Gates of Vienna News Feed 7/26/2017

The European Commission announced that it will initiate infringement proceedings against Poland for the current government’s efforts to overhaul the Polish judicial system. Meanwhile, the European Court of Justice ruled against Hungary and Slovakia, saying that the two V4 members must accede to the migrant quotas imposed by Brussels.

In other news, police in Mississippi served an arrest warrant at the wrong house, knocking on the door of the house next to that of the man named in their warrant. When the householder opened the door, his large dog came bounding up behind him, alarming the officers and causing them to shoot the man dead. Police say the householder had a gun in his hand when he opened the door, but the lawyer for the family of the deceased says this is not true.

“There’s an Effort Underway to Tear Up the Constitution” As the Economy Nears Collapse

When it comes to state of our economy and the corruption of our government, most of us are on the outside looking in. We see the results of our government’s collusion with corporations and banks, but we don’t really know what goes on behind closed doors and how it all works.

Catherine Austin Fitts knows. As a former director of an investment bank, and a former Commissioner for the Department of Housing and Development under President Bush, you could say that she used to be an insider. As a result, she knows how the elites in the financial sector and in Washington are fleecing the American public, and driving our nation into an economic collapse.

In a recent interview with Greg Hunter of USAWatchdog.com, she reveals one of the reasons why our government is determined to undermine the US Constitution. It’s so that there’s no way for the elites to be held accountable once their house of cards comes crashing down.

There’s an effort underway essentially to tear up the Constitution, because they want to make sure it’s torn up and doesn’t provide a legal mechanism to enforce, once everybody figures out that the money stolen during the financial coup d’etat is going to hit their pocketbook, and hard.

Banks Are Scheming to Dominate a Future Cashless Society

This ongoing push for a cashless society in Europe, Asia, and the Americas is about much more than just phasing out paper money — it’s about central planners solidifying control over the public’s wealth.

Visa recently announced its new Cashless Challenge program, which offers $10,000 to restaurants willing to transition into accepting only digital payments. As the largest credit card processor in the U.S., it’s no surprise Visa is spearheading this campaign.

Under the guise of increasing transparency and efficiency, they’ve partnered with governments around the world to help convert financial systems into cashless models, but their real incentive is the billions of dollars in extra transaction fees it would generate.

“We are declaring war on cash,” Visa spokesman Andy Gerlt proudly proclaimed after the program was announced.

The food-based small businesses Visa is targeting are among those that benefit most from accepting cash from customers. When transactions are for amounts less than $10, the fees charged cut significantly into profits. Only 28% of food trucks currently accept credit card payments because of the huge losses they incur from them. The bribe from Visa may seem appealing up front but will be mostly paid back to them over the next few years in fees alone…

This ongoing push for a cashless society in Europe, Asia, and the Americas is about much more than just phasing out paper money — it’s about central planners solidifying control over the public’s wealth.

Why Illinois is in Trouble — 63,000 Public Employees With $100,000+ Salaries Cost Taxpayers $10 Billion

llinois is broke and continues to flirt with junk bond status. But the state’s financial woes aren’t stopping 63,000 government employees from bringing home six-figure salaries and higher.

Whenever we open the books, Illinois is consistently one of the worst offenders. Recently, we found auto pound supervisors in Chicago making $144,453; nurses at state corrections earning up to $254,781; junior college presidents making $465,420; university doctors earning $1.6 million; and 84 small-town “managers” out-earning every U.S. governor.

Using our interactive mapping tool, quickly review (by ZIP code) the 63,000 Illinois public employees who earn more than $100,000 and cost taxpayers $10 billion. Just click a pin and scroll down to see the results rendered in the chart beneath the map.

Americans Oblivious to the Approaching Storm

A while back we attended an evening meeting of over 30 rural landowners, in which a couple of auditors of a land use department were there to collect stories of government abuse, for the purposes of an audit. They got an un-expected ear full. As the two auditors were leaving the meeting, one of them was overheard to say, “I had no idea it was this bad.” One might ask how they could be so blind when the rural landowners of this county had been yelling from the rooftops for years, about the egregious injustices that are being foisted on them by an over-bloated, CITY-RUN, county council.

In the spirit of surprising civilized behavior, one by one, the landowner’s stories came pouring out, sometimes punctuated with a few expletives, sometimes with passion bordering on wanting to do physical harm to the perpetrators of their extended grief. Words like Gestapo, brown shirts, Nazism, communism and socialism were frequently on the lips of the landowners, as they related their individual experiences with land use code enforcement officers.

