15 US Agencies Knew Wuhan Lab Was “Trying to Create a Coronavirus Like COVID-19”: Rand Paul

While a massive body of evidence exists on the origins of COVID-19, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is conducting his own investigation into the matter.

In a Tuesday op-ed, Paul writes that government officials from 15 federal agencies “knew in 2018 that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was trying to create a coronavirus like COVID-19.”

These officials knew that the Chinese lab was proposing to create a COVID 19-like virus and not one of these officials revealed this scheme to the public. In fact, 15 agencies with knowledge of this project have continuously refused to release any information concerning this alarming and dangerous research.

Government officials representing at least 15 federal agencies were briefed on a project proposed by Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. —Rand Paul

20 Pomona College Protesters Arrested After Storming, Occupying President’s Office

What began as a peaceful pro-Palestinian demonstration on Friday afternoon at Pomona College quickly devolved after protesters stormed and then occupied the college president’s office. By the end of the evening, 20 students had been arrested and booked by riot-gear-wearing local police forces.

Nineteen students were charged with misdemeanor trespassing and one with obstruction of justice, according to the Claremont Police Department. Police from Claremont, Pomona, Azusa and La Verne responded to the scene.

The protest started over the college’s dismantling of a piece of student-erected pro-Palestinian protest art on the Claremont campus that had been standing since March 28.

CDC Admits Huge Wave of Deadly COVID Vax Injuries

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has quietly published a new report admitting to hundreds of thousands of cases of previously undisclosed injuries caused by Covid mRNA shots.

The CDC revealed that it received a staggering 780,000 previously undisclosed reports about a wide array of adverse effects caused by the COVID-19 vaccinations.

Alarmingly, Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration had tried to hide the reports from the public.

However, the CDC was forced to publish the information following a court order.

These reports are in addition to the shocking number of cases already revealed by the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

Chicago’s Lori Lightfoot Lands $400 an Hour Job Investigating ‘Worst Mayor in America’

Former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has been appointed by the trustees of Dolton, Illinois as a special investigator to probe Dolton’s embattled mayor, Tiffany Henyard — for $400 per hour.

Henyard is accused of mishandling funds. Last month she vetoed calls for an investigation into herself, which was overturned Monday night. A former city employee also accused Henyard of retaliation after she says a village trustee sexually assaulted her on a trip to Las Vegas last year, after which she was fired after speaking up.

During a Monday meeting which had roughly 150 community members in attendance — but Henyard and two village trustees skipped out on, the four remaining trustees present voted in favor of appointing Lightfoot, a former assistant US attorney, to investigate the mayor.

Controversy Swirls as Speaker Johnson Sidesteps Key Privacy Reform in Surveillance Law Overhaul

The US House of Representatives is about to vote on yet another reauthorization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and “reform” of one of its most controversial components, Section 702.

Like FISA’s name goes, the target is supposed to be foreign threats; however, the problem is that the act, with its original roots in the post-9/11 era — also infringes on what should be legally guaranteed rights of Americans.

And it’s been 20+ years since 9/11 — so now some prominent conservatives are asking — might the next big terrorist threat actually be coming along with illegal immigrants?

Explosive Device Thrown Onto Porch of Satanic Temple in Salem, Police Say

SALEM, Mass. — Massachusetts and federal authorities are investigating a bombing that happened at the Satanic Temple in Salem, according to police.

Salem police said that shortly before 4:15 a.m. Monday, a person threw an explosive device over the fence and onto a porch at the Satanic Temple, which is located at 64 Bridge St.

No one was inside the building at the time and the device, as well as the damage it caused, were not discovered until staff arrived at about 4 p.m., police said. The Satanic Temple was closed on Monday.

“It kind of fizzled out, but scorched some of the side of the house,” said Lucien Greaves, a co-founder of the Satanic Temple.

Massachusetts State Police bomb technicians ensured the device was no longer a danger and K-9s that can detect explosive ordinances swept the Satanic Temple for secondary devices, according to Salem police. Members of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives also provided assistance.

