Gates of Vienna News Feed 9/12/2016

More than 3,000 people have been shot so far this year in Chicago, which is already more than last year’s record total. Homicides in 2016 have also passed last year’s total, with more than 500.

In other news, a ban on the burkini in Viennese swimming pools has prompted protests from Austria’s Muslim community.

CEO Warns of Coming Monetary Chaos: “In an Inflationary Environment You Want to Hold Tangible Assets”

Recent weeks have brought forth a barrage of negative news about the economy. There are more Americans out of the workforce today than ever before and America’s top companies are set to layoff thousands more amid dwindling revenues. To say we are in a recession may be an understatement, as even mainstream economists and analysts are warning that we may be on the cusp of another Great Depression. Couple that with widespread geo-political tensions and sustained “emergency” monetary easing by just about every central bank in existence, and we have a recipe for disaster.

That’s why Max Porterfield, the Chief Executive Officer and President of Callinex Mines, says that those concerned with the future and the uncertainty it will bring need to immediately consider diversifying their portfolios into hard, tangible assets.

Obviously there are some issues that need to be settled in the global economy… there is still a hangover from everything that occurred in 2008… the rebound we had since then has not been on a good foundation and we’re seeing the signs of that.

In an inflationary environment you want to hold tangible assets like gold and other commodities…

There’s a reason that billionaires have been building remote retreats, stockpiling emergency supplies and rapidly shifting into hard assets like gold, silver and other resource investments.

2016 Election ‘Last Before America Overrun’

Donald Trump has warned that the 2016 presidential election is going to be the last election that the Republicans can win, because a Hillary Clinton presidency will legalize millions of illegal immigrants and grant them the vote.

What Trump is saying is that a Clinton victory will mean that this is the last election in which white Americans will be able to determine the outcome.

[Comment: Trump is 100% correct. Once illegals are legalized the Communist Democrats will have a lock on all future “elections”. Ironic considering the communists are now being booted out of South America.]

Bernstein: Hillary Should Spend an Hour in Front of Press With Her Doctor Explaining Her Health Records

Clinton is canceling her trip to California

Sunday on CNN, veteran journalist Carl Bernstein reacted to the report that Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is canceling her trip to California after being diagnosed with pneumonia, saying Clinton needs to spend an hour in front of press with her doctor discussing her medical history.

“I think we can hope that some people around her will finally say, ‘Hillary, you’ve got to open up in all kinds of ways here because that’s when you’re really at your best.’

But I think, among other things, she and her doctor need to be in front of the press for an hour with medical records and discussing and open to questions about her medical history, and Donald Trump needs to do the same. And we need to demand it of both of them,” Bernstein stated.

Chicago Passes Another Grim Milestone: More Than 3,000 Shot This Year

Dominice Hallom was an 18-year-old living on Chicago’s Far South Side when the Chicago Tribune featured him in a story in 2008 after he had been shot and wounded in two separate incidents three months apart.

After the second shooting, the former standout point guard at Corliss High School had recalled how he had played dead, twitching his prone body to convince the masked gunman that the bullets were continuing to strike him after the first shots hit him in the back and right calf.

He had professed to have learned his lesson, telling the Tribune, “It’s easy to get into trouble, it’s hard to get out of it.”

Just days after the story ran in June 2008, though, Hallom was shot again. Then he was shot again in August 2010 and yet again in August 2015, surviving each time, according to Chicago police

But his luck finally ran out over the weekend. For the sixth time in less than a decade, Hallom, now 27, was shot, but this time he died of his wounds. Police identified him as a documented gang member and said he was fatally shot about 2 p.m. Saturday as he sat in a parked vehicle in the Southwest Side’s Chicago Lawn neighborhood.

With the weekend toll of eight killed and 35 wounded, Chicago surpassed another dreaded milestone in a year that has seen the worst violence in two decades. As of early Monday, at least 3,028 people had been shot, more than the 2,980 for all of 2015, according to data collected by the Tribune. Last week, Chicago topped 500 homicides after tallying 491 all of last year, according to official Police Department statistics.