But what was entirely overlooked by those attending the meeting and by the auditors themselves, was that this was just a symptom of a much greater evil, an evil that is being perpetrated on an American minority, with little or no representation in the government process. An evil that is foisted on this minority by the tyranny of a majority (city folk) who have bought into the “green” lie that the environment must be protected, no matter how much it costs, or how many individual and property rights that the minority has to give up to implement what can be generously called, a draconian, environmental government policy. This evil has all the characteristics of mass or religious hysteria. It is an evil that totally ignores the rights protected by the 5th Amendment to our cherished Constitution, the absolute requirement by government to provide “due process” and “just compensation” when “TAKING” private property. It is also an evil that violates another section of our Constitution, the “equal protection clause”. The rural minority is being asked to bear almost the entire burden of environmental protection, for the benefit of the constitutionally ignorant and naive urban dwellers, who have been duped into thinking they have the right to usurp the property rights of their rural brethren with their votes.

California Secession Campaign Can Start Gathering Signatures

A group that wants California to secede from the United States can start collecting signatures for its ballot initiative.

The state attorney general issued an official ballot measure title and summary Tuesday. The campaign can now start gathering the more than 585,000 signatures it will need to qualify for the 2018 ballot.

The initiative would form a commission to recommend avenues for California to pursue its independence and delete part of the state constitution that says it is an inseparable part of the U.S. The measure would also instruct the governor and California congressional delegation to negotiate more autonomy for the state.

This is the second attempt to put a so-called Calexit measure on the 2018 ballot. An earlier attempt was withdrawn in April.

Congressman Luis Gutierrez Calls Donald Trump a ‘Major Criminal’ That Must be ‘Eliminated’

Is it proper for a sitting member of Congress to call for the president of the United States to be “ eliminated” ? Despite all of the chaos and all of the violence that we have seen so far, Democrats continue to stir up even more anger and even more hatred. Words have power, and our leaders need to be very careful about how they use them. Our nation is the most divided that it has been in my entire lifetime, and it isn’ t going to take too much to push America into a state of full-blown civil unrest.

U.S. Representative Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) is a very gifted public speaker. If he chose to use that gift for good, he could make a tremendous difference in this country. But instead, he is using his gift to encourage people to hate President Trump. During a recent appearance at Chicago’ s Lincoln United Methodist Church on Saturday, Gutierrez actually referred to Trump as a “ criminal” multiple times…

“ The major criminal that exists in the United States of America is called Donald Trump [and] he lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Av at the White House,” Gutierrez stormed.

“ Someone who takes health care away from 33 million people is a criminal,” he said.

But of course he didn’ t stop there.

Gutierrez went on to tell the congregation that Trump must be “ eliminated” as soon as possible…

Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s Lead it Guy Arrested Trying to Leave Country

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’d IT guy, Pakistan-born Imran Awan was arrested on bank fraud charges at Dulles International Airport Tuesday while trying to make his way out of the country.

Still on Wasserman Schultz’s payroll, despite being barred from accessing the House’s computer system since February, Awan had worked IT for some 31 other Democrat politicians. Watch the latest video at video.foxnews.com

Awan was caught at the center of a scheme that allegedly involved double-charging the House for IT equipment, and may also have exposed House information online.

FBI agents had already seized smashed computer hard drives, a la Hillary Clinton’s hammered and bleached bit ones from Awan’s deserted home, according to two sources with knowledge of the investigation.

The Awan scandal surfaced about the same time as Hillary Clinton’s email scandal was being swept out the backdoor, and is likely the one Democrats kept hidden under the rug in order to forge their Russians-stole-the-election conspiracy through the Mainstream Media.

It wasn’t the Russians who leaked intelligence over the Internet during the bitterly fought 2016 presidential election campaign, but a cadre of Muslims— on the payroll of the Democrats.

A stunning turn of events that you’ll never get the Mainstream Media to admit.

Dems Try the Islamophobe Card in Defense of Wasserman Schultz’s Arrested it Guy

Crafty Democrats blame “massive Federal Islamophobia” for Rep. Debbie (aka ‘Blabbermouth”) Wasserman Schultz’s , top IT Guy Imran Awan, who spread like a plague among her Democrat colleagues in the House, being outed by the FBI.

Try massive ‘Liarophobia’, Ms. Blabbermouth because that’s what millions of deplorables really deplore most; elected politicians who lie like the proverbial rug to the masses they are so handsomely paid to represent.

Awan, under investigation by the FBI for bank fraud and cybersecurity abuses, was arrested at Dulles International Airport and relieved of his passport as he was trying to make his getaway to his home country of Pakistan.

Ironic beyond words how a progressive politician dubbed “blabbermouth” would keep a blabbermouth staffer on her payroll — even while knowing he was under FBI investigation.

Ex-CIA Director John Brennan Proves Once Again He’s a Traitor

Obama’s seditious Central Intelligence Agency director, the vile John O. Brennan, is calling for a coup against President Trump.

Zero Hedge reports:

In the most vocal opposition to President Donald Trump yet, former CIA Director John Brennan said that if the White House tries to fire special counsel Robert Mueller, government officials should refuse to follow the president orders, as they would be — in his view — “inconsistent” with the duties of the executive branch.