Giving Money to Ukraine is in Your Own Best Interest, David Cameron Tells U.S. Congress

Former British Prime Minister David Cameron told America that “it’s profoundly in your interests” to shovel more money into Ukraine while saying he would like to meet with any members of Congress in need of persuading as he visits Washington.

For Ukraine, “perhaps nothing is more important than the supplemental the Congress is looking at the moment” former Prime Minister David Cameron — who quit the post over losing his own Brexit referendum, but is now back in government as Britain’s chief diplomat — said on Tuesday.

Now Lord Cameron — after he was elevated to Britain’s largely appointed House of Lords — tried to claim that he would not “lecture” Americans on how to spend their money while at the same time appealing for U.S. taxpayer money on behalf of Ukraine.

Jack Smith Urges Supreme Court to Reject Trump’s Presidential Immunity Claim in Final Filing

Authored by Stephen Katte via The Epoch Times

Special counsel Jack Smith in his final filing before the hearing is urging the Supreme Court to reject former President Donald Trump’s presidential immunity claim and deny any motions to delay a trial on charges related to the 2020 federal election conspiracy case.

Prosecutors from the DOJ allege President Trump attempted to overturn the 2020 election result on Jan. 6, 2021, charging him with four counts of conspiracy and obstruction.

Former President Trump has denied he did anything wrong by calling for transparency and audits of the vote counts in swing states, and maintains presidential immunity for his actions on that day, which prevents prosecution for any actions he took while still in the top job.

There are clear indicators that large swathes of prior Biden voters don’t intend to vote for him this next time around versus Trump. The latest example is that the “uncommitted” campaign is gaining steam, having garnered the support of more than a half-million Democrat voters.

The initiative organized by dissident Democrats outraged over President Biden’s handling of the Israel-Gaza war has sent a powerful shot across the bow of his presidential campaign, and the movement didn’t even exist at the start of the 2024 primary season. Tennessee Senate Passes Bill Allowing Teachers to Carry Guns Amid Vocal Protests

Tennessee Senate Republicans passed legislation Tuesday that would allow public K-12 teachers and school staff to carry concealed handguns on school grounds — despite vocal protests from Covenant School families, their supporters and others seeking stricter gun-control measures.

The measure passed in a 26-5 vote that fell along party lines. Discussion over the bill halted as a group of around 200 gun-reform advocates voiced their opposition in the Senate gallery. Several were holding signs, and the crowd reacted by snapping their fingers in support or hissing in dissent as Senators debated the bill. Some spoke out during the early parts of the discussion.

After repeated warnings about disruptions, Lt. Gov. Randy McNally, R-Oak Ridge, called for state troopers to clear the gallery. He permitted a group of mothers of Covenant School students to stay, saying they had not caused a disruption.

Anti-Lockdown Doctor in Court This Week for Judicial Review of Censure by Medical College

An outspoken Ontario doctor is in court this week so a judge can review the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario’s “cautions” against her COVID-19 commentary.

Her legal costs have been largely supported by Elon Musk’s X Corp. Gill is fighting to quash three cautions ordered against her by the college for her commentary on what was then Twitter at the height of COVID panic.

“The (college) issued guidance that doctors’ opinions during COVID-19 had to align with the government, and took steps to censure ethical physicians who raised alarm bells about public health policies,” said Gill’s lawyer, Lisa Bildy of Libertas Law. “But the stifling of scientific debate, especially on novel measures being imposed on a massive scale, is not reasonable, in our submission, nor is it in the public interest.”

Brussels Fears “Disinformation” Campaign Before EU Elections

In a bid to protect this year’s European election campaign from “disinformation” and “foreign interference,” the European Commission has asked the European political groups to sign a code of conduct. By pressuring them to “commit to maintaining the integrity of the 2024 European Parliament elections. Brussels seems to be preparing to pursue sovereigntists, whose campaign messages are often labelled as “Russian disinformation.”

Nevertheless, the document was signed on Tuesday, April 9th, by all the European umbrella groups, including the right-wing Identity and Democracy Party (ID), whose members—such as the German Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party—are regularly accused of spreading “false Russian narratives.” The ID party may have agreed to the code of conduct, as it is non-binding and does not apply to national parties, who are responsible for their respective national campaigns before the EU elections in June.

