Italy’s GDP up 0.2% in 2nd Quarter, 1.1% Year-on-Year — ISTAT
Italy’s gross domestic product (GDP) rose 0.2% in the second quarter with respect to the previous three months and 1.1% in year-on-year terms, according to preliminary calendar and seasonally adjusted data released by ISTAT on Tuesday.
The quarterly growth rate is the lowest that has been registered since the third quarter of 2016. The statistics agency said the economy is “slowing”.

Study: Bernie Sanders’ ‘Medicare for All’ Plan Would Cost $33 Trillion
Doubling corporate, individual income taxes wouldn’t even come close to paying for it
Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) “Medicare for All” plan would increase government spending by $32.6 trillion over 10 years, according to a university-based study.
The socialist senator’s plan would require historic tax increases, according to the study released Monday by the Mercatus Center at George Mason University in Virginia.
“Enacting something like ‘Medicare for all’ would be a transformative change in the size of the federal government,” said Charles Blahous, the study’s author.
Sanders pushed back against the findings, but didn’t completely disagree with the results.

3 Afghan National Army Soldiers Missing From Cape Cod Base
A search is underway after three Afghanistan National Army soldiers went missing from Joint Base Cape Cod.
The soldiers were at Camp Edwards participating in Regional Cooperation 2014, a 7-10 day training exercise.
The soldiers were last seen at Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis and were reported missing by base security on Saturday night. The three soldiers are MAJ Jan Mohammad Arash, CPT Mohammad Nasir Askarzada, and CPT Noorullah Aminyar.
Central Command, Massachusetts State Police and local police are involved in the search for the soldiers.
The Massachusetts National Guard says the soldiers are not a threat to the public.
WBZ Security Analyst Ed Davis says he does not think there should be cause for major concern.
“It’s certainly an unusual incident and it needs to be checked out,” Davis said. “The only cause for concern is the fact that there have been Afghan soldiers who have turned on their United States counterparts and I’m sure that’s on most of the minds of the people doing the investigation.”
Regional Cooperation has been held annually since 2004, includes five different nations and has more than 200 participants.
Earlier this month, two Afghan police officers who were training with the DEA vanished while on a trip to Washington. The police officers were located and will return to Afghanistan…

The funding for the latter was provided the Soros Fellowship for New Americans, which is run by the brother of the infamous George Soros, Paul, and is awarded to immigrant children for postgraduate study…
Why did El Sayed get a degree in political science before pursuing a degree in social epidemiology? And what the heck is social epidemiology?…
Here’s that part that supports Colbeck’s claim that El Sayed does, indeed, have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Here Abdul writes for the American people to support the Arab Spring, in which a false so-called “Democracy project” overthrew Mubarak in favor of Muslim Brotherhood’s Morsi. The Muslim Brotherhood are often described as Islamists, militants and fascists in suits, while projecting an outward appearance of moderation, and held the highest number of governmental seats in Egypt when the so-called Arab Spring materialized. This would mean that El Sayed, if not linked to the Muslim Brotherhood through other reports that he was Vice President of the Muslim Students Association, and his wife was President of the MSA, (a legacy organization of the Muslim Brotherhood in America,) along with the fact that he holds dual citizenship in America and Egypt, we can deduce that he is at least influenced by Muslim Brotherhood propaganda in Egypt.