Clinton Doctor: “Hillary Has Pneumonia” — Similar Excuse From October 2012…

Seems a little too convenient to you — there is understandable reasoning for skepticism and cynicism

Those of you who followed the post September 11th 2012 events will well remember Secretary Clinton’s team initially said she had “a cold”, then “a severe cold”. Days later the cold was given as a reason for her passing out. Another day passed and a “concussion” was attributed to her passing out. Several more days later and, with a visible hospital stay, “blood clots” were given as the reason for her medical care.

In 2012 a cold became a flu, that became a slip and fall, that became a concussion, that became blood clots, that demanded months of care far away from public review.

Researchers became cynics quickly upon evaluating Clintons events closely at the time and speculated if the real issue was “a stroke”, which held lingering effects often noted when she did reappear in 2014 for her book tour.

An inability of Hillary Clinton to effective use normal motor skill function, a seemingly obvious lack of visual acuity, and the consistent need for physical aid (specifically pointing her and guiding her) was noted for almost two years post 2012 medical episode.

The issues have seemingly only worsened in 2015 and 2016.

Danger: Gulen Charter Schools and the Fethullah Gulen Movement

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. — Psalm 14:1

Have every elected official in this country from the Federal legislature in Washington, D.C. to locally elected Sheriff’s, Mayor’s, Judge’s, even State Delegate’s totally lost their minds?

Where would they ever get the idea that Fethullah Gülen or anyone else for that matter would invite them on an all-expense paid ($15,000 — $30,000 each) “vacations” in Turkey and not expect something in return?

Let me begin by saying “The Gulen Movement must be understood for the jihadist, subversive, worldwide Islamic network that it is. Just because Fethullah Gulen does not permit the revelation of any overt connections to the Muslim Brotherhood or other Trans-national jihad groups do not rule out their ideological actions. This is a dangerous organization that threatens Western civilization as surely as an al-Qa’eda or Islamic State-but with far greater finesse and stealth”.

All would do well to read “Methodology of Dawah Ilallah in American Perspective” published in 1989 and take notes to know what this movements goals are and how they intend to accomplish them — your life may depend on it.

And so that you know you and your families are NOT being protected by those you have elected to office as presented in H.Res. 589 December, 2015 and thank God it has been sitting in the “Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice” since January, 2016. Here are your Democratic “social justice” signers,

This is a one sided document regarding Americans actions toward Muslims but nothing is stated about protecting Americans from Muslims.

[Comment: Read it all (one of a series of five articles on Gulen).]

DHS Whistleblower: Muslims Waging ‘Settlement Jihad’ On U.S.

“The observant Muslim base is the reason for civilizational and/or settlement jihad,” he said. “That is why they are immigrating to America, to come and coalesce into one solid unit with the intention — and it is intentional — to implement Shariah law, which according to Islamic theology is the grace and gift to mankind.”

As a Customs and Border Protection officer, Haney gathered a plethora of valuable intelligence on the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamic organizations. However, in 2009 his superiors ordered him to eliminate critical “linking information” from about 820 records he had entered into CBP’s internal database.

Haney said the Obama administration refused to investigate Muslim Brotherhood members as terrorists because it relied on the Brotherhood and other Muslim groups with ties to terrorism to help shape U.S. counter-terrorism policy. The Muslim Brotherhood is a supremacist group known for establishing scores of fronts — including the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR — that pose as civil rights organizations. The Brotherhood’s agenda is laid out in a document introduced into evidence by federal prosecutors during the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history, U.S. vs. Holy Land Foundation, in 2007-08. Obama’s former Attorney General Eric Holder abruptly ended the trial despite its success in shutting down a prime funding source for Hamas, a designated foreign terrorist organization.

DNC to Hold Emergency Meeting to Consider Replacing Hillary Clinton

Fainting video represents “unchartered political territory,” Dem source tells David Shuster

The Democratic National Committee is set to hold an emergency meeting during which it will consider replacing Hillary Clinton as a presidential candidate after her collapse in New York yesterday.

According to Emmy award winning broadcaster David Shuster, Democratic Party operatives will stage a crisis summit during which they will begin the search for an alternative in light of Clinton’s health problems — and an apparent effort by her campaign to cover them up.

