Ben Carson’s Warning: Political Correctness Will Destroy the U.S. [Video]

Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson took aim at “political correctness” in a warning to Americans at a contentious committee hearing. Carson is cautioning against the impulse to control speech and expression saying that it would “destroy” the country.

During Tuesday’s House Financial Services hearing, a leftist and advocate of squashing free speech, Representative Jennifer Wexton (D-Virginia) raised concerns over previous comments Carson had made about “big, hairy men.” These comments were widely understood to be directed at transgender women, but democrats are famous for taking statements out of context, so it really could have been nothing. Wexton asked Carson to apologize for his comments, but the secretary was having none of it.

“I think this whole concept of political correctness — you can say this, you can’t say that, you can’t repeat what someone said — is total foolishness and it’s going to destroy our nation,” Carson shot back, adding: “We need to be more mature than that.” Unfortunately, this too was taken as “hate speech,” as you can see in Wexton’s comments posted to Twitter:

FBI Agents Manipulated Flynn File, As Clapper Allegedly Urged ‘Kill Shot’: Court Filing

An explosive new court filing from Michael Flynn’s legal team alleges that FBI agents manipulated official records of the former national security adviser’s 2017 interview that led to him being charged with lying to investigators. It’s Flynn’s lawyers’ latest attempt to get the case thrown out.

Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney, filed a 37-page motion on Thursday, outlining several big allegations, once again requesting the government produce all evidence as it relates to Flynn — urging the court to “dismiss the entire prosecution for outrageous government misconduct” and hold the prosecutors in contempt.

Florida Man Friday: Molesting Olaf Doll is Right on Target

You may never have seen a Florida Man Friday quite like this one.

As regular readers know, I keep a set of browser tabs open at all times, just for collecting Florida Man & Woman stories, then collect the best of the bunch and present them in a totally non-judgmental way. This week, the browser tabs are so full that I had to split them up into three browser windows just to have a chance at trying to get them organized into something slightly more coherent than a naked Florida Man, dancing down I-4, eating bath salts, and carrying a drunk alligator.

I have tried. I may have failed.

In any case, this week’s adventures include a bikini-clad vape thief, insane tractor violence, and what not to do with your extra bees.

So slip out of your work shoes and into a pair of beat-up flip-flops and join me on another disjointed…

Florida Man Friday!

Get Your Popcorn Ready — Four Different Reports Released Last Night Indicate the Days Ahead Will be Devastating for the Deep State!

Last night was historic. The news coming out on four fronts indicates that the Deep State should be very worried. Those of us uncovering the many corrupt actions taken by President Obama’s Deep State have been looking forward to this day for some time! Last night it was as if the planets aligned against the Deep State. On four different fronts it’s now clear that the crooks in the Obama Administration should be very worried.

1. The FISA Report The first event reported is that the DOJ IG’s FISA report is about to be released. FOX News reported yesterday the following —

2. AG Barr and John Durham’s Investigation into Deep State crimes Last night we also received word that AG Barr’s Justice Department’s review into the actions of Deep State players before and after the 2016 election by DA John Durham has turned into a criminal investigation. The far-left New York Times broke the story —

3. Sidney Powell’s filing Regarding General Flynn’s case We also found out late last night that Sidney Powell is aware of numerous documents and actions by Obama’s Deep State that have been withheld from General Flynn that are damning to the government’s case. These are so damning that she is asking the court to dismiss the case against General Flynn.

4. Recent Reports regarding Obama VP Biden’s pay-for-play scandals We also learned last night that Joe Biden during the time he was Obama’s VP, partook in actions resulting in payments to him and his son Hunter. These payments go beyond the Ukraine and China. Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani claimed previously that Biden was suspect of a pay-for-plan scandal in Romania. NBC News last night posted this piece —

Man Who Attacked Canada Police Officer With Truck Guilty of Attempted Murder

(Reuters) — A Somali immigrant who ran down a Canadian police officer with a truck and then stabbed him repeatedly was found guilty on Friday of attempted murder, the Crown prosecutor’s office said.

Abdulahi Hasan Sharif, 32, had denied the charges in connection with the incident in Edmonton, Alberta, on Sept. 30, 2017, when authorities say he attacked the officer then struck four pedestrians while trying to flee in a U-Haul truck.

Police said they found a flag of the Islamic State militant group in the truck driven by Sharif, but no charges of terrorism were filed. He is due to be sentenced on 11 offenses, including five counts of attempted murder, on Dec. 12-13.

All his victims suffered broken bones and head injuries, while the policeman — Constable Mike Chernyk — was also stabbed in the chest and neck, authorities said.

According to U.S. officials, Sharif spent several months in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement before being deported from the United States in 2011.

The Canadian government said Sharif was given refugee status the following year after he made a claim at the border…

France: The Headscarf Debate is Not About Headscarves

France’s Minister of National Education, Jean-Michel Blanquer, has reopened the heated debate on the headscarf.

Since 2004, it is unlawful in France to wear “conspicuously” religious signs or clothing in public schools. The interpretation of the law, as applied by the Ministry of National Education, specifies “the Islamic veil, whatever the name given to it, the [Jewish] kippah or a [Christian] cross of manifestly excessive size” as items that students are prohibited to wear in French state schools.

However, women who are escorting children during school trips are still allowed to wear a hijab. As an increasing number of Muslim women have been doing so, this has disturbed some teachers and parents. They believe that the spirit of the law — that headscarves should be banned from schools — is not being respected.

South Africa’s Race-Based Socialism

The net effects of the regime’s economic planning is wealth destruction and perpetuation of chronic, widespread poverty

Twenty-five years since the election of Nelson Mandela as president of South Africa, the country remains home to some of the most market-invasive, race-based economic policies in the world.

At the heart of this system are provisions for Affirmative Action (AA) and unique statutory measures for Black Economic Empowerment (BEE). These laws are suffocating the South African economy.

AA and BEE developed in the context of post-apartheid South Africa. Affirmative Action is mandated by the Employment Equity Act of 1998, which mandates companies to alter their workforces until they reflect the racial composition of the local economically active population.

What You Think is Controlled by What You Watch, And What You Watch is Controlled by the Elite

Why do you believe what you believe? Some people have a really solid answer to that question, but much of the population never thinks much about deeper questions such as this. In fact, for most Americans it is simply easier to let others do their thinking for them. Today, most of us spend multiple hours each day absorbing information through a screen, and most of the content that is fed to us through our televisions, phones, tablets and computers is controlled by the elite. Later on, I eventually came to realize that we are willingly doing the same thing to ourselves. Our personal interactions with one another are extremely limited, but we willingly “plug in” to the enormous matrix of news, information and entertainment that the elite have constructed for many hours each day.

According to numbers that were released earlier this year, the average American spends more than three hours watching television and more than three hours on mobile devices every single day…