“I think it’s the obligation of some executive branch officials to refuse to carry that out. I would just hope that this is not going to be a partisan issue. That Republicans, Democrats are going to see that the future of this government is at stake and something needs to be done for the good of the future,” Brennan told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer at the Aspen Security Forum, effectively calling for a coup against the president should Trump give the order to fire Mueller.

Being a traitor is nothing new for Brennan. One could say he’s made a career out of treasonable behavior.

There is now evidence that Brennan and others in the Obama administration used America’s taxpayer-funded national security apparatus to engage in espionage against an opposition party’s presidential campaign, an incoming administration, and that administration’s transition team. The whole campaign aimed at convincing Americans that President Trump was a tool of Russia was created by Democrats for their illicit purposes…

Brennan… an enemy operative who converted to Islam

Brennan has spoken of “the goodness and beauty of Islam,” which he calls “a faith of peace and tolerance.” “The tremendous warmth of Islamic cultures and societies,” he said, typically makes visitors from non-Muslim lands feel very “welcomed.”

Liberal Professor to Sue Evergreen for $3.8 Million Over “Racially Hostile” Campus Environment

Bret Weinstein, the liberal college professor who refused to go along with radical student demands at Evergreen State College for a “Day of Absence” — a day without white people on campus — has filed his intention to sue the college. The amount demanded, $3.85 million, is for damages he suffered, and continues to suffer, as explained by Weinstein’s attorney:

[Evergreen] failed to set and enforce necessary boundaries in the workplace on campus, selectively has chosen not to enforce its student Code of Conduct, and sent the unmistakable message that the school will tolerate (and even endorse) egregious violations (and even crimes) purportedly to advance racial social goals, diminishing the collegiate experience for all, and fostering a racially hostile work and retaliatory environment for faculty and staff.

Mississippi Police Fatally Shoot Man at Wrong House While Serving Warrant

Police in Mississippi fatally shot a man after trying to serve an arrest warrant at the wrong address, a lawyer for the victim’s family told NBC News.

The officers shot and killed Ismael Lopez, 41, while they were attempting to arrest his neighbor, Samuel Pearman, on a domestic abuse charge Sunday night in Southaven.

DeSoto County prosecutor John Champion told the Clarion-Ledger that at least one officer fired multiple shots after a pit bull ran out of the house and seeing Lopez holding a gun…

Paul Craig Roberts on “The Conspiracy to Remove Trump From the Presidency”

US intelligence services, the Democratic Party, some Republicans including members of President Trump’s own government, and the presstitute US media are conspiring against American democracy and the President of the United States.

We know this from a public letter to Trump published today, July 24, 2017, on consortiumnews.com by Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity.

MEMORANDUM FOR: The President

FROM: Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS)

SUBJECT: Was the “Russian Hack” an Inside Job?

Executive Summary

Forensic studies of “Russian hacking” into Democratic National Committee computers last year reveal that on July 5, 2016, data was leaked (not hacked) by a person with physical access to DNC computers, and then doctored to incriminate Russia.

After examining metadata from the “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server, independent cyber investigators have concluded that an insider copied DNC data onto an external storage device, and that “telltale signs” implicating Russia were then inserted.

Key among the findings of the independent forensic investigations is the conclusion that the DNC data was copied onto a storage device at a speed that far exceeds an Internet capability for a remote hack. Of equal importance, the forensics show that the copying and doctoring were performed on the East coast of the U.S. Thus far, mainstream media have ignored the findings of these independent studies [see here and here]…

Unlike the CIA, NSA, and FBI, the veteran intelligence professionals performed forensic investigations. They found conclusive evidence that the alleged “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server [these are the emails that show the DNC working for Hillary against Sanders] was not hacked but leaked.

The leaked documents were copied onto an external storage device and doctored with a cut-and-paste job to implicate Russia as having hacked the documents.

In other words, the alleged hack was instead a copy from the inside that was subsequently doctored to reflect Russian origin.

Sessions Should Withdraw His Recusal and Fire Mueller

Our President is the very definition of the American success story. Donald J. Trump is street smart, and a real scrapper when it comes to deals, and he has proven that over and over again in business. His book, Art of the Deal, one of 15 best sellers, makes his business acumen clear, but it’s time he stops publicly attacking the one man who supported him from the very beginning, time to take it private and settle it.

As I stated in my last article, our President and our Attorney General need to meet in the White House residence over dinner for a one-on-one chat regarding Sessions’ recusal. Jeff Sessions is a man who is honorable and by the book, and he obviously thought he was doing the right thing, but now he needs to undo his mistake to save the President from Mueller’s witch hunt.

Tom Fitton Says Un-Recuse

Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch has publicly stated that our Attorney General can legally un-recuse himself from the Russia election investigation and fire Robert Mueller. [Link]

Fitton says that Sessions probably thought he was recusing himself from a limited set of circumstances. He said, “You can’t have an attorney general that is unable to manage the largest case known to the public that is going on in the Justice Department. Now they have moved beyond Russia and are investigating everything.”