A source told Shuster that the combination of her campaign hiding the fact that Hillary had been suffering from pneumonia for the past three days, in addition to the shocking footage of her fall in New York represented “unchartered political territory.”

“We can make contingencies, argue, plead with Hillary Clinton, but DNC bylaws are clear her nominee status now totally up to her,” a top Democrat sold Shuster.

Even Hillary’s Advisors Admit This Changes Everything: “A New, Unwelcome Element… It Ain’t Good”

It is hard to imagine much of anything, short of a massive terror attack, taking over the news cycle on the otherwise solemn 15th Anniversary of 9/11.

But Hillary’s bizarre fainting spell, initially blamed on “overheating,” (now said to be pneumonia) has completely taken over and gone viral.

After weeks of ignoring her health concerns and dismissing critics, it is now the unavoidable issue at hand.

Even her own loyal advisors and ranking Democrats are bracing themselves. They know this can’t be ignored, and will affect the race.

F-35 May Never be Ready for Combat

The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program is the most expensive procurement program in Pentagon history. It’s been plagued by schedule delays, gross cost overruns, and a slew of underwhelming performance reviews. Last month the Air Force declared its variant “ready for combat,” and most press reports lauded this as a signal that the program had turned a corner. But a memo issued from the Pentagon’s top testing official, based largely upon the Air Force’s own test data, showed that the Air Force’s declaration was wildly premature.

Gab Social Media Network Hopes to Put an End to Liberal Censorship of Conservative Ideals

Social media platforms were created so that people could openly create, share, and discuss information. Unfortunately, political agendas, personal interests and the mighty dollar have led to certain groups and ideas being censored, blacklisted, or outright banned. Many of these companies are owned by left-leaning techies from the silicone valley that have allowed their personal beliefs in interfere with this free-flow of information. Information that supports republican ideals have been banned by outlets such as Facebook and Twitter. Former employees of the companies have openly admitted that their policies give precedence to liberal ideals and have noted that their left-leaning staffers have control over what stories are seen by the general public and which never see the light of day.

Andrew Torba is the 25-year-old CEO of Gab.ai that was sick and tired of seeing conservatives having their opinions hushed by the over-reaching political correctness machine that is taking over America. Torba is a Trump supporter living shoulder to shoulder with the liberals that are censoring our media. He wants to remove any bias from his platform by allowing the users, not editors from his company, choose what content is visible to users.

Gab has been described as a Twitter/Reddit hybrid where users can create 300-character messages that are then “upvoted” or “downvoted” by other users. Meaning posts that users find interesting or useful receive endorsements, much like an online review for a business. Users will also be allowed to “self censor” their posts by filtering out topics they choose themselves, rather than having an employee of the company choose what can or can not be seen.

Hillaycare and Her Scheme to Dissolve the Second Amendment Through Mental Health

When HillaryCare crashed and burned in 1993, option # 3 had taken center stage… universal healthcare for children. It’s the “ hidden hand of Hillary.” Her backdoor goal has always been control the children and control guns. Common Core and Murphy’s law will completely disband the sale of guns through mental health codes placed on kids permanent records called DSM codes, Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders. This is how Common Core connects to ObamaCare…Medicaid billing at school. The following is her record of experimental/psychological skulduggery.

Hillary was on the Board of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation that funded the model in Pennsylvania. Former Governor Bob Casey was quick to set up the Children’s Cabinet that set the system in motion to allow Medicaid waivers to be approved outside of the legislature. Pennsylvania was the mental health model that linked education with health care by allowing schools to bill Medicaid for mental health interventions. While working with several legislators in Pennsylvania, Rep. Sam Rohrer, was able to expose this agenda with a complete investigation called HR 37. Outcome-based education/psychology standards were being fought at the time, while I crisis-crossed the state in townhall meetings and hundreds of radio interviews to defeat Outcome-Based Education (OBE)…

Hillary’s agenda has always been control — control the kids and control guns… through mental health. If Hillary would get her way, mental health at school under the soothing banner of social, emotional, and behavioral standards, will fully implement her original plan from 1993, which will eliminate the 2nd Amendment by coding children with mental health disabilities.