He is also hoping to align himself with the Socialist-Democrat movement, as the Democrat Party’s socialist candidate for US Congress, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez joins Abdulrahman Mohamed El Sayed on the campaign trail.
Since 2016, there has been a 650% increase in the number of Muslims running for office in America. From school board to Congress since the start of the election cycle, the AP is reporting, that while only about 50 candidates remain since the recent primaries, the number is still higher than it has been since before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks…
Meanwhile, in Michigan, only one candidate for governor is willing to confront El-Sayed’s alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Senator Patrick Colbeck, Michigan’s most conservative candidate for governor, has found himself in the middle a high-profile battle against the intolerant Democrat Party and their allies in the media, who are attempting to destroy his gubernatorial campaign, for having the audacity to reveal Abdul El-Sayed’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
During a “see something, say something” forum with retired Homeland Security Officer Philip Haney, on April 2018, the second-term state senator from Canton Township talked about a “civilization jihad” plot by Muslims to “change our system of government” in America by implementing Sharia law. The effort includes obtaining “positions of influence,” he said, noting Hamtramck now has the first Muslim-majority City Council in the country.
“But we also have somebody I will also likely be running against in the general election, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, whose parents apparently have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood back in Egypt,” Colbeck said in one clip. “This is scary stuff.”
Colbeck clarified his remarks by saying, “I’m not casting aspersions on all Muslims, just those affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood.”…

New Twitter “Hate Speech” Chief is a Trump-Hating Leftist
The woman selected to help Twitter develop an algorithm which targets “hate speech” is a hardcore leftist who hates Donald Trump.
What could possibly go wrong?
Earlier today it was reported that Dr. Rebekah Tromble, an assistant professor of political science at Leiden University, “will examine echo chambers and uncivil discourse” on behalf of Twitter.
Tromble will help Twitter “develop algorithms to understand the different between intolerant discourse such as hate speech, and disagreement or incivility.”
In other words, she will develop the algorithm which could end up determining what speech is allowed and what speech is banned on the platform.
Given that Tromble is a hardcore leftist who has repeatedly expressed her hatred for Donald Trump and his supporters, don’t expect Twitter to move in any direction other than another giant lurch towards censorship.

CNN shared a video which excitedly showed off the latest in a long line of Barbies — a hijabi Barbie. The doll is modelled after a Muslim Olympic fencer, and is part of an effort by Mattel, they say, to diversify the Barbie line.

The War Against Alex Jones— Think Bigger
You don’t have to like him or even agree with him, but every American who cares about the U.S. Constitution, especially our First and Second Amendment rights, needs to understand what is taking place in the legal arena against Alex Jones and InfoWars.

Was the Danforth Shooter a Member of a Toronto-Based Radical Islamic Terrorist Cell?
There is clear evidence that Muslim Faisal Hussain, ( aged 29) who shot fifteen people on the Danforth, killing two innocent girls, Juliana Kozis (age 10) and Reese Fallon (age 18), and injured thirteen other innocent people, was neither seriously mentally ill, nor that he had acted alone. The statement explained that “our son had severe mental health challenges, struggling with psychosis and depression his entire life.”
We have learned that this statement was prepared not by the father, mother or close family member or friend of the Danforth shooter , as is normally the case, but by a certain leftist New Democratic Party (NDP) Muslim organizer and activist named Mohammed Hashim, whose biography describes him as a driving force behind the National Council of Canadian Muslims.
Anthony Furey of the Toronto Sun has reported that Hashim self-identifies as a spin doctor who admits that his “work as being widely credited as framing a new narrative for Muslims in Canada.”

Hungary PM Pits “Anti-Communist Christians” Against Globalist Elite for Europe’s Future
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared “anti-communist Christians” are the future of Europe as the globalist elite lose their grip on power.
Speaking to an assembly at a Hungarian political rally in Transylvania, Orban championed the rejuvenation of Central Europe as a bastion for “Christian democracy,” one in which the nation-state serves as the model for individual countries who also work together to protect European culture, people and values.
“There are alternatives to globalism. Central Europe’s path is the path of the alliance of independent nation states,” Orban said. “The leaders of the EU are incompetent. They failed to protect Europe from migration. The European elite has failed, and the European Commission is the symbol of this.”
“We have to show them that there is an alternative to liberal democracy. It’s called Christian democracy,” Orban added, referencing critical 2019 European Parliamentary elections.
“And what will happen if the elite of ‘68 steps down? Then it will be our turn. The generation of 1990 will arrive to European politics: a generation of anti-communist Christians with a national spirit,” he continued. “Thirty years ago, we thought our future was Europe. Now we are Europe’s future.”
Orban believes the revival of Central Europe and the Carpathian Basin should rest on five fundamental pillars, which Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Relations Zoltan Kovacs summarizes thusly:
All central European countries have the right to protect their Christian culture and reject forced multiculturalism by the EU
All of these countries have the right to protect the traditional family model and all children should have the right to a mother and a father

