This news comes from the Swedish media, which never mentions ethnicity, so there is no way to determine the cultural enrichment quotient of either the attacker or the victim.

In financial news, a debt default is looming over Greece, even as another general strike is scheduled in protest of any further austerity measures. The Greek prime minister is meeting again with his country’s creditors, hoping to negotiate a deal that will allow the flow of loans to resume.

In other news, the Siberian weather has moved further south in Europe, even crossing the Mediterranean to bring significant snowstorms and severe cold to Algeria. Gazprom says it will not be able to increase gas supplies to Europe, since it also has to meet high demand at home in Russia.
