Canada’s Per-Person GDP Growth Slowest Since Great Depression

Canada’s gross domestic product (GDP) per person is growing at its slowest rate since the Great Depression, a new report from the Fraser Institute said.

GDP per person refers to the total monetary or market value of all finished goods and services produced individually.

The report, What is Behind Canada’s Growth Crisis?, demonstrates that the country’s per-person GDP grew by 0.8% (after adjusting for inflation) between 2013 and 2022.

Canadian Wildfire Smoke Invades US Again, Impacts Air Quality for Nearly 110 Million Americans

Air Quality Alerts are in place for nearly 110 million people as smoke from the Canadian wildfires returns through Monday evening.

Montana through Indiana was reporting Unhealthy air quality levels pm Sunday. Additionally, air quality levels ranging from Moderate to Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups were being reported across the Northern Plains through parts of the Ohio Valley.

Wildfire smoke forecast Monday

The majority of the wildfire smoke moved into the Ohio Valley on Sunday. This impacted major cities, such as Indianapolis, Indiana; Louisville, Kentucky; and Cleveland, Ohio.

Air quality alerts were issued from Montana to Vermont as the smoke continued to filter into more parts of the U.S.

Fargo Officer Dead, Two Others Injured; Suspect Shot and Killed in Friday Incident

Officer Jake Wallin, 23, was fatally shot in the incident when “for no known reason at all, a violent gunman attacked our officers,” Fargo Police Chief Dave Zibolski said. Wallin was a St. Michael-Albertville native.

A Fargo, N.D., police officer was shot and killed Friday, and two other officers were seriously injured when a suspect opened fire on several first responders at the scene of a traffic crash.

Officer Jake Wallin, 23, was fatally shot in the incident when “for no known reason at all, a violent gunman attacked our officers,” Fargo Police Chief Dave Zibolski said.

Also critically injured in the attack were Officer Andrew Dotas and Officer Tyler Hawes. Both are still hospitalized in critical but stable condition. A civilian was also injured in the incident, and the suspect was shot and killed by another officer on site.

The Fargo Police Department first posted on social media before 4 p.m. Friday that they were responding to a critical incident and asked the public to stay clear of the area of 25th Street South and 13th Avenue South.

Chief Zibolski recapped the incident and the facts known so far in a Saturday afternoon press conference in which he described that first responders had been on site of a routine traffic crash when a suspect he identified as 37-year-old Mohamed Barakat opened fire on firefighters and police investigating the crash and attending to victims at the scene.

Hampton Shooting Spree Began With Peaceful Morning Before 4 Were Killed

Frankie Worth was debating whether to cut the grass outside his home in the Dogwood Lakes neighborhood in Hampton, so he ventured over to the window at about 10:45 a.m. Saturday and started to open the blinds.

That’s when he said he heard a loud boom and saw a man, who was pointing a handgun in the air as if on recoil, in the road outside his house. The man, Worth said, aimed for another shot at the driver of a vehicle, but perhaps realized he didn’t need to because the shooter did not fire a second shot. The vehicle rolled away, slowly and aimlessly, as if the driver had lost control, he added.

Worth said the victim and suspect were his neighbors and that both lived only a couple of houses down from him. The victim, whom Worth did not identify, was struck from behind. The shooter, who was walking at the time, then continued on his rampage, Worth said.

“He was picking up pace to get to — from what everyone is saying — his next targets,” Worth said.

Henry County police have since identified Andre Longmore as a suspect in the fatal shootings of the four victims. Longmore, who drove a 2017 black GMC Acadia out of the neighborhood, remains at large. Four warrants charging him with murder were obtained, Henry County Sheriff Reginald Scandrett said during a press conference late Saturday afternoon. The sheriff’s office is offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to Longmore’s apprehension and prosecution.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Police urge residents who may see the suspect to not approach him, but instead call 911.

Only Tesla’s Ready to Shift to Electric Cars

Car manufacturers are warning, though, that such a transition is unachievable under present circumstances.

Two Arrests Made in Vandalism Incidents at Catholic Churches in Brooklyn Diocese

Arrests were made Saturday in two separate vandalism incidents at Catholic churches in the Diocese of Brooklyn, New York.

At Resurrection Church in Brooklyn, a white marble statue of the Blessed Mother was spray-painted with black graffiti on her face, shoulders, and hands.

The word “fake” was written on the statue as well as what appears to be an upside-down cross, a symbol not seldomly seen in vandalism incidents on Catholic sites.

Jonathan Bulik, 37, of Brooklyn, was charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime in connection with the attack. He was seen spray-painting the statue by two parishioners who stopped him in the act on Saturday, according to The Tablet, the diocese’s news outlet.

Another incident occurred on Saturday at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Astoria by the same man who allegedly desecrated the church in early June.