In lieu of a finite charge, Sessions could have delayed recusal and would be on solid legal ground, contends Ken Boehm, chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center, a government watchdog group. Boehm said, “I think the world of Jeff Sessions. I think he’s a good man. But, if you look at every other incident, people in positions at Justice in the past administration wouldn’t do it because they would fear a fishing expedition. Before Sessions recused himself, he should have called for an actual crime, a statute. He would have been on firm legal ground.”

State Department Lawyers Removing References to ISIS ‘Genocide’ Against Christians, Other Religious Minorities

Obama holdovers in State Department’s legal office are responsible, critics say

The State Department’s top lawyers are systematically removing the word “genocide” to describe the Islamic State’s mass slaughter of Christians, Yazidis, and other ethnic minorities in Iraq and Syria from speeches before they are delivered and other official documents, according to human rights activists and attorneys familiar with the policies.

Additionally, Democratic senators are delaying confirmation of Mark Green, Trump’s pick to head the U.S. Agency for International Development who has broad bipartisan support.

These efforts guarantee that Obama-era policies that worked to exclude Iraq’s Christian and other minority religious populations from key U.S. aid programs remain in place, the activists said.

Richard Visek, who was appointed by President Obama as head the State Department’s Office of Legal Adviser in October 2016, is behind the decision to remove the word “genocide” from official documents, according to Nina Shea, an international human rights lawyer who directs the Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom.

Why Smart Guns Are Incredibly Dumb: Hacker Cracks Smart Gun With $15 Magnets

Smart guns probably provide the last chance for gun control advocates to have their way. After trying and failing for decades to completely eviscerate gun rights in America, their last best hope is to simply let defiant gun owners have their weapons, but with conditions. They’ ll try to compromise with gun owners, and tell them that they can have any firearm they want, so long as it is a smart gun, which is supposedly safer since it can’t be used by unauthorized individuals like children and criminals.

But as we all know, everything gun control advocates propose is a slippery slope. How long before these smart guns, like all smart gadgets, begin to spy on their owners? How long before smart guns can be disabled by authorities from a distance, which would effectively defang their role in society as determined by the Second Amendment?

There is of course, another reason why gun owners should never embrace smart gun technologies. Despite claims that suggest these guns will be safer (but still reliable in an emergency), it turns out that like all electronic devices, they are easily hackable. An anonymous hacker recently got a hold of the German made Armatix IP1 smart gun, and took it to a gun range in Colorado. There he revealed just how easy it is to bypass the security mechanisms in the gun.

The idea is that the gun will not fire if it is more than a few inches from the watch, according to an in-depth report by Wired.

However a hacker who goes under the pseudonym Plore has showed in a Colorado firing range that he can make the smart gun fire without the security watch anywhere near it…

But that’s not all. Not only can anyone use the gun with the aid of a cheap magnet, it’s also quite easy to make it completely inoperable.

As well as allowing the gun to fire when held by someone else, Plore also used radio signals to make the weapon completely useless.

From ten feet away a $20 (£15) transmitter device could emit radio waves that jam the [watch] — regardless of how close it is to the user’s gun.

Wisconsin Company to Microchip Employees

A Wisconsin company has announced that it intends to be the first in the United States to embed microchips in the hands of its employees. While the procedure has been touted as voluntary, Three Square Market, a company that provides technology for company break rooms and “micro markets,” said that at least 50 of its employees in River Falls, Wisconsin, have agreed to allow the grain-of-rice sized chip to be embedded in their hands.

The chip, which uses Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and has been used on pets and other animals for several years, can be implanted between the thumb and forefinger within just a few seconds, and will initially be used to scan employees into their workplaces, as well as to charge them for food purchases.

Britain to Ban Sale of All Diesel and Petrol Cars and Vans From 2040

Plans follow French commitment to take polluting vehicles off the road owing to effect of poor air quality on people’s health

Britain is to ban all new petrol and diesel cars and vans from 2040 amid fears that rising levels of nitrogen oxide pose a major risk to public health.

The commitment, which follows a similar pledge in France, is part of the government’s much-anticipated clean air plan, which has been at the heart of a protracted high court legal battle.

The government warned that the move, which will also take in hybrid vehicles, was needed because of the unnecessary and avoidable impact that poor air quality was having on people’s health. Ministers believe it poses the largest environmental risk to public health in the UK, costing up to £2.7bn in lost productivity in one recent year.

Italy: Changes OK But Fincantieri Should Control STX — Padoan

Italy ready to listen to demands of new govt in Paris

(ANSA) — Rome, July 26 — Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan said Wednesday that Rome was willing to listen to the French government’s demands for changes to Fincantieri’s investment in STX but stressed that the Italian company should have control.

