to establish if they can actually “safeguard the independence of the judiciary and combat corruption”. The President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker and the First Vice-President Frans Timmermans have today expressed “concerns” over the latest judiciary developments in Romania.
In a joint statement, Juncker and Timmermans call on the Romanian Parliament “to rethink the course of action proposed and to open up the debate in line with the Commission’s recommendations”.
They also stressed that the Romanian government has to meet the benchmarks set out by the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism (CVM), a measure established by the European Commission when Romania joined the EU in 2007 to evaluate the progress made by the country on judiciary reforms and the fight against corruption. Since the latest CVM report, published in November 2017, “events have done nothing” to address the concerns of the European Union, they said.

To demonstrate how much things have changed in the last seventy years, today, much of Europe, particularly Western Europe, is again under enemy occupation, yet those countries did not fire even a single shot in their own defense (okay, so things have not changed that much in France). Not only has Europe capitulated to this new conqueror, but many countries have made it illegal to even criticize the enemy or to point out that he is, in fact, the enemy.
And who, pray tell, is this new enemy? Militant Islam, jihadists, Muslim terrorists, whatever you want to call them — as long as you don’t call them that in Western Europe, because you will likely be arrested for it. They are bold in their intentions, marching down the broad boulevards of Europe’s capitals, with police protection, bearing signs and banners that say things like “Kill those who insult Islam,” “Islam will dominate the world,” and “Be prepared for the real Holocaust.”
They mean it, quite literally, as evidenced by the frequent slaughter of innocent people around the world every single day.

A new study conducted for NGO the Mental Health Foundation has found a large proportion of parents reported their children were anxious and worried about world events, with terrorism representing the greatest concern among the youngest people in Britain.
In the study, conducted by YouGov for the Mental health Foundation, 41 per cent of parents reported that their children were “anxious about the threat of terrorism”.

UK: Radicalized Schoolboy Wanted to Kill Queen
A schoolboy said he wanted to kill the Queen after being brainwashed with Islamic State videos at a Barking mosque.
In video evidence, the 11-year-old told the Old Bailey that his teacher Umar Ahmed Haque, 25, held regular grooming sessions at the Ripple Road Mosque.
The teacher is alleged to have shown a group of boys videos of violence between Islamic State and Britain.
“He showed us Islamic State are good,” The Times reported the boy as saying.

UK: Sainsbury’s Shop Assistant Jailed for Encouraging Terrorism on WhatsApp
A Sainbury’s shop assistant who sent WhatsApp messages glorifying and encouraging terrorism has been jailed. Teenager Iftikhar Ali was charged with 12 counts of transmission of a terrorism publication after being arrested in December 2016.
Ali sent multiple audio files, containing Nasheeds (songs). They included For the Sake of Allah and Give Our Regards to Abu Bakr and Oh Islamic State You Light the World.

Investigate Obama’s and Kerry’s Unlawful Deals With Iran
Two years ago, as then-secretary of State John Kerry was boasting in Davos about Obama’s deal with Iran, he acknowledged that some of the $150 billion given to the mullahs in Tehran “will end up in the hands of the IRGC or other entities, some of which are labeled terrorists. I’m not going to sit here and tell you that every component of that can be prevented.” He was right. We don’t know how much money went to fund Iran’s global terrorist activities. And we know even less about the billions in untraceable cash that was supposedly delivered to the mullahs or the recipients of that cash. How about investigating that? There should be ample evidence to prove Kerry and his boss President Obama have willfully engaged in terrorist financing and money laundering. That is unless the pertinent emails and documents related to the payments to Iran had been lost or destroyed.
After the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was implemented on January 16, 2016, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who wished to lift all sanctions on Iran, kept complaining that “On paper the United States allows foreign banks to deal with Iran, but in practice they create Iranophobia so no one does business with Iran.” As much as the Obama administration wanted to comply, it needed congressional support to do that. Thus, the Obama administration decided to circumvent U.S. anti-money laundering laws to help Iran’s economy.

Calais Migrant Numbers Swell to Near-Jungle Levels
HUNDREDS of desperate migrants have poured into Calais after Theresa May promised to fast-track the asylum claims of people trying to reach Britain.
The influx has led to increased tensions in the sparse woods where the migrants sleep and sparked fears that a new shanty town like the notorious Jungle could spring up.
About 100 migrants clashed with police at a food distribution point close to the ferry port on Thursday night when the migrants threw stones at the officers who responded with tear gas.
Charities said there had been 200 new arrivals since Mrs May announced the accelerated procedure after talks with French President Emmanuel Macron earlier this month.

EU in Trouble? Now Seven Countries Are Anti-Immigration, As Croatia Joins Fray
Croatia’s minister of the interior, Davor Bozinovic, said the country accepted 40 migrants under the EU’s relocation program last year. He also spoke about toughening the country’s borders.
Bozinovic had an informal meeting with the EU Justice and Home Affairs Council in Bulgaria on Thursday. In that meeting he said, “every country has a sovereign right to protect its borders and to decide who to allow in its territory”. He added that integrated border management is “crucial for the normal functioning of the Schengen area”

Italy: 800 Migrants Rescued, 2 Bodies Found in Mediterranean
ROME — The Italian coast guard says it has helped coordinate the rescue of some 800 migrants on the Mediterranean Sea.
The coast guard said they were spotted in five boats, including two rubber dinghies, on Saturday.
It said seven children who had water in their lungs were taken by helicopter to the nearest hospital that could treat them, located in Sfax, Tunisia. The coast guard also said two bodies were recovered.