French president Emmanuel Macron faces a shock no-confidence vote over claims his government covered up a scandal involving his ex-bodyguard.

Russia Gives Polish Prosecutors Green Light to Visit Smolensk Crash Site: Report
Russia’s Investigative Committee has given Polish prosecutors the green light to visit the site of a plane crash which killed Poland’s president eight years ago, the wPolityce.pl news website reported on Monday.
The website added that Poland’s prosecutors will also be allowed to see the wreck of the plane. The exact date a Polish team will head to Smolensk, western Russia, is still unknown, but wPolityce.pl said it may be in the coming weeks.

Hindu College Girl Killed Amid Muslim Migrant Worker’s Chain-Snatching Bid in a Kerala Town.
Revathi Iyer | HENB | Perumbavoor | July 30, 2018:: A Muslim laborer from West Bengal’s Murshidabad district has been accused of hacking a Hindu college girl to death right outside her home in daylight when she tried to prevent him from snatching her grandmother’s chain in an industrial suburb in Kerala frequented by Muslim migrant workers.
Nimisha Thambi, 19, an final year undergraduate student of Vazhakulam MES College, was killed around 10 am in the broad day light. Her neck was partly severed and was declared dead at a hospital.
Police identified the accused as Biju Molla (32) alias Ali.
Tension ran high as large groups of local people protested outside factories that employ migrant labourers and shouted slogans against police laxity in securing the neighbourhood.
Around 50 migrant workers ran to the safety of a local police station, as they feared retaliatory mob attacks. A large posse of policemen was deployed and officials said the situation had returned to normal.
The murder took place in Perumbavoor in central Kerala, which has a high concentration of labourers from outside the state. The locality is just about 15km from the place where a law student was raped and murdered by a labourer from Assam in 2016, who has since been sentenced to death…

Joyeep Sinha | HENB | Kolkata | July 31, 2018:: The Special Task Force (STF) of Kolkata Police on Monday busted an illegal arms manufacturing factory, which was being run behind a Laddu manufacturing unit (confectionery), at Manager Bagan of Kankinara area under Jagaddal PS in Kolkata’s neighbouring North 24 Parganas district and arrested nine persons in connection with the case, officials said.
According to reports, Anti FICN (Fake Indian Currency Notes) unit of city police’s STF had detained three persons, Suku Seikh (38), Md. Amjad Rayeen and Md. Abdulla (26), from city’s downtown Esplanade area under Maidan Police Station limits on Monday afternoon and recovered FICN worth Rs. 1 lakh and several semi-finished firearms from their possessions.
“Acting on tip off, we nabbed two residents of Bihar and a resident of Kaliachak in West Bengal’s Malda district from near Kolkata Police Paddock and Monohar Das Tarag at Esplanade area, while they were doing transaction of FICN and illegal firearms, and seized Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) amounting to Rs. 1 lakh of denominations Rs. 500/- and 40 pieces of semi-finished country made improvised firearms from their possessions,” a senior official of KP STF told the media.
“In pursuant to the statement of one of the three arrested, Md. Abdulla, our investigators raided a sweets-shop-cum-manufacturing unit near Kankinara area in North 24 Parganas area later on Monday and unearthed an illegal firearms manufacturing factory there,” the official said…