“The current French executive has decided to cancel the agreements previously made on Fincantieri’s presence in STX,” a statement said. “We have expressed our willingness to listen to the demands of the new government, but there is no reason for Fincantieri to renounce a majority stake and control of the French company”. Shares in Italian group Fincantieri fell by 12% to 0.92 euros in early trading on Wednesday as tensions between Italy and France over the ownership of the STX shipyard escalated.

Fincantieri CEO Giuseppe Bono said the acquisition of STX France represented an “industrial objective and not a political one”, adding that the Italian group had Rome’s backing in negotiations over the shipyard. Fincantieri in May bought 66.6% of STX France from South Korea’s STX Offshore and Shipbuilding as part of bankruptcy proceedings but on Wednesday France’s Economy Minister Bruno Le Maire said the French cabinet would exercise its pre-emption rights to buy off the shipyard if Fincantieri did not accept a French offer to divide STX’s capital 50-50.

Swedish Government on Verge of Collapse After Admitting ‘Accidental Leak’ of Entire Nation’s Info

Sweden’s government is being quietly rocked by a major scandal. So far the market has paid it little regard, but, as Citi warns, it may soon escalate…

Sweden appears to have accidentally leaked the details of almost all of its citizens. And now it’s getting worse as the leak happened in 2015, but only emerged last week. As The Indepedent reports,

The leak allowed unvetted IT workers in other countries to see the details of people registered in Swedish government and police databases.

It happened after the government looked to outsource data held by the Transport Agency, but did so in a way that allowed that information to be available to almost anyone, critics have claimed.

Watch: Incredible Footage of Police Knocking Out ‘Allah Akhbar’ Attacker With Thrown Plastic Barrier

A police officer received light injuries Tuesday after a man shouting “Allahu Akbar” — “God is Great” in Arabic — attacked with a knife, but his rampage was short lived thanks to a quick-witted colleague.

The man, thought to be a 29-year-old Moroccan citizen, was arrested by officers after he was disabled during the confrontation at the land border between Spain and Morocco at Melilla. Now released security footage shows officers surrounding the man after he attacked one officer — leaving him with a cut hand.

The attacker has his sights set on officers as he approaches — but this distracts him from what is going on behind as one quick-thinking officer grabs a plastic road barrier and takes a long run-up. As the barrier connects with the back of the would-be terrorist’s head, he collapses to the floor and the other officers move in to make their arrest.

China Adds Troops to India Border, Will Defend Sovereignty at “Whatever Cost”

With attention focused on geopolitical tensions involving North Korea, the world may have missed that another, potentially more troubling conflict is brewing on the border between India and China, where as we reported over the weekend, China threatened with military action after a “blatant sovereignty infringement.” Since then tensions have grown, and on Monday China warned on Monday that it will step up its troop deployment in a border dispute with India, vowing to defend its sovereignty at “whatever cost”.

The latest standoff started more than a month ago after Chinese troops started building a road on a remote plateau, which is disputed by China and Bhutan. Indian troops countered by moving to the flashpoint zone to halt the work, with China accusing them of violating its territorial sovereignty and calling for their immediate withdrawal.

“The crossing of the mutually recognised national borders on the part of India… is a serious violation of China’s territory and runs against the international law,” Chinese defence ministry spokesman Wu Qian told a press conference quoted by AFP, adding that “the determination and the willingness and the resolve of China to defend its sovereignty is indomitable, and it will safeguard its sovereignty and security interests at whatever cost.”

He also said that “border troops have taken emergency response measures in the area and will further step up deployment and trainings in response to the situation,” without giving any details about the deployment.

Backyard Butchers and Vigilante Farmers: Stock Rustling on the Rise in New Zealand

The thick swarm of black flies hanging above the backyard of the rural property was the first tip-off. The metallic stench of weeks-old animal blood was another.

“There were dead animals, offal and blood everywhere, spread out on an exposed concrete slab with people walking through it and birds flying through,” says Gary Orr.

“None of the carcasses were hung, they were just lying on the open slab after being skinned and gutted, completely in contact with everything. And there was no hand-washing, no cleaning of knives or equipment. It was horrific, like a charnel house.”

The butchery was processing illegal meat and its customer list ran into the hundreds.

For Orr, whose title is the rather benign-sounding “compliance manager” for the ministry for primary industries (MPI), the discovery was an all too familiar one.

Across New Zealand an age old-crime is flourishing as farms that were once family-run sell up to corporations, meaning there are fewer people living in rural communities and keeping an eye on the land.

But in these backyard butchers it is not just the method of killing animals and handling meat that is illegal, but the way the stock is sourced as well.

Last year thousands of valuable farm animals were poached from isolated farms around the country, some to be sold illegally to other farms but most to be butchered in blackmarket meat operations, which kill and sell everything from chickens to goats to horses.

“It is a growing problem for us,” says Orr, who investigated 60 complaints regarding the Animal Products Act in 2016. Backyard butcheries were a significant problem that was becoming more prevalent every year , he said.