German Politician Calls for Slovakia to be Kicked Out of EU

Politicians from establishment German parties are calling for Slovakia’s EU funds to be frozen, and for the country to be ‘kicked out’ of the European Union after electing Peter Pellegrini as its new president. Pellegrini, a close ally of sovereigntist-nationalist Prime Minister Robert Fico, won Saturday’s presidential election in the Central European nation, defeating Europhile candidate Ivan Korcok.

Fico has harshly criticised EU policy on Ukraine, refuses to send military aid to the country, and is opposed to Ukraine joining NATO, which he believes would result in World War III. Pellegrini, too, has called for peace talks between Ukraine and Russia, a message that is at odds with the position of most member states of the EU. Western elites would have preferred Ivan Korcok—who would have urged his country to provide military aid for Ukraine—as the next president of Slovakia.

Human Rights Law Could Force European Countries to Pursue Net Zero

Its judges are elected by the parliamentary assembly of the Council of Europe, a human rights organization comprising 46 nations, each of which submits a list of three nominees for consideration.

While the ECHR is not formally part of the EU administration, it has functioned as an instrument to enforce policies Eurocrats would like to see implemented.

US Arms Ukraine With Weapons From Top Russian Ally

The United States has delivered over 5,000 firearms and hundreds of thousands of rounds to Ukraine’s military after obtaining the weapons from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

According to U.S. Central Command, over 5,000 AK-47s, machine guns, sniper rifles and RPG-7s were sent to the Ukrainian armed forces last week, alongside 500,000 rounds of ammunition. India: Muslim Owners: Employees of Eatery Arrested for Selling ‘Beef’ Samosas in Gujarat

The owners have been identified as Yusuf Sheikh and Naeem Sheikh, and the other four are employees — Hanif Bhathiyara, Dilawar Pathan, Moin Habdal and Mobin Sheikh.

100 percent HalalSurabhi Singh Bist | HENB | Gandhinagar | April 8, 2024:: Two Muslim owners of a food outlet have been arrested along with their four Muslim employees for serving samosas stuffed with cow meat without the customers’ knowledge in Gujarat’s Vadodara. On getting the information, the police raided the ‘Hussaini Samosa’ shop in Chhipwad area on Saturday and seized hundreds of kilograms of samosa stuffing with beef ingredients and sent it for FSL tests.

The cops then arrested six persons — the owners of the shop and four others, reported Times of India. “The tests proved that the stuffing had cow meat following which six persons were booked and arrested,” DCP (zone 4), Panna Momaya said, reported TOI.

Arrested

Indulgence of BJP

It is unbelievable that a BJP run State like Gujarat saw such an Islamic nuisance to hurt the religious sentiment of Hindus as prompted by the “Pasmanda Triptikaran” (Muslim appeasement) as designed by once CM of the state and the present PM Narendia modi in a very culpable way to maintain his secular face by the way.

As per the report, police said many people across the city consumed these samosas believing that they were meat samosas. “The owners used to prepare the kachha samosas (not fried) in big quantities every day and supply them to the shops across the city where they were fried and sold to the customers. The Sheikhs used to sell them to the retail shop owners as meat samosas,” Momaya told TOI.

How Accused Operated

The accused operated from a five-storey building where they converted one of the rooms into a deep freezer to store beef and meat. Yusuf Sheikh, one of those arrested, told the cops during interrogation that his father used to sell samosas and he too joined the business.

“But investigations revealed that they don’t even have a licence to operate the shop. Inquiry is on to find out how long the owners were selling beef-laced samosas,” the DCP further said, quoted TOI.

Yusuf said that he preferred cow meat as it was cheaper than the buffalo or goat meat and earned him more profit. Meanwhile, a probe is also on to ascertain the source of the beef meat the accused used.

Dangerous for Hindus

The Beef Samosa case as unearthed in ‘Hussaini Samosa’ clearly indicated that Muslim Eateries can be dangerous from the Hindus with their Sanatani Faith. Muslim Eateries, 786-Halal marked Food Stations, No- Beef Restaurants, Islamic Hotels cannot be believed in any way as they can destroy Hindu faith stealthily.