[Comment: Communist SOP — using the mental health system against political opponents. Just check how the Soviets used to do it.]

Hillary Clinton’s Love of Islam

“Let’s be clear: Islam is not our adversary. Muslims are peaceful and tolerant people and have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism.” -Hillary Clinton Nov. 16, 2015.

“Radical Islamists intend to create an even larger Islamic state based on the ancient precepts of Radical Islam, and they are fully prepared to use absolute violence to achieve it.” — LTG Michael T. Flynn, The Field of Fight

Hillary and Chelsea Study Islam

The March, 25, 1996 San Jose Mercury News contained an article, “First Lady Studying Islam Faith.” In part, it states the following:

Clinton and her 16-year-old daughter, Chelsea, who studied Islamic history in school, are off on an eight-day international trip whose main theme is religious tolerance.

They’ll visit the Bosnian city of Tuzia to cheer up U.S. troops and meet with religious leaders.

Then it’s off to Turkey for some sightseeing and more religious discussion at the Islamic Cultural Center in Istanbul.

Throughout her journey, Clinton will preach “a theme of religious harmony,” according to an aide.

You’d have thought the two of them would have figured out that Islam is a political system, not a religion, and that 96% of all Islamic doctrine subjugates women. They obviously couldn’t care less. You never hear the National Organization of Women say squat about the inhumane treatment of females by Muslim men.

It was only too obvious at the Democratic Convention with Khizr Khan’s wife standing silent beside him with her hijab covering her head. We now know all about Khan and his use of his dead son, who has been gone for over 12 years, as a ploy for Hillary and against Donald Trump.

Hillary Sides with Obama and Jarrett on Muslims

Valerie Jarrett is an Iranian Muslim. She also has five secret service agents, and I wonder why. In 1977, while at Stanford University, she stated, “I am an Iranian by birth and of my Islamic faith. I am also an American citizen and I seek to help change America to be a more Islamic country. My faith guides me, and I feel like it is going well in the transition of using freedom of religion in America against itself.

HP Will Buy Samsung’s Printer Business for a Billion Dollars

That’s the equivalent of seven cartridges of coloured ink

HP Inc has agreed to purchase Samsung’s printer business for over $1bn, the largest print acquisition in its history.

Describing the deal as “accelerating the disruption of the $55bn copier industry” HP expects its acquisition of Samsung’s tech will help it replace copiers with “superior” multifunction printer (MFP) technology.

Samsung’s A3 MFPs, some of which come with as few as seven replaceable parts, will join HP’s own PageWide technologies (which sprays ink using a print head that is as wide as the page) and its portfolio of laser printers which it shares with Canon.

The deal will also see HP slurp up Samsung’s printer business IP portfolio, which includes over 6,500 patents and a workforce of nearly 1,300 researchers and engineers.

Mainstream Media Meltdown: CNN, WaPo Front Page Chaos After Hillary Faints

As Hillary Clinton was suffering an unfortunate “medical episode” where the scorching NYC 79 degree heat made Hillary faint, confirming once and for all that all those “conspiracy theories” about her health were all just unconspiracy facts, CNN, which as a reminder one month ago admitted “we couldn’t help [Hillary] any more than we have”, devolved to a state of chaos, as the following snapshot of the two main stories on its front page as of moments ago demonstrates:.

But if CNN was chaos, the Washington Post devolved into outright schizophrenia, compliments of the one and only Chris Cilizza, who on Friday was urging everyone to stop talking about Hillary’s email scandals, just days after when on September 6 he had another demand: “Can we just stop talking about Hillary Clinton’s health now?”…

Massive Jailbreak is ‘No. 1 Issue for George Soros, ‘ Charges Author

On the same day Politico reported George Soros has been pumping money into several local district attorney campaigns around the country, Breitbart News reported on Soros’ plan to build a national movement to exert more federal control over local police forces.

One cannot view these stories as unrelated, according to Daniel Horowitz, senior editor at Conservative Review.

After all, this is happening at the same time President Obama commuted the sentences of another 111 mostly drug felons, raising his total to 673 inmates freed under his executive power.