“Times are tough for some parts of our population and we are an increasingly multicultural society, who may have no issue eating horse meat for example. When the price of blackmarket meat is half of what you’d normally pay, that can be very tempting.”

Although small-scale, opportunistic grabs of half a dozen sheep or cows are relatively common, police and MPI say sophisticated gangs with links to organised crime are increasingly mounting well-planned raids on farms around New Zealand, in which hundreds and sometimes thousands of stock are stolen in a single hit.

Only a tiny proportion of stolen stock processed by illegal butchers is done in a hygienic way , says Orr, and very few are killed humanely (stunning them with electricity), instead slitting their throats without sedation or shooting them in the head with firearms.

The treatment of the stolen animals while they await slaughter is also abhorrent, says Orr…

Man Shot Dead by Police at Sydney’s Central Station

A man has been shot dead at Sydney’s Central station following a confrontation with police responding to reports of an armed robbery.

The man, who witnesses say was armed with a pair of scissors, was shot outside a florist’s shop on Eddy Avenue just before 6.45pm.

The owner of the shop was targeted by the man, according to witnesses, prompting bystanders to call police.

When police arrived and told him to drop his weapon, he did not respond and was shot three or four times at close range, witnesses said.

France: Protesting Locals Build Wall Around Planned Migrant Accommodation

Locals in a town in south-west France have built a wall around the entrance to a disused hotel to stop it from being turned into a migrant centre.

According to the group who organised the action, a few dozen residents worked under the cover of darkness to construct the 18 metre long, 1.8 metre high wall to bar access to the former Formule 1 hotel in Séméac.

‘The Soros Plan’: Hungary Rejects Brussels Court Demand for Forced Mass Migration

Hungary and Slovakia must take migrants from the third world, the Advocate General of Brussels’ top court said Wednesday, advising judges dismiss their case challenging the mandatory relocation scheme.

The Visegrad nations argue that the European Union (EU) acted beyond its powers with the binding decision to redistribute 120,000 migrants currently living in Italy and Greece across the bloc — a move intended to take pressure off the nations most affected by floods of arrivals.

But, in his opinion published today, Advocate General of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) Yves Bot unequivocally stated that judges at the ECJ “should dismiss the actions brought by Slovakia and Hungary.”

UK: Holiday Ferry Service Hit as Gangs of Migrants Target New Route

FAMILIES heading off to the Continent on holiday faced long delays yesterday when a gang of migrants was found hiding on a ferry.

t is understood that at least 12 were discovered on the freight deck of a Brittany Ferries vessel when it docked in Portsmouth from Bilbao.

The security breach lays bare how illegal immigrants bent on reaching Britain are targeting ports along 800 miles of coast from Dunkirk southwards.

Last night, Simon Wagstaff, of Brittany Ferries, said: “Like all ports with services to the UK, Bilbao is being targeted by migrants attempting to gain access by all means.

Italy: Charlie Therapy Would Not Have Been Suspended Here Says Bambino Gesù Head

‘Time wasted in debates’ president of Vatican-owned hospital

(ANSA) — Rome, July 25 — Mariella Enoc, president of Rome’s Bambino Gesù children’s hospital, said Tuesday that Charlie Gard’s therapy would not have been suspended if he had been at the Vatican-owned structure. “I don’t know why the English hospital decided to suspend the child’s treatments,” Enoc told a news conference. “I know that here with us this would not have happened… I don’t know if it would have been possible to save Charlie, but I do know that lots of time was wasted in legal debates that served for nothing”. On Monday the parents of the terminally ill British 11-month-old gave up their legal battle to have their son treated abroad. Earlier in July, UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson told Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano that legal reasons prevented Britain from allowing the family to take up an offer from Bambino Gesu’ hospital to try to cure the child.

The hospital had offered to help Gard’s mother Connie Yates and her husband Chris Gard after Pope Francis said treatment should be provided “until the end” “The experimental therapy could have been an opportunity for Charlie Gard but it came too late,” said Bambino Gesù expert Professor Enrico Silvio Bertini.

“Unfortunately, it has emerged that it is impossible to start the experimental therapeutic plan in the light of the clinical evaluation… because of the seriously compromised condition of little Charlie’s muscle tissue,” said Bertini, the head of Bambino Gesù’s muscular and neurodegenerative illnesses department.

Major Networks Give More Air Time to Baby Whale Than Charlie Gard

The three broadcast networks devoted more time to covering the death of a three-month-old killer whale In another bizarre case of misplaced mainstream media priorities, U.S. television networks favored the death of a sea mammal over the fight to save a British baby.

During Tuesday morning’s news shows, the three broadcast networks devoted more time to covering the death of a three-month-old killer whale than to the heart-rending case of 11-month-old Charlie Gard and his battle to live.