Albanian Refugee Warns: Socialism Always ‘Becomes Big Prison System at the End’
People flee socialist countries for opportunities in capitalist countries, not the other way around
The promises of socialism seem enticing at first, but eventually the population loses its freedom, an Albanian refugee warned.
Peter Lumaj, now a conservative activist in the U.S., joined Fox News to explain the rising popularity of socialism in America.
“The most common words that they use, when they talk about socialism, is providing free things to the population. Don’t they do that with the prison system?” he said on Monday.
“Socialism becomes a big prison system at the end — where we provide free services to people. But, again, the population loses its freedom and the opportunity to prosper.”
Lumaj then pointed out that candidates like Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have good rhetoric, but the evidence shows people flee socialist countries to find opportunities in capitalist countries, not the other way around.

Libyan Coast Guard Takes 611 Migrants Back to Africa
Between Monday and Tuesday, the Libyan Coast Guard reportedly rescued 611 migrants aboard several dinghies off the coast and took them back to the African mainland.
Along with the Libyan search and rescue operation, an Italian vessel, following indications from the Libyan Coast Guard, rescued 108 migrants aboard a rubber dinghy and delivered them back to the port of Tripoli. The vessel, called La Asso 28, was a support boat for an oil platform.

No Joke: University Dean Forced to Apologize for Having Republican Friend
Freedom of association now under attack by leftist mob
A University of Georgia professor was forced to apologize after congratulating a friend who happens to be a Republican candidate for governor, according to Campus Reform.
Davis, dean of the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at UGA, was a classmate of Georgia’s GOP gubernatorial candidate Brian Kemp, and called him a “nice guy,” and “kind to a fault” in a congratulatory tweet following Kemp’s primary win last week.
“I went to high school with GOP guv candidate @BrianKempGA. We played YMCA ball from childhood. Politics be damned. He’s a nice guy, always was. Kind to a fault. He’s a friend, always has been, and will be when we’re old(er) and grey(er). That’s how this should work, people,” Davis tweeted last week.
But liberals went ballistic after Davis dared to extend any civility to a Republican, calling him a “racist” who “spews bigoted and dangerous rhetoric,” reported Campus Reform.
Davis caved to the leftist mob and deleted the tweet shortly after, but tried to explain he was simply “acknowledging a friend.”
He then issued an apologetic tweet days later, claiming he “learned so much” from the left’s misguided identity politics rhetoric.

Robert Spencer’s History of Jihad Opens Eyes
When I read Robert Spencer’s new masterpiece, The History of Jihad: From Muhammad to ISIS, it was as though George Orwell had summed up Robert Spencer and uttered his famous words: “In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”
Before starting to tell you about this unique documentary book about the history of jihad, I must tell you I have firsthand experience with this ideology. I confess, there are not many people able to put this into words so accurately and so eloquently and so easy to read and understand as does Robert Spencer. In the history of jihad, from cradle to grave, Spencer has outlined — irrespective of what the term in “Islam” may mean — the facts on the ground and conclusively demonstrated Islam’s violent nature from its very beginnings. No need for us to go back to the time of Muhammad and re-examine the historical records; Spencer has already done it and provided us with many anecdotal insights.
It is true: Islam has been imposing its oppressive, intolerant, and deathly dogma without let-up. This archaic, primitive belief of over 1,400 years’ duration has been and continues to be at war with valiant people the world over who refuse to bend their necks to its yoke. What Spencer has done is turn on the lights brightly for all to see.
Spencer is one the most erudite American authors who understands Islam, perhaps better than 90% of Muslims around the world. He has constantly faced the vilest of attacks from both liberals and Muslims for simply telling the truth. I’ll add a footnote here: “When one hears the truth, one can only be silent or join the cause.”
There are few Islamic scholars out there who are able to write such convoluted subject matter with such clarity. The History of Jihad: From Muhammad to ISIS clarifies how it happened, why it happened, and what the civilized world should do in order to survive this ongoing jihad. Spencer gets to the root of jihad and beautifully explains why and how a jihadist surrenders totally to the religion of surrender in exchange for blanket security.