Right-Wing Feminist Arrested for Denouncing Immigration and Violence Against Women

A young woman was arrested in the eastern French city of Besançon and taken into custody for holding up a sign calling for the deportation of foreign rapists. She faces up to a year in prison. Her lawyer has stated that she intends to lodge a complaint for “infringement of personal freedom.”

During Besançon’s carnival on Saturday, April 6th, two young women, one of them a 19-year-old, held up signs in the street reading: “Violeurs étrangers dehors“ and “Libérez-nous de l’immigration“ (“Foreign Rapists Away”, and “Free us from immigration”). On one of the facades of the Grande Rue, one of Besançon’s main thoroughfares, they also unfurled a banner pointing out that “46 women could have been spared if the OQTFs (Obligation de Quitter le Territoire Français for Obligation to Leave French Territory) had been applied in 2023”. They both belong to the feminist identity group Némésis, which regularly denounces the increase in violence against women due to the massive influx of immigrants who do not respect the rules of Western society with regard to women.

The mayor of Besançon, a member of the Ecologist party, denounced the association made “between migrants and rapists,” and announced that she would be filing a complaint on behalf of the city for “incitement to hatred.”

“We Cannot Cope”: Police Scotland Deluged With Politicized Hate-Crime Reports

Authored by Paul Joseph Watson via Modernity.news

Entirely as predicted, Police Scotland has been deluged with vexatious and politically-driven ‘hate crime’ reports, with one top official complaining “we cannot cope.”

Didn’t see this one coming.

Under the new legislation, anyone deemed to have been verbally ‘abusive’, in person or online, to a transgender person, including “insulting” them could be hit with a prison sentence of up to seven years.

That instantly led to a flood of bad faith reports, including from conservatives making a mockery of the system and from deranged left-wing activists trying to punish their ideological adversaries.

Arizona Supreme Court Upholds 1864 Law Limiting Nearly All Abortions

The Arizona Supreme Court issued a historic decision on Tuesday, ruling that the state must abide by a 123-year-old law which bars all abortions except to save the life of the mother.

The law, which goes back as far as 1864, also calls for a prison sentence of two to five years for abortionists. Justices heard arguments in the case, Planned Parenthood of Arizona v. Mayes/Hazerigg, in December, and were asked to answer whether Arizona’s 15-week abortion limit signed into law in March of 2022 overrides the older law.

While the court did not rule on the constitutionality of the 1864 law, the court issued a 4-2 decision with one recusal finding that the 1864 law is “enforceable” over the newer 15-week limit.

Belgian Health Fund Chair Proposes ‘Voluntary’ Elderly Euthanasia

Facing rising costs of care for the elderly, Luc Van Gorp, the chairman of the largest Belgian health insurance fund, ‘Christelijke Mutualiteit‘ (Christian Mutual Insurance), is proposing euthanasia as a money-saving solution.

Currently ‘unbearable suffering’ is a prerequisite under Belgian law for granting a euthanasia request. Moving forward, Van Gorp wants people to be able to signal that their lives “are done with” to get state assistance with dying.

The head of the—now Christian-in-name-only—health insurance fund made the remarks during an interview published Monday, April 8th in Het Nieuwsblad.

Children Questioning Gender Need Care, Not Rushed ‘Treatments’

Children who say they are transgender may actually have mental health issues, a highly-anticipated report will reveal.

Paediatrician Dr. Hillary Cass will on Wednesday unveil her review into the medical treatment given to children who believe they are transgender. Media coverage beforehand expects it will say that children should receive counselling to address possible mental health issues rather than be rushed into treatment, such as by being prescribed hormone treatment or puberty blockers.

Paola Diana, who chairs the Women’s Policy Centre think tank, said that “we all knew that, except for the members of the gender-insanity cult.”

North Face Sponsors Overnight Transgender Camp for Children to Cross-Dress, ‘Explore’ Adult Themes

The North Face is facing a widespread backlash after it emerged that the outdoor clothing brand is sponsoring an overnight transgender camp for children.