It also comes at a time when the federal courts have declared thousands of violent criminals eligible to reopen their cases in front of today’s lower-court judges, many of whom are Obama-appointed liberals.

“All those events do not occur in a vacuum and they’re not coincidental,” Horowitz told WND. “Clearly this is an effort that’s being orchestrated at the top, at the leadership level, at the donor level.”

Horowitz said the two news items about Soros “demonstrate that jailbreak and reducing the prison size at all costs, letting out violent criminals, is the No. 1 issue for George Soros. It’s as if the open borders issue, the immigration/amnesty issue has been overtaken by the domestic jailbreak issue.”

[Comment: Soros again. Western countries should realize Soros is an enemy of the west. Ideally he should be rotting in jail in France. All his assets should be frozen and the destabilizating NGOs should be banned with their top comunist leaders doing jail time for sedition.]

Police Officer’s FEMA Warning : “If You Get on a Bus With Government Plates Then You May Have Sealed Your Fate”

It should be clear that the U.S. government is and has been actively preparing for a major crisis or disaster for nearly a decade. They’ve spent billions of dollars on everything from ammunition and riot gear to emergency food supplies and internment camps to house the masses. And though Congress considers anyone who stockpiles for an emergency a potential terrorist, even President Obama warned Americans in June that they should prepare for disaster.

Officials at the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency want us to believe that all of the supplies and planning have been put into place to assist the American people. But as we well know, should real crisis strike the government will not only be overwhelmed, but all of those preparations will be directed to Continuity of Government programs that include only top officials and essential personnel who will be responsible for maintaining order.

One law enforcement official who contacted SteveQuayle.com recently noted that every individual and family must prepare for themselves or be faced with the real possibility of being rounded up under emergency Executive Orders and shipped to government run FEMA internment camps.

But perhaps even more alarming is the fact that those who are preparing for the coming disaster and those who publicly criticize or speak of such possibilities, are part of the Main Core list and will subsequently be subject to detention during a nationally declared crisis.

What it all boils down to is this: If a national emergency is declared and you step foot on a government relocation transport, your fate will be sealed.

Trump Says Health is an ‘Issue’ After Clinton Pneumonia Revelation

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Monday that health is an issue in the election campaign after his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, revealed she had pneumonia, and he said he would soon release detailed information about his health.

Asked by Fox News about the health of the candidates, Trump said: “I think it’s an issue. In fact … this last week I took a physical and …. when the numbers come in I’ll be releasing very, very specific numbers.”

Trump, 70, has been suggesting for weeks that Clinton lacks the energy needed to be president. He has raised questions about her stamina, mirroring a strategy used during the Republican primary campaign when he derided rival Jeb Bush as a “low energy” candidate.

Clinton’s bout of pneumonia, which her campaign did not reveal for days until she nearly collapsed on Sunday, has raised uncertainty about her health as campaigning for the Nov. 8 election gathers pace and renewed concerns about the former first lady’s perceived penchant for secrecy…

Trump Denounces Clinton for ‘Deplorables’ Comment, Calls on Her to ‘Retract’ Remarks

Donald Trump set aside the speculation over Hillary Clinton’s health Monday afternoon and shifted focus back to his opponent’s demeaning comments about his supporters — questioning her credibility as a candidate after “attacking Americans who have no political power.”

In a blistering speech in Baltimore, Trump made no mention of Clinton abruptly leaving a 9/11 memorial Sunday because of a medical emergency, instead hammering away at her for saying Friday that half his supporters belong in a “basket of deplorables.”

“Hillary Clinton spoke with hatred and derision for the people who make this country run,” the Republican nominee said. “She spoke with contempt for the people who thanklessly follow the rules, pay their taxes, and scratch out a living for their families.”

Clinton has expressed regret for her comments, made Friday at a New York fundraiser. The controversy then faded after Clinton’s health issue Sunday, which the campaign suggested was connected to a recent pneumonia diagnosis and other factors.

But Trump on Monday called for Clinton to go further to apologize for her comments.

Will Clinton Pay for Her Terrible Weekend?

The US presidential campaign doesn’t take weekends off. For once, however, the spotlight is shining squarely on Hillary Clinton and not Donald Trump.