A Fargo resident named Mohamad Barakat, 37, opened fire on the officers, killing one and injuring three others. Zibolski said that Barakat attacked the officers “for no known reason,” and authorities have as yet offered no hints as to the shooter’s motive. One of the most obvious possibilities, however, is being steadfastly ignored, as one might expect given today’s media narrative.

In Canada, it’s Easier to Access Euthanasia Services Than Health Care

When Canada legalized euthanasia in 2016, a patient had to be terminally ill to access the Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) program. But next year, the state plans to extend MAID to those suffering from mental illness — including those afflicted with PTSD.

Exactly what those who predicted a slippery slope to an ethical breakdown warned us about has now come to pass. Euthanasia proponents scoffed at the idea that the mentally ill would be given the opportunity to end their lives, but it’s come about much faster than anyone would have predicted.

Canadian military veteran Kelsi Sheren developed post-traumatic stress disorder from the Afghanistan war and now campaigns against the expansion of euthanasia.

EU Turns to Musk to Launch Its Satellites Ahead of EU-Twitter Showdown

The final mission of the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Ariane 5 rocket took place on July 5 and brought to a close a 27-year history of delivering payloads into space. However, this historic moment has left Europe without an autonomous plan B for its space programme.

The retirement of the Ariane 5 has made the EU entirely dependent on Elon Musk’s SpaceX to launch navigation satellites, Commission officials confirmed this week, against the background of Brussels’ ongoing spat with the American Twitter owner over content regulation. This development has led some within the ESA to warn that Europe risked becoming a spectator in a potentially new space race.

Consequently, the ESA is currently without a single heavy-lift spacecraft, as it experiences technical difficulties in bringing its successor, Ariane 6, online.

Hindu Temple Attacked With Rocket Launchers, Another Razed to Ground in Islamic Pakistan

Seema Saxena | HENB | New Delhi | July 16. 2023:: Shockingly, two Hindu temples, including one built over 150 years ago, were desecrated within 24 hours in Pakistan’s Sindh province. In both places, the Islamist people did such a menace apparently with the help of the Pakistani Police and Administration.

Temple demolished in Karachi

The first incident happened in Karachi on Saturday morning when the old Mari Mata Temple in Soldier Bazaar was razed to the ground.

Locals said the operation took place while the area was without electricity, said a report by Dawn newspaper.

Diggers and a bulldozer demolished the entire structure leaving only the outer walls and the temple’s main gate intact.

The residents alleged that police vehicles were present to provide “cover” to the men operating the machines, said the report by Dawn.

“It is a very old mandir. It is said to have been built over 150 years ago,” Shri Ram Nath Mishra, priest of another temple nearby said, adding: “The temple covered about 400 to 500 square yards and there had been talk of land grabbers having their eye on it”.

The mandir was under the management of the Madrasi Hindu community of Karachi, he added.

A Hindu temple, believed to be built nearly 150 years ago, has been demolished after being declared an old and dangerous structure in Karachi, the provincial capital of Pakistan’s Sindh province, leaving the Hindu community in shock. The Mari Mata Temple in Karachi’s Soldier Bazar was razed to the ground by bulldozers in the presence of a heavy contingent of police force late on Friday night.

“They (authorities) did it very early in the Saturday very early morning and we were not informed this was going to going to happen,” said Ram Nath Mishra Maharaj, who looks after old Hindu temples in the area.

Mishra, the caretaker of the nearby Shri Punch Mukhi Hanuman Mandir, said that the bulldozers left the outer walls and the temple’s main gate intact, but they demolished the entire inside structure.

Mishra said that the temple was built some 150 years ago and told stories that there was treasure buried beneath its courtyard.

He said that the temple, which covered some 400 to 500 square yards in the area, had been the target of land grabbers and developers for years now…

India: Mosque Sealed by Administration in Maharashtra After Hindutva Group Claims Land Under Ancient Heritage Sites

Under Wakf conspiracy, Historical Pandav wada sites are encroached on by the Jumma Mosque committee. ‘Disputed’ Mosque sealed by Dist Administration in Maharashtra as Hindutva groups protested.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Jalgaon | July 15, 2023:: The Pandav wada (in Erandol town of Maharashtra’s Jalgaon district) sites, where the Pandavas spent incognito during their time in exile (ajnaatvas), are under Islamic encroachments. Due to the extreme apathy of Hindus, more than 125 years ago Muslims started to slowly encroach on Pandav wada and erected a Mosque within it claiming it as Wakf property. Hindu organizations like Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and Pandavwada Sangharsh Samiti have been fighting to restore the dignity and historicity of Pandavwada from the encroachments of the Wakf Board. While the main constructions of Pandavwada (like Jain and Hindu Temple style) is apparently 800-1000 yrs old, the disputed mosque has records of 100 years or a little more.

Now, the century-old disputed mosque has been temporarily sealed by the district administration following claims made by the agitating Hindutva groups.

Hindutva groups allege that the mosque was constructed by demolishing a Hindu religious structure that has a mention in the epic of Mahabharata.