To be prepared for winter in Switzerland, the home carers supplied the three young men with winter clothes. But they didn’t like the clothes: “They were disappointed and told us they would rather go shopping at H&M or Dolce & Gabbana,” a care worker said.

Three Ways to Stop the DACA Nightmare
There are three ways to curtail the DACA nightmare.
First, as in all legal matters, minors must be represented by their lawful parents or legal guardians, not put on a separate path. DACA encourages the separation of the teenager from their illegal parents. It necessarily breaks up families, by giving a deferment to one but not the other. The real face of DACA is that it works against children, not for them. It provides legal security to neither parent nor child.
By following an immigration policy that keeps minors as they should be, under a guardian, the debate will be emptied of the fuzzy sentimental content of false compassion for “children” that makes rational debate possible.
Remove the Umbrella of Time
The second thing to be addressed is the umbrella of time. Part of the problem with the DACA nightmare is that it shelters the “dreamers” with two-year renewable deferments that keeps them out of the reach of the law. This legal limbo provides a shield for them to establish deep roots in a society of which they are not legally a part. They accustom themselves to American culture, schools and language under the DACA umbrella going through the cruel illusion they are becoming Americans without actually doing so.
This umbrella must be withdrawn to take away the element of time that tends to normalize irregular situations and create illusions. Immigration policy toward minors or young adults should be clear, quick, and unambiguous to allow them to plan their future. It cannot cruelly linger on and on like the DACA executive order that forces minors to live without definition under a Damocles’ sword.

Media Push Gun-Control Activists’ Misleading School Shooting Count, Includes Window Broken by BB Gun
Most incidents included in activists’ count bear no resemblance to Sandy Hook or Columbine
Many in the media have pushed a gun-control group’s count of school shootings in the aftermath of Tuesday’s shooting at Marshall County High School that left 2 dead and 18 injured.
That count, created by Everytown for Gun Safety, claims there have been 11 school shootings thus far in 2018. However, nearly all of the incidents included alongside the Marshall County shooting bear little or no resemblance to that shooting or other well-publicized school shootings, like those at Sandy Hook Elementary or Columbine High School. None of the other events included in the gun-control group’s count feature more than one injury, most featured no injuries at all, and one involved a BB gun being shot at a school bus window.

Good for Czechia, still hard to believe half the population want thousands of potential criminals from second and third world countries and at best thousands of welfare bums.

The thing is, from what I noticed during the campaign, most of Mr. Drahoš’s supporters have a very poor knowledge of the situation in Europe, if they have any knowledge at all. Many of them are first time voters, who consider themselves special by voting someone with no political experience whatsoever and who don’t care for facts. As per usual with the young liberals, they don’t shy away from belittling and assaulting anyone who doesn’t agree with them.
Another important point was the media constantly attacking Mr. Zeman and denying any bad stuff anyone mentioned about Mr. Drahoš. I’m sure you know well enough how few people bother with checking the information presented to them, so they believed whatever the media told them.
According to statistics, roughly half of Mr. Drahoš’s voters selected him only because they didn’t like Mr. Zeman on a personal level. It’s a question of the lesser evil for them, I guess. And many people don’t understand that sometimes there are more important things than personal sympathies. If those people understood that, what Mr. Zeman stands for would’ve easily have had 75% of all votes.
Btw since I get to speak to many young people in my line of work, those of them who actually are interested in politics even outside election times would’ve (if they’re too young to vote) or did vote for Mr. Zeman. Many of those pretended they would support Mr. Drahoš in their classes, for example, just to avoid attacks from their peers. Nothing unusual for liberals to be against free speech though, I suppose.

I believe it is worth noting, that the election was very similar to that of Donald Trump, in the sense that the public was artificially split into two groups:
The first group, voting for the second candidate, Drahos, would be everywhere: Media, billboards, leaflets, facebook, TV, radio… They were mainly city dweller intelectuals “sun worshippers” as we call them in Czech, a lot of student activists, etc. Their Hallmark was to shame and blame every Zeman voter! Zeman voters are rednecks, uneducated villagers, old communists, Russian agents, with bad mouths and widhout decor or decency.
It is interesting that Milos Zeman didn’t really campaign, and won anyway, and most of his voters (myself included) will tell you that Zeman is not a good presidential candidate, and we wouldn’t vote for him – but the shameful activity of the Drahos supporters, ahming everyone who is not for Drahos, basically forced us to go to vote Zeman.
In the last presidential debate, Zeman was cool, but Drahos would attack him practically every minute. What a disgusting man, putting charisma politics above real issues!
The tide is certainly turning, because the mainstream media are really losing their grip on the electorate.

We’re a parliamentary republic though, not a presidential one, so the only way in which he can influence it is naming Mr. Babiš prime minister. Mr. Babiš is against immigration too. However, he needs a coalition to ensure the majority of votes for his cabinet. Mr. Drahoš was against naming Mr. Babiš PM, so he would’ve caused early elections had he won the presidential elections. And who knows how those would’ve ended.
