Federal Judge Slams UMich Policy Over Due Process Concerns… Again

The University of Michigan has once again been slammed by a federal court due to its sexual misconduct policy.

The decision echoes a 2018 case wherein a student at the University of Michigan was accused of sexual assault. In this case, the university enforced a policy that allowed the accuser a fair hearing. However, such a hearing was denied to the accused, and the student was immediately sanctioned before having the right to defend himself. The defendant was also denied cross-examination.

Harvard and Arizona Law Professors Lay Out the Case for Online “Speech Control”

Just a few months after it was revealed that doctors and whistleblowers in China were detained for posting on the Weibo social network that a viral outbreak was taking place, and that social media posts raising the alarm were getting people’s accounts banned, and their messages were being censored in real-time, a Harvard University professor is suggesting that China has the right approach to regulating speech on the internet and that the US should follow the same principles.

It’s not reasonable to expect that online speech might be able to go “back to normal” after being reined in and constrained to the extreme in some extraordinary instances of surveillance and censorship accompanying the coronavirus pandemic, and justified by it, an article published by the Atlantic is incredibly suggesting.

Media Caught on Video Staging “Healthcare Worker” vs Protestors Photos

The veil is being lifted around how easy it is to stage a viral photo that lights social media on fire and gets reported by most major mainstream outlets without verification.

At least some of the viral photographs of “health workers” protesting in response to those against lockdowns appear to be staged as a new video recorded by a passerby shows.

Oregon Man Part of Radical Left-Wing Antifascist Group Sues His Grandmother Over Rent Disagreement

Alleged screenshots between an Oregon renter who refused to pay rent and his landlord who tracked his coronavirus stimulus check went viral. It led to an outpouring of support and now a lawsuit. But new details have emerged which call into question the original story.

A lawsuit was filed on Wednesday, April 22 by tenant Austin Goodrich, 22, of Forest Grove, Ore., nearby Portland, against his property manager and landlord. The lawsuit seeks damages for Goodrich “feeling overwhelmingly violated and vulnerable.” When the story first made national and international headlines, reporters and Goodrich did not disclose that the landlord, Lois Ranstead, is also his grandmother and tax preparer.

Swing Voters Approve of Trump’s Virus Effort, 75% Want End of China Reliance

The nation’s focus during the coronavirus on its economic reliance on China has prompted a big majority of swing state voters to back a “Made in the USA” agenda as they turn from worrying about their health to switching the economy back on, according to a new survey.

Some 75% told Heritage Action for America’s new Project 2020 that they want manufacturing returned to America, as President Trump has often called for. Said the group, swing voters “support bringing manufacturing back home to end our reliance on Chinese and foreign factories for essential supplies such as masks and medication.”

In the survey of over 8,000 swing and “persuadable” voters in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Iowa provided to Secrets this morning, 63% said that they approve of Trump’s handling of the crisis. Just 21% disapproved.

Taylor Swift Slams Soros Family for ‘Shameless Greed’

American pop star Taylor Swift is drawing criticism from Hollywood leftists and globalist journalists for a social media post where she slammed the Soros family for their “shameless greed”.

In a post on Twitter, Swift criticized her former record label, Big Machine Records, for releasing an “album” of her live performance without first seeking her approval.

After accusing talent manager Scooter Braun and his financial backers — 23 Capital, Alex Soros, the Soros family, and the Carlyle Group — of being strapped for cash because they had paid $330 million for the rights to her music, Swift slammed the move as another brazen instance of profit seeking amid the Wuhan coronavirus crisis.

This week, tens of thousands of people flocked to beaches in California despite the state’s stay-at-home orders during the coronavirus pandemic.

Tom Cotton Suggests Chinese Students Shouldn’t be Allowed to Study Sciences in the US

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” that it was a “scandal” that the United States has trained some Chinese nationals to “go back to China to compete for our jobs, to take our business, and ultimately to steal our property and design weapons and other devices that can be used against the American people.”

Cotton, who has vowed that China will “pay” for what he has called its deliberate choice to unleash the coronavirus on the world, went on to say that the U.S. should take a “hard look at the visas” awarded to Chinese nationals.

“If Chinese students want to come here and study Shakespeare and the Federalist Papers, that’s what they need to learn from America,” Cotton said. “They don’t need to learn quantum computing and artificial intelligence from America.”

Left-wing commenators quickly accused Cotton of racism, and noted that Shakespeare was not an American.

After years of media and political elites trying to whip these powerful tools of data collection and mass surveillance into just the “right” shape — the coronavirus pandemic has given tech giants a guise under which to do their thing unchecked by anyone except some independent media outlets and blogs, and incredulous social media users.

Denmark: Fake Bible Must be Revoked

With the authorized 1992 Danish Bible translation in place, the Danish Bible Society (DBS), nevertheless, issued a revised New Testament in 2012 completely omitting the word “Israel” or replacing it with “Jews” or “us”. The strange reason for this extraordinary action was, as Danes recall, to prevent Danish Lutheran Christians from confusing biblical Israel with the modern State of Israel. Danish Christians protested vehemently. Unperturbed, in 2020 DBS published a complete and revised Bible with the same anti-Israel New Testament version intact, plus a translation of the Old Testament, replacing the word “Israel” with “us”, as in Psalm 121:4 (“He who watches over Israel [DBS: ‘us’] will neither slumber nor sleep”), as Jan Frost reports.

  1. “Jeff Goldblum Faces Backlash for Questioning the ‘Anti-Homosexuality and Anti-Woman’ Nature of Islam”
It’s ridiculous because he was trying to learn about the topic and the dragqueen in question actually agreed with him.
Well, at least now he knows what social justice is about, haha.

  2. Cornelia Grimsmo. What a tedious and self focused person. What difference does it make how foreigners see her. What’s key is how she sees herself. She seems afraid to be herself.
Ancestry is about DNA, not skin color. Everything’s not about race. We are all persons of color. White’s just another shade of color, and if you look closely, caucasians are actually various shades of pink to dark tan. White is the color of a Klu Ku Klansman’s hood.