The camp is restricted to “non-straight” kids and features activities where children are “encouraged” to “explore” sexualized adult themes.

During the Camp Brave Trails, children as young as 12 are indoctrinated with gender ideology by being urged to dress in drag and use “genderless” bathrooms and housing.

The Farcical First Week of Scotland’s ‘Hate Crime’ Law

Police Scotland has been overwhelmed by a “deluge” of ‘hate crime’ reports in the week since the country’s new public order act came into effect.

The force’s commitment to investigate every report—currently totalling an average of 60 an hour—means that it is failing to solve an increasing number of shoplifting cases, sexual assaults, and car thefts, according to analysis by The Daily Telegraph.

Reporting on the legislation focused at first on Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, who pledged that if the police “go after any woman for simply calling a man a man, I’ll repeat that woman’s words and they can charge us both at once.” But it was soon revealed that more of the first 4,000 complaints related to Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf than to anyone else—a major and humiliating blow to the hard-left Scottish National Party administration.

UK: Sunak as Committed to Banning Conversion Therapy as Ever

Britain’s Conservative government continues to view conversion therapy—therapy to overcome homosexual attraction or to preserve someone’s biological gender identity—as “abhorrent” and will bring forward legislation to ban it “shortly,” despite reports to the contrary.

Political blog Guido Fawkes today, on April 9th, put out a story claiming that Prime Minister Rishi “Sunak completely kills off gay conversion therapy ban.” The website also claimed that Sunak “has let [a ban on transgender conversion therapy] die” by “cutting it off” at the first legislative stage.

Vatican Slams Gender Theory and Sex Changes as ‘Deeply Harmful’ Practice Aimed at ‘Eliminating the Basis of Family’

A person’s gender is a “gift from God” and those considering gender reassignment should respect their bodies as they have been created, a Vatican policy document approved by Pope Francis has stated.

The 20-page declaration published on Monday issued staunch criticism of the progressive gender theory dominating Western society, denouncing gender-affirming surgery and modern-day gender ideology as a violation of human dignity and “deeply harmful.”

According to the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, the Vatican department responsible for outlining the religious discipline of the Catholic Church, the attempts to introduce new rights in relation to gender theory in recent years have “led to instances of ideological colonization,” which the Church regards as “extremely dangerous.”

Whodunit It? The Wokes Did!

Agatha Christie, an elderly lady from Devon, had plenty of blood on her hands, all of it fictional. But none of the killers in her many books and short stories are nearly as monstrous or obsessed as the censorious wokes who have been coming after the deceased author for decades.

The latest episode in the long-running saga takes place not on a luxurious train speeding through Yugoslavia or on the Nile, but at the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) which had performed Christie’s play, “And Then There Were None.”

“And Then There Were None” is a natural fit for a high school setting. With lots of different balanced roles and one-note characters who reveal a hidden side, it’s a training wheels production for students learning the basics of performing a character and acting on stage.

It’s also fun. Ten people. One island. And a killer.

There’s a reason why “And Then There Were None” has remained popular and Hollywood keeps ripping it off for movies like 2022’s ‘The Menu’ which added food to the premise.

Over February, a mutlti-racial cast of Philly teens had taken on the roles of murderers and murder victims on an island off Christie’s native Devon, England, with the enthusiasm and polish to be expected of teenage actors, and had fun with it, smoking cigars, rocking in rocking chairs, dressing up and trying to deliver lines in shocked voices, until they were told it was all wrong.

And the play, based on one of the best-selling novels ever written, was really a hate crime.

Czech household spending on housing soars amid rising prices: report

According to the latest data from the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ), household spending on housing witnessed a significant surge, increasing by 21.7 percent compared to the previous year. On average, Czech households spent 8299 Czech koruna per month on housing, nearly seventeen percent of their net income, marking a notable rise from just under fifteen percent in the preceding year.

The spike in housing expenditures is primarily attributed to escalating prices of energy, water, and rents, placing greater financial strain on households. Despite a 7.7 percent increase in household incomes in 2022, reaching an average of 259,900 Czech koruna per person, the real purchasing power witnessed a decline of 6.5 percent due to high inflation rates.