On back-to-back days the Democratic nominee made headlines — the first time, perhaps, intentionally. The second time was the kind of unpredictable event that all campaigns dread.

As with any political story, time — and the actions of the campaigns — will tell. Will Mrs Clinton’s lumping of half of Mr Trump’s supporters in a “basket of deplorables” alienate voters? Did her near collapse during Sunday’s 9/11 memorial ceremonies make her health a political Achilles heel?

For the moment, there’s plenty of cause for concern in the Clinton camp, as it reels to regain control of the news cycle.

When it Comes to Having a ‘Basket of Deplorables, ‘ Canada is Number 1!

Conservative Party leadership candidate Kellie Leitch caused a stir last week when she sent out a questionnaire asking Canadians if they think new immigrants should be screened to see if they have anti-Canadian values. The reaction from the left was predictable; but that paled in comparison to the reaction of high-profile members of the CPC from the interim leader to the other leadership candidates.

With the exception of Leitch, the notion that the main duty of a government is to protect its citizens has gone the way of the ten-cent cup of coffee. Political correctness rules. Anyone who opposes the notion that Canada should not allow immigrants who hate our way of life to come here is a xenophobe, a racist, a homophobe and most importantly, Islamophobic.

Torstar, the parent company of the Victims’ Daily, a.k.a. the Toronto Star, commissioned a poll to find out what the unwashed masses think of Leitch’s idea. No doubt the elites were shocked at the results.

The poll, conducted by Forum Research Inc., was released on Friday. Over two thirds (67%) of those polled believe potential immigrants who hold anti-Canadian values should not be allowed to come to Canada.

Forum Research polled 1,370 random Canadians days after Leitch’s questionnaire became public.

The most notable fact seen in the results of the poll is the percentage of Canadians who are conservative or who support the CPC is nowhere near two-thirds of the population. While 87% of Conservative supporters agreed with Leitch, so did 57% of Liberals and 59% of those who support the socialist NDP.

Czechia: Prague Officials Call for Police to Break Up Anti-Islamic Meeting

Prague City Hall officials called Sunday for police to break up an anti-Islamic meeting outside the Saudi Arabia embassy in Prague. They said the meeting was an abuse of religion and had departed from its original goals. Several dozen participants led by anti-Islam activist Martin Konvicka gathered outside the embassy and stoned a portable toilet placed there in a parody of the practice at Mecca and the black stone or Kaaba. Konvicka said his lawyers would be taking action against the city authorities. The meeting coincided with the 15th anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Centre in New York. Konvicka had accused Saudi Arabia of being one of the main sponsors of terrorism worldwide. A previous meeting organised by Konvicka in Prague’s Old Town Square at the end of August where he and some of his supporters dressed as Islamic State leaders caused controversy as well over whether it should have been banned or allowed to go ahead.

Terror Attacks Being Foiled ‘Every Single Day’ In France, Prime Minister Says

A radicalized French teenager had been planning to carry out a knife attack at a popular weekend spot for families and tourists, investigators said.

The 15-year-old, already on a high-security threat list, was arrested on Saturday, one week after French police prevented an attack in central Paris by a group of female Islamic State followers who tried to blow up a car filled with gas bottles.

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls warned on Sunday that the terrorist threat was at its “maximum” level and said France’s security forces were “foiling attacks every single day.”

Iran threatened to shoot down two US Navy surveillance aircraft flying close to Iranian territory in the Persian Gulf over the weekend, the latest in a series of recent provocations between Iran and the US military in the region, three US defense officials with knowledge of the incident told Fox News.

On Sept. 10, a Navy P-8 Poseidon with a crew of nine and an EP-3 Eries with a crew of roughly 24, were flying a reconnaissance mission 13 miles off the coast of Iran, in the Strait of Hormuz and Gulf of Oman, according to officials.

Pentagon Confirms it Killed Senior ISIS Leader Abu Muhammad Al-Adnani

The Pentagon confirmed on Monday that ISIS spokesman and senior leader Abu Muhammad al-Adnani was killed in an airstrike in Syria in late August.

