Due to the obstruction of France and Germany, the Italian foreign minister has publicly voiced doubts about the value of remaining in the European Union.
In other news, last week’s school shooter in Rio de Janeiro is now believed to have been associated with various Islamic terror groups. A scrapbook belonging to Wellington Menezes de Oliveira, who murdered twelve people before killing himself, shows that he was linked to or joined a group of Muslim radicals in Rio.