As the Media Research Center (MRC) reported, ABC, CBS and NBC spent a combined total of three minutes and 17 seconds on the “last baby orca whale born into captivity,” compared to just two minutes and 14 seconds on the decision of Charlie Gard’s parents to drop their legal battle and “let our son go to be with the angels.”

Shapiro: Why the Left Protects Islam

Leftists, Islamists share goal to destroy Western civilization

Richard Dawkins is no friend to conservatives.

The atheist author has spent much of his life deriding Judaism and Christianity. He once stated, “An atheist is just somebody who feels about Yahweh the way any decent Christian feels about Thor or Baal or the golden calf.” Dawkins says that even moderate religious people “make the world safe for extremists.” He’s far to the left on politics: He’s pro-abortion rights, and a supporter of the Labour Party and the Liberal Democrats in Britain.

But he’s also smart enough to recognize that radical Islam is a greater threat to human life than Christianity or Judaism. He explains: “I have criticised the appalling misogyny and homophobia of Islam, I have criticised the murdering of apostates for no crime other than their disbelief. … Muslims themselves are the prime victims of the oppressive cruelties of Islamism.”

Scientists Warn That the Countdown to the Extinction of the Human Race is Accelerating

Sperm counts among men from these areas seem to have halved in less than 40 years

Humanity is steamrolling toward a date with extinction, and yet most people have absolutely no idea that this is happening.

Most of us like to think that we are part of the smartest, tallest and fastest generation in human history, but science has actually shown that the exact opposite is true. Compared to our ancient ancestors, we areshorter, slower and we have been losing mental capacity for thousands of years. And just this week, a groundbreaking study that discovered that large numbers of human males in the western world may soon be incapable of reproducing made headlines all over the planet…

  1. On the charges by the European Court of Justice that V4 members must accept migrant quotas.

The ECJ has jumped the gun in a hail Mary attempt to maintain the schedule of the destruction of European civilization. I think the plan was for Hillary to be elected President and would then be completely pliant as the threat of NATO military intervention was progressively used to coerce reluctant countries to accept low-IQ, savage Africans and Middle Easterners.

But, the plan is out the window, and the European handle on military coercion seems to be weakening rather than strengthening, so the European poseur justice court is striking while the iron is as hot as it’s going to be for awhile.

Hopefully, this will be another nail in the coffin of the European Fourth Reich.

    • Agreed Ronald. This ‘measure’ from the psuedo-legal European court – a Court founded not on the law of the land of the Europeans, but in unproven ideological claptrap – smacks of desperation.

    • I agree! EU is a toothless and no matter how much they foam at the mouth, it will not make a little bit of difference. Hungary will have election in 2018 and Orbán and FIDESZ major program point is the defense against migration. If they would give that up to submit to EU will, they would never win!

    • You underestimate the power of the UN-EU-NGO complex. The NGOs are in every nook and cranny of the planet making grant money contingent on conforming to the global, androgynous, socialist agenda.

The educational institutions have already done their propaganda job in the West, brow-beating most of the populace into timid acceptance. And if Merkel is re-elected, we’ll know Western Europe is lost.

I think ‘low-IQ’ is too savage a comment. In the case of Muslim inbreeding, you could be correct, but there are millions of teenagers in Africa who would give the ragged shirt off their backs if they could get a good education. Thanks to their corrupt and inept governments, they are deprived of that opportunity.

  2. On the Justine Damond shooting : As hard as it is to believe by some, whenever a public organization, such as the local police force under the control of those who willingly undertake the societal destructive measures, such as affirmative action, in order to prove to the powers to be of their willingness to engage in such obvious stupidity for the sake of their 30 pieces of silver, and without any thought at all for the end results from such blatant stupidity, and in doing so, displaying kind of thinking that requires the determined effort of those who place their own self-interest first in deliberately abandoning the tried and tested procedures for public safety that has taken hundreds of years to get right, just to be thrown away for a goal based largely in ideology than in any provable and demonstrable example that would give some weight to their thinking, but instead waking up to the reality as the end result of all that stupidity in the shooting of an unarmed female in pyjammas by a ‘startled cop’ of Islamic persuasion.

After reading that forensics have searched Damond’s home seeking ‘incriminating evidence’ (and I hope that came with a search warrant?) it comes as no surprise that any blame to be attached to officer Noor for the murder of Justine Damond is a not on the horizon if the mayor has her say.

But! Facts are facts, and Noor pulled the trigger on that poor woman and without any just cause!

    • Apart from running out of oxygen reading your initial, paragraph long sentence, I support your view. Added to that Noor’s neighbor has said he was a nervous, jumpy man who had no respect for women and easily lost the plot!

We’ve also seen images of Muslim men on TV driving recklessly in old pick-ups, tooting their horns and shooting into the air in all directions to celebrate another mass murder.

      • Looking back over that longish paragraph it is rather long – must have been the Mudgee Porter I was drinking at the time of writing? Grin.

But, you could have taken a breath!