The airstrike on Aug. 30 near Al Bab, Syria, targeted the terror group’s chief propagandist, recruiter and architect of external terrorist operations. ISIS announced his death shortly after the airstrike through its news agency Amaq.

“It is one in a series of successful strikes against ISIL leaders, including those responsible for finances and military planning, that make it harder for the group to operate,” Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook said Monday in a statement.

The 39-year-old Adnani, born in Binnish in northern Syria, is described as having hand-selected the gruesome execution videos ISIS routinely puts out, The New York Times reported.

Saudi Dominated Gulf Cooperation Council Criticises Law That Will Let 9/11 Families Sue

The Saudi-dominated Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has condemned a law passed by the United States Congress last week that would allow the families of victims of the Sept. 11 attacks to sue the kingdom’s government for damages.

The head of the six-nation GCC said the law was “contrary to the foundations and principles of relations between states and the principle of sovereign immunity enjoyed by states.”

“Such laws will negatively affect the international efforts and international cooperation to combat terrorism,” GCC Secretary General Abdullatif al-Zayani said in a statement.

South Korea’s Hanjin Shipping, the world’s No. 7 shipping company, is in bankruptcy and has more than 40 massive container ships stranded at sea. It’s estimated they’re carrying $14 billion worth of goods — everything from Samsung electronics and Nike sneakers to furniture and food.

“Our ships can become ghost ships,” Kim Ho Kyung, a manager at Hanjin Shipping’s labor union, told Bloomberg News. “Food and water are running down in those ships floating in international waters.”

Australia to Strengthen Anti-Terror Laws

SYDNEY — New anti-terrorism laws will be introduced into the Australian parliament this week. They will allow authorities to continue to detain convicted terrorists after they have completed serving their prison sentences if they are considered to pose a significant risk to the community.

The new laws will allow Australia’s security agencies to monitor terrorism suspects as young as 14. So-called control orders that require individuals to submit to a curfew and limit their contacts with others will also be made stricter. High-risk convicted extremists could also be held indefinitely in detention at the end of their prison terms by an order of a court under the new measures.

Australian Justice Minister Michael Keenan said the nation must boost its defenses against extremism.

Kenya: Attackers’ Phones Lead to Arrest of Three Suspects

Tension was high in Mombasa following a foiled terrorist attack on the Central Police Station on Sunday.

During the attack, which coincided with the anniversary of the September 11 Al-Qaeda attack on US targets 15 years ago, police gunned down three women terrorists.

The three, who were wearing black bui-buis (head to toe robes), black T-shirts, white trousers and black gloves, had made their way into the station under the guise of reporting the theft of a mobile phone.

Two attackers were of a light complexion while the third was darker. One wore a bullet proof vest, and was short and heavily built.

The 10am attack came just a day before Muslims celebrate Idd-ul-Adha, also known as the festival of sacrifice.

When the two police officers at the reporting desk asked one of the women to remove her veil and reveal her face, she jumped over the counter and started brandishing a dagger which she had concealed under her flowing bui-bui. She then attacked the officers.

A witness, Ms Salma Mohammed, said one officer was stabbed on the neck and chest, prompting his female colleague to flee.

The same attacker then doused herself with petrol and set herself on fire.

“There was smoke all over place. I could not see much and I had to escape,” said Ms Mohammed, who was at the station to seek the release of her husband.

Mombasa County Police Commander Patterson Maelo said one police officer suffered injury to the hip and the other to the arm…

Disputed Maya Codex is Authentic, Scholars Say

The authenticity of the Grolier Codex has been disputed for the last four decades. A group of researchers who revisited the rare Maya text now argue that there’s no way it could be a forgery.

If the 800-year-old Grolier Codex is indeed authentic, it would be the oldest known paper manuscript from the Americas, and one of just four Maya codices that are known today.

Exclusive — Sessions on U.S. Failure to Implement Visa Tracking System 15 Years After 9/11: ‘Choice’ Is ‘Crystal Clear’ Between Trump, Clinton

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the chairman of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, told Breitbart News exclusively in a pre-September 11th interview that the United States government has dropped the ball in the 15 years since the 9/11 terrorist attacks when it comes to keeping potential terrorists from getting into America.