On the plea of agitating Hindu organizations, the district collector passed an interim order for restraining the namaz and other alleged activities run by the Pandavwada Jumma Masjid Committee. The collector issued an order under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, immediately banning prayers on the premises. In the order, the collector also directed police deployment in the area. The collector asked the tahsildar to take charge of the mosque, which he described as “disputed”.

The ‘disputed’ and ‘illegal’ mosque presently became a site of controversy because of a complaint filed by an organization called “Pandavwada Sangharsh Samiti”. The complainant, Prasad Madhusudan Dandawate, moved a petition before the Jalgaon district collector Aman Mittal in the middle of May. The move was supported by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS). In the complaint, it is claimed that the mosque was built over a Hindu place of worship and is illegal and should be taken over by the state authorities. The complainant also claims that the Jumma Masjid Trust has “illegally” encroached over the space destroying its Hindu character and structure.

Actually, the connected Wakf committee was engaged in the expansion of the Mosque in dispute in order to destroy the Hindu ambiance of Pandavwada as mentioned in the Mahabharata and local annals.

The following are among the murders and abuses inflicted on Christians by Muslims throughout the month of June 2023.

The Muslim Slaughter of Christians

Uganda: On the evening of June 16, Islamic terrorists crying “Allahu akbar!” (“Allah is the greatest!”) stormed a private high school, where students were closing the night by singing Christian hymns. Over the next 90 minutes, the attackers committed unimaginable horrors against the Christians — murdering, in the end, at least 42 people, 37 of them teenagers. Locked in their dormitory, most of the boys were burned alive after the Muslim terrorists poured fuel on the building and set fire to it.

Greece Migrant Boat Tragedy: New Revelations

Disconcerting details about last June’s high-profile migrant boat tragedy off the coast of Greece have surfaced.

An internal document of EU border agency Frontex, seen by Welt, reveals that EU and Greek authorities had foreknowledge of two children having died aboard the doomed vessel, almost a full day before it capsized and sank late in the evening of June 14th, claiming the lives of approximately 600.

The document reveals that authorities from Rome sent an alert to the Greek Coast Guard’s and EU’s Frontex central offices in Piraeus, their emergency operations center near Athens, at 8:01 a.m.—a report that included news of the 2 dead children—on June 14th, UTC, just over an hour after they first spotted the Adriana at 6:51 a.m. that same morning.

Over 2,300 people have been arrested in connection with the multiple-day riots that shook France earlier this month following the fatal shooting of a teen named Nahel in the Paris suburb of Nanterre.

“No one can ignore reality anymore,” Zemmour said and added, “in spite of everything, most of the political class wants to believe that it is a social crisis when the root cause is obvious: immigration.”

Feminists Were Against Single Sex Spaces, Before They Were for Them

by Daniel Greenfield

Before anyone worried about a 300 lb bearded man sharing dressing rooms, saunas, and sports teams with the fairer sex, the war on single sex spaces was being waged by feminists.

During the 1970s, feminists demanded access to all-male clubs and insisted that female sports reporters had the right to interview half-naked male athletes. The consensual single-sex male space had all but disappeared in the new century except as a distant memory. The triumph of feminism further atomized male spaces and communities while leaving female ones intact.

By the next decade, books like Hannah Rosin’s ‘The End of Men (and the Rise of Women)’ forecast a world in which masculinity had been reduced to an evolutionary dead end. Such hollow triumphalism still persists in some feminist circles, but, as any biologist could have explained, the end of men foreshadowed the end of women.

Men and women cannot in the long run exist without each other either biologically or societally…

  1. Orcs invading North Dakota from Minnesota are just one more reason to curse the Lutherans to burn in hell for their stupidity. Undoubtedly they aren’t the only parasite masquerading as a religion that’s fellating Uncle Sam and doing his dirty work for their thirty pieces of silver, but in this region they’re the ones responsible for bringing in all the orcs.

At least the police here shoot straighter than the ones in Europe, and therefore the orc they killed here today can join his Lutheran friends in the lake of fire for all eternity. Thats almost enough reason to be a believer, if it guarantees such things will indeed come to pass.

    • The fact that it is ND makes it interesting for those folks over there are not going to tolerate this nonsense and I can image those Prairie rednecks will do some payback after a few beers like they always do. Watch in the coming weeks as the newspapers cry about how mean whitey has been to these poor 3rd worlders and we should be more tolerant. LOL

In my nordern neck of the woods on the Range, we don’t have 3rd world orcs here, they get chased out, despite the MN commiecrats best efforts to import them here. On the 4th in the city I grew up in, a Senator trying to exploit her range roots had water bottles thrown at her and she fled before the parade was over, and everybody cheered. That in it’s self is quite telling.

  2. I wanted to make a story about Fargo in my blog “How do you imagine the new season?” and did not find a single photo of Mohamed Barakat. What is the problem?

    • Because if it is an orc3rd worlder or black orc, they never put their picture in the paper because it ruins the narrative that orcs good and only whitey does mass shooting.