There is a piece in the Daily Mail today concerning how Noor may actually walk a free man after getting fired from the ‘job’. I fail to see how that can come about in a legal sense and I still predict he will be charged with murder of some degree.

  3. On Sydney Central Station shooting : As a cop involved in such ‘critical incidents’ you become damned if you do and damned if you don’t!

  4. The few remaining Christian nations, like Poland and Hungary, are fighting the Marxist EU in a death clutch. Let’s hope the Brits manage to escape as NWO liars like Tony Blair try to stifle Freedom. Obviously, Free Trade between Eastern Europe and the Brits (and the USA) would defeat our Marxist tyrants.

    • Brit patriots have another huge task ahead of them! Your country already flooded with muslims! If you do nothing now, you will not have a country in a couple of decades! Your traitor class and police already helping and siding with the invaders.

      • The Muslims are demanding their own Islamic armed forces in Europe. The ISIS veterans can be put to work right away.

  5. In Poland, PiS has said sweeping changes are needed to reform an inefficient and sometimes corrupt judicial system, accusing judges of being an elite, self-serving clique often out of touch with the problems of ordinary citizens.

The European Commission on Wednesday said it was ready to take action against Poland for violating EU laws, warning that a controversial overhaul of the country’s judicial system threatens the independence of courts.

There are two problems here. Holdover judges from the Communist era are a thorn throughout the Visegrad 4. Many ought to have been prosecuted for criminal offences. Judges under Communism were rubber stamps for the Party! But they held onto power. No doubt they are dying out, but they may have poisoned the well for the next generation.

Far more important for the future of nation states everywhere is the threat of the EU to intervene in a nation’s internal dispute, by claiming its legal territory! That is no different from Hitler’s excuse for invading Czechoslovakia on behalf of its German minority, nor Putin’s invasion of the Ukraine on behalf of the Russian minority! In fact Brussels’ claim is even more outrageous.

The New Global Ethic seeks to destroy the Western nations’ historical memories, but not the historical memory if the invading migrants, who are allowed to keep theirs under the rubric of ‘multiculturalism’.

It’s a thinly veiled power grab by a supra national entity and is only the first of many to come. It is vital that Poland not bow its neck to Brussels.

  6. Woo, Ronald, I like that title: European Fourth Reich — both descriptive and accurate.

How to get rid of it is another problem.

And I still don’t see why we can’t help people in place, rather than have them invading our spaces. They have their own space.

By the way, the people who cracked the atom were not stupid. Where does this [offal] come from?

  7. STATE DEPARTMENT’S anti-Christian agenda. ‘These efforts guarantee that Obama-era policies that worked to exclude Iraq’s Christian and other minority religious populations from key U.S. aid programs remain in place, the activists said.’

Tillerson is reportedly fed up with Trump’s interference, but why can’t he fire the Obama traitors? The global anti-Judeo-Christian ‘Ethic’ is normative now. The Church is wrecked. All that remains is to wipe Israel off the map and do a deal to establish a ‘caliphate’, thus pandering to the largest voting bloc in the UN – the Muslim rabble.

  8. Baron, are you misreading this report: “But, in his opinion published today, Advocate General of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) Yves Bot unequivocally stated that judges at the ECJ “should dismiss the actions brought by Slovakia and Hungary.”

This is NOT binding. Only the decision of the judges is binding.

However, in practice, the judges follow his recommendations about 80% of the time.

    • So, in short it looks more grim for Slovakia and Hungary than it did, but the case is NOT decided yet.

  9. The rural minority is being asked to bear almost the entire burden of environmental protection, for the benefit of the constitutionally ignorant and naive urban dwellers, who have been duped into thinking they have the right to usurp the property rights of their rural brethren with their votes.

A farmer in rural Minnesota said he had received a letter from the government to say that he had no constitutional rights to stop a government official entering his property at will and that no US citizen had a constitutional right to eat whatever they wished to eat. (He sells produce from his barn door).

The small farmer has been put out of business by l industrial scale agri-business and by government over-regulation and in fact our farms are being bought up by the Chinese – in the USA and in Australia!

  10. The primary task, duty and responsibility of Hungary’s Government is to protect the security of the country and of the people of Hungary…

Of course. This is obvious to this real leader but not to Merkel, for example. Sorry, I redact: she knows this too but is a traitor.

    • This was AWESOME! Thank you, it was a long time ago, I laughed this good… What a snowflake!

  11. Britain to Ban Sale of All Diesel and Petrol Cars and Vans From 2040

Plans follow French commitment to take polluting vehicles off the road owing to effect of poor air quality on people’s health

By that time, the Muslims will have burned all of these offending vehicles anyway.

We’ll neglect to mention that the “emissions” from all of those burning cars is orders of magnitude more toxic than their internal combustion engine pollution.

I still cannot believe how the French economy endures so many endless millions of dollars lost to car-b-ques. That anyone in Paris can even obtain car insurance mystifies me.