Specifically, in the wake of the attacks, the 9/11 Commission Report recommended that the United States government implement an entry-exit visa program to track people who come into the United States legally—as many of the 9/11 terrorists did—to ensure they don’t overstay their visas. Sunday was the 15th anniversary of the deadly 9/11 terrorist attacks.

“No, we haven’t,” Sessions told Breitbart News when asked whether the United States has followed through—during both the Republican administration of George W. Bush or the Democratic administration of Barack Obama—on implementing a biometric entry-exit visa tracking program as recommended by the 9/11 Commission Report.

Sessions said it is mostly pro-amnesty “special interest interference” blocking such common sense national security focused reforms.

Federal Government Still Not Tracking Visa Overstays, 15 Years After Atrocity on 9/11

Federal agencies are still refusing to close one the major gaps in the nation’s anti-jihadi defenses, 15 years after 19 Islamic infiltrators murdered 3,000 Americans on 9/11.

That major gap was spotlighted after the 9/11 atrocity by a government advisory group — but it has not been fixed because neither President George W. Bush nor President Barack Obama wanted to close the gap, or overcome the vigorous opposition of lobbies eager for cheap immigrant labor and more customers.

The gap is the refusal of the federal government to mark and record the routine departure of visiting foreigners from the United States. Two of the 19 killers had overstayed their visas before the 9/11 attack. Had they been noticed and then tracked down, the feds might have unveiled the plot before the hijackers got on board the aircraft.

That “overstay” problem was identified after 9/11, and there are was much apparent government support for quickly fixing the problem with commercial technology. But since then, according to a person who helped identify the problem after the attack, “we’ve definitely moved backwards.”

Number of Migrants Arriving on European Soil Surges Past 2015 Total… And More Are Coming

THE number of migrants arriving on European soil has smashed last year’s total with months left to spare.

A total of 124,500 migrants have arrived in Italy alone since the start of 2016, the country’s home office has said.

This has surged past the figure for last year — which was a massive 122,000.

The number of migrants landing in Italy, many of whom arrive across the Mediterranean in boats, shows no signs of stopping following the rescue of thousands of migrants over the weekend.

Coastguards plucked 1,100 migrants from the sea off the coast of Libya yesterday from eight overloaded dinghies and two fishing boats.

And on Saturday, another 2,300 were saved from the terror trip across the Med after attempting to make the journey in 18 boats.

Italy has bore the brunt of the crisis, with the island of Lampedusa becoming almost entirely populated by migrants.

A total of 400,000 have successfully made the crossing — most coming from sub-saharan Africa.

Abortionists Now Demand Christians Promote Procedure

Christian pro-life counseling centers are fighting a mandate from the government in California, based on instructions from NARAL Pro-Choice America to lawmakers there, that they promote abortion even if the procedure violates their faith.

The state has adopted a requirement, in a plan sponsored by the abortionists, that crisis pregnancy centers must promote the state’s offerings for abortion, whether they believe in it, support it, or even whether it offends their deeply held religious beliefs.

The same plan had been adopted in New York, but was dropped after a legal challenge there.

  1. “Coastguards plucked 1,100 migrants from the sea off the coast of Libya yesterday from eight overloaded dinghies and two fishing boats.”

What the hell? WHOSE coastguards? Italy’s? Greece’s? What are they doing ‘off the coast of Libya’ ? Shouldn’t they be just off their OWN coasts?

Sounds like they’re running a free taxi service!

  2. “In other news, a ban on the burkini in Viennese swimming pools has prompted protests from Austria’s Muslim community.”

This is so disgusting. Let me clarify — it is the idea of a “Muslim community” in Austria! I was born in Austria many years ago. . . it was Austrian then.

  3. We will know the tide has turned when issues such as “burkini” bans are no longer framed as a public health or sanitary issue, but as banning the symbols of totalitarianism and oppression of women.

Until then, we are fighting a rearguard action against the infiltrating hordes of Mordor…

  4. ** Iran threatened to shoot down two US Navy surveillance aircraft **

In accordance with prior practice, our surveillance ships and aircraft must be left completely undefended. It’s one of the keystones of our aggressive forward military posture.
